Zelphon: Your Ice Egg is placed safely within a confined and chilled incubator, wiggling about every now and again expectantly. After a few minutes of wiggling, it's clear the hatching should be any moment now. But instead of the egg cracking away from the hatchling, the entire egg begins to roll about, smacking the walls of the incubator repeatedly before finally cracking enough for a small blue orb to come flying out of the shell and clear over the walls of the incubator, the Spheal landing safely in your arms.

CrazyCreeperKid: Your Modern Water Egg can be found in an aquarium-styled incubator along the far wall of the Hatchery. Completely submerged, you can only stare through the glass pane and water as you wait, before the soft cracking of the egg causes bits of the shell to rise to the surface. Signals beep on the monitors nearby before an assistant runs over and smacks a couple buttons on the machine, causing it to drain of water entirely. The reason becomes quickly clear, as your egg contained not sealife, but a waterfowl, the wide eyes of the blue bird staring around the room wondering what exactly just happened before they settle on you, the Cramorant giving a sqwauk of sorts as it meets your gaze.
