A lot happened in the past few episodes. Ash is #9 in the world and beat an Elite Four; Serena came back for a cameo in an episode, Lisia debut, Ash got an old badge and we got to see Citron/Eureka again.
The weirdest part? Lisia's voice actress was really cute, so I looked her up. Apparently, she's married to Yuki Kaiji (Citron's CV), so basically, in-meta verse, Lisia and Citron are married. Eureka must be so proud!

A Chinese leaker (who was 100% right on all leaks) said that Alain is featured in the Masters 8 and all the members are going to be revealed the episode after the one Alain appears in.
