Final episode of the Ash Pokemon anime to air tomorrow

This series introduced me to UPN way back in 1999, I made many friends that summer, some who I still speak to and have even met. In summary, what I want to say to the studio that introduced me to this community, various fantastic Poketubers, and given me plenty of adventures (indeed I have on-and-off watched the show, and have seen everything) over the years, is "thank you".

I will post a longer post about this over the weekend. Is it the best anime ever? No. Has it not lived up to it's potential many times? Yes. Many laughs? Yes. Tear-jerkers? Yes. Have I enjoyed it most of the time? Certainly. It was my first anime, and although I have seen over a hundred over 25 years, it is the -only- anime I am still following that is currently airing. It has been there for me over various points in my life, both highs and lows.

Thank you so much, it has been a fun ride.

I don't share the sentiments. I'm still annoyed as fudge over how PM played out and this entire "farewell tour" could have been avoided entirely.

The new anime is also extremely cynical (Pikachu, Charizard, KANTOOOOOOOOOO) so I hope it flops hard. Get new writers and actually write a brave/bold show and not something that compromises itself.
