Felicia the Lileep (Level 3 Female)
Bio:
Deep in the rainforest, at the base of the Tree of Atonement, there is a seed. In years to come it will grow, without sunlight or water it will feed, not caring about the sanctity of the Tree of Atonement, not needing to know. When it is full grown, it will choke the Tree of Atonement, and all will be turned on its head. Right will be left, up will be down, and no one will be safe. Except the ones who were in danger. This seed is called the Seed of Unforgiveness. Felicia, the Princess of Vice, is its mother. The years of holding the Seed in her body has left her with the ability to call upon a small portion of its powers.
Special Technique (GR): Realm of Unforgiveness
Using major Grass Energy, Felicia surrounds herself and her opponent with the Vines of Unforgiveness, which are indestructible and last for three rounds. While within the Vines of Unforgiveness, the battlefield acts as though it is under the effects of Trick Room and Grassy Terrain. It is impossible to manipulate the environment in the Vines of Unforgiveness, but they can be forced to retreat with a Fire type move of heavy power or higher. While the Vines of Unforgiveness are active, Felicia is considered to be under the effects of Swagger, but without the attack boost. Felicia can only use this Technique twice per battle.
Hidden Power: Fire

Snorby: Approved.

BOOSH the Sigilyph (Level 1 Female)
Bio:
BOOSH was named for a very particular sound that she makes. Instead of saying "Sigilyph," she says "BOOSH." No lie. When BOOSH takes flight, she tends to say "BOOSH" as soon as she spreads her wings. However, when BOOSH gets angry, she says "BOOOOOSH" and shakes violently. Something that makes BOOSH very angry is when her opponent spams boosts. Nuh uh.
Signature Attack (PS): BOOOOOSH
Using good energy, BOOSH unleashes a burst of Psychic energy around her, dealing exactly good damage to all Pokemon, regardless of type. However, if the opponent has a stat boost active, BOOOOOSH deals significant damage for significant energy, ignores the boost, and then negates the boost. Boosts granted by SCs or items are not considered boosts for the purposes of this move.

Snorby: Needs to be inefficient. Also needs an energy level for when there isn't a boost. Rejected.

Magnets-Level 3 Genderless Magneton
Bio: Magnets was an avid battler, and before Roto caught him Magnets had a lot of Electric type Pokemon who respected him. However, neither him nor his freinds ever had a way to deal with their main weakness: Ground type attacks. Magnets one day decided he had enough, and began creating a way to combat this weakness. When Roto met with Magnets, he helped Magnets perfect his technique that helps neutralize Ground type attacks.
Hidden Power: Fire
Signature: Earth Neutralizer(ST)
Using considerable energy, Magnet releases a burst of energy which sinks into the ground around Magnets' side of the field. The energy works as an entry buff, and any time an ally Pokemon is sent out, for three turns they will take neutral damage from Ground type attacks. This is does not affect Magnets unless he were to switch out and back in. This can only be used once per battle, is clearable by standard methods for entry hazards, and can only affect the number of Pokemon equal to half of the number of 'mon usable in a given battle, rounded up. Magnets loses Volt Switch.

Snorby: Approved.

Double post because I got approved while writing sigs

Ice Cream-Level 3 Female Vanilluxe
Bio: Always a trickster of a Pokemon, Ice Cream loved to prank anyone who wondered into her domain. Using a special technique she managed to create herself, she can lure nonsuspecting people and Pokemon into getting terrible brainfreezes. Roto found Ice Cream causing mischief throughout a city, and caught it, not deterred by the mischevious Pokemon's tricks. Since then Ice Cream has accepted Roto as her trainer, and works with Roto to use her mischief for battle.
Hidden Power: Ground
Signature Move: Freeze Cream(Typeless)
Ice Cream uses heavy typeless energy to summon an ice cream cone energy construct before moving it toward her opponent to give it to them. She can do this from a distance, and does not have to be near the cone to give it to them. This seemingly friendly gesture will cause the opponent to lower their guard, possibly interrupting an attack. Ice Cream will give the opponent the cone, watching them eat the seemingly innocent ice cream. Unfortunately for the eater, the ice cream is extremely cold and will cause the eater to take to suffer a terrible 5-7 second brain freeze, preventing them from moving or attacking similar to Disable. This attack deals no damage, and will only work once per Pokemon, who won't get fooled by the gesture the second time around.

Snorby: Approved.

Gears-Level 3 Genderless Klinklang
Bio: As a Steel type, Kinetic disliked and feared fire and heat of any kind. He forced himself to take it slow, trying to generate as little heat as possible for fear it might burn him. When Roto took him in, his paranoia of fire was apparent, and so Roto devised a way to embrace it. Little by little, Roto focused on having Kinetic roate his gears faster. On his first attempt, Kinetic tried to go as fast as possible to impress Roto before realizing that he was incredibly warm from the energy he generated, and quickly stopped. Little by little, Roto managed to have Kinetic rotate at a the speed of a normal Klinklang. One day, his told Kinetic use Automatize as fast as he can, speeding up his rotations. Trying to ignore the burning sensation, he was utterly surprised Roto pulled a flamethrower torched Kinetic. As the fire washed over him, he realized that he didn't seems to be affected by it too much. Realizing that his was spinning so fast that the heat somehow managed to not affect him, Kinetic went from scored to overjoyed as he perfected this technique to help him deal with fire.
Hidden Power: Ground
Signature Technique: Overclock
The first time Kinetic uses Shift Gear or Automatize, he spins so rapidly that he generates a large amount of heat in his body. Physical contact with him while he is overheating have a 50% chance to locally burn the offender, with the chance increasing the longer the contact is maintained. He will eventually cool down over the course of four rounds. Shift Gear and Automatize cost 20% more energy when used this way.
Attached Token: Metal Coat

Snorby: Approved.

Automaton-Level 4 Uplevel Genderless Golurk
Bio: A homs robot simply named Robot, his job was to automatically collect and refine ether cylinders for the people of Colony 6. While no one is sure as to how Robot got his sentience, he did, and soon he left, no exactly impressed with continuing the same routine here. Learning to use his ability to use ether, Robot was able to defend for himself as he traveled through space because he's a flipping giant death robot. Why Robot chose to stay in our world, no one knows that as well.
Hidden Power: Grass
Signature Move: Ether Punch[GH]
Robot gathers ether around his fist, slamming it into the opponent with a powerful punch that deals major damage for major energy. If the target not inorganic, Automaton recovers energy equal to half the damage dealt by the attack. Diminishing returns apply.

Snorby: Approved.

Coffin-Level 3 Female Cofagrigus
Bio: A cunning Pokemon, Coffin used to reside in the ruins of an ancitent temple, preying upon the explorers who would appear from time to time. However, ROto was strong enough that he managed to defeat and subsequently catch Coffin, much to his initial displeasure. Since then, Coffin has warmed up to Roto a little, respecting him for his battling skill, and gives his efforts for Roto in return for his care.
Hidden Power: Ground
Signature: Bandage Toss [FT]
Using significant energy, Coffin throws numerous white bandages at the opponent, dealing considerable fighting damage. This move pulls from the Special Attack stat, but the bandages count as physical projectiles. These bandages are somewhat sticky, and can impair movement if a lot of them hit the target. Coffin has enough type energy to use this move twice per match.

Snorby: Approved.

Snowflake-Level 3 Genderless Cryogonal
Bio: Normally a Pokemon who kept to herself, Snowflake was known to be a fairly strong Pokemon where she lived. Seeking Snowflake, Roto challenged her to a battle. IN battle her rapidly spinning manuvers and powerful attacks gave Roto a run for him money, but he did manage to catch Snowflake after a long battle. Since then Snowflake is very uncomfortable around most of Roto's Pokemon, but is okay with Roto himself. Her battling techniques involve a mixed of ranged attacks and speedy hits to maintain momentum.
Hidden Power: Ground
Signature: Ricochet Pivot [FT]
Using solid fighting energy, Snowflake spins rapidly while lacing his body with energy. Snowflake will then bounce on the opponent several times, dealing moderate fighting damage. Snowflake can also use this move to bounce between two opponents, dealing decent fighting damage to both. Once this attack finishes, Snowflake switches out, similar to volt switch or u-turn. Can only be used twice per battle

Snorby: Approved.

Line Lv. 1 Male Pichu
Bio: Line has always been a special Pichu, keeping himself caught up within rules and guidelines. He hates breaking them, even if he has to or gets blamed for doing so. He’s afraid of being punished, but at times he needs to break rules. He has created a special technique for when he does have to break rules, but it’s more for electricity than anything else.
Special Technique: Circuit Breaker (Electric)
Using a decent amount of electric energy, Line sends out an electromagnetic pulse. This move jams the circuits of both trainer’s Pokeballs, which disallows the use of switching. Pokemon can’t switch out using moves such as Baton Pass while the effect of Circuit Breaker is available. This attack lasts for three rounds and functions similarly to Fairy Lock.

Snorby: Approved.

Adore Lv. 1 Female Cleffa
Bio:Adore loves to be at the center of attention. She enjoys when the spotlight is on her, and Pokemon serve her on her every whim. She also believes in the power of love. So much in fact, she has developed an attack that runs on love. She uses it to make her target try and fall in love with her. However, watch out, love hurts... A lot.
Special Attack: Love Beam (Fairy)
Drawing in a major amount of fairy energy, Adore draws a heart in the air using the energy. She then fires off a beam of fairy energy at the foe, which deals major damage on contact. Love Beam has a 10% chance to make the opposing Pokemon hesitant to attack Adore, similar to charm. However, unlike Charm, Love Beam will not harshly drop attack, but will take significant damage or higher to break the hesitation. Adore can use Love Beam twice per battle.

Snorby: Approved.

Kiss Lv. 1 Female Smoochum
Bio: Kiss is the one acting much older than her age, but not in the goodway. She has tons of makeup and vogue magazines all over her room, and consistently hits on the boys around her. Her self-inflated allure and her overall flirtatious nature has had her create a powerful technique. She claims this kiss will make anyone fall in love with her. I think they just want their life force back Kiss...
Special Attack: Succubus’s Kiss (Fairy)
Charging a significant amount of fairy energy into her lips, Kiss gives her target a giant kiss. The kiss then drains her enemy's life force, stealing a total of a significant amount of health but will only recover 75% of the damage done to her own health bar. Kiss can use this attack twice per battle, and will forget how to use Draining Kiss when a Jynx.

Snorby: Approved.

Blitz Lv. 1 Male Elekid
Bio: Blitz loves video and arcade games, especially the hook and claw ones. He commonly spends most of his arcade money on those stupid games, trying to win whatever is in it before eventually frying the machine and getting us kicked out. He has, however, taken inspiration from the game and has adapted it for battle. At least he won't get us kicked out for using it... I hope.
Special Attack: Rocket Grab (Electric)
Using a good amount of electric energy, Blitz super charges his right fist. He then swings the energy out, it firing off a giant electric fist. The fist will grab his opponent and pull them towards Blitz. Enemies take good damage from the hook, and pulling works under the same rules as Strength does. THis attack is physical in property, and has a leash range of 6 feet on grounded targets and four feet on aerial targets.

Snorby: Approved.

Blast Lv. 1 Male Magby
Bio: Blast grew up in a toxic environment, quite literally. Growing up deep within a volcano next to a sulfur deposit, he grew quite use to the hazardous chemicals that commonly permeated the hot air. WHile he isn’t there anymore, he still misses the feeling sometimes and has tempered with his own internal smog to create conditions much similar to it. He usually have to lock him in a room when he wants to use it however, the smell is absolutely putrid and dangerous to the other kids.
Special Attack: Sulfuric Terrain (Poison)
Using a considerable amount of poison energy, Blast spews out a cloud of hot, putrid chemicals from his mouth. The chemicals envelop the field, creating a horrible stench and increasing the temperature of the field. For the next three rounds, grounded Pokemon not use to the environment (Pokemon such as Koffing, Numel, and any volcanic fire type or gaseous poison type will be considered use to this environment) will act much more sluggish and lose energy at a faster rate (About a 10% increase in energy usage). Nature Power will become Smog while this move is in effect, and Weather Ball will become poison-typed if used by a grounded Pokemon. Blast can only use Sulfuric Terrain once per battle.

Snorby: Approved.

Ven Lv. 1 Male Azurill
Bio: Ven seems to have a distinct hate for basically everything. ANd by everything, I mean everything. So much that he seems to have developed a technique to have things leave him alone. Using his innate oils, he creates a toxic, oily goo from it and drenches his aggressor with it and then simply walks away. He is definitely the moody kid here.
Special Attack: Oil Spill (Poison)
Charging his tail with a significant amount of Poison Energy, Ven slams his tail into his foe. The natural oils within his tail spills out, covering the opponent and dealing significant poison-typed damage. The oil causes the foe to become sluggish and makes them slippery, causing their speed to drop by one stage and for them to be less energetic and enthusiastic while the oil is on them. The oil will stay on the foe for three rounds, or if they are hit with a major water typed attack. Ven can use Oil Spill twice per battle.

Snorby: Still needs to be inefficient and less fewer rounds. Rejected.

Rosary Lv. 1 Female Budew
Bio: Rosary thinks she has been predestined from birth, and would often spend time alone in religious prayer or attending the local church’s gardens (she’d bring Bell along so he could listen to the bells). However, one day Rosary up and left on a holy pilgrimage. She was back the next day. It seems what she needed to see was a lot closer than expected, and she came back with blessed vines.
Special Training: Vines of Eden
Rosary’s vines now have thorns on them, which add an extra minor amount of typeless damage to her attacks that use them for an extra amount of minor typeless energy. The thorns allow her extra grip and makes it harder for Pokemon to escape her grasp and have a 10% chance to irritate the opposing Pokemon’s skin.

Snorby: Approved.

Joke Lv. 1 Male Mime Jr
Bio: Instead of the miming antics of his species, Joke much prefers to entertain people in another way: magic tricks. From mere deception to flashy hat tricks, Joke prided himself in his parlor tricks. However, he started to experiment on how to use these simple tricks in battle. His passion couldn’t be ignored on the battlefield, and as such he adapted one of his many hat tricks to suite a more offensive purpose. He advises people to stay back a few feet, it’s not the safest for bystanders.
Special Attack: Magic Trick (Fairy)
Using a considerable amount of Fairy energy, Joke creates a top hat in his hands with it. He then flips it over so that the hole in the hat is facing the foe. The hat lets out a stream of sparkling fireworks made of fairy energy. The fireworks shower the foe, dealing a considerable amount of fairy typed damage and having a 30% chance to burn. Joke has forgone the use of Psyshock as it isn’t useful for his tricks.

Snorby: Approved.

Break Lv. 1 Male Riolu
Bio: Break has always been a special Riolu. Instead of training to sense people and Pokemons’ auras, he trained to destroy it. Realizing from a young age that aura could be used for great harm, Break started training to locate dangerous points within an organism’s aura and break it. He eventually managed to create a technique, but it causes strain on his own aura and as such is only used in the most dire of situations.
Special Attack: Aura Break (Fighting)
Channeling a decent amount of fighting energy, Break punches a Pokemon’s weak point. This deals mild damage, and will block the use of the last used off-type for the next two rounds. Aura Break can be used once per opponent and twice overall in a battle.

Snorby: Approved.

Siren: Female Lapras (level 6)
Biography: Siren got her name from the mythical creatures that once lured sailors and pirates to their deaths on sharp rocks with the sound of their beautiful singing. Like her namesake, Siren also enjoys singing for those who sail at sea, though not for any purposes that would be considered ill. No, instead she sings beautiful songs in trade for their most beautiful drink, rum.
Hidden Power: Ground
Token of Community Appreciation Attached
Signature Training: Yo Ho Yo Ho
Thanks to her Token of Community Appreciation, Siren has gained the ability to put all that rum in her stomach to good use, burning it as fuel for powerful Fire attacks. As such, she has learned Inferno, Mystical Fire, and Flame Charge, and due to the sheer volume of rum in her system, she is considered familiar with the Fire type. Thanks to the rum burning extremely strong, Siren's Fire moves are usable underwater with no loss in power.

Gears-Level 3 Genderless Klinklang
Bio: As a Steel type, Gears disliked and feared fire and heat of any kind. He forced himself to take it slow, trying to generate as little heat as possible for fear it might burn him. When Roto took him in, his paranoia of fire was apparent, and so Roto devised a way to embrace it. Little by little, Roto focused on having Gears get comfortable with heat, and the way he did that was by taking him to caves of Dragon types. On his first visit, Gears could barely function, the heat and power of the dragon types making it an intimidating experience. Little by little, Roto to make Gears more comfortable in those caves. One day, he told Gears to go down to the deepest pits by himself. Holding back the discomfort, he reaced the deepest part only to find a terrible Haxorus that challenged him. Without realizing it, Gears defeated it using its own techniques, and that's when he knew that Roto's training had worked.
Hidden Power: Ground
Signature Technique: One with the Dragons
Gears is now a Steel/Dragon type, with all the resistances, weakness, and characteristics of the type, with the exception that it is still weak to Dragon. Gears can now use Dual Chop, Dragon Pulse, and Roar of Time. Gears is only familiar with Electric instead of having unlimited Electric energy.
Attached Token: Metal Coat

Snorby: Drop a resist and I'll think about it. Rejected.

Usagi: Female Lopunny (Level 4)
Opponents who like to stay far away has always been a headache for close-range fighters like Usagi. To Usagi, a competitive Pokemon who has a strong desire to win, this is a huge hindrance for her to beat her opponent into the ground. So in order to overcome this weakness of hers, she underwent ninja training along with her trainer (the latter had much less success in ninja-ing).
Signature Attack: Cursed Shuriken [NO]
Using a solid amount of energy, Usagi launches a normal-typed shuriken with great accuracy. The spot which the shuriken strikes will be cursed and the muscle in that area will weaken, in an effect akin to Crush Grip Claw. If it lands on the wings of a flyer, the said Pokemon's flight ceiling will drop to three meters and it will be less agile. The effects of muscle weakness will last only for three rounds. Usagi can only use this twice, once per Pokemon. She has lost Dizzy Punch and Power-Up Punch as a result.

Snorby: Approved with the assumption that the edit made is what you meant.

BOOSH the Sigilyph (Level 1 Female)
Bio:

However, when BOOSH gets angry, she says "BOOOOOSH" and shakes violently. Something that makes BOOSH very angry is when her opponent spams boosts. Nuh uh.
Signature Attack (PS): BOOOOOSH
Using good energy, BOOSH unleashes a burst of Psychic energy around her, dealing exactly good damage to all Pokemon, regardless of type. However, if the opponent has a stat boost active, BOOOOOSH deals significant damage for significant energy, ignores the boost, and then negates the boost. However, this attack will reduce BOOSH's own stats by the same amount that her opponent's was. Boosts granted by SCs or items are not considered boosts for the purposes of this move.

Snorby: Still needs to be energy inefficient. That huge drawback line about lowering your own stats can be dropped, though. Rejected for now.

Geoff the Pikachu (Level 3 Male)
Bio:
Geoff wasn't always a Pokemon. He used to just be a demon. A pretty useless demon, but a demon at least. He was one day tasked with making a deal with me to obtain my soul, where so many other demons had failed. Geoff soon discovered why so many of his more useful predecessors had failed to collect my soul in the past. He wrote up a contract for me, promising safety should I give him my soul. Extremely cleverly, I began belittling grammar and spelling mistakes on the contract, which he quickly grew frustrated with, telling me to just fix everything myself, giving me free rein to do so. In addition to fixing all the mistakes, I also switched the recipients so that Geoff gave me his soul. Thus, I came into possession of a demon's service. Geoff joined me on a few occasions when I reffed, but he mostly stuck to the shadows, ashamed that he could be tricked by a human. Eventually, I gave him an out: he wouldn't have to do slave labor if he became a Pokemon and battled for me. Loving to fight, Geoff accepted, trying to become a Shadow Lugia, but realizing that his demon powers had been weakened as a result of his shame. He could only transform into the demonic default Pokemon, the mascot Pikachu's line. Now he battles with a little help from his diminished demonic powers. He also likes cross-dressing for some reason.
Signature Technique (FI): Hell's Bathroom
Using significant Fire energy, Geoff infuses the arena with demonic energy. For the next five rounds, Geoff, Fire, and Dark Pokemon fight more enthusiastically and receive a 10% boost to their STAB attacks without an increase in energy usage. Fairy, Water, and Ice Pokemon feel rather uncomfortable in Hell's Bathroom. In Hell's Bathroom, Weather Ball is Fire typed and Nature Power is Splash. This technique is treated as a Terrain move and can be removed in the same way as other Terrain moves.
Hidden Power: Grass
Magnet attached

Snorby: Needs drawback and a usage limit. Fewer rounds wouldn't hurt, either. Rejected.

Murphy the Dewott (Level 3 Male)
Bio:
Once upon a time, there was a beautiful prince and the brave knight that he loved. The knight's name was Dame Rachel. She wore gleaming armor and was quite possibly the greatest knight of her day. She bore a son to the prince, whom they named Murphy. Two years after Murphy was born, Dame Rachel went off to war. She never came back. Though his father was against it, Murphy decided to follow in his mother's footsteps, training to be every bit the knight his mother was. Finally, his father relented, and supported Murphy's endeavors. Murphy was given his mother's old armor, which Murphy trained so much in, it practically became a part of him.
Special Technique (ST): Rachel's Love
Using solid Steel energy, Murphy summons a silvery aura similar to his mother's armor for four rounds. While his mother's armor is active, Murphy takes 20% less damage from all physical attacks (i.e. blocked by Reflect), is slightly more resistant to status effects, and deals 10% more damage with physical blows. However, Murphy's movement is slightly hindered by the aura, so his reaction time and speed are decreased by about 10%. Additionally, Electric type moves deal 15% more damage while the aura surrounds Murphy.
Hidden Power: Ground

Snorby: Approved.

Wallace the Ralts (Level 3 Male)
Bio:
Wallace is the most fabulous Ralts ever. Period. In fact, when I met him, he introduced himself in a shower of Magical Leaves and sparkles. It was totally great. Guys want him, girls want to be him, Wallace is so totally great. And he puts his life on the line to protect his team? Dreamy. In fact, Wallace is a romantic soul. He believes in honor and other great stuff that I wouldn't understand, because I'm not Wallace, and Wallace is so great. He's so unpredictable, so inconsistently amazing. You mess with Wallace, and he will amazingly school you. Oh... Wallace. Wallace has stolen my heart, and he can steal your's too! Look out for Wallace!
Signature Attack (FA): Kiss Kiss Fall in DEATH:
Using major Fairy energy, Wallace summons two giant rose constructs, one for each hand. These rose constructs serve as cannons, firing a total of 2-12 thorn constructs that stick into the opponent and deal minor Fairy damage each. The thorns cannot physically be removed from the opponent, but may be dispelled by sacrificing minor Poison energy for each thorn or if Wallace faints. For every two thorns (rounding down) stuck in the opponent at the end of the round, the opponent loses minor health and Wallace loses minor energy (not contributing to fatigue).
Hidden Power: Ground

Snorby: Lots of issues here. Is the number of thorns random? If so, say so. Needs to be easier to clear the thorns and a touch of drawback is needed as well. Rejected

Andy the Aipom (Level 3 Male)
Bio:
Andy is a time traveler.(!) He has seen a lot of things.(!) Once he ended up at a mystical monastery.(!) There he learned the art of Super Amazing Spectral Energetic Kung Fu.(!) As long as he and his trainer spoke with periods followed by an exclamation point in parentheses, he could use a super amazing spectral power.(!)
Signature Attack (XX): Super Amazing Spectral Energetic Beam.(!)
As long as his trainer has spoken in the proper form (period followed by exclamation point in parentheses.(!)) the whole time Andy has been on the battlefield, Andy can channel the Super Amazing Spectral Energies into his tail's hand.(!) It charges with a solid amount of XX energy and hits the opponent for neutral damage, no matter the typing.(!) Every other time that this attack hits an opponent, its effectiveness against that opponent increases by an added 20%, capping at 2x effectiveness.(!) For example, the first two times would be 1x, the third and fourth hit would be 1.2x, the fifth and sixth hit would be 1.4x, etc. etc.(!)
Hidden Power: Fairy

Quote:
Snorby: While this is an undoubtedly amusing concept, in practice it is horribly broken. Rejected.

Carmack: Level 1 Male Abra
Special Attack: 'Erase' (PS)
Carmack uses considerable psychic energy and propels it forwards in a conical shape. The psychic energy dismantles energy based attacks on a molecular level, making the attack dissapear. When an attack is dismantled, the energy dissipates into the air around Carmack, causing his next attack to require slightly less energy to use. Due to the complicated nature of this attack, it will work on dark attacks regardless of it being Psychic energy. This attack can be used twice per match.

Snorby: Give this some drawback. Rejected

Laila: Level 1 Female Spritzee
Special Move: 'Stiff Spore' (FA)
Using considerable energy, Laila launches some spore clusters, which dissipate into the air and last for the remainder of the match. Any pokemon that switches into battle will feel the effect of the spores coating their body. This makes the opposing pokemon stiff and sluggish, feeling effects akin to being chilled. It will be especially effective against Steel and Rock pokemon as it gets into the crevaces and joints of their bodies. These spores last on the pokemon for 3 rounds or until it can get them off. This can be done with excess heat such as a fire attack, or fast spinning motions such as Rapid Spin or Swords Dance. It can also be removed with Rock Polish, however it will deny the extra speed boost that it usually grants and only clear the spores. This move works like an entry hazard, meaning it can be cleared with the likes of Rapid Spin. This attack can only be used once per match.

Snorby: Approved.

Mona: Level 1 Female Noibat
Special Trait: 'True Acoustics'
Mona's sound based attacks vibrate the air around them, causing them to take a somewhat physical form. This makes them able to break through both Reflect and Light Screen. In turn, Mona's non-sound based Physical and Special attacks do slightly less damage to their respective screens, making them harder to break. This trait makes no difference to Barriers.

Snorby: This needs a whole lot of drawback. Rejected.

Holm: lvl 1 male Tympole
Hidden Power: Water
Holm was raised in a swamp in the middle of a jungle, he spent his childhood playing with the many grass pokemon that inhabited the jungle. Over time he became more accustomed to grass types, eventually becoming less vulnerable to the type. However, a strange change in the climate caused the region to become blanketed in snow, his grass typed friends were forced to flee to a warmer climate, the jungle was slowly destroyed by the freezing snow. When I found him, he was frozen in the swamp, I was amazed that he was somehow still alive.
Signature Training: Frost Stricken
Holm is now only neutral to grass (2x weak on evolution) however he has become 2x weak to ice and loses his resistance to steel.

Snorby: Approved.

Sol: lvl 1 male Helioptile
Hidden Power: electric
Sol's family inhabited a region with very little sunlight, which was originally problematic for his species. For generations they struggled, having to rely on the small amount of sunlight they could gather. However, changes were happening with each new generation. Algae began to grow on their frills, slowly embedding themselves into the genetic code of his family's line. By the time it got to himself and his siblings, the algae had caused a mutation in their typing. Their frills had now become composed of plant cells, capable of creating energy via photosynthesis. This greatly increased the amount of energy they were able to produce from the small amount of sunlight they could absorb, causing his species to thrive once more.
Type Change: Photosynthetic (Electric/Grass)
Sol is now an Electric/Grass type with all the associated weaknesses and resistances. He has learnt how to use Solar Beam, Synthesis, Seed Bomb, Aromatherapy and Giga Drain. However he never learnt how to use Light Screen, Rock Slide, U-turn and Dragon Tail, while also forgetting Dragon Pulse and Low Kick as a Heliolisk.

Snorby: Drop a resist and one of the added moves. Rejected.

Lysa: lvl 1 female Litwick
Hidden Power: Ghost
Lysa was not healthy when she was born, her flame barely flickered and her parents were afraid that she would not make it through the night. The house they haunted was right next to a mysterious cave, said to be inhabited by mystical pokemon that were said to be the essence of life itself. The carried their daughter into the cave, leaving her there in hope that the mystical inhabitants would help her. She sat motionless in the cave for hours, her flame growing smaller with each passing hour. Around midnight, something stirred in the cave, numerous clefairy appeared out of nowhere and began dancing and chanting around her. A clefable descended from the top of the cave, the clefairy grew silent as it began to chant in a deep but whimsical voice. As it chanted, Lysa's flame began to glow and flicker, taking on a deep pink hue. As the Clefable chanted the flame grew larger, eventually stabilizing. Come morning, Lysa's parents returned to the cave to find their daughter alive, she was not the same however. Her flame continued to glow bright pink. She would not fit in with the others of her species that inhabited the house, they would have to send their daughter out into the world to find a place where she belongs.
Type Change: Fairy Lights (Ghost/Fairy)
Lysa is now a ghost/fairy type with all the associated weaknesses and resistances, however she retains a weakness to water. Her flames are now pure fairy energy and while she is still weak to water, water striking the flame will cause no extra damage. She has learned how to use Dazzling Gleam, Play Rough, Disarming Voice and Draining Kiss. She remains familiar with the fire type, however she loses all of her fire type moves apart from Will o wisp, Heat Wave and Flame Charge. She also never learnt how to use trick room, dark pulse and solar beam.

Snorby: Either nix fire familiarity or drop a resist. Rejected.

XIV: the level 2 female Braixen
Compromise. Balance. Synthesis.
The spirit is diluted; excess avoided. Let one's self flourish in newfound clarity. The mind and body are sound in this unification, gathering, harmony, resonance. The middle path carries on ahead, farther than one might be able to see the end. Trust in the path. Trust in yourself. You have your tools; you always have.
Signature Training: Temperance
All of XIV's off-type offensive techniques have changed. They are now composed of half Normal energy and half of the move's initial type (for example, a Shadow Ball will now be GHO/NO). Normal- and Fire-typed moves are not affected by this change. No effect has beeen made on the secondary effects of Tempered attacks — that is, % chances have not reduced. Tempered attacks will deal appropriate damage based on energy composition. XIV still has the same amount of off-type energy as any other Braixen.

Snorby: Approved.

Ditching the Noibat sig in favour of something else I'm working on. In the meantime, I added a few bits to this.

The energy usage of this attack is usually considerable, however when this attack is used against something that exceeds considerable energy to create, it will match the energy usage. It will also be more strenuous on Carmack, exhausting him more depending on the level of energy used for the attack. This attack can be used twice per match. He also loses the use of Protect and Barrier.

Snorby: Bio.

Gears is now a Steel/Dragon type, with all the resistances, weakness, and characteristics of the type, with the exception that it is still weak to Dragon(as opposed to neutral) and takes neutral from Flying(as opposed to resisting). Gears can now use Dual Chop, Dragon Pulse, and Roar of Time. Gears is only familiar with Electric instead of having unlimited Electric energy.
Attached Token: Metal Coat

Snorby: C'mon, the thing's electric familiar and you have like a dozen resists. You can do better than flying. Rejected.

Minos: Level 2 Male Nidoran
Bio:
Minos is a powerful Nidoking, and much larger than the average of his species. In the grasslands of Kanto, his size demands authority, leading to him being the leader of the local Nidoran tribe. I happened upon them, and after a fierce scuffle with Wyrmblade, the Nidoking leader succumbed and allowed himself to be captured. His unique attributes have proven incredibly useful at overpowering foes.
Special Trait: The Mighty King
Minos is larger and heavier than the average Nidoking, now having a height of 2 meters and a weight of 270 pounds. However, he is now much less agile and slower than the average Nidoking, has forgotten Fire Blast, Blizzard, Water Pulse, Outrage, Thunder, Focus Punch, and Rock Slide and no longer resists the Fighting Type. This signature only has effect in battles where he is a Nidoking.

Snorby: Approved.

Ares: Level 5 Male Crobat
Bio:
"Only 3 things are infinite: The universe, human stupidity and the amount of Zubat in Dark Cave." - A person. However, this Zubat is special. Found in Dark Cave, he assaulted my Pokemon with a variety of Poison Moves, poisoning each of them. It took a quick scuffle with Beacon before he finally succumbed. His poison moves have proved useful in battle.
Special Trait: Nethertoxin
When Ares poisons an opponent, they will experience a slight drop in speed and reaction time. These effects are more potent under Toxic poisoning. In return, he has the best drawback - Neutral to Bug. He has also forgotten Brave Bird.

Snorby: A tad more drawback, and clarify whether the effects worsen as Toxic worsens. If so, needs extra drawback. Rejected

Vaermina: Level 1 Female Gastly
Bio:
TBA
Special Trait
Vaermina's Ominous Wind now deals significant damage for significant energy, while her Shadow Ball deals major damage for major energy. Both moves have lost their secondary effects.

Snorby: I hope you asked Connor for permission. Also needs a bio.

Charybdis: Level 5 Female Tentacruel
Bio:
TBA
Special Trait
Charybdis has learned Light Screen, and now uses Poison Energy to create Barrier, Reflect and Light Screen. However, she no longer resists Poison (still resists poisoning) nor Bug, and has forgotten Toxic Spikes.

Snorby: Ehhh.. drop the cubic versions and you're good. Also bio. Rejected.

Quick little announcement:

With school starting for me tomorrow, I figured I'd leave a warning here that in order to keep sigs running at roughly this same speed I'll likely have to resort to phone approvals while eating lunch. As such, mistakes like the wrong text color, missing a bio (or lack thereof), little things like that will probably happen from time to time. I'm only human (with bad eyes and pudgy fingers to boot!)- I can make mistakes, especially on my tiny phone screen.

I'll probably do a quick once over of everything myself to try and catch these mistakes, but I'll likely still miss a couple, and that's where you guys come in. If you catch any of these mistakes, be it in someone else's post or your own, please shoot me a PM here on UPN so I can rectify it when I get home from school and have computer access.

Thanks!

Vaermina: Level 1 Female Gastly
Bio:
In her quest to become a Ghost-type with Moves of Actual Power™, Vaermina sought out a certain sheep-lover's Gengar, and under his tutelage, trained day in and day out. Years Months Weeks Days Literal minutes passed and she found she had mastered the art. Summoning a Mareep as payment, she went on her merry way back home to me, speeding up and not daring to look when she heard the Mareep bleat in what seemed to be painful pleasure.
Special Trait
Vaermina's Ominous Wind now deals significant damage for significant energy, while her Shadow Ball deals major damage for major energy. Both moves have lost their secondary effects.

Snorby: Approved.

Charybdis: Level 5 Female Tentacruel
Bio:
Annoyed at the gods for blessing her with Barrier and Reflect but not Light Screen ignited a fire in Charybdis' soul. She returned to her home in the sea, seeking the power of the Corsola. Through training with them, she managed to overcome the obstacle that the gods had so graciously placed for her, learning how to block special attacks. However, this was not enough for her. In seclusion, she continued to train, and managed to teach herself how to channel her Poison Energy into her techniques.
Special Trait
Charybdis has learned Light Screen, and now uses Poison Energy to create Barrier, Reflect and Light Screen. However, she no longer resists Poison (still resists poisoning) nor Bug, and has forgotten Toxic Spikes. The Cubic versions of Reflect and Light Screen still use Psychic Energy as normal, though.

Snorby: Approved.

Carmack: Level 1 Male Abra
Bio: Carmack is an interesting soul. He has a love for all things natural, and will go out of his way to do good deeds for nature. Such feats include returning fallen chicks to their nests, and rescuing ants from said birds, among other things. He defends what is natural and orderly, and pokemon battles have no place in that order. However, he will fight for me, as we have developed a special bond of trust between eachother. In an attempt to lessen the amount of fighting, he has started work on a defensive technique that will help him in lessening the pain in pokemon battles.
Special Move: 'Erase' (PS)
Carmack propels a wave of Psychic energy forwards in a conical shape. The psychic energy dismantles energy on a molecular level, making energy based attacks effectively disappear. When an attack is dismantled, the energy dissipates into the air around Carmack, causing his next attack to require slightly less energy to use. Due to the complicated nature of this attack, it will work on dark attacks regardless of it being Psychic energy, although his next attack will not yield the same benefit of reduced energy cost.

Snorby: Approved.

Anthony: Level 1 Male Tyrogue
Bio: Anthony is a boxer at heart. He has aspirations of being a top-tier fighting champion when he inevitably evolves into a Hitmonchan. However, a true boxing legend needs to know how to lessen the damage he takes, and how to combine his attacks. He has studied and trained relentlessly and has developed his own method after watching Human boxing championships.
Special Move: 'Armguard' (FT)
By imbuing a good amount of energy into his arms, Anthony can guard against an incoming physical attack. If the incoming attack is an attack using its body parts, it will block 50% of the damage. If it is a ranged physical attack, it will block 20% of the damage. Additionally, if the attack Anthony uses following armguard is a Punching move, it will come off quicker than usual. Consecutive use of this move will reduce the amount of damage blocked each time by 50%. Anthony cannot use Substitute or Protect.

Snorby: Change "consecutive" to "repeated". This is a move that will almost never be used consecutively so that drawback is fairly meaningless. Rejected.

Anoxic: Level 1 Male Stunky
Bio: Anoxic smells bad as far as Stunkys go. He's been in my squad ever since I started in the PASBL, and he rejoins the squad for my third run. However, he's not incredibly social with the rest of my squad anymore due to the horrendous smell that lingers whenever he battles. He must've picked up an illness or something whilst he was away. Being a natural battler, he seeks to use whatever he can to his advantage, and he has been training himself to translate his stench into his battling style.
Special Trait: 'Super Smelly Skunk' (PO)
Anoxics gaseous attacks(Smog, Poison Gas, Haze, Smokescreen) all have a 10% chance to apply a flinch much like his Species Characteristic. In return, these attacks all cost 10% more energy to execute.

Snorby: Approved.

Beatrice: Level 1 female Swinub
Bio: Beatrice has had a gruelling past involving water types. Having previously belonged to an incompetent trainer, who believes that Ice types had an advantage over Water types, the old trainer repeatedley forgot about her part-ground typing. Thus, she would constantly lose her battles, and the trainer assumed it was because she was weak. In his own arrogance, he left her to fend for herself, proclaiming that she's useless unless she can fight water types. Her determination to be a great fighter went unwavered though, and through rigorous training with wild water types, she has developed an interesting trait that may aid her in forthcoming battles.
Special Trait: 'Hydrophobic Skin'
Beatrice's skin underneath her fur has become Hydrophobic thanks to her training. This means that instead of resisting Ice attacks as per her Species Characteristic, she instead takes less damage from water attacks. She is also adept at swimming and slightly more buoyant in water.

Snorby: Mamoswine is super good and this is basically two fairly strong sigs in one with no drawback. Give it some drawback and pick either the weakened Water moves or the improved swimming and we'll talk. Rejected.

However, if the opponent has a stat boost active, BOOOOOSH deals significant damage for high energy, ignores the boost, and then negates the boost. Boosts granted by SCs or items are not considered boosts for the purposes of this move.

Sneaze: How does energy work in the event of multiple 'mon in the area when some have boosts and some don't? Also make it energy inefficient as a whole if you want it to be AoE. Also you're not getting away with what is essentially a better version of typeless damage that's completely spammable. Rejected.

Zaheer: Xatu Lv 3 (M)
"Let go your earthly tether
Enter the void
Empty and become wind"
Zaheer trained in the culture of air, learning how to use it to further his own goals.
Hidden Power Electric
Sig: Special Training: Enter The Void
Zaheer is faster and more agile in movement and flight, and has gained access to Hurricane and Wing Attack, but loses Signal Beam.

Sneaze: Needs another move drop here due to Xatu actually having access to more than just Signal Beam for Bug and Hurricane being... Hurricane. Rejected.

Swinub Lv 1 (M)
As opposed to most Swinub, this one here was raised in a desert. This has informed his battling abilities.
Attached: Sculptor's Token
Hidden Power Fighting
Sig: Special Training: Arid Fighter
Swinub is now perfectly comfortable in even hot, arid environments and neither he nor his moves suffer any negative effects due to such conditions.

Serendipity: Female Aurorus
Aurorus: Aurorus' body is extremely frigid. When performing XX or NO moves, they may choose to cloak them in an aura of Ice energy, causing them to become Ice typed. Using 10% more energy, they can also increase the chance of their Ice-typed moves freezing their target by 10%. Any Pokémon coming in contact with them will be chilled similarly to Icy Wind. Being fossils, their Ancient Power attack will boost slightly more often.
Biography: Serendipity, quite literally, means "the occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way". To say this is a fitting name is by no means an exaggeration, as Serendipity's life changed dramatically as a consequence of a singular point of encapsulated happiness. Born into the harshest of environments, she learned from an early age to fend for herself and herself alone, uneasily wandering the frigid tundras of her homeland in search for warmth, for shelter, for food. The basics of life. She very rarely came across any of these. Life, for this lone Queen, was arduous. Tedious. Eventually, she came across a solitary cave, and with heavy limbs, nestled down to rest.
As she slept, Serendipity began to fall into a deep slumber, reaching a near comatose state. The storms raged on outside, slowly but surely isolating her small enclave from the world outside. A thick barrier of frigid ice built up at the entrance to her solitude, and upon awakening, she found herself trapped. Despite possessing a powerful, muscular body, she could do nothing before the ice which entombed her, and she was left distraught. That is, until she discovered that her small abandon was more than just a simple cave. The temperate cave extended outwards into a winding labyrinth of ice, the chill in the air difficult for even Serendipity to face. Resigned to a life of hardship, she pushed on, determined to find herself an escape route.
The further Serendipity pushed on into the cave, the more destructive the temperatures became. Countless times she was forced to turn back from fragile corridors, destroyed after constant erosion from the building ice. On her travels she happened to pass one or two stray Pokemon, but each of them ran from her imposing figure. Serendipity thought little of this, but unbeknownst to her, changes were beginning to take hold of her body. As she pressed deeper, she failed to realise that her body was becoming more accustomed to the brutal conditions, that her heart was slowly becoming more secluded. The small ice crystals embedded into her skin had begin to grow outwards, and eventually the entire surface of her skin was coloured the deep blue hue, as opposed to her original sky blue colouration.
Eventually, Serendipity managed to happen upon a younger member of her own species. The male was ecstatic to see her, immediately bounding over ... but Serendipity initially met his advances with little more than a recursive look, shunning her suitor immediately. Continuing onwards within the cave, the male refused to leave her side, constantly bounding along beside her. He clearly made a defined attempt to ignore her icy cold interior and exterior, and continued to follow her. As the pair traveled together, Serendipity began to harbour feelings for the young male, but her hopes were eventually dashed. Having traveled too far, her brief moments of happiness were shattered. The debilitating conditions had become too much for her traveling partner, and he became unbearably sickly, eventually being unable to continue. The loss of her only friend immediately depressed, but it alerted her to something. Something had changed within her, she knew this now. How had she survived the torrid cold, while her partner had not?
Turning back, Serendipity turned back towards the cave entrance, her arduous journey slowly coming to an end. Happening back upon the sheer wall of ice before her, she this time found little ease in commanding the frigid block before her. Indeed, her proficiency with Ice had in fact become much more profound, having shed the majority of her rocky exterior in exchange for this new found ability. Pressing on, she began to travel, never forgetting the friend she had made during her time within the cave. Eventually she happened upon a trainer who showed her a similar kindness, and she eventually persevered to join his squad, such that she never be left alone again.
Signature Training - Heartfelt Ice Queen:
Serendipity has shed her Rock- typing, now possessing all of the weaknesses and resistances associated with a pure Ice- type. Her Rock- type energy reserves have been reduced to those of a Steelix. Despite being proficient with the Ice- type, her haunting memories of the power of the cold still persist within her entire being, and she loses her resistance to the Ice- type. She also loses access to Rock Slide thanks to her slightly reduced proficiency.
Hidden Power: Fire

Snorby: Approved.

Seraphina: Female Ninetales
Ninetales: As foxes, Ninetales are more inclined to combat by deception, their deception based attacks being significantly more potent. Their Confuse Ray is more effective and their Double Team produces one additional copy. They have sensitive hearing, at the expense of greater vulnerability to sound based status attacks. Owing to their physical beauty, attacks like Attract are more effective than normal.
Biography: Seraphina has always enjoyed her species' natural access to deceptive moves. She finds the mantle of trickster to be an accolade where others would shrug away from the label, and she is more than happy to show off her bag of tricks for any of those who come to see. Her fanaticism has managed to allow her to transcend her normal barriers, allowing for much greater proficiency when using her favourite move.
Signature Training - They're All Me:
Seraphina's Double Team attack no longer fades automatically fades when she uses an attack which is not of the XX or Fire type. However, her overall capacity has been reduced, meaning she can at most create three clones, although she rarely produces less than this count, and this maximum is not affected by her Species Characteristic, meaning she can never exceed three clones. In addition, she has lost her natural resistance to Fairy, the lingering darkness within her heart making her more susceptible.
Hidden Power: Electric

Surt: Male Camerupt
Camerupt: Camerupt tend to be only slightly-less apathetic than their Numel bretheren, although their higher intelligence gives them a better ability to follow orders. However, they become extremely angry when struck in the face. A Camerupt struck in the face by an opponent will focus almost exclusively on that target to the exclusion of all other concerns unless something else starts to become a bigger problem or gets in the way of Camerupts's revenge. Until its target has fallen Camerupt will be extremely emotional and responsive but more vulnerable to confusion. Camerupt will also be winded for a few moments after its berserker rage has ended, with longer periods of rage meaning more downtime. A trainer may write a note in their bio stating that their Camerupt has been trained not to enter in to the enraged state in this way. In its Mega Forme, Camerupt becomes an active volcano, constantly issuing lava. Its lava-based attacks are x1.2 stronger. Because of the intense heat radiated by Mega Camperupt, Water based attacks deal only half damage as they evaporate before they can affect it. They do not take extra Water damage for having an 'exposed flame'.
Biography: Surt, while able to control his anger in battle, is only able to do that because he is constantly in a state of indiscriminate anger. He won't become focused on any one single Pokemon in battle any more, and will not enter a berserk rage, having been trained not to. The issue is that the training was a little unorthodox, focusing on allowing Surt to battle as usual while remaining angry. However, this has had some strange effects.
Signature Training - Blowing Hot Ash:
Surt's Sandstorm attack is now made from hot ash rather than sand. It can be summoned in any arena, as it is produced by the volcano on his back. It lasts as long as a regular Sandstorm, but requires an additional Light energy, and rather than inflicting damage, the ash will have a 10% chance per round to burn those who are caught within. Rock and Fire types are immune to these effects, but Ground and Steel types are vulnerable. Surt can no longer use Fire Blast or Earth Power, and may only use Sandstorm once per Pokemon.
Hidden Power: Electric

Brutus: Male Arcanine
Arcanine: Arcanine are extremely loyal and brave. They are more likely to follow orders of their trainers, even if they consider such orders questionable. They are also more resistant to fear-inducing effects. As dogs they are quite good diggers and deal 1.2x damage with their biting attacks. Their hearing is more sensitive than normal, at the expense of being more vulnerable to sound-based status moves, and they have an excellent sense of smell which allows them to track opponents and tell the real clone in a Double Team. Their Roar attack is significantly more effective than normal.
Biography: Brutus is just one big dog. He has the intimidating roar, he has the massive frame, he has the immense power. But underneath all this and his fiery death abilities, he is just one big, soft, dog. He has one fatal flaw - sometimes he has just too much energy.
Signature Technique - Cuddle Time?:
Using Significant energy, Brutus ignites his entire body with flame, this barrier giving him a 20% boost to his physical defence. In addition, any physical attacks used by Brutus during this time have an additional 10% chance to cause a burn, but likewise use 10% extra energy due to the overpowering energy escaping Brutus' body. Brutus is no longer resistant to Fairy moves, and loses access to all Grass energy.
Hidden Power: Water

Snorby: Approved.

Annie: Female Heatmor
Heatmor: Heatmor are constantly producing and releasing fire, which can burn the foe with prolonged contaact and be used for illumination. Heatmor can release fire from their mouth, fists and tail, allowing them to attack in a variety of fashions. Fire attacks issued from their mouth will be long and thin but easier to direct for a more centered hit, or used like a whip to lash the foe for a guaranteed hit but slightly less damage. Their powerful forelimbs allow them to dig with ease and grant them a 1.2x boost to attacks using their claws.
Biography: Annie, being a Fire type, really loves hot climates. However, she seems to like them much more than other Fire types, to an almost alarming extent.
Signature Training - Tropic Hunter:
When Sunny Day is in effect, Annie gains a boost to her physical attack akin to Swords Dance. Annie may no longer use Fire Blast.
Hidden Power: Water

Snorby: Ehhh... this combined with the claw boost is a bit too much. Make it Howl level and I'll think about it. Rejected.

Black Bess: Female Rapidash
Rapidash: Rapidash: Rapidash have flaming manes, which can be used for illumination and may burn foes if there is prolonged contact. They can control the intensity of their flames, so that people can ride them without being burned. Any attack a Rapidash executes with their hooves is 1.2x as powerful. Rapidash are extremely fast, if not agile, and its ramming attacks are 1.2x more effective than normal. When using Agility, Rapidash leave flaming trails, which do light fire damage to anything that walks over or stands on them.Biography: Black Bess is convinced that she is the very same horse from the famous case of Dick Turpin reincarnated. While this belief can often be a hindrance to her, it has also managed to unlock something within her - a primal desire to go faster than any other of her species.
Signature Training - You Say Run:
Black Bess' charging attacks reach a much greater pace than others of her species, and while this has no effect on the time taken to initiate the attacks, it will give them considerable knockback. This does not affect the total damage of Black Bess' charging attacks, and all of Black Bess' charging attacks now take an extra Light amount of energy to perform.
Hidden Power: Water

Snorby: Approved.

Braveheart: Male Pyroar
Pyroar: Pyroar (Fire/Normal): Pyroar are very proud and protective Pokémon. Though rage-enducing attacks will be more effective, they will also sharply boost their attack. Any move involving roaring or growling will be more intimidating and more effective when used by Pyroar, even those which would not normally have this effect. Their hearing is more sensitive than normal, at the expense of making them more vulnerable to sound-based status attacks. Their sense of smell is similarly enhanced, allowing them to track foes and detect true foes in a Double Team.
Biography: Braveheart, like his name suggests, will not falter no matter the odds. His innate sense of pride to some would be considered a flaw, but to those around him it is only an endearing trait. This sense of awe stretches to his abilities in battle, as he has a particular attack which will silence all those who dare oppose him.
Signature Technique - Splendid Effigy:
Using Major Fire energy, Braveheart roars with an intense determination, the sound igniting the air around him. This flame will form a perfect replica of Braveheart's face before racing into the foe, exploding to deal Major Fire damage. The sheer force of this will blow the foe back somewhat, as well as holding a 20% chance to cause confusion. Braveheart, his pride tempered to a point as it is, no longer resists Fire type moves - he accepts all flame unto himself. In addition, because it is a manifestation of his courage rather than something born of his voice, Splendied Effigy does not receive a boost from his Species Characteristics.
Hidden Power: Water

Snorby: Approved.

Alibaba: Male Charizard
Charizard: Charizard are slow and cumbersome when on land but are able fliers. They are hot tempered and resistant to fear attacks. However, they are easily angered and confused. They have flaming tails, which can be used for illumination and may burn foes if there is prolonged contact. Charizard have slightly more Dragon energy than other Fire-types and, as starter Pokémon, their Fire-type attacks are slightly more powerful when they drop below 1/3 health. Charizard is unique in having two Mega Formes. Its Y Forme is slightly smaller and lighter than the X Forme, and is a nearly unparalleled fast and agile flier, able to fly with the speed and agility of a Pidgeot. Its powerful wings also grant it a 20% boost to wind moves. It also benefits greatly from the sun, the heat from its body causing sun to last two turns longer than normal.
Biography: Alibaba is a rather special Pokemon. His entire life has been blessed, with him coming across little hardship. This had lead to him fundamentally questioning himself - why was he smiled upon in such a way? Eventually, he learned that he was from a line of Charizard which had been given an especially strong affinity with the sun.
Special Training - Burning Desire:
Alibaba has a permanent sphere of intense energy around his body, which allows him to act is he were permanently battling under intense sunlight. This grants him all the effects of Sunny Day, but will also rob him of his Fire resistance, leaving him more vulnerable to attacks of this type. Alibaba also loses access to Overheat, Flare Blitz and Focus Blast.
Hidden Power: Electric

Snorby: Approved.

Winston: Male Houndoom
Houndoom: Any burns caused by a Houndoom’s attack do more damage than usual. A Houndoom have sensitive hearing, at the expense of increased vulnerability to sound based status attacks, and smell, which allows them to easily track foes and tell Double Team clones apart. Much like the Growlithe family, while more reluctant to bond, they are fiercely loyal to those who earn their trust. As dogs they are quite good diggers and deal 1.2x damage with their biting attacks.
Biography: Winston has always wondered why some of his attacks were so ... weak. He sought many ways to fix this, but ultimately decided that using them over and over again in some sort of training montage would be his best bet. Somehow, it worked.
Signature Training - Maximum Overuse:
Winston's Dark Pulse attack now deals Major damage for Major energy, and his Snarl attack deals Significant damage for Significant energy.. Neither of these attacks can activate their secondary effects.
Hidden Power: Fairy

Snorby: Approved.

Catastrophe: Female Honchkrow
Honchkrow: Honchkrow are symbols of woe amongst Pokémon and people, particularly when seen at night, so they may make opponents feel uneasy. Honchkrow have influence over Murkrow. If a Honchkrow is fighting a Murkrow, the Murkrow will be more reluctant to damage it. Honchkrow are quiet fliers and can easily evade detection, though they are slower and less agile than Murkrow. However, they are also outstandingly confident, and this will only empower them further, granting them a boost similar to Work Up whenever they KO an opposing Pokemon.
Biography: Under Construction
Signature Technique - Crying Lightning:
Cawing loudly, Catastrophe pretends to cry, and numerous bolts of blackened lightning rain down from the sky. These strike the foe, dealing Major Dark type damage in total. Crying Lightning uses Major energy, and may only be used once per Pokemon. This attack will take all but the most mentally strong by surprise, lowering their attacking stats by 10%. Standard boost stipulations apply, and Catastrophe is no longer resistant to the kind of chaos that she can bring, no longer resisting the Dark type.
Hidden Power: Ground

Snorby: Approved.

Polaris: Level 2 Genderless Magnemite
Biography: Once upon a time, Polaris learned Magnet Bomb. Excited, she used the attack, and was shocked to find that it didn't actually explode like a bomb! Together, we trained to channel Fire energy into a similar attack for an all-new, explosive effect.
Signature: Special Move: Buster Bomb [Fire]
Polaris packs a Considerable amount of Fire Energy into a small sphere, which it then launches at its opponent. This projectile explodes upon impact, and, though it only deals Decent Fire Damage, causes tremendous knockback.
Hidden Power: Rock

Sneaze: Approved.

Hope: Level 2 Female Beheeyem
Biography: The story behind Hope's special typing is one of blind chance. Like many other Pokemon, Hope began her days as an egg at the Daycare Center. One day, her egg was left out in the yard during a bad storm, and, by purely bad luck, it got struck by lightning. The Daycare workers (Daycarers?) were horrified to learn this once the storm cleared. However, a quick inspection showed the egg to be in perfect condition! Relieved, they brought the egg inside to incubate with the others. It wasn't until Hope hatched that they realized something had gone wrong. The electricity from the lightning had mutated Hope's genes, turning her into a Psychic/Electric Pokemon!
Signature: Type Change: Supercharged [Psychic/Electric]
Hope is now a Psychic/Electric type Pokemon with all associated weaknesses and resistances. She's learned Discharge, Volt Switch, Magnet Rise, and Parabolic Charge to accompany her new typing, but has forgotten Barrier and Psyshock.
Hidden Power: Psychic

Sneaze: Drop a bit more here. Rejected.

Amy Lee: Level 4 Female Milotic
Biography: Amy Lee is the Lead singer of Evanescence, her vocals soar through into some of modern rocks greatest songs. Heading a band once told they wouldn’t make it. Her Voice lead the bands success throughout their short tenure.
Signature: Lithium [Fairy]
Amy Lee is now a Water/Fairy Typed pokemon, she has learned how to use Dazzling Gleam, sweet kiss and Draining Kiss. She forgot how to use Hydro Pump, Blizzard, giga impact, aqua ring, substitute, aqua tail, dragon tail, hyper beam and double team
Hidden Power: Ground

Sneaze: I feel like this needs to have the Steel weakness still be a thing. You can cut some of the dropped moves if you add that in. Rejected.

-----

Duff McKagen: Level 4 Male Cradily
Biography: Duff is the bassist of Guns N Roses, their live performances filled with Pyrotechnics. However unlike his bandmates he is quite stationary much like Cradilies are.
Signature: Civil War [Fire]
Duff is now familiar with the Fire Type having learnt Wil-O-Wisp, Heat Wave and Lava Plume. He no longer can use gastro acid, rock slide, bullet seed, recover, Double team, round, Sludge Wave, Grass knot swagger and rock polish
Hidden Power: Flying

Sneaze: So a fair number of these moves are just not even remotely a part of Cradily's actual playstyle, given they're very speed based. On top of that, dropping Recover while not dropping Synthesis isn't a huge drop. Gonna need you to rethink what you're dropping. Rejected.

-----

Stannis Baratheon: Level 1 Male Anorith

Hidden Power: Rock (default)

Sneaze: Approved.

-----

-----

Groot: Level 4 Male Trevenant
Hidden Power: Ice (probably going to change to rock)
Biography: Groot is a massive Trevenant, however his brains don’t quite add up to what some would expect of something of his size. However despite his limitations he has mastered the art of using his own sap to combat his foes.
Signature Technique: Sap Bombardment
Using Signifigant grass energy Groot creates a sphere of sap in his palms before hurling it at his opponent. Upon contact with a solid the sphere will explode dealing solid damage. The sap will spew all over the solid. This sap is incredibly sticky and will considerably hinder movement for an opponent should they get caught in it. Should the sap strike the floor it will hinder any movement for pokemon whom step in it. The sap can be washed away but will take a good amount of force to remove. It can also be removed by other means as well however the threat of the sap sticking still exists. The Sap will fade away completely after 3 rounds. Groot can use this attack 3 times per battle

[This is based off of Fairfax’s Teddiursa’s signature with his permission]

Sneaze: Considering we're looking at the specified sig as something that might need reviewed, not allowing any copies of it. Rejected.
