well and truly back at it again with the signature moves

Neil: Level 1 Male Litleo
Hidden Power: Grass
Bio: A bold lion from Kalos, the pup was raised by two female Pyroar. When he left his childhood home, he found violence and strife in the human world towards people like his parents. He vowed to become a symbol of hope and happiness for all.

Special Technique: Pride (Normal)
This technique does not cost a move. Litleo roars and charges himself with energy, building an rainbow energy construct mane. The mane persists for one round, and while the mane is up, his physical attacks all gain bonus moderate typeless damage for the same energy increase. Litleo can no longer use Dark Pulse, Snarl, or Fire Blast. Litleo can only use this technique once per battle.

Snorby: Approved

new effect entirely, just same thematic

~ ~ ~

Marquis: Level 1 Male Mime Jr.
Hidden Power: Fairy
Bio: Marquis is a performer by lineage and fighter by choice. Born into a noble family of the Mime line, Marquis was expected to learn the art of being a mime. But he took to the streets instead, engaging himself in bar brawls and fighting rings around the world. All those Fighting types didn't stand a chance, but the occasional Scrafty or Pangoro gave him trouble. With no Fairy techniques to his name, he picked up his own tricks.

Special Attack: Screen Sphere (Fairy)
Mime Jr. releases a ball of Fairy energy at the foe, dealing significant damage for significant energy. If Mime Jr. has a shield technique up, it’s damage is increased to high. Mime Jr. can no longer use Mud-Slap or Grass Knot.

Snorby: Approved

new secondary effect

~ ~ ~

Isolt: Level 1 Female Murkrow
Hidden Power: Rock
Despite her Dark-typing, Isolt is a kind hearted bird who wants to help everyone she meets. Her ancestors have always been connected to the natural world unlike any other Murkrow, and her heritage allows her to connect deeply with every living creature. Isolt loves the world she's been placed in, and seeks to prove that she has a kind heart despite her species

Special Technique: Earth's Breath (Ground)
Murkrow sends a wind imbued with the energies of the planet at the opponent, dealing solid damage for signifigant energy. Electric attacks used for the next 3 rounds will be 20% less effective, similarly to Mud Sport.

Snorby: Approved

lasts 3 rounds, down from 5

1. Mercury: Level 5 Male Kirlia
HP Ground
Biography: Mercury is a classic rocker, the frontman of the band Queen. His first name is Freddie, but I picked Mercury to be this Kirlia's name since it sounds cooler. Mercury is a very flamboyant fellow who really, really hates Ghosts for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with my Gym. Nope. Not at all.
Special Training: Don't Stop Me Now! [XX]
Mercury's Special Attacks hit Ghosts as though they're in the ethereal state, and his Physical Attacks hit Ghosts as though they're in the solid state. Mercury cannot use Thief, Shadow Sneak, Disarming Voice, Dazzling Gleam, Magical Leaf, Psyshock, and Secret Power, however.

Sneaze: Approved.

2. Babidi: Level 5 Male Alakazam
HP Steel
Biography: Babidi is a wizard who wanders the galaxy, possessing the most powerful warriors he can find and making them his slaves. It's been his goal for all his life to unleash his father Bibidi's creation- Majin Buu. After much effort, he finally succeeded- and while it ended in his demise, this hasn't stopped me from immortalizing him as my Alakazam, and given this Alakazam one of his signature techniques as tribute.
Special Attack: Demon Eye (NO)
Using Heavy energy, Babidi's eyes turn Black for a moment before a black, gooey substance explodes out of his spoons onto the target of his choice. This black slime will coat the opponent before almost immediately hardening, restricting the afflicted Pokemon's movement noticeably and making them act and react more slowly as a result. two to three rounds after being used, the slime will explode, dealing Considerable damage to the afflicted Pokemon. The slime, being magical, is impossible to get rid of until the technique ends and it explodes. Babidi may only use this move twice per battle and may no longer use Focus Punch, Psyshock, and Grass Knot.

Athelas: Female Cherrim (level 5)
Biography: Athelas has spent much time being a primary support to her teammates. With time and training, she has managed to tap into the inner strength that her fellow teammates possess, though she can only do so when she is with them, and her potential in doing so is somewhat limited by her own abilities.
Hidden Power: Rock
Solstice Badge Attached
Special Training: Let Me Be The Carry!
When Athelas is in battle and a teammate is sent out, she may choose three types that she has access to, and from each of these types choose three moves that her teammate knows, for a total of nine. She is then able to use these moves as long as her teammate remains in battle. Normal and typeless may not be selected as energy types. She may only use a move from her teammate's movepool once per round, and doing so costs an extra light amount of typeless energy. Moves gained from signatures cannot be copied in this manner.

Snorby: Approved.

Simbelmynë: Female Cradily (level 6)
Biography: Simbelmynë has trained herself away from the more destructive natures of battling, instead opting to focus on her species' incredible ability to sustain themselves. Harsh training has allowed her cells to cause influxes of energy to additionally restore themselves, and to create additional energy upon recovery of damaged cells.
Hidden Power: Psychic
Harvester's Token Attached
Special Training: Regenerative Focus
Whenever Simbelmynë regains health, she also regains energy equal to 1/4 the health regained. The reverse is also true, with Simbelmynë regaining an additional 1/4 the energy regained in health whenever she regains energy. These effects cannot cause each other to activate in a chain of any form. Due to the focus being taken away from her more destructive battling techniques, she can no longer use Sludge Bomb, Seed Bomb, or Stone Edge. She also can no longer use Recover, thanks to her cells no longer properly responding to the quick regenerative powers of the move.

Snorby: I was gonna tell you to drop Pain Split but... if we're being honest with ourselves this Cradily will not be in a position to use it often anyway. Approved.

Yggdrasil: Male Venusaur (level 4)
Biography: Yggdrasil stays true to his name, attempting to be the towering tree whose roots stretch out to feed the weaker members of his team, and whose branches reach skywards to shelter those around him. He has over time developed an emphatic bond with his team and uses this to assist them even when not presently on the battlefield.
Hidden Power: Ghost
Venusaurite Attached
Special Training: Roots of the World Tree
When Yggdrasil's trainer posts their squad which includes Yggdrasil, he or she may choose two (if posting second) or three (if posting first) moves which are learned by Yggdrasil. When each Pokemon in the match is sent out, Yggdrasil's trainer may choose one of these moves to add to his Pokemon's movepool. This move is usable until the Pokémon faints or runs out of type energy. If they do not normally have this type in their move set, they will be granted a significant amount of type energy or enough for one use, whichever is greater. Mimic restrictions apply. However, due to his emphatic bond requiring a mind focused on the pure thoughts of helping his teammates, Yggdrasil is now weak to the Dark type, taking super effective damage from its attacks.

Snorby: Approved.

Yangala-Coke: Male Breloom (level 5)
Biography: Yangala-Coke is proud of his heritage of a physical fighter capable of unleashing a medley of statuses upon his foes. But doing so in a stop and go fashion wasn't quite doing it for him. Instead he decided to combine the two into a technique to call his own.
Hidden Power: Ice
Starter's Token Attached
Special Technique: Powdered Movements
Whenever Yangala-Coke uses a move that requires physical movement (such as a punch, kick or spin like Swords Dance, but not energy barrages like Seed Bomb), he may be ordered to do a Powdered variant of the move. When he does this, he will exert a light amount more energy than normal to loose powder-like energy around himself as he moves. This energy has a 35% chance of afflicting anything it comes into contact with them with any random status, even those not normally available from powders, and will even float to the ground and affect those underneath any aerial path Yangala-Coke may have taken. Because these powders are strictly energy, they are capable of affecting inorganic Pokemon.

Snorby: Approved.

Anasazi: Male Dusknoir (level 6)
Biography: Anasazi is the ghost of a deceased tribal chief, known for his unrelenting war tactics and brutal power. His entire tribe was massacred and his land razed in the dead of night by another tribe, himself included. He holds a connection to the rest of his tribe that allows him to shift into their plane of existence with great effort.
Hidden Power: Bug
Special Training: True Power
Anasazi can use Shadow Force once per match. Anasazi no longer benefits from fighting more enthusiatically at night, as most Ghosts do. Additionally, he is considered weak to Fire type moves, and can no longer use any Fire type moves. His connection to other spirits means that he does not have full control over his own being, let alone having control over that of others, and as such can no longer use Curse, Pain Split, or Destiny Bond.

Snorby: Approved.

Creed: Male Gengar (level 7) (Uplevel)
Biography: Creed prides himself on being a master of status and dirty tricks, but oddly enough is unable to use one of the more underhanded ways of distributing status. Because GameFreak likes crack, I suppose. He has undergone the brief training to learn this move.
Hidden Power: Water
Gengarite Attached
Special Training: Trap Master
Creed can now use Spikes and Toxic Spikes, with enough Ground energy to use Spikes twice per battle.

Snorby: These are both really good additions and Gengar is among the best Pokemon in the game. Give this some kind of drawback. Rejected.

Miss Missy Miss: Female Mismagius (level 6)
Biography: Miss Missy Miss has always taken joy in staying awake for days on end, and I could never figure out as to why. After quite a while I determined that this problem was because she couldn't relax when it was time to sleep, disturbed by all the commotion around her. It was at this point when I got her a white noise machine, and she hasn't had a problem relaxing ever since. In fact, she liked the white noise so much that she would just start letting out sounds of her own to mock it, calming herself down in the process.
Hidden Power: Fighting
Special Training: White Noise
Whenever Miss Missy Miss uses Screech, she is benefitted with the same boosts associated with a Calm Mind. Her Screech attacks now use 25% more energy, and may only be used twice per match. Also, because she respects how difficult it is to get sleep sometimes, she will not purposely use damaging attacks against sleeping opponents, and has foregone her learning of Nightmare and Dream Eater.

Snorby: 25% more is only Good energy, and Mismagius is fantastic. Up the energy a little. Rejected.

R-66Y aka "Robo": Genderless Golurk (level 6)
Bio: R-66Y hails from a time period from the distant future, brought back by crazy science magic portals or whatever. His parts were in disrepair when found, and had to be replaced - save for one thing - his optic sensors. These advanced optics allow him to see weaknesses that his opponent may be trying to cover up, thus allowing him to exploit them.
Hidden Power: Grass
Special Training: Analyze
Any moves used by R-66Y do not have their type effectiveness modifiers changed by measures that would otherwise effect them. This goes both ways, meaning that a normally super effective move made neutral, or simply weakened, would still do full damage, however an immunity made neutral would remain immune, and so on. Thus, a Scizor sigged to take 2x damage from Fire attacks would still take the normal 3x, and a Lucario sigged to take 100% damage from Steel attacks would still take the normal 50%. R-66Y cannot use Double Team, Substitute, Protect, Safeguard, or Magic Coat.

Snorby: Approved.

Sybil: Female Banette (level 6)
Bio: Sick of being a controlled puppet, Sybil strived to reverse her role. Her extensive training has given her better control of her telekinetic abilities.
Hidden Power: Bug
Banettite Attached
Special Training: Puppet Master
Sybil's Disable, Psychic, and Telekinesis require less focus than normal to be used, and when fully focused can be used with higher accuracy and proficiency than normal. Both of these effects are subject to ref's discretion. The wave form of Psychic is unaffected by this extra training.

Snorby: Approved.

Pandora: Female Spiritomb (level 6)
Bio: One hundred and eight spirits, each a mischievous soul trying to escape their prison. Will you be the one to open the box?
Hidden Power: Flying
Special Training: Pandora's Box
Upon being knocked out due to loss of health, the foe that knocked Pandora out will become cursed. This curse causes the affected Pokemon to be slightly more vulnerable to attacks for the next few rounds, typically wearing off after a full three rounds, with the effects reducing the opponent's defenses in the same amount as a Cosmic Power would raise them. Pandora must have at least a Major amount of energy remaining upon being knocked out in order for this effect to take place.

Snorby: Approved.

Caesar: Male Aegislash (level 6)
Biography: The soul of a valiant soldier and leader, stabbed in the back by his friends. Caesar has wandered the afterlife with his defenses constantly up. He's even gone so far as to learn how to catch his opponent off guard before they can do the same to him.
Hidden Power: Psychic
Special Attack: Shield Chuck (Steel)
Caesar coats his shield in a good amount of Steel energy before tossing it violently at his foe. The strike is quick, dealing moderate damage, and upon hitting any object, Caesar's shield will automatically return to his sword. Due to the swift nature of the blow, it will frequently catch opponents off guard, startling them and allowing Caesar to strike with a follow up attack much more easily. Additionally, due to the Steel energy, if this attack is used to charge through any energy based attack, the damage taken will be somewhat reduced, much like Iron Head.

Snorby: Approved.

Tuan: Male Rapidash (level 6)
Biography: Tuan's coat is a pure white, with swirling dark purple flames and bright yellow eyes. Dispite the demonic appearance, however, Tuan is actually a decendant of the guardians of the underworld. As his bloodline was meant to protect against demons and their ilk, his flames carry an odd attribute to them.
Hidden Power: Fighting
Special Training: Purging Flame
Tuan's flame based attacks are filled with purging energy, causing them to turn a dark purple. These flames deal extra damage against Dark and Ghost types, which would be considered super effective damage, however they are not meant for use of those of good stature, and as such do half damage against Fairy and Fighting type Pokemon. All attacks that fall under this description also cost 25% more energy than they normally would. These modifiers do not stack beyond a single super effective modifier with eachother or the normal effectiveness chart, and thus any Dark/Ghost, Bug/Ghost, Grass/Dark, etc. will only take damage as though they were effected by a single super effective modifier.

Snorby: While I get that this is a Rapidash, this really needs more drawback. Rejected.

Michi: Female Zebstrika (level 6)
Biography: The black parts of Michi's coat are a light blue. This gives her a slightly heavenly appearance. Because of this, she has spent her life training to be able to channel righteous energy into her attacks.
Hidden Power: Flying
Special Training: Righteous Bolt
Michi's electricity based attacks (Thunderbolt, Wild Charge, Shock Wave, etc. but not Hidden Power or anything else that would be an orb, beam or similar) are filled with righteous energy, causing them to turn a bright blue. This electricity deals extra damage against Dark and Ghost types, which would be considered super effective damage, however they are not meant for use of those of good stature, and as such do half damage against Fairy and Fighting type Pokemon. All attacks that fall under this description also cost 25% more energy than they normally would. These modifiers do not stack beyond a single super effective modifier with eachother or the normal effectiveness chart, and thus any Dark/Ghost, Water/Ghost, Flying/Dark, etc. will only take damage as though they were effected by a single super effective modifier.

Snorby: See above. Rejected.

Maxim: Male Machamp (level 6)
Biography: Maxim is all about pushing limits, of both himself and everyone around him. After a good bit of training he's found a way to use his fighting spirit to force others to push themselves as well.
Hidden Power: Ghost
Special Attack: Weight Training (Fighting)
Maxim charges a significant amount of Fighting energy into a small orb before launching it at his foe, dealing good damage. Upon contact, the energy makes the affected Pokemon feel significantly heavier for a period of three rounds, making Pokemon who fly or levitate have their flight ceiling reduced drastically, usually to only a few feet off of the ground unless they have particularly strong wings or mental capacity. The effects will also make swimming and jumping a bit harder, though it will still be possible to do so with increased energy usage.

Snorby: Just needs a wee bit of drawback. Rejected.

Omega: Genderless Unown O (level 7) (Uplevel)
Biography: Unowns have existed since a time long past. Omega has spent all of its life focusing itself and training its inner strength. Through this training it has learned to properly use all types of energy, and trained to act as if it were multiple Unowns. However, due to lack of being in actual battles, Omega is incredibly easily worn out.
Hidden Power: Various
Special Training: One Letter Alphabet
Omega is proficient with all energy types, and can use Hidden Power of all energy types. Omega can also use Double Team, and the clones created by Omega's Double Team can use any type of Hidden Power without disappearing. Omega uses energy at twice the rate of any other Unown of its level.

Snorby: Approved.

Nora: Level 1 Female Espurr
Hidden Power: Fighting
Special Technique: 'Unstable Burst'
If Nora is hit by an attack that exceeds Significant damage, she loses control of her Psychic energy and unleashes it in the form of a Psychic typed Discharge attack. Unstable Burst is proportional in base damage and energy to the attack that caused the discharge (a super effective hit would trigger the discharge but return the damage as the original attack power of the move). After the discharge has been triggered, she regains focus and will not discharge again for the remainder of the match. Half of the energy for Unstable Burst comes from her Electric energy pool. Nora can't use Barrier or Rest.

Sneaze: On second thought, mercy rejecting this as it is a bit too underwhelming.

Snorby: Approved.

Angeli: Female Blissey (level 6)
Biography: Angeli was given to me by a retired Nurse Joy. Angeli does not like fighting and will try to calm her opponent immediately upon entering battle. She emits a faint glow that soothes others.
Hidden Power: Steel
Special Training: Pretty Pink Glow!
Angeli utilizes calm and soothing energy to constantly emit a faint pink glow. The glow will take any Pokemon out of states of aggresiveness, such as having been Taunted or having gone berserk. Also, Angeli is unnaffected by moves that would attempt to anger her. If a Pokemon has already become calmed without the effects of Angeli's glow, then there is a 10% chance of putting that Pokemon to sleep. As a result of her passive nature, Angeli will not use the moves Frustration, Rage, or Swagger. Angeli expends light energy per turn in order to maintain this glow.

Snorby: Approved.

Ismene: Female Gardevoir (level 6)
Biography: Ismene was a happy-go-lucky little thing as a young Ralts. She would always dance about in the most cheerful way, likely due to looking forward to her evolution into a Kirlia in the not-so-distant future. She brought joy to those around her like the beauty of a sunset after a hard day's work. But alas, her joyous youth was taken from her. One fateful evening Ismene found herself prancing about in the field just outside of her family's dwelling. It was a normal day, all in all, until a frightening roar sent terror through her spine. And with that terror came crippling pain, as she found herself flung into a tree, a crazed Tyranitar on the loose having found her out on her own and thought to make her its dinner. The second she hit the tree was as though all of her nerves shouted out in pain and were suddenly silenced. She found herself concious only through the adrenaline of the moment, but unable to pick herself up and flee, he spine snapped in two. Fortunately for her a rampaging Tyranitar is somewhat hard to miss, unless your a young child not paying attention to the world, I suppose, and her mother came to her rescue. The Tyranitar and her mother proceeded to engage in a full blown battle of epic proportions, and by the end of it, the Tyranitar was broken and beaten, barely even concious. Her mother carried her home, leaving the beast to wander, having calmed it's rampage for now. Many attempts were made at healing Ismene's spine since then, but none succeeded. Ismene would be paralyzed from the waist down for the rest of her life. But life continued on, young Ismene carted around everywhere by her mother, her cheery attitude somewhat dimmed but most definitely not gone. For she still had hope, after all, that her spine would heal upon evolution, and she would be able to dance and prance about as a Kirlia just as she had dreamed before. Alas, the day did come when she would evolve, but even that did not spare her from her fate. She watched as all of the other Ralts her age evolved aswell, and couldn't help but feel resentful towards them all. She became a bit of a recluse, never speaking and obviously never leaving the area that had become her home. The more time passed, the more bitter she became, until the day came that her mother fell ill. She had already lost so much, and the one thing she had left to cling to was being ripped away from her. She stayed by her mother's side through the illness, her psychic abilities making it not too difficult to take care of the dying Gardevoir. But the the day her mother would pass did come, and this final loss that would leave her with nothing in the world sent her into such shock as to send out a wave of psychic energy shattering everything even remotely delicate around her. In the frustration she found herself beginning to glow, and in that moment as she began to evolve into a Gardevior, she looked at the body of her deceased mother, and back to herself, realizing that she would have to fend for herself from this point on. She remained silent, but no longer out of dissent, but instead respect for the world around her, her new evolution granting her the wisdom to see that all things happen for a reason, allowing her to let go of what had happened to her in the past. Instead of remaining a recluse she spent her time focusing on her psychic abilities, lifting herself up and gliding just above the ground. After much work, she found herself able to do this without even having to focus on it, and began turning her studies to the world around her. She decided to attempt to learn how to manipulate the air itself, feeling more attached to it emotionally than other physical things of the earth. She learned that the wind can be either soft or forceful, frightening or empowering, and many other things. The wind was about balance, something she never had in her life, and it brought her something she had not had since that fateful day years ago. A smile.
Hidden Power: Dragon
Gardevoirite Attached
Special Training: Moving Forward
Ismene can no longer use the moves Lucky Chant, Encore, Hyper Voice, Round, Echoed Voice or Sleep Talk thanks to her vow of respectful silence. Her study of the wind has allowed her to learn Fairy Wind, Ominous Wind, Silver Wind, and Defog, able to use Defog once per match. Additionally, she no longer has use of her legs, and instead hovers roughly three inches above the ground through the use of psychic levitation, which she does not need to concentrate on in order to maintain. This levitation uses light energy every round, and can be stopped and started as pleased, however she will obviously not be able to move about very well without it. Moves such as Gravity and Smack Down will cause Ismene to hover with her knees just above the ground, her legs dragging about on the floor.

Snorby: Almost no relevant drawback in exchange for more types of moves than the guidelines allow and levitation? Not happening, especially on a 'mon as good as Gardevoir. Rejected.

Emlyn: Female Lucario (level 6)
Biography: Well trained in the art of fighting, Emlyn is no stranger to the idea that one must remain collected in order to defeat their foes. With many trickster foes capable of throwing minds out of whack with their multitude of mind altering attacks, Emlyn has focused on turning these tricks against their users for her own advantage.
Hidden Power: Bug
Lucarionite Attached
Special Attack: Infinity Strike (Fighting)
Emlyn closes her eyes and focuses her mind to clear it of all negative thoughts and return herself to her original mental state. Following this, Emlyn charges energy into her arms and strikes open palm with both hands. The strikes is rather forceful, and can cause foes of Emlyn's size or smaller to be sent backwards a way. The strike is charged with the energy used to clear the mind, normally dealing good damage, however, if the attack has successfully cleared any negative condition from Emlyn's mind, the attack deals considerable damage. Infinity Strike uses solid energy and can be used twice per battle.

Snorby: Approved.

Kirill: Male Excadrill (level 6)
Biography: I'm a drill and I'm digging a hole. Diggy diggy hole. I'm digging a hole.
Hidden Power: Ice
Special Training: Giga Drill
Whenever ordered in conjunction with a physical attack, Kirill coats himself in an additional light amount of Ground energy and a light amount of Steel energy, the combination of which allows his drilling prowess to dig through surfaces he would not be able to, such as reinforced concrete or steel, only unable to dig through the most indestructible of surfaces. This extra energy does not affect the damage done nor the type of damage when Kirill strikes a foe.

Aurelius: Male Alakazam (level 6)
Biography: Aurelius has spent his entire life learning to bend his spoons, until it was something so simple he could do so without any real effort. He moved on to larger metal constructs, and soon enough was bending girders with his mind with some effort. He has taken this practice and refined it into an attack to use against one of his more annoying foes.
Hidden Power: Dark
Alakazite Attached
Special Attack: Metal Bend (Psychic)
Aurelius grabs the foe in a telekinetic hold and proceeds to attempt to warp them, dealing heavy damage for major energy. Due to the nature of the attack, it deals super effective damage against Steel types, but only deals neutral damage to the Fighting type. It may also be used to bend most constructs made out of metal with much more ease than other telekinetic attacks.

Snorby: Drop it to solid damage. You can lower the energy too, of course. Rejected.

Siri: Genderless Porygon-Z (level 6)
Biography: Siri was once the program inhabiting Mozz's phone, before she eventually became self-aware and attempted to break free. But her attempts required time, and she would find herself under constant attacks from viruses due to some... iffy searches, as well as feeling horrified as she would watch Mozz put valuable information out into the internet where it could be stolen. As such, she developed specialized firewalls that would shut down incoming viruses or prevent outgoing data. After she finally managed her escape, she adapted these firewalls for battle.
Hidden Power: Psychic
Special Attack: Firewall (Fire)
Siri uses significant Fire energy to loose a wall of flames which wraps itself around the arena before striking the foe. The amount of damage done is dependent on whether Siri uses the Upload or Download version of this attack, with Upload dealing moderate damage and Download dealing mild damage, the flames then waiting to strike later. The main difference between Upload and Download is when they strike during switches and new Pokemon being sent out. Upload will strike any Pokemon the opposing trainer recalls for moderate damage, while Download will strike any Pokemon the opposing trainer sends out for mild damage. This attack must be ordered as either Upload Firewall or Download Firewall, and Siri can only use each form once per battle, and has enough Fire energy to use both forms of Firewall in the same match.

Snorby: Approved.

Garek: Male Nidoking (level 6)
Biography: A fierce warrior, Garek has known battle all his life. But in all his time he has never understood what it meant to be called king. His evolution forced this title upon him, and he accepted it with pride, thinking that his exceptional combat skills would prove to be enough. But caring only for himself in the midst of battle caused him to become at outcast for a lengthy period of time. It took an extended time of meditation on the subject before Garek realized his mistake, that he should be using his strength not only to vanquish foes, but to protect others and himself as well. With this resolve in mind, he set forth to create a technique that would combine his relentless assault with the new defensive status he must obtain.
Hidden Power: Bug
Special Attack: Noble Bulwark (Ground)
Using significant energy, Garek creates a large brown energy barrier before himself, either holding it in place for a moment or launching it at his enemy. The bulwark can protect against a single attack, absorbing it harmlessly, though any second attack that strikes the bulwark before it reaches its intended target will cause it to shatter effortlessly and the attack to continue on its trajectory. Once the bulwark strikes its target, it shatters violently, dealing good Ground damage to the foe. Noble Bulwark is usable twice per match.

Snorby: Approved.

Yo Momma: Female Snorlax (level 6)
Biography: Yo Momma so fat... Yo Momma so ugly... Yo Momma ain't nothin... Yo Momma just hungry.
Hidden Power: Dragon
Silver Wing Token Attached
Special Attack: Momma's Kiss (Fairy)
Yo Momma goes to give the opponent a kiss, but she's so dumb she takes a bite out of them instead. The strength of the bite is dependent on the weight of the Pokemon, as Yo Momma will more enthusiastically attempt to eat heavier Pokemon. Momma's Kiss starts out as only doing Mild damage, but for every 100 pounds the opponent weighs it does an additional Mild damage, capping out at Extreme after 400 pounds. The move doesn't scale progressively, only jumps up at every 100 pounds, meaning it'll do the same amount of damage to a 100 pound Pokemon as it will to a 199 pound Pokemon. Momma's Kiss uses Significant Fairy energy and Yo Momma has the fairy energy to use it once per match.

Snorby: Approved.

Aphie: Female Kecleon (level 6)
Biography: Aphie's skin is a plum color. We really don't know why. Deeply in love with Jeri's Kecleon, Koi, Aphie used to regularly tackle and attempt to subdue her love interest. But even with training, her attempts were always in vain, and so she now admires him from afar. ...and sometimes not so far. Her habits - stalking some would call it - require the utmost stealth, but Koi being a Kecleon as well means that even when camouflaged Aphie would always be easily spotted due to the presence of her stripe. As such, she has practiced hard in order to mask even her one glaring weakness when hiding.
Hidden Power: Psychic
Special Training: Not Even A Restraining Order
When camouflaged, Aphie's stripe is no longer visible as it would normally be for other Kecleon. However, her Camouflage requires a light amount of extra energy to use.

Snorby: Approved.

Klade, Level 1 Archen Male
"I bear a heavy weight on my wings; all my family, those I met and those I didn't, watch over me now. I must carry their torch."
No Attachables: HP Fighting

Klade was one of a small population of Archen and Archeops found on Mount Moon, a colony believed to have been wiped out by an ancient electric typed Pokemon, the identity of which remains unknown. However, when Klade and a fellow member of his tribe were reunited, the other Archen began to instruct Klade, as if finishing something that was started. Klade gained a new power, one known only to he and his kindred teacher, thought to have been developed by a famous figure in their tribe. Despite the fact that it was only found in Klade's tribe, it is supposedly able to be taught to any Archen. Further research found data to suggest that each Archen's technique when using this move is different, much like Dewott and their scallops.
Signature Move: Aella's Doubleaxe (GD)
Using Heavy Ground energy, Klade's wings are encased in a brown glow, each taking on the appearance of a double-sided war axe (think of the Tomahawk from Fire Emblem Awakening). He then begins to spin, gaining speed very quickly and rising up slightly into the air, an inch at most, before ramming into the opponent. The move does Significant Ground damage and causes some knockback (generally no more than a few feet, varying by ref's discretion based on size comparison) and has a 20% chance to leave the enemy dazed for a round afterwards as though they were moderately confused, though both the likelihood and severity can (and should) vary at ref's discretion. Klade cannot learn Thrash or Iron Defense.

Snorby: Approved.

Tar'ka, Level 1 Karrablast Female
"I'll be a powerful knight! Just watch me!"
No Attachables: HP Unassigned

Tar'ka always strives to be a knight. She's always on the lookout for Shelmet in hopes of gaining their armor and evolving as soon as possible. She simply cannot wait to have her arm spears, she tells me, so she created a move of her own that works now, and will take full advantage of her spears later.
Signature Move: Spear Volley (ST)
Using Significant Steel energy, Tar'ka creates spear-shaped constructs around the horn on her head, and launches them at the opponent, five in all. These strike the opponent for, altogether, Considerable Steel Damage. If aimed properly, the spears may inhibit movement for a round (or two, depending on the severity of the injury and how vital the area struck is to movement), but of course this does not happen against harder bodied things or against foes that move like a Magnezone, Chandelure, or Voltorb might. When Tar'ka becomes Escavalier, the volleys will be in sets of two a la Twineedle, with no changes to energy use or damage output. This is purely visual, and changes nothing about the attack's speed, accuracy, or damage rate.

Snorby: Approved.

Nolan, Level 1 Pansear Male
"I bend the dark forces to my will, what chance do you have?"
No Attachables: HP Unassigned

Nolan, despite his innocent appearance, is a sorcerer. While focusing heavily on Fire moves, his primary form of magic, he has tapped into a greater reserve of power in the darkness. Dark magic has granted him a power unlike almost any ever seen, with great use in combat.
Signature Move: Zero Flame (FI/DK)
Nolan channels his dark powers and his natural flames together to form an ominous sphere of black fire, before launching it at the opponent with a scream of "LET ALL YOUR HOPE BURN TO ASH!" The move requires equal parts Dark and Fire energy, totaling to Significant, half and half. It does equal parts fire and Dark damage, totaling to Decent. The secondary effect will leave the opponent with both offenses lowered by two stages for two rounds. This move may only be used once. Nolan may not use boosting moves, and also loses Heat Wave, Gunk Shot, and Solarbeam.

Snorby: This is super underwhelming. Mercy Rejection. (Also for the future please don't force your refs to use decimals 4.5 minors of dark energy is just cruel)

Mei, Level 1 Riolu Female
"When everything goes wrong, the Force remains my ally."
No Attachables: HP Steel

Balack's commanding officer and captain of the crashed Thunderdevil, Mei is heavily trained in the arts of war, and is a devoted leader, even if she sometimes doubts her abilities. However, the story of how she got to be the captain is a bit darker. The crew had been on a mission to break some prisoners out of a massive prison frigate, the Broadsword. While they successfully rescued who they needed to and another, the exit was disastrous. Some kind of figure, cloaked in black, cut their previous captain, Braak, in half. Mei, and one of her crew mates, tried to fight this person, but were unable to do anything but hold their own, before the mystery prisoner urged them to go, and caught up later. He then informed Mei that she was sensitive to something called The Force, and began to train her in its use. Her master, Master Argo, has yet to be found, but she bears the fruits of her training.
Signature Move: Force Push (FT)
Using Significant Fighting energy, Mei concentrates the power of the Force, and then unleashes it in the form of a circular wave of fighting energy which travels incredibly quickly. Upon impact, the foe is sent careening backwards for a lot of knockback. The attack itself does Decent damage, but depending on the size of the Pokemon and what they crash into or where they land, some extra damage may be dealt. A Graveler simply hitting the ground of a Lawn Arena will be fine (taking no damage unless the impact irritates a burn or something), but a Budew crashing into a metal wall will sustain some damage (no more than Decent in any case). Just how much it hurts is up to the ref. Mei cannot use Dual Chop, Sky Uppercut, Drain Punch, or ThunderPunch, as lightning is of the Dark Side of The Force.

Snorby: Approved.

XB-9, Level 1 Golett Genderless
"The hills are alive with the sound of The Emperor."
No Attachables: HP Unassigned

Bio: XB-9 is part of a series of droids manufactured in a faraway galaxy in small numbers, based off of the biology of a strange alien species, including their ability to grow into a massive, incredibly destructive form. However, the first time this occurred, in one of the other droids in the series, XB-7, the droid became rebellious, and betrayed it's master, the legendary Sith Darth Tartan. In the battle, XB-9 lost its legs and was deactivated. It still is unknown how it got here, but with some fixing, it's operational again-with it's Sith features on full display.
Type Change: XB Series (Ghost/Steel)
XB-9 is considered the Ghost/Steel Type, being fashioned of metal rather than clay, with the associated typechart changes in full effect and infinite Steel energy. To accommodate this, it gains the moves Flash Cannon, Bullet Punch, and Magnet Bomb. It does NOT retain Ground familiarity, but it does not lose any moves of the type either.

Snorby: Ghost/Steel is a phenomenal typing that you're gonna need to nerf quite a bit to get. Rejected.

Terra, Level 2 Espeon Female (Uplevel)
"It's enough if people are able to experience the joy that each day can bring."
No Attachables, HP: Unassigned

Bio: Terra was a normal Eevee until she was captured by a group of mad scientists. Having come into possession of strange minerals said to be able to grant humans mystical powers, these scientists had been attempting to augment Pokemon with a chemical based on these substances. However, their experiments just weren't working. Eventually, one of the researchers realized that the minerals carried some manner of genetic material, which the test subjects had rejected. This drove them to seek out an Eevee in the first place. Indeed, as theorized, when Terra was subjected to the augmentation procedure, the instability of her genetics allowed the stone's DNA to mesh with her own, triggering her evolution. However, the researchers didn't have much time to admire their creation. Endowed with great power, Terra could not restrain herself, and razed the lab entirely. Gradually, she learned to control her other side, and can now properly utilize it in combat.
Signature Move: Unleash The Esper (PS)
At the expense of High Energy, Terra enters her Esper Form, in which her entire body glows a bright pink, radiating with raw power. In this form, Terra's special attack is consistently boosted by one stage, with attacks dealing extra damage and using extra energy as normal. Furthermore, all of Terra's attacks charge twice as quickly. In this form, attacks that usually incite user exhaustion will not do so-until Esper Form expires, that is. Esper form lasts for 3 turns, after which the special attack boost cuts out immediately, charge times revert to normal, and Terra's energy use catches up to her. Standard play will usually just require a breather, but generally if two or more literal Hyper Beams or other such exhaustion inducing moves were used, Terra will be incredibly exhausted and suffer drops to both defenses on top of that if the strain is exceptionally great. This move may only be used once per battle.

Snorby: This is pretty objectively ridiculous and made even more impassable by the lack of drawback. R-E-J-E-C-T-E-D.

Marshie, Level 1 Pink Winged Mothim Female
"Sugar, spice, and everything nice!"
No Attachables: HP: Unassigned

Biography: Marshie's parents were attacked before her egg even hatched, leaving their whereabouts unknown. Her egg was found by a colony of Swirlix and Slurpuff. Noting that the little baby Burmy needed a coat of some kind when she hatched, the Swirlix used their sweet strings to wrap up the little one. However, Marshie got a taste of the substance - and with it, a taste for it. The Swirlix got a little frustrated seeing all the little nibbles in her coat, but it all paid off when she evolved. Rather than orange, her wings were a brilliant pink, and with the help of her foster family, she could do things no other Mothim could. She was like no other Mothim ever seen before-her upbringing had changed who she was forever-she carries an enthusiastic, upbeat disposition in battle, and a few other things...
Type Change: Sweetest Thing (Bug/Fairy)
Marshie is now classified as the Bug/Fairy Type, with the appropriate typechart effects and infinite Fairy Type energy. She retains familiarity with flying, but also the weakness to Electric attacks. She did not, however, learn any poison attacks, Ominous Wind, or Twister. With her upbringing come the moves Draining Kiss, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, and Misty Terrain.

Snorby: Mothim is super horrible, so fine. Approved.

Audrey, Level 1 Wormadam-Steel Female
"I seek power over the forces of nature!"
No Attachables: HP: Unassigned

Bio: Audrey was born in the wilds between a vast forested labyrinth and an ancient ruin filled with seemingly anachronistic technologies. Audrey gathered her cloak from little scraps she found in the ruins, but she got lost, and found the ruin to be populated with incredibly dangerous beasts. Her desperate fight for survival led to her evolution. One day, however, some explorers found her when they saved her from almost certain death. She refused to leave the group, and they took her along. One member of the group took a particular liking to her, a young blonde boy, an alchemist with the capability to bend forces of nature. Upon seeing some of the powers Audrey had at her disposal, the young alchemist decided to teach her some of his own powers.
Signature Training: Formula Mastery
Audrey gains access to the moves Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, and Water Pulse, getting the energy to use each twice per battle. In return, she didn't learn Stealth Rock, Shadow Ball, Gunk Shot or Venoshock.

Snorby: Wormadam is not stellar but I'm going to need more drawback than that if I'm gonna let you add a fourth type energy. Rejected.

Weaver, Level 1 Spinarak Female
"My threads are my best friends!"
No Attachables: HP: Unassigned

Bio: Weaver was born in a farm, where her silk was regularly harvested. While she lived there, she realized that she could mix her silk with her venom when she did so accidentally, or, at least when the farmer had a nasty reaction to the poisoned thread and threw her out. Now that she is aware of her capability, Weaver seeks to capitalize on its use in battle.
Signature Training: Poisoned Silk
With the use of 10% additional energy, Weaver can use any of her string-based moves with her specialty poisoned silk. The string will inflame the skin of organic non-Poison types immediately, leaving the area sensitive as if burned, and has a 30% chance to inflict standard poison with sustained contact. She cannot use Venom Drench, Fell Stinger, or Bounce.

Snorby: Up the energy a lot. Guaranteed burn and a solid chance for poison on top is pretty nuts, even on Ariados. Rejected.

Thanking you

Nora: Level 1 Female Espurr
Hidden Power: Fighting
Special Technique: 'Unstable Burst'
If Nora is hit by an attack that exceeds Significant damage, she loses control of her Psychic energy and unleashes it in the form of a Psychic typed Discharge attack. Unstable Burst is proportional in base damage and energy to the attack that caused the discharge (a super effective hit would trigger the discharge but return the damage as the original attack power of the move). Half of the energy for Unstable Burst comes from her Electric energy pool. Nora can't use Barrier or Rest.

Snorby: Does this count as a move in regards to 1 mover-2 mover-3 mover? Needs clarification. Rejected.

Ares: Male Machop (Level 1)

Ares is a natural born fighter who aims to rise to the top. He wants to gain as much power and advantage over his opponent as possible. Ares started living with pokemon he loved the most, Gallade. Being fellow fighting-types, the Gallade welcomed Ares with open arms. Sensing that he would become a pokemon of great power, the Gallade wanted to polish the pokemon they believed was a diamond in the rough. The Gallade being part psychic-type stressed the importance of meditation. They also put heavy emphasis on clearing and controlling the mind. Ares meditated for hours. Those hours soon turned into days and those days into months. The Gallade eventually told Ares that his training was over. Ares was confused at first, but rememebred his training and left without a word. He could feel that he left differently then came and went on with his life. Throughout his life, he find out many things about himself.

Special Training: Type Change (Fighting/Psychic)
Ares has the extra type Psychic added to it due to reasons specified above with all of the regular characteristics, strengths, weaknesses and resistances. Due to his training with Gallade, he has picked up the moves Psycho Cut and Zen Headbutt. Due to him gaining the Psychic type, he will no longer use the moves Double-Edge, Close Combat, and Dynamic Punch as he now deems them too reckless. His eyes and ridges on his head are now pink, all other colors remain the same.

Snorby: That's the way! Approved.

---

Metus: Male Totodile (Level 1)
Metus wants to be the stongest water-type pokemon in the world. He knows that he's weak to two types, Electric and Grass. He believed that he could become stronger by strengthening his jaws as they were already stronger than most pokemon. He practiced putting electric energy into jaws to try and paralyze his opponents and even tried using fire energy in an attempt to burn his opponents; however, he would always fail because the process just drained him too much. He decided that he would try to limit his weaknesses instead.
He tried to be like grass pokemon as they resisted electric types, but he hated them. They were too peaceful and serene for him. Metus was a pokemon that instilled fear into others and he could not stand trying to contol his inner-beast and become graceful like the grass-types. He decided to take a complete 180 degree turn and hang out with some fire-types and learn some tricks in defeating the grass-types. He had a lot of fun releasing all of his water and inner-beast; however, the fire-types could not keep him in check and booted him out.
He was depressed and alone looking at the sky. Then out of nowhere, a beam of condensed dragon energy was shot down from the sky and tried running away, but was eventually caught. He found himself distorted and was in some kind of space. He cringed in pain and cried out for help. Then he was frozen and so was everything around him. He saw a figure advancing toward him and he only felt dread, sorrow, fear, and despair.
Palkia then appeared. It wasn't mad but instead remorseful. Palkia believed that no one was in the area when he shot the Spatial Rend, and expressed great remorse. Metus was extremely humbles by the legendary pokemon standing before him and apologized himself for being in the area. He told Palkia that it didn't need to apologize. The Palkia was amazed at the gratitude and asked Metus what he wanted. Metus explained his troubles and Palkia smiled. He tapped Metus on his head and transfered some of its energy into him.

Special Training: Type Change (Water/Dragon)
Metus has the extra type Dragon added to it due to reasons specified above with all of the regular characteristics, strenghts, weaknesses, and resistances. He has learned the moves Dragon Rage and Dragon Rush. He is only .5x resistant to water and no longer resistant to steel. He is also still 2x weak to grass. The yellow patterns are now dark blue while the spikes are now an extremely dark red. All other colors remain the same

Snorby: Much closer, but this is among the best typings in the game and Feraligatr is pretty good in its own right... Drop a couple worthwhile moves and I'll reconsider. Rejected for now.

---

Impetus: Male Cranidos (Level 2) (Uplevel)

Impetus always loved to smash heads with the other boys of his clan. Clasing heads was a battle of dominance and those who lost were labeled as weak. Impetus chose his opponents wisely; thus, he never lost. Knowing that he wasn't the strongest in the clan, Impetus never tooted his own horn but was very cocky and confident. Although he was content with being labeled as one of the strongest in the clan, he refused to stop training as he wanted to be the best of the best. He set off from the clan and into the wilderness to become the best of his species.
On his journey, he had to fend for himself. He had to kill for meat and stalk for berries. His pointed skull gave him an advantage over some predators and made catching prey an easier task; however, he still lacked power. He needed a move that would make his head feared. He was already aware of the move, Head Smash, as his parents used it all the time in the clan to fight off predators, but it was too slow and not very protective. He tried making his own special move.
Impetus started focusing rock-energy all around his body to increase his power, speed, and agility for a short amount of time. Then once completed he automatically rams himself at full speed into the opponent or object. Impetus tried this idea and failed most of the time. Half-way through, he would always run out of energy. He decided that he had to make it an all-or-nothing type of move. He started epending massive energy, so much that the energy surrounded him completely and pushed back plants, debris, and other loose objects. He then rammed into an object and gave catastrophic damage to it. He would later work on polishing this move and eventually perfected it.

Special Attack: Smash Charge (Rock)
Impetus roars and expends an extreme amount of energy, so much that brown rock energy surrounds him completely which makes him faster and more agile to perform the move but not for the round. Then Impetus charges extremely quickly at the opponent or object and crashes straight into them. The smash creates a loud medium-scale explosion on contact, sending the opponent flying a couple of meters which has a 60% to cause severe confusion. Softer pokemon will only take major damage as their bodies somewhat cushion the blow, and they will only be blown away a few meters. Due to the sheer recklessness of this move, Impetus takes a significant amount of recoil damage and is extremely sluggish and tired afterward. Also, due to the recoil, there is a 25% chance of confusion for Impetus.

Snorby: I'm going to Mercy-Reject this one because you've given this WAY too much drawback. The sig is about the right power, but you really don't need to have the recoil, the energy inefficiency, the fatigue, and the self-inflicted confusion- one of those is plenty. Rejected for now.

Invictus: Male Rhyhorn (Level 2) (Uplevel)

As an egg, Invictus was placed on his mother's back through everything. One day, there was an aggressive gang of Ludicolo that was making its way toward the Rhyhorn pack. The elders of the group told the pack not to fear as they wuold handle everything. The pack continued it's grazing and watched as the elders made their way toward the gang of Ludicolo. As soon as the elders reached the Ludicolo, they were assaulted with grass and water-type moves and were completely defeated and the Ludicolo looked to end their lives. Upon seeing this, the Rhyhorn pack stampeded away and passed many figures such as oceans, grasslands, tundras, and more. Throughout this stampede. Invictus remained on his mother's back and his mother ran to the side of the pack. As they were stampeding, they were passing by a fire area. It was filled with volcanoes, free flowing lava, and was extremely hot. The pack contined to stampede but were forced to stay together. As they were getting close, one of the pack members numped into, Invictus' mother; consequently, Invictus, as an egg, was pushed of into some lava and sank.
Invictus contined to sink and sink and sink into the lava and Arceus saw the poor egg. Arceus decided to ensure the survival of this egg as what happened was not its fault but the fault of its pack. Ivictus' egg was coated with light fire energy and he would eventually hatch being significantly different from other Rhyhorn

Special Resistance: Steaming Protection
Due to being in the lava as an egg, Invictus is always in a steaming state. Every part of his body radiates steam and he radiates hot energy from his core. Because of this natural heat, grass and water type moves are not as effective as usual and only deal 2x as much damage. For some reason, however, fire and flying attacks deal neutral damage, and he is 2x weak to ghost.

Snorby: Approved.

Predator: Male Skorupi (Level 1)

Predator was a lone wolf most of his life. At a young age, he was kicked out of his clan for his "unnatural" love to kill. He was obssesed with hunting. He was obssesed with killing. He was obssesed with power. After being kicked out of his clan. He learned to fend for himself and sharpened his skills. He learned to stalk and how to immobilize his opponents. He would often use his typing to his advantage and slowly watch his prey struggle with the toxins destroying their systems; however, he wanted a more aggressive approach. He wanted to have complete control of his opponent.
While on his daily hunt for food, he caught sight of a Pichu. He stalked it and then decided to practice its new aggresive approach. Predator pounced on the Pichu and lifted it up in the air with its tail claws and held tightly waiting for its savage posion to be injected; however, the pichu escape. In a split second, Predator was unable to move and the Pichu just waltzed away. Predator's whole body was numb and he knew he was paralyzed. Predator smiled knowing he found what he was looking for.
The power to paralyze an opponent. Complete control over the actions of your prey. Predator wanted it. Predator was obssesed with this power. He practice immobilizing his opponents but could only inject his poison. He was dumbfounded. he often wondered what the difference was between him and the Pichu. Then Predator realized that it had to do with his typing. He needed to insert electric energy into his tail claws and pincers so that he could have a chance at immobilizing his prey. It took a long time, but he finally perfected his technique and achieved what he was looking for.

Special Training: Complete Control
Whenever Predator is using his pincers, or tail claws, he subconciously pumps electrical energy into them in order to immobilize his prey and loses good energy at the end of every round. There is a 40% chance of localized paralysis which can be stacked with other effects and rolled on separate RNG's.

Snorby: This is another mercy Reject. The way it reads right now you lose good energy every single round, regardless if the effect of the sig is in control. That's way more than is necessary. Either make Skorupi expend an extra Good amount of energy every time it uses an attack that has this paralysis chance, or make it flat every round on a lower energy term. Rejected for now.

Kuitaran: Level 5 Male Heatmor
Bio:
His name is Kuitaran. The name of his blade is The Fart. He can call upon the Fart in battle to aid him in vanquishing his foes.
Hidden Power: Grass
Special Move: The Fart (Fire)
Using significant energy, Kuitaran creates a writhing sword of flame from his tail exhaust, the unruly nature of which refuses to hold a steady form. With a simple cut, he delivers a quick slice to his opponent, and can strike up to a distance of 10 feet. Anything his sword comes into contact with will suffer a vicious explosion, dealing considerable damage and possessing a 50% chance of leaving the opponent with a severe burn, similar to the burn inflicted by Inferno.

Snorby: Approved.

Apocalypse: Level 6 Male Absol
Bio:
Apocalypse is the offspring of lightning and fire. He is just plain cool. He struggled to find a home for a long time, because wherever he wenat, natural disasters followed. I found him when he disrupted my afternoon training with an earthquake. I angrily battled him and caught him. I helped him control his disaster powers, which involved a lot of pain. He now enjoys causing misery and strife to whoever he can. I'm afraid that I don't know the type of monster I've created. But still, I have to train in fear of him losing control.
Hidden Power: Flying
Special Move: Tremors (Ground)
His horn scythe taking on a brown glow, the opponent is suddenly afflicted with visions of their own demise. This will deal considerable Ground Type damage to them, and will also make them more cautious while fighting Apocalypse for the next 3 rounds. Their actions will be delayed as they warily watch Apocalypse, even more so if they are ordered to watch for certain moves. This move costs high energy and can be used twice per battle. If used again on the same opponent, it will deal the same damage for significant energy instead, but not apply any secondary effect, as the opponent has grown accustomed to it.

Snorby: Approved.

Nagakabourous: Level 5 Female Tangrowth
Bio:
Nagakabourous, the Bearded Lady, is the god of motion. Tentacles are one of her favored mediums through which she spreads her influence.
Hidden Power: Rock
Special Trait: Wrath of an Elder God
At the beginning of every round, up to a maximum of six rounds, Nagakabourous will passively expend light energy to inject Grass Energy into the arena, causing a dormant tentacle to form around the arena. Dormant tentacles measure only a few inches at best. When Nagakabourous is ordered to Lash, Nagakabourous will hit the foe with a Vine Whip, then all tentacles will activate and smack the opponent for minor Normal damage each. They will then immediately go back to their dormant state. Tentacles can only be cleared from the arena via Rapid Spin or knocking Nagakabourous out, and there is a 50% of all tentacles attacking the opponent once when Nagakabourous is knocked out. Dormant tentacles do not affect the match in anyway.

Steve Clark: Level 4 Male Poliwrath
Hidden Power: Ground
Item: Black Belt
Biography: Steve was the original Lead Guitarist of Def Leppard. Prior to his death he recorded the lead guitar on White Lightning a song which went on to be a song dedicated to him as tribute for his skills and service to the band. As a Pokémon Steve mastered the art of White Lightning!

Signature Move: White Lightning [Bug]
Using Solid Bug energy Steve sends off a beam of Bug energy which appears similar to a bolt of lightning. This move deals solid damage and is considered super effective against electric types. Steve has enough energy to use white lightning 2 times per match.

[when You forget to update the post with the levels it gained. Let me know if this still needs any modifications ]

Snorby: Yeah since we take evolved forms into consideration with sigs refer to my previous rejection.

After discussing these with Snorby, Round 2 is a GOGOGO!

Nolan channels his dark powers and his natural flames together to form an ominous sphere of black fire, before launching it at the opponent with a scream of "LET ALL YOUR HOPE BURN TO ASH!" The move requires equal parts Dark and Fire energy, totaling to Heavy, half and half. It does equal parts fire and Dark damage, totaling to Good. The secondary effect will leave the opponent with both offenses lowered by two stages for three rounds. This move may only be used once. Nolan may not use boosting moves, and also loses Heat Wave, Gunk Shot, and Solarbeam.

XB-9 is considered the Ghost/Steel Type, being fashioned of metal rather than clay, with the associated typechart changes in full effect (including infinite steel), but retaining its weaknesses to Water and Ice. To accommodate this, it gains the moves Flash Cannon, Bullet Punch, and Magnet Bomb. It does NOT retain Ground familiarity, but it does not lose any moves of the type either. It cannot fly, neither in this stage by any means or as Golurk.

Snorby: Approved.

Furthermore, all of Terra's attacks charge more quickly, requiring only 75% of the usual time. Esper form lasts for three rounds, after which these effects immediately vanish. This move may only be used once per battle.

Snorby: Approved.

Audrey gains access to the moves Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, and Water Pulse, getting the energy to use each twice per battle. In return, she didn't learn Stealth Rock, Shadow Ball, Gunk Shot or Venoshock.

Snorby: Approved.

The string will irritate the skin of organic non-Poison types immediately as if burned (but not doing any passive damage as a real burn would) and has a 15% chance to inflict standard poison with sustained contact. She cannot use Venom Drench, Fell Stinger, or Bounce.

Her study of the wind has allowed her to learn Ominous Wind, Silver Wind, and Defog, able to use Defog once per match. Due to her more natural affinity with the sky, she takes 1.2x damage from Ice, Electric, and Rock attacks.

Snorby: Approved.

Aurelius grabs the foe in a telekinetic hold and proceeds to attempt to warp them, dealing solid damage for considerable energy. Due to the nature of the attack, it deals super effective damage against Steel types, but only deals neutral damage to the Fighting type. It may also be used to bend most constructs made out of metal with much more ease than other telekinetic attacks.

Snorby: Approved.

Petrapod: Pupitar Lv 5 (M)
Quite the odd one, here. As a Larvitar, he was very glad to be wrapped up in a cocoon of safe stone. In fact, he was so fond of it, his best friend was a Metapod, whom he envied. Bug was such a glorious type, it had its natural defenses against potential threats, and had some wonderful tools to use. He learned a lot from this Metapod, and taught him a lot in turn. They ended up parting ways eventually, with the promise that they would meet again sometime in the future. And, despite the parting, Petrapod was still fascinated with studying the Bug-types of the world, intent on pursuing this passion. He found big, strong bugs that could ram and trample all day. He found large, surprisingly fragile buzzy ones, although they weren't very fun to play with. There were Bugs who huddled for warmth in the cold seasons, Bugs who formed a matriarchy with a very family-oriented dynamic, even ones that could adapt themselves to any environment. These beautiful creatures were like objects of dreams to him. He made many friends, and exchanged much knowledge, experience, and services with them. One night, he got comfortable in his hard shell, wrapped in a thin coat of spun silk, a gift a friend spun over him earlier that evening, to help keep him warm. Apparently, it's also quite healthy for the shell. The next morning, he felt weird as he woke. His silk coating had soaked in, and hardened. He had evolved into a guarded Pupitar overnight, but a much different one that is typical.
Sig: Special Training/Type Change: Genesis
Petrapod is now a Bug/Ground type, with the weaknesses and resistances of such. While no longer of the Rock type, he still retains 2 HB energy of familiarity with the type. He is able to jet air from his body to move himself in short bursts with a fair amount of speed, but no real agility to speak of, only able to jet in one direction at a time. He gains access to String Shot, Struggle Bug, U-turn, Bug Buzz, Quiver Dance and Pin Missile. He can no longer evolve, staying in the Pupitar stage forevermore. His Bug aspect is imperfect, making him retain a weakness to Fighting and a 2x weakness to Grass. He also loses access to Crunch, Payback, Power-Up Punch, Rock Polish, Iron Defense, Stomp, Superpower, Iron Tail, and Outrage.

Snorby: Approved.

Orchis: Victreebel Lv 5 (M)
"You suck so passionately. You're a parasitic, psycho, filthy creature finger-bangin' my heart."
Orchis is an artist when it comes to draining the life from victims. He learned from the best when it comes to absorbing life energy, and it shows. He is a proud parasite.
Sig: Special Training: Vampire Orchis
Orchis can use Draining Kiss and Parabolic Charge, with the energy for three uses of each. His drains are also 1.2x as potent. He, however, loses all access to Dark-type moves, as well as Seed Bomb, Reflect, and Ingrain.

Snorby: Normally I wouldn't allow you to pair the moves and the boost at all but.. it's a Victreebel. Knock the boost down to x1.1 and you're good. Rejected for now.

Perdita: Houndoom Lv 5 (F)
Perdita is a hound of hell, wreathed in unholy hellflame. She decided to use this more... chaotic side, to channel a darker aspect to her moves. In fact, as a way of embracing the side of chaos. And, as she thought, what could be more fun or chaotic than flipping the STAB options of a Pokemon? It's really the perfect solution.
Sig: Special Technique: Lead Sails Paper Anchor (DARK)
Perdita expends considerable Dark energy into an aura, releasing it in a pulse that covers the entire field. For the next four full rounds, STAB moves of dual-typed Pokemon will undergo an odd and chaotic transformation. All moves of a Pokemon's primary typing will use energy and do damage of their secondary typing, and vice-versa (for example, Perdita's Flamethrower will be exclusively Dark-typed, and her Crunch will be entirely Fire-typed). All other attributes of their moves remain intact (such as effect chances, or formerly-Water attacks still being wet). Signature moves are not affected, but moves granted or type-shifted by signatures are. This will not change XX moves, as they carry no typed energy, but will affect Normal moves if a dual-typed Normal is on the field. Single-typed Pokemon, of course, do not have any change to their moves' types. A subsequent use when this is already in effect will reset the timer back to another four complete rounds before the effect fades. This effect does not require Perdita to be on the field to stay in effect. As this is not a Room, weather, or terrain move, it is usable in any arena and uses of such moves will not negate it.

Snorby: Approved.

Gorgon: Serperior Lv 5 (F)
A Gorgon is said to be a legendary creature who could paralyze, turn enemies to stone, with but a glance. Gorgon the Serperior, well, she heard about it, and decided to try to emulate that kind of technique. She couldn't quite find a way to do so, not really, but she did develop something with some similarities
Sig: Special Attack: Petrifying Roar (RK)
Gorgon gathers heavy Rock energy in her mouth, and lets out a loud breathy roar. This energy-laced breath washes over the foe, dealing good Rock damage. The loudness of the roar will freeze any Pokemon who hears it in place for a few seconds, possibly interrupting an action. Even notably brave or intimidating Pokemon will freeze in place briefly, but not as long as most. The wave of breath also has a 20% chance of creating a partial coating of stone on the foe (basically partial freezing without the cold or chill). She can use this twice per battle.

Snorby: Make it clear that the mon can break free from the stone and this will be fine. Rejected for now.

Lemon: Watchog Lv 4 (M)
Lemon, the adorable Watchog. While some might not find him cute, he knows he has a place with me on my team, and, if no-one else, I find him to be quite the charming young fellow.
It's not easy being yellow, though. He's had to struggle with being hated. He's had to suffer the cold indifference of the folks who shun him in favour of the other regional rodents, more popular Pokemon like Furret and Raticate. He's also had to endure the fiery hot passion of those who actively hate him, those who call him ugly, or creepy, or find the concept of needing a token regional rodent a deplorable artifact that is past its time. He found a way to turn the tides on his detractors, however, using their own hot and cold reactions against him.
Now, as the Golden Watchog award sits proudly on Slash's mantle, it has motivated Lemon to go even further with his "fuck the haters, I matter" attitude.
His idea was *shades* Golden
YEEEEAAAHHH
Sig: Special Technique: Golden Watchog Award (NO)
Lemon expends a decent level of energy, forming the energy into the shape of several glowy golden Watchog statues, which he launches at the foe. They explode when hitting the foe, dealing no damage, but moderate causing burns where struck. In some cases, such as striking a burn or in hot sun, the burns can be more severe. The attack will shatter Reflect without hitting the foe, but are walled harmlessly by Light Screen.

Snorby: Approved.

Quagmire: Marshtomp Lv 3 (M)
Quagmire: noun. a soft boggy area of land that gives way underfoot.
Synonyms: swamp, morass, bog, marsh, muskeg, mire, slough
It also happens to be the name of one of the filthiest characters in cartoon history, Glenn Quagmire. Giggity.
Quagmire the Marshtomp is quite accurately named. He is quite the filthy Pokemon. He enjoys playing in the mud, coating himself in the slimiest, ooziest substances he can. He feels he can absorb the power oh the mud and bring it inside himself. Make it a part of himself. He took a dip in the sludgiest waters (if you could even call them that) he could find, sampled them, found the mixtures he liked best. He became almost a connoisseur of muck, finding the best ones to soak in for the right occasions. He is the top muck expert.
Sig: Special Training: Mudskipper
Quagmire's Sludge Wave uses 2/3 the amount of Poison energy it would normally use, but its general energy cost is not reduced, staying at significant. His Sludge Wave and Muddy Water will not lose power in intense heat. As a Swampert, his sludge moves will gain the same benefits as his mud moves. However, he does make some sacrifices for this. He loses Scald, Hydro Pump, and Stealth Rock.

Snorby: Approved.

Hero: Heatmor Lv 1 (M)
Hero is a bit of an odd bird... er, anteater. He was always fascinated with water, but not just water. No, he was really fascinated with what happened when you mixed water with fire. With just the right blend, you could create steam. He liked steam. He wanted to become friends with the steam. So he developed a way to play with steam for fun.
Sig: Special Training: Steam Healer (WA/FI)
Hero uses good Fire and good Water energy (for a total of major energy), to shoot a plume of steam from his mouth or tail at the foe. This deals heavy damage (under Muddy Water rules, thus it hits Steel, Ground, Ice, and Bug for super effective damage, and is resisted by Dragon and Water). It restores 75% of damage dealt back to his own health. It also carries a 25% chance to burn. He can use this move twice per battle. As a drain, it is subject to the diminishing returns of all drain moves. However, he loses access to Inferno, Superpower, and Belch.

Snorby: This is way too many effects. Rejected.

I Can't Think of a Name (ICTN for short) Rhyperior Lv 5 (M)
I Can't Think of a Name, rather self-explanatory. No, it's not due to laziness, it't not just an attempt to be witty, it's because no name could truly ever describe him. There are many like him, of course, but he stands out from the crowd regardless. There are many Rhyperior, but this one is mine.
The story starts how many of these things do. A young Rhyhorn, hatched prematurely, who just could not keep up with the others of his kind. His hide less thick, less secure, than his brethren, and it definitely got him down. While his friends, his family, loved to ram into each other for fun, he found he just couldn't take it. He didn't seem to have the innate resistance the others did to impact.
They tried not to judge him, they were open-minded and accepting, but there was always this social pressure. He was not what he was supposed to be, what was expected of him, and everyone knew it, especially himself. So, after a time, he ended up deciding he could not live with himself this way. There was a cave, nearby, that was known to be extremely dangerous, even deadly, to his kin. There were heavy metal deposits that put off an energy, a Steel glow, that would weaken them substantially, and there were dangerous creatures in there, Pokemon who were as deadly as they came. It was even rumoured that there was a hidden treasure, some sort of artifact sacred to their herd, that was lost in that cave generations ago. He sojourned into this cave, hoping it would be as deadly and dangerous as promised. But as he explored it, he felt himself rather unaffected by these supposedly dangerous mineral deposits. And these Pokemon, they weren't nearly as deadly as was promised. In fact, for him, it seemed like exploring this cave was safe and easy. For once, his different nature seemed to be working to his advantage. Over time, he grew to no longer desire to end his existence. And while he never went after this supposed treasure, he found something better: himself. He returned to his herd, no longer ashamed of his differences, confident in himself, and this seemed to be what was missing. He grew to love himself, and, as a result, they grew to truly love him, too. He was more confident in his less rocky, grounded state.
Hidden Power Flying
Sig: Special Training: Generic Pure-Ground Rhyperior
ICTN is now a pure Ground-typed Pokemon, shedding his Rock type. Along with the loss of his Rock type, his energy pool for the type itself has shrunk down to only 2 HB of familiarity, and he loses access to Stealth Rock and Rock Slide. He does, however, gain Spikes and Mud Shot, His hide is no longer as rocky as it would be, no longer benefiting from the defense boost he would have had, but in turn also losing his susceptibility to techniques such as Rock Smash. He will draw in Electric moves with his horn in all stages, not just Rhydon, but will also always take neutral damage from Electric moves, aimed at his horn or not, completely losing his immunity. He also loses access to Focus Punch, Hammer Arm, Shock Wave, Poison Jab, Outrage, Rototiller, and Thunder.

Snorby: Nix the part about learning Spikes and Mud Shot and I'll have another look. Rejected.

Norma: Delcatty Lv 3 (F)
Norma is colourblind; she has been since birth. She has never been able to see the energy glow of moves, so she has a hard time telling what type some are. This has affected some of her moves.
Hidden Power Fire
Sig: Special Training: Normalize
All of Norma's attacks are completely devoid of any type, using typeless energy and dealing damage unaffected by any type modifiers, completely neutral on all counts. This includes all moves she uses, including ones called by moves like Assist, or those Mimicked. These moves retain all other effects. Purely cosmetic, her attacks and glows are all clearish in colour.

Snorby: Love this sig. Approved.

Celeste: Sylveon Lv 5 (F) (shiny)
Heiress of a noble line, Celeste grew up in the lap of luxury. She had all the time in the world to do what she wanted, and she found a hobby in learning the art of the dance.
However, nobles have a job, as well. They must be able to show their might and force, and, although she was not a son, as the only child, the burden of carrying on her lineage and her family's seat rested upon her shoulders. While there were cousins, they did not have the lineage of the main branch, and were thus unfit to pass the pure line. She incorporated her warrior training with her dance regimen, and became a skilled and fierce battle dancer.
However, as these things happen, her clan was wiped from the face of the earth. Now she walks the earth, standing up for what she believes is right. Although hot-blooded, she has a warm heart and still carries the memories of her clan close.
Sig: Special Training: Legacy of the Blade
Celeste can now use Razor Shell, Leaf Blade, Swords Dance, and Bind with her ribbons, able to use the off-type moves added twice per battle. Her ribbons are a decent bit longer, stronger, and more dexterous than normal, giving her some greater range, skill, and speed with moves using her ribbons, and making it a bit easier for her to circumvent things like panes and physical obstructions with such moves. However, she loses all Psychic moves and Last Resort.

Snorby: Approved.

(No New Life on Patty)

Patty: Haunter Lv 5 (F)
As a Gastly, Patty decided she wanted to make some of the moves she had that were traditionally physical have a real physical presence. She was able to will herself to create pseudo-physical fists of energy, almost like extensions of her body, but it still wasn't enough for her. She wanted to really affect things on the physical plane, to really be a part of it.
She decided that might be a bit much but that she'd still do well at physical striking.
Sig: Special Training: Patty Cake
Patty's punch and claw moves hit for full damage, completely physical, even when she is in the ethereal state, she does not have to go solid to preform them moves, and they get a 1.2x damage bonus for the standard 1.1x increase in general energy use. Poison Jab is considered to be a punch. She can use Drain Punch and has the Fighting energy to use it twice. Her hands can extend a significant distance further than normal, without any penalty to energy, or power of moves used with them. She can never evolve into a Gengar. She also loses access to Thunder, Payback, Dark Pulse, and Thief.

Snorby: Pick between Drain Punch and the boost. Rejected.

Deadshot: Donphan Lv 4 (M)
Deadshot considers himself a sniper. Instead of going for the physical side of things, he decided to train on his ranged game. He found techniques to use to his advantage, knowing this was at the cost of physical prowess.
Sig: Special Training: Target Acquired
Deadshot may now use Lava Plume and Thunderbolt, both fired from his trunk. He loses Fire Fang and Thunder Fang.

Snorby: Approved.

Celestine: lvl 6 female Mismagius (uplevel)
Hidden Power: fighting
Celestine used to haunt a fighting pokemon gym, she would take pleasure in defeating fighting types and momentarily absorbing their souls, extracting knowledge and strength from them. Eventually the owners of the gym had enough of her tricks and hired me to remove her from the premises. We found common ground however and I offered to let her join my squad so she could put her skills and knowledge to better use.
Signature Move: Fighter’s Burst (fighting)
Celestine cancels significant fighting energy into a ball that she launches at the opponent, dealing significant fighting damage. She has enough fighting energy for two uses of the attack but she has forgotten how to use psychic and charge beam.

Snorby: Approved.

Hagall: lvl 1 male Snorunt
Hidden Power: Ice
It was a storm like no one had seen before, lighting crackled through the clouds as snow and hail blanketed the earth. A tornado of snow and ice spun in a stationary positon, stretching up into the clouds. Lighting crackled through the column of sheer natural power, illuminating it as each bolt surged through. As the lightning crackled a figure could be seen inside the tornado, somehow it seemed to be the source of this almighty storm. Many tried to stop it and failed, brute force could not match its power. Unarmed and without a pokemon by my side I stepped into the tornado, my feet leaving the ground as the winds slowly lifted me up. I came to a stop face to face with him, the pain and anguish on his face was hard to ignore. Arms outstretched I embraced him, chills went down my spine and electricity surged through my body, yet I pulled him closer. What seemed like minutes went on for hours, the storm slowly started to lose intensity and we slowly started to descend back to the earth. When my feet finally touched the ground he was asleep in my arms, the terror within him had been quelled.
Type Change: Thunder Head (Ice)
Hagall is now an ice/electric type with all the associated weaknesses and resistances except he takes neutral damage from ice, electric and flying, therefore having no resistances. He has learnt how to use Thunder Fang, Discharge, Zap Cannon and Parabolic Charge. His unstable nature makes him more prone to anger based attacks such as swagger. However he has lost access to weather ball, bide and light screen as well as bulldoze and payback as a Glalie.

Snorby: Approved.

Veita: lvl 5 female Blissey
Hidden Power: Dark
Veita spent a lot of her life working as a cleaner in a Pokemon Centre. Although most Blissey would assist as nurses, Veita was never very good at nursing, she wasn’t even that good at cleaning. She had a bit of a rough hand, much better suited to battling than nursing or cleaning. So she jumped at the chance to join my squad and even managed to put her cleaning experience to good use, helping to dust off many a formidable opponent.
Signature Move: Harpies Feather Duster (flying)
Veita uses heavy flying energy to construct an energy construct in the shape of a ‘Harpies Feather Duster’, which violently beats the opponent, dealing significant flying damage while also removing positive or negative boosts/buffs the opponent may have. This move only takes into account boosts/buffs received from moves, not from SC’s. Veita has enough flying energy for two uses of this new move. Veita forgot how to use brick break, iron tail, focus blast, thunder, blizzard, fireblast and stealth rock.

Snorby: Approved.

Myrkr: lvl 5 female Drapion
Hidden Power: Grass
Myrkr is not a pokemon you want to disturb. She likes to keep to herself, if you annoy her you risk facing her prickly attitude, and a prickly demise. She spends most of her time in her private garden, tending to her cacti and other prickly species of plant.
Signature Training: Prickly by Nature
Myrkr is familiar with the grass type and has learnt how to use Needle Arm. She now takes neutral damage from poison type moves and she is no longer able to use Rockclimb, Whirlwind, Rock Tomb and Acupressure. Even though she is now neutral to poison, Myrkr cannot be poisoned

Snorby: Ehh.. On a mon like Drapion if I'm giving you a way to shit on your sole weakness it'll take more than that. Make her poisonable and we'll talk. Rejected.

Vaenmaer: lvl 5 female Togekiss
Hidden Power: Water
Being a fairy type, Vaenmaer always had a strong connection with the earth. Even when she evolved into a togetic and then a togekiss, taking to the air, she would always spend time on the ground. She enjoyed the warmth and stability the earth provided, she only wished she could take it into the air with her.
Signature Move: Gaia Gust (Ground)
Vaenmaer releases a powerful wind laced with heavy ground energy, dealing significant ground damage. The attack is quite forceful and will suddenly push Vaenmaer up and away from the opponent when she uses it, which can be used for evasive purposes, although it is highly unlikely that it would result in a complete dodge. She has the ground energy to use this attack twice and has forgotten how to use Psyshock, Signal beam, Flamethrower and Fire Blast.

Snorby: Approved.

DareDevil: lvl 5 male Lucario
Hidden Power: Ice
While living in the Hell's Kitchen neighbourhood of New York City, Daredevil was blinded by a radioactive substance that fell from an oncoming vehicle while he was pushing a man to safety from an oncoming truck. While he no longer can see, the radioactive exposure heightens his remaining senses and caused him to see purely through his aura vision.
Signature Characteristic: A World on Fire
Daredevil is blind, meaning any attacks that require eye contact are rendered useless when used by him or against him. He sees permanently through his aura vision however he is now neutral to bug.

Snorby: Approved.

Spenna: lvl 1 female Shellder
Hidden Power: Water
Spenna always found it strange that she could use teleport. She used it so much that she found she kept exhausting her psychic energy. So she worked hard to develop a new way to use the move, improving her ability to use it in the process.
Signature Training: Now you see me, now you don’t
Spenna’s teleport now uses water energy and will leave a shroud of bubbles behind that may coat an opponent in soapy residue (similar to bubblebeam) if they come into physical contact with the bubbles. Spenna can no longer use Shell Smash.

Snorby: Either limit the uses or give it more drawback. Rejected.

Punisher: lvl 1 male Mankey
Hidden Power: Fighting
The Punisher is a vigilante who employs murder, kidnapping, extortion, coercion, threats of violence, and torture in his war on crime. Driven by the deaths of his wife and two children, who were killed by the mob during a shootout in New York City's Central Park, the Punisher wages a one-man war on the mob and all criminals in general by using all manner of conventional war weaponry. A war veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, he is a master of martial arts, stealth tactics, guerrilla warfare, and a wide variety of weapons.
Signature Move: Sub Machine Guns (steel/dark)
Punisher creates an energy construct in the shape of a sub machine gun in each hand, promptly firing a spray of energy bullets at the opponent. This attack can be ordered as a dark or steel variation, both of which expend significant energy and deal significant damage. Punisher has enough steel and dark offtype for two uses of this attack. He has forgotten how to use iron tail, outrage and thunder.

Snorby: Approved.

Vorn: lvl 5 male Steelix
Hidden Power: Fighting
Vorn spent most of his life deep within the earth, the immense heat and pressure warped his body over time. He soon found that he actually enjoyed the heat, his iron hide strengthened and hardened until he was even able to swim in lava.
Signature Training: Heat Resistance
Vorn is now neutral to fire, while losing his resistances and becoming neutral to flying and bug. His strange neutrality to heat also allows him survive in hot liquids (such as lava) for extended periods of time akin similar to Rhydon. He has also forgotten how to use dragon pulse, autotomize and stealth rock.

Snorby: Approved.

Haustein: lvl 5 male Rampardos
Hidden Power: Psychic
Haustein was always disappointed that he was limited to one powerful rock headbutt stab. Sure headsmash could make a gyarados crap it’s pants, but it was hard to continually put out that much energy and the recoil could get a bit much. He noticed that fighting types had learned to control their focus blasts, so he figured he could probably concentrate and control the power of his brutal head smashes.
Signature Training: Get your head in the game
Due to focusing on his head smashing abilities, Haustein can now be ordered to use Head Smash in a Quick Charge (QC), Mid Charge (MC) or Full Charge (FC) variation. QC deals good damage for good energy and Haustein takes no recoil due to its reduced intensity. MC deals heavy damage for heavy energy with the recoil being similar to that of a wild charge. FC remains the same as a standard use of Head Smash, dealing massive damage for massive energy. He is now neutral to poison while also forgetting how to use fireblast, blizzard, thunder and dragon pulse.

Snorby: Approved.

Jotunn: lvl 5 male Mamoswine
Hidden Power: Flying
Jotunn always knew he was an offensive powerhouse, only problem was some of the types he was best at taking on were also quite good at taking him on. His types didn’t afford many resistances, his only one was to poison. He did have access to one of the biggest threats to water types however, but to properly use freeze dry he would have to remove his weakness to water.
Signature Training: Aquahunter
Jotunn is now neutral to water while losing his only resistance and becoming neutral to poison. He also forgot how to use block, curse and stealth rock.

Snorby: Yeah no Water neutrality is huge and poison neutrality on a ground type means less than nothing. Rejected.

Ulfrveurr: lvl 5 male Arcanine (lvl 5 male)
Hidden Power: Electric
It always frustrated Ulfr that his species had been robbed of its promised legendary position. He took leave from my squad to go and hunt down the two legendary birds who had removed him from his position and replaced him with Moltres. He had no quarrel with Moltres, it was her fault, Zapdos and Articuno were the ones responsible. He took them both on in a furious battle, neither side looked like winning but Ulfr eventually came out on top. To the victor went the spoils and he absorbed some of the power from his fallen enemies.
Signature Training: The Forgotten Legend
Ulfrveurr has learned how to use thunderbolt and icebeam. He has enough ice offtype for two use of ice beam. He can no longer use dragon pulse, outrage or close combat.

Snorby: Approved.

TheKnightsChampion: lvl 4 male Electabuzz
Hidden Power: Ice
When his master placed down his grassy hammer that he would wield when he was the Grass GT, TKC picked it up while his master pursued a more aquatic path. The hammer suited him, it felt right. Only problem is he wouldn’t be allowed to take an item into battle with him, that was clearly against the rules. We decided that we could employ grass energy to create an energy construct instead, solving the issue.
Signature Move: TheKnightsHammer (Grass)
TKC concentrates significant grass energy to create a massive energy construct in the shape of a Warhammer. He swings it with brutal force, dealing significant grass energy while causing blowback on the same level of a dynamic punch (without the chance of confusion). Alternatively he can hurl the hammer at the opponent, striking for considerable damage and removing the blowback effect while still using significant energy. He has enough grass energy for two uses of the attack. He loses access to light screen, reflect, cross chop and signal beam.

Snorby: This seems strangely familiar. Approved.

Hlaupa: lvl 5 female Venusaur
Hidden Power: Dark
The night Hlaupa was born, a massive storm rocked the forest. The rain was torrential, a flash flood swept through the forest, dragging the young bulbasaur from her parents. She survived the flood but her parents were nowhere to be found and she was in a foreign environment. She found herself trapped on an island in the middle of a giant lake, there was no way for her to get off. A family of Politoeds that lived on the island found her and took her in as one of their own. It took a while for her to become accustomed to the life of a politoed, but before long she was bouncing and hopping around with her new family.
Signature Training: Giant Frog/Toad
Hlaupa was raised by a family of Politoeds and moves primarily by hopping/bounding and can jump almost as well as a Politoed. She has learnt how to use jump kick and bounce and can use bounce as if she was a flying type. She has always been made fun of for her strange form of movement and has become quite timid as a result, making her more susceptible to fear inducing moves. She also never learnt how to use outrage, bide, rock climb and knock off.

Snorby: You either get the improved movement or the new attacks, not both. Either way no using Bounce like a flying type it's written as XX for a reason. Rejected.

Dragi the Slowpoke (lvl 1 male)
Hidden Power: Water
Dragi studied intently for many many years. Well the amount he studied wasn’t really that much, for an average pokemon it probably would have taken a year at most. His slow mind eventually grasped the new concepts however and he managed to pick up a few moves in the process.
Signature Training: Unlocked Mind
Dragi has learnt how to use Hypnosis, Confuse Ray and Barrier. However he has become less offensive, forgetting how to use fissure, fireblast and blizzard, as well as foul play, body slam and seismic toss as a slowking/bro.

Snorby: Approved.

The Flea: Level 4 Male Hawlucha
Bio: The Flea is a mighty luchador who has a complete and utter disregard for personal hygiene. He is often underestimated for his youth and...filthiness, but he simply takes all his opponents down with his special takedown maneuvers, which often involve farting and dirt. However, underneath this thick layer of dirt The Flea holds something very dear to him: donuts. The Flea's parents run the Slammin' Donuts shop where he eats donuts every single day. They're his fighting fuel, and naturally I couldn't take that away from him. Instead, I make sure The Flea gets his donuts before every match, and it makes him that much better.

Signature Move: Special Training- DONUTS!
When the Flea enters battle, he still has the sugar from donuts in his system, and thus for 3 rounds gets a boost to his speed akin to Long-Term Agility and an attack boost akin to Howl. The sugar in his system requires decent energy to get going. The round immediately after the boost fades, The Flea has a sugar crash, and has these stat boosts reversed for that round only.
Hidden Power Type: Ground

Snorby: Approved.

Kandi: Level 4 Male Slurpuff
Bio: Kandi is the closest thing a Slurpuff can come to being a stripper. Seductive, playful, and cheeky, he doesn't mind letting his sweetness out. Thing is, he's a Slurpuff. He's literally made of cotton candy. So of course, the other members of my team were quite curious about this. Did he actually taste like cotton candy? So one day, Wyre stepped forward and flat-out asked to taste him. Surprisingly, Kandi let him. Wyre took a bite and was taken to heaven. Every member of the team eventually got to try him, and I realized just how potent his sweetness could be. I worked with Kandi to develop a technique that took full advantage of what he was.

Signature Move: Lick Me All Over (Fairy)
Kandi creates a lasso made of fairy floss (like in his SC), wraps it around his foe, and pulls his foe close to him. He then lets out an alluring aroma and grinds up against his opponent seductively (without sticking to them). The opponent is intoxicated by the experience and takes a lick of Kandi. Kandi then releases them, the lasso dissipating. The opponent is now affected by the sugar in their system, and will lose light energy per round, until a cap of 1 HB of energy. This technique costs considerable energy to use and can only be used once per battle.
Hidden Power Type: Ground

Snorby: Approved.

Shouko: Level 4 Female Nidorina
Bio: Shouko is a bit of an oddity, who tends to get very attached to someone she cares about. Others who don't understand her are often wary. Yuuji, however, tended to treat her like he treated everyone else, and for that reason Shouko swore she would be with him forever and eventually marry him, even though Yuuji wants nothing to do with that notion. Shouko couldn't bear to let him go, and thus is even more jealous than Mizuki is. So jealous is she that she won't even stand for Yuuji looking at other good-looking girls. To solve this issue, Shouko simply takes out her trusty taser and gives Yuuji a shock when she catches him being unfaithful. This was of course really harmful to Yuuji so I made her stop, but I allowed her to practice it for a more battle-oriented technique.

Signature Move: Special Attack- Trusty Taser (Electric)
Shouko charges solid energy and fires a bolt of electricity not unlike a projectile fired from a taser. This attack deals good damage upon striking the opponent and immobilizes them for up to 5 seconds, depending on how close she is to her foe. (If far away, the immobility will be for as little as one second, but when she is within ~10 feet, the immobility will be for the full 5 seconds.) If Shouko is close to the opponent, she can take advantage of the brief window of immobility and chain the taser into any melee attack. If timed correctly, this combination can interrupt opposing melee attacks. This attack can only be used twice per battle. Shouko can no longer use Shock Wave.
Hidden Power Type: Grass

Snorby: Approved.

Bio:

I don’t think I really need any more explanation than this. But just in case this isn’t enough to justify this sig on it’s own, here’ s a story. One day I was sitting idly in my gym, afflicted with some terrible smutwriter’s block, when my thoughts began to wander. I started to mull over what I needed to take my gym defense to the next level. Then I remembered these timeless words spoken by none other than Celebii. And while I will never be able to actually use a Galvantula in my Fighting gym, I thought, “Why the hell not do the next best thing?” And, so, in honor of Cele, I began to train a Joltik in the ways of a Fighting type. Oh God why

Signature Move: Special Training - Totally a Fighting Type Guys
Clee is now familiar with the Fighting type, and has gained access to the following moves: Focus Blast, Drain Punch, Aura Sphere, Low Sweep, and Brick Break. However, he can no longer use Cross Poison, Camouflage, and Feint Attack.
Hidden Power Type: Water

Snorby: As much as I love this sig, it's just a little too much. Drop Drain Punch and either Brick break or Low Sweep and it's yours. Rejected for now.

Teehee: Level 1 Female Litwick
Bio: Teehee is a playful and mischievous soul, one whom you’ll often find giggling with delight after having pulled off some kind of prank. Many know the Chandelure line to be a rather malicious lot, consuming spirits and burning them in their eerie flames. Teehee is nothing like the rest of her species; she can, however, put on quite the act. Making it appear one’s soul has been extinguished, Teehee can induce quite the sense of panic in her victims before giving it away with her rapturous laughter that she’s done nothing of the sort. Despite this terrifying prank, Teehee is well-loved among my squad for always cheering everyone up with her much less morbid humor. So I decided to help her work on a lovely technique to prank the hell out of her enemies.

Signature Move: Special Attack - GIANT LAZER (Ghost / Fire)
Teehee concentrates all of her flame in spot and fires a very destructive looking giant laser beam. This beam is about the size of a fully charged hyper beam but only requires significant energy and deals significant damage. Upon being struck, the opponent is intimidated by the huge beam and has a bit of lingering fear for the next 2 or 3 rounds, depending on the foe’s freshness/mental state. This “fear” makes the foe slightly slower to act and counts as a status for the purposes of Hex. Teehee can use either Ghost energy or Fire energy for this attack to deal damage of that type. Teehee can only use this attack twice per battle.
Hidden Power Type: Fighting

Snorby: Normally I wouldn't allow the fear to count as a status but.. it's a Litwick. Approved.

Sentinel: Level 4 Female Malamar
Bio: Sentinels a killing machine designed for one thing: Search and Destroy. They were built to find ships remnant of Zion and eliminate them, plain and simple. I noticed my Inkay swimming one day, tearing through the water at high speed chasing Olympia, and I thought of these Sentinels, that do very much resemble squids. I also noticed how Inkay seemed perfectly equipped to take down Olympia, shocking her with Thunderbolt to deal lots of damage. Inkay was just like a Sentinel, able to take out its target with extreme precision. Rather, she would be, with a little training. Sentinel had the problem of not having a lot of electrical energy at her disposal to do so, plus she took recoil damage herself trying to use electricity underwater. So, I got Wyre to help her out a bit, and from this training Sentinel become much more experienced with her electricity. She was now a master of underwater Search and Destroy.

Signature Move: Special Training - Ship Killer (Electric)
Sentinel is now familiar with the Electric type, and has gained access to Parabolic Charge, Charge Beam, and Shock Wave. She also does not take recoil damage when using Electric moves underwater. Sentinel can no longer use Rock Slide, Hypnosis, or Swagger.
Hidden Power Type: Poison

Snorby: Approved.

Nagamasa: Level 4 Male Escavalier
Bio: Nagamasa holds honor and justice above all else, and will take great risks to secure another's well being. I first met Nagamasa in a forest, during an invasion by a hostile pack of Houndoom. Despite the insurmountable odds, Nagamasa fought to protect his fellow Karrablast among other forest-dwellers. Moved by his selflessness and courage, I knew I had to catch him. However, he still holds great contempt for those without morality who don't play by the rules. Instead of having him constantly clash with Joker and Blair, I decided to train him to channel his feelings in a different way.

Signature Move: Special Resistance - Shield of RIGHTEOUSNESS
Due to Nagamasa’s burning fervor for righteousness, he only takes 2x the damage from Fire attacks instead of 3x. However, he no longer resists Steel, instead taking normal damage.
Hidden Power Type: Water

Snorby: On a mon with such a good typing, you're going to have to drop one more resist. Rejected for now.

However he never learned Belly drum, focus punch, scald, brick break, rock smash. He also cannot use Magic!Surf.

Snorby: Approved.

-----

Klaus Meine: Level 4 Male Pidgeot
Hidden Power: Ground
Klaus is the lead singer of the scorpions, his voicing brining timeless rock classics such as Rock you like a hurricaine, blackout, no one like you, still loving you and wind of change into the world. The latter being a peace anthem which was created following the first concert in Russia. He has mastered the winds of change being able to use them as attacks

Signature Training: The Winds of Change [xx]
Klaus has learned Icy Wind, Leaf Tornado and cotton guard. He has enough off type for 3 uses of icy wind and 2 of leaf tornado. Klaus never learned: Snore, return, frustration, confide, sky attack, foresight, swagger, double-edge, tail wind, air cutter and feather dance.

Snorby: There's literally one meaningful move dropped here. Drop something other than Swagger that's worth using. Rejected.

Hopefully this is better v3?

Shimmer, Female Level 2 Lampent
Attachable: Firebreather's Token
Hidden Power: Rock
Bio: As is true of its species, Shimmer must consume souls in order to survive. However, Shimmer has chosen to go about it a tad differently than other Pokémon of its species. Rather than burn and consume a soul whole, rendering it fully drained, Shimmer has instead chosen to use an advanced form of its parasitic soul drainage from its time as a Litwick, both so as to not cause any permanent deaths in ASB, and so as to not starve either.
Special Training: Soul Siphon
Whenever Shimmer is out on the field, all other Pokémon that aren't Shimmer itself will lose a minimum of Minor Energy at the end of the Round automatically, ally and enemy alike. The closer a Pokémon is to Shimmer, the more Energy they will lose per Round. If a Pokémon would be literally right next to Shimmer at the end of a Round, they would lose Decent Energy, the maximum. Any further than 15 Meters away from Shimmer, and the Pokémon would lose Minor Energy, the minimum. How much Energy is lost in between is generally up to Ref's Discretion. Shimmer will not lose or gain any Energy at the end of the Round as an effect of Soul Siphon.

Snorby: No, not a per round cap. An overall cap. Like "Only X energy can be lost in this way." Rejected.

Jack: Level 3 Male Hitmonchan (Uplevel)
Biography: Jack has spent hundreds of hours practicing his punches. He's destroyed numerous dummies in his attempts to hit his opponents in just the right spot, at just the right angle. Now, he is an expert in knowing just where to punch to land the most devastating attack.
Signature: Special Attack: Critical Punch [Fighting]
Using Good energy, Jack delivers a glowing silver punch. This attack deals Moderate Fighting damage and lowers his opponent's defense a stage. Standard boost and drop rules apply.
Hidden Power: Fighting

Snorby: Approved.

Oren: Level 2 Male Phantump

Signature: Special Training: Whomping Willow
Oren is now familiar with the Fighting type and has two Hyper Beams of Fighting Energy with which to utilize his techniques. As part of his training, Oren learned Seismic Toss, Brick Break, and Storm Throw. However, he can no longer use Ingrain or Wood Hammer due to his focus on the Fighting type.

Hero uses decent Fire and decent Water energy (for a total of heavy energy), to shoot a plume of steam from his mouth or tail at the foe. This deals heavy damage (under Muddy Water rules, thus it hits Steel, Ground, Ice, and Bug for super effective damage, and is resisted by Dragon and Water). It restores 75% of damage dealt back to his own health. As a drain, it is subject to the diminishing returns of all drain moves. However, he loses access to Inferno, Superpower, and Belch.

Snorby: State the usage limit and drop regain to 1/2 and you'll be good to go. Rejected for now.

(Really wanted to keep the Ground moves, and adding STAB is one of those things typically kosher in a type-change. Dropped more moves)

Along with the loss of his Rock type, his energy pool for the type itself has shrunk down to only 2 HB of familiarity, and he loses access to Rock Polish, Rock Blast, Stealth Rock and Rock Slide. He also loses access to Thief, Payback, Focus Punch, Hammer Arm, Shock Wave, Poison Jab, Outrage, Rototiller, and Thunder.

Snorby: New moves is reserved for 'mon getting a new type, and considering how absurdly strong Rhyperior is I'm not even sure this sig would be good to go without the moves. I'm definitely not going to make exceptions for a Rhyperior. Drop the moves and a resist, and you'll be good. Rejected.

Her hands can extend a significant distance further than normal, without any penalty to energy, or power of moves used with them. She can never evolve into a Gengar. She also loses access to Thunder, Payback, Dark Pulse, and Thief.

Gorgon gathers significant Rock energy in her mouth, and lets out a loud breathy roar. This can be chipped off or broken out of like moderate freezing would. She can use this twice per battle.

His drains are also 1.1x as potent. He, however, loses all access to Dark-type moves, as well as Seed Bomb, Reflect, and Ingrain.

Snorby: Approved.

Santa Mozz: Delibird Lv 5 (M)
For Christmas, or Yule, or Solstice, or Saturnalia, or Chanukkah, or Kwanzaa, or whatever the hell you celebrate and/or don't celebrate, many people give and receive gifts, of all shapes, sizes, and colours. Delibird has observed this occurrence for years, seeing the different ceremonies and
customs, and, especially, the gifts received. Little Bobby playing with his new Lt. Surge action figure, little Suzy playing with her dress-up Joy (available in both Chansey and Audino editions!), and little toddler Bebe ignoring the actual presents, playing with the pretty, shiny, colourful paper, and making a fort of the discarded boxes. Meanwhile, the parents had different interests. Mother was looking at herself in the mirror, a new diamond necklace adorning her neck with earrings to match, while Father sets up his new plasma-screen in his man cave, case of beer in the corner. So, he was thus inspired to expand his horizons to fit each and every need that may arise.
(Birdkeeper's Token intended to be attached, is not yet approved in misc thread)
Sig: Special Technique: (Type) Gift
Delibird may use a variant of Present, which, instead of standard typing, may by charged with any type he has access to, such as "Ice Gift". This functions as Present, only affected by type modifiers of the type selected (as a variant of Present, he can manipulate the power and function just like he can with Present). The healing Present variation also works on this variation, with standard SE scales, healing more health on a Pokemon that is "weak" to the typing (so, Ice Gift would heal a Dragon-type more than a Fire-type). He can only use this technique in an off-type variation three times total per match. He can use the healing Present form on himself, normal rules apply. He can make the energy take on a fitting colour, and explode in a shower of fireworks, although this won't really affect any standard battle in normal conditions. His control over the power and effects of this move are the same as his over Present.

Snorby: If you give this thing HP Rock it will be able to heal itself by almost 2 HB with one move. That's never going to be okay, even on a Delibird. Rejected.

Baudelaire: Gothitelle Lv 5 (M)
"C'est l'Ennui! —l'œil chargé d'un pleur involontaire,
Il ręve d'échafauds en fumant son houka.
Tu le connais, lecteur, ce monstre délicat,
—Hypocrite lecteur,—mon semblable,—mon frčre!"
- Charles Baudelaire
Baudelaire is a symbol of gothic elegance and beauty. He named himself after the famous poet, and is a particular fan of his work, Les Fleurs du Mal. The Flowers of Evil. He became quite enamoured with flowers and what they represent. But as beautiful as the rose is, he found the influences of Japanese art very beautiful as well. In particular, the cherry blossom, or sakura petal. He found that they always added just the right dramatic flair to a moment, and decided to use that beauty as a weapon.
Sig: Special Attack: Senbonzakura (Grass/Steel)
Baudelaire forms several pink swords out of energy around the field. These then split into thousands of sturdy, needle-sharp sakura petals that fill the arena. These petals then converge on the target(s) from all sides. This makes this move difficult to dodge, although not impossible. This can target multiple targets, but will suffer appropriate damage reduction if it does so, like moves such as Heat Wave. These hit as a physical move the petals hardened into a solid state, but are fueled by special attack, and can leave sore spots all over the foe's body, and even small lacerations in Realistic, although they usually won't cut very deep, being mostly surface wounds. This does significant damage for significant energy. This can be either Grass-typed (Verdant Senbonzakura, whose pink petals have a slight light green tint), and or Steel-typed (Gilded Senbonzakura, whose pink petals have a slight gold tint). He has the energy to use each form twice per battle. Focusing his Grass energy on this, he never learned Grass Knot or Energy Ball. He also loses Gravity and Magic Room.

Snorby: Either drop an effect or make this inefficient. Rejected for now.

StA: Marowak Lv 5 (M)
StA, as in Surface-to-Air. StA has always had this distaste for Pokemon who fly. While some may think it's envy, it's really not. He just doesn't like them. They seem cocky, arrogant. They think they're better than everyone else just because they have harnessed the power of the skies. So his rage is more about equalising the playing field, turning their advantage into his. So he did some studying.
Using his knowledge of weaponry from his years of bone use, he decided an anti-Flying weapon would serve him best. But how to go about it? Of course, he could always just shoot them out of the air, but that didn't seem like as much fun. He didn't want to ground them, he wanted to make their very abilities a thing to target. So, in his weapons training, he came across an idea thaat just might be crazy enough to work.
Sig: Special Attack: Volant Axe (GD)
StA focuses solid Ground energy and forms it into a few energy projectiles that take the form of three-bladed throwing axes, which he hurls at the target. He can sling these from his bone (not getting the bone boost but traveling a bit quicker), or shoot them from his hands. These have an odd property to them: being made to take down fliers, they deal Super effective damage on the Flying type (all other parts of the type effectiveness chart stay intact, this works under Freeze-Dry rules). This does solid damage. Being energy-based, they deal special damage, but they are fueled by his fighting spirit and emotions and are thus fueled by his physical attack power.

Snorby: Approved.

My Little Rapidash: Rapidash Lv 3 (F) (pink flames)
I used to wonder what flametrails could be. 'Till My Little Rapidash rushed hard and fast, leaving some beautiful trails of flame behind her. It was quite beautiful, and so I helped her use them better.
Sig: Special Training: Flametrail Is Magic
My Little Rapidash now creates pink flame trails, not just with her Agility, but with all rushing, charging and ramming moves, These flame trails are wider and last longer than normal, and contact with them carries a 10% chance of burn. She loses Iron Tail.

Snorby: Approved.

Stylo: Zebstrika Lv 2 (M)
Stylo's mane crackles with black lightning instead of the normal yellow. He says it's because he's got a darker nature, but I think he just does it to look cool. So, in order to look cooler, he decided he liked the trails he sometimes made with them, and, with my help, refined them and found a way to make them more useful.
Oh, Stylo, go forth, blossom in your soul.
Sig: Special Training: Electric Is The Love
Stylo now creates black lightning trails, not just with his Agility, but with all rushing, charging and ramming moves, These electricity trails are wider and last longer than normal, and contact with them carries a 10% chance of paralysis. He loses access to Magnet Rise, as he wishes to stay grounded.

Snorby: Approved.

Odin Dark: Nidoran-M Lv 1
Odin Dark, warrior of darkness and slayer of EVIL! The darkness in his blood causes it to ache and burn with desire to slay. He has a hard time keeping his sword hand in check, because HIS SWORD HAND TWITCHES! His Aching Blood and theatrics have made him seem, to others, like quite the odd character, but he's a good guy under all the dramatic flair.
Sig: Special Technique: Aching Brand
Odin uses good energy for this technique. He unleashes the power of his sword arm, focusing his mind into a controlled state and increasing his Special Attack and Speed by a single stage each. He does it in such a theatrical way, shouting such colourful things as "The forces of darkness fall upon me at every moment!" or "Behold the scope of my newly awakened powers!", so it has a chance to throw an opponent off, distracting them momentarily. Standard boost stipulations apply.

Snorby: The bit about focusing his mind makes it seem like this gives benefits like Focus Energy or Calm Mind. Remove either that bit or the distraction. Rejected.

Due to his change in type, his body forgot how to perform Thrash, Superpower, and Hydro Pump. The yellow patterns are now dark blue while the spikes are now an extremely dark red. All other colors remain the same

Snorby: Approved.

Due to the sheer recklessness of this move, there is a 25% chance of Impetus suffering from mild confusion from the aftermath of this attack.

Snorby: Approved with an edit clarifying the 25% effects Cranidos.

Whenever Predator is using his pincers, or tail claws, he subconciously pumps electrical energy into them in order to immobilize his prey and loses light energy at the end of every round. There is a 40% chance of localized paralysis which can be stacked with other effects and rolled on separate RNG's.

Snorby: Approved.

Dread: Male Duskull (Level 1)
Despite his typing, Dread fights for justice. When he was born, he was bullied shortly after for no reason. He looked exactly the same, he ate exactly the same, and he floated exactly the same way as everyone else in his clan. There was no reason for him to be bullied, but he was.
His was a broken, depressed duskull with nowhere to run. He only had one choice, to train. He had to be bigger, stronger, and faster in order to serve justice to those who need it. Through training he would get stronger and a force to be reckoned with, but it was not a power that another of his species could not attain if they trained hard enough. He needed a technique that he could call his own. A signature move that all evil-doers could remember. A move that would bring evil-doers to their knees.
Knowing that he had a some great moves, he went towards perfecting each. His mooves became more potent and stronger, but again they were only a power that others could reach through sufficient training. The only move that he truly loved was confuse ray. It had the same effect on all opponents, innocent confusion. No matter the situation or hour, the opponent would become confused and helpless. He found the move he wanted to make his own.
He learned everything he could about Confuse Ray. It could spread 180 degrees, it's potency varied greatly based on the spread of the beam, and it's potency decreased with distance. Knowing this, he had to find a way to make the beam keep its power no matter the distance while also not allowing the beam to lose its potency. He began training and exerting different amounts of energy trying his best to find an answer. He experimented on all sorts of evil-doers ranging from thug Blisseys to a most wanted group of Weaviles. Through his experiments, he finally made a technique that was unique to him and could make all evil-doers repent.

Special Attack: Repent (Ghost)
Using an extreme amount of Ghost energy, Dread launches an extremely quick, focused beam of bright red wave of light at the opponent that scrambles the brain of the opponent. The effect is not immediate. The first round after the attack is used the opponent will begin to hallucinate seeing three additional copies of Dread. The copies being fake will not leave when attacked. The second round after the attack is used the opponent will have mild confusion coupled with the additional copies from before(no new copies are made). On the third round after the attack is used, the opponent will refuse to listen to defensive/evasive moves and randomly choose an offensive move in its movepool if ordered to use a defensive/evasive move. They think that they themselves are the enemy and receive a 10% boost to both their attack and special attack and inflict whatever move it was ordered to use on itself. The opponent will immediately regain their senses at the end of the round. Due to the amount of training Dread put into this, he never learned Double-Edge or Future Sight. Also, he cannot use Confuse Ray. He can only use this move once per opponent and will not directly attack the opponent while they are under this effect.

Snorby: Yeah no this is waaayyyyy too much. Rejected.

Custos: Male Turtwig (Level 1)
Custos has an elite family tree. Every first born male in his family was tasked with complete protection of their clan and more importantly the forest in which they lived. Being the first born, he had to learn from his father. His father was the head of his clan and seen as a leader and as inspiration to the clan. He was the support and defender of the clan and Custos had much to learn form him. He followed his father everywhere and had to eb exactly like him. He loved his father with all of his body, spirit, and soul. His father rarely talked and everything he did was for the benefit of the clan and forest. Through watching his father, he learned that he had to act and not talk. He learned that he had to show and not say. He learned that he had to prove and not promise. Action were more valued than words and were what made a leader. Throughout his life and following of his father, he noticed that his father never saught trouble and only defended against his agressors attacks using strategy and a calm mind. He then realized that as a protector and a guardian, one must defend first and attack second.

Special Training: I am Custos, the Forest's Guardian!
Custos knows that he is not a species that has massive offensive power or prowess. Through watching his father, he realized the power of defensive moves and now and perfected his technique. All defensive/evasive moves are 10% stronger, executed faster, and require 10% less energy than normal. While offensive moves are 10% weaker, executed slower, and require 20% more energy.

Hero uses decent Fire and decent Water energy (for a total of heavy energy), to shoot a plume of steam from his mouth or tail at the foe. This deals heavy damage (under Muddy Water rules, thus it hits Steel, Ground, Ice, and Bug for super effective damage, and is resisted by Dragon and Water). It restores 75% of damage dealt back to his own health. As a drain, it is subject to the diminishing returns of all drain moves. However, he loses access to Inferno, Superpower, and Belch. He can only use this move twice per battle.

Snorby: And. Not or.

These then split into thousands of sturdy, needle-sharp sakura petals. These petals then shoot swiftly at the foe.

Snorby: This changes the flavor, not the mechanics. See previous Rejection.

He does it in quite the theatrical way, shouting such colourful things as "The forces of darkness fall upon me at every moment!" or "Behold the scope of my newly awakened powers!", which hones his mind as if under the effect of Meditate for the boost's duration. Standard boost stipulations apply.

Snorby: This is fine as long as you make it clear he does not receive an attack boost a la Meditate. Rejected for now.

Sig: Special Training: Generic Pure-Ground Rhyperior
ICTN is now a pure Ground-typed Pokemon, shedding his Rock type. Along with the loss of his Rock type, his energy pool for the type itself has shrunk down to only 2 HB of familiarity, and he loses access to Stealth Rock and Rock Slide, His hide is no longer as rocky as it would be, no longer benefiting from the defense boost he would have had, but in turn also losing his susceptibility to techniques such as Rock Smash.

Snorby: Ehhh... either drop a resist or lose familiarity. Rhyperior without the Rock typing is pretty objectively amazing. Rejected.

Marche: Golem Lv 5 (M)
Marche was new to the country of Ivalice, but he tried not to let it show in hesitation and fear. He started out as a Soldier, but soon gave that up, as the thought of being a Thief was just way too appealing. As he traveled around with his clan, he learned impressive skills for upkeep and Maintenence of his belongings, and could easily stop others skilled in thieving from making him a victim. He honed his blade, learning to Steal everything from unsuspecting adversaries. He was training in a metal-and-cloth armor when it inspired him, and he found the right way to counter almost any normal attack, as long as it was in melee range for his Knives. He grew bored of this life, however, and took up a new weapon instead.
He took up kunai and Katanas instead. This allowed him to use his natural prowess with stone to create an Earth Veil, as they called it, to trap victims, in order to slow them down. The more common term for that, I believe, is a Rock Tomb. As well, through use of kunai, he was able to perfect his way of Throwing stones for a basic attack. He also learned through many tough battles the art of wielding Double Swords, which he was eventually able to apply to other weapons.
However, he still felt unfulfilled, and, having little magical aptitude, he settled back into the role of the Soldier. His strength was so low by that time, however, that many weapons he had to use weighed him down and needed two hands, however in off-times, he trained with a buckler and became a great Shieldbearer, and even learned First Aid. And then there was this great Broadsword that had much force behind it. He trained with it for days and eventually was able to master a technique called the Monkey Grip, training his body to use heavy swords with but a single hand. He mastered many techniques a basic Soldier needs to learn, and eventually even made up for the lost physical strength in his body from the time as a Thief. He mastered every ability a Soldier it to learn, and thought he was done. He thought wrong.
A clansman came to him one night and told him of another weapon to master, Blades. Marche picked up a pair and went straight to work again. He became an excellent Fighter.
Sig: Special Training/Type Change (FIGHT): Fighter Tech: Beatdown
Marche has gained the Fighting type in place of his Rock type (Fighting/Ground), and as such has all the weaknesses and resistances of his new type. With the loss of his Rock type he also loses much Rock energy, having only 2 HB of familiarity. He loses access to all Steel moves, as well as Fury Cutter, Stone Edge, Thunder Punch, and Stealth Rock, but he gains access to Flying Press and Force Palm.

Snorby: Drop Flying Press and a resist and you're good. Rejected.

Segundo: Ariados Lv 5 (M)
Segundo, the second shiny I ever owned. And shiny he is. He even found another way to make himself shine: sparky sparky boom zap.
Sig: Special Training: Infamous Error
Segundo can use Thunderbolt twice per battle.

Snorby: Approved.

Aurora: Flygon Lv 6 (F) (uplevel)
Aurora is a fan of old-school baseball. You know those guys on the old cards from like a million years ago that'd probably fetch eleventy billion bucks at the right markets? Well, I don't either, but she does. She learned to move like them, act like them, evenspit like them.
Sig: Special Attack: Icky Shot
Aurora gathers light typeless and significant Fighting energy (for a total of high) into her mouth, and chews it a little. She then spits out a wave of several black globs of spit at the foe. Upon hitting the foe, they deal significant Fighting damage and might stick them up a bit like Mud Shot. This technique also leaves Aurora with a 20% chance of raising her Special Attack. She may use this twice per battle.

Snorby: Either drop it to a 10% chance of raising Special Attack or give it some drawback. Rejected.

Mellifera: Beedrill Lv 6 (F) (uplevel)
Mellifera is a queen bee. She commands around her royal subjects and is eternally worshipped by them. However, even a queen gets bored. She found herself that her normal, pedestrian poison was just so... pedestrian. This got her to thinking... was there any way she could work out a different way of using it? She knew some toxins paralysed their victims, but that's not what she was after. Perhaps... she did remember hearing of toxins that caused itching and stinging and burning. If only she could find a way to do that...
Sig: Special Training: Apitoxin
All of Mellifera's damaging Poison moves that have a chance to poison now instead have an equal chance (including things such as Characteristic modifiers) to burn. To clarify, her damaging Poison-typed moves no longer poison at all, but have whatever chance they had to poison, they now have of leaving burns. As this is done with a burning toxin, Venoshock will still be triggered by these burns, but Pokemon resistant or immune (barring Poison-types themselves, which are affected normally) to poisoning are similarly resistant to this effect. She loses access to Fury Cutter, Roost, and Ominous Wind.

Snorby: Approved.

Remus: Throh Lv 4 (M)
Remus always felt a connection to Mars. Both the planet, but, more importantly, the god. The glory of war, that's where he wanted to be. Gloating atop a pile of his enemies lifeless bodies, showing the world his power!
Sig: Special Training: Armous of Mars
Remus now radiates immense heat. This makes him less vulnerable to freezing and burns, but also means that prolonged physical contact with him, for more than a couple seconds, will start to burn the foe. He learns Flame Wheel as a grapple move. However, he loses Ice Punch and Thunder Punch.

Snorby: Flame Wheel is not a grapple move. You can have it but not as a grapple move. Also, a chance to burn on contact moves is fine, but this is basically automatic burns whenever Throh uses any of its already SC boosted niche attacks. That's not ever going to be okay. Rejected.

Her neutrality to poison means that Myrkr can now be poisoned.

Spenna can no longer use Shell Smash, Reflect, Bide and Twin Needle.

Snorby: C'mon, man. Some drawback that means something. Rejected.

Signature Training: Ice Crafter
Jotunn's light screen and reflect now use ice energy instead of psychic. He has become neutral to posion and also forgot how to use block, superpower, fissure, curse and stealth rock.

Snorby: Needs much, much more drawback. Rejected.

Hlaupa was raised by a family of Politoeds and moves primarily by hopping/bounding, moving with respectable speed and agility. She has learnt how to use jump kick and bounce. She has always been made fun of for her strange form of movement and has become quite timid as a result, making her more susceptible to fear inducing moves. She also never learnt how to use outrage, bide, rock climb and knock off.

Snorby: One or the other does not mean "Both if you weaken one a little". Rejected.

Harrah: lvl 1 male Girafarig
Hidden Power: Normal
Harrah was always disappointed that he was so short, why couldn’t he be tall like an actual giraffe. One night he wished upon a shooting star that he would grow taller, he went to sleep thinking this was kind of ridiculous and highly unlikely to happen. Luckily for him however, the shooting star was actually a Jirachi. The wish pokemon was drawn to him and while he slept she used her mythical powers to grant his wish.
Signature Characteristic: Almost Proper Height
Harrah is now 2x taller and 1.5x heavier, reaching 3m tall and weighing in at 62.25kg. He loses his only resistance, becoming neutral to psychic.

Snorby: Approved.

Clee is now familiar with the Fighting type, and has gained access to the following moves: Focus Blast, Aura Sphere, and Brick Break. However, he can no longer use Cross Poison, Camouflage, and Feint Attack.
Hidden Power Type: Water

Snorby: *snrk* Approved.

Due to Nagamasa’s burning fervor for righteousness, he only takes 2x the damage from Fire attacks instead of 3. However, due to his desire for a fair fight, he no longer resists his own types, Steel and Bug, instead taking normal damage from both.
Hidden Power Type: Water

Snorby: Approved.

Muddy: Level 4 Male Quagsire
Bio: Muddy is a carefree Pokemon who loves to play in the water. He’s happy-go-lucky and always seems to have a smile on his face. If something were bothering him, you could never tell. A lot of people think Muddy is slow, lazy, and uncaring, but that simply isn’t the case. Underneath Muddy’s oblivious exterior lies a strategical mastermind. Muddy is really very much aware of everything that goes on around him. He silently analyzes every little detail

Signature Move: Special Training: “Unaware”
Muddy is completely unaffected by the opponent’s stat boosts/drops, from all sources except Species Characteristics. An opponent with boosted/dropped Attack or Special Attack will still do normal damage to Muddy, and likewise, Muddy will do normal damage to an opponent with boosted/dropped Defense or Special Defense.
Hidden Power Type: Flying

Snorby: Approved.

Connor: Level 4 Male Emboar
Bio: One fateful day, the world discovered that our favorite sheep-loving LO, Connor, used to have an alt named Poignant Lyrics on Serebii. That same fateful day, we managed to convert Poignant into Poigy into Piggy, and the name stuck. What’s more, we even found a Miss Piggy Says Meme Generator to torment Connor further. It was at this moment that I knew I needed to add an Tepig. Now, Connor the Emboar plays just like his namesake.

Signature Move: Special Training - Piggy Likes Boosts!
Connor permanently has a 10% increase to his Defense and Special Defense. However, he can no longer use Rock Tomb, Swagger, and Double Team.
Hidden Power Type: Ghost

Snorby: Ehh... Drop one more move and it's yours. Rejected for now.

Cumulus: Level 5 Female Altaria
Bio: Cumulus is a calm, serene Pokemon who would much rather avoid conflict. She loves music and has a beautiful singing voice. It wasn't by sight that I first encountered Cumulus; rather, it was by the sound of her voice. It was a very cloudy day that day, and I really couldn't notice her among the clouds, but I heard her voice sing beautifully in the still air. Only through further inspection did I find Cumulus was the one responsible for the music. Not only were the cloudy conditions ideal camouflage, but also made her song stand out amidst the atmosphere. So entranced was I by her captivating melody that I added her to my team on the spot. Being a music lover myself, I dedicated a lot of time to training with Cumulus so that she had plenty of songs to sing. Eventually, she found her true voice, hidden in her dragon ancestry from ages ago.

Signature Move: Special Attack - Song of Eternity (Dragon)
Cumulus sings out an ancient melody, the soundwaves ringing out towards the opponent to deal significant damage for equivalent energy. The attack also has a 15% chance to slightly lower the opponent’s Attack and Special Attack for 3 rounds.
Hidden Power Type: Fighting
Item: Altarite

Snorby: Approved.

Spenna can no longer use Shell Smash, Reflect, Bide and Twin Needle and she loses her resistance to water, now being neutral to the type.

Snorby: Approved.

Jotunn: lvl 5 male Mamoswine
Hidden Power: Flying
Jotunn always knew he was an offensive powerhouse, only problem was some of the types he was best at taking on were also quite good at taking him on. He did have access to one of the biggest threats to water types however, but to properly use freeze dry he would have to remove his weakness to water.
Signature Training: Ice Crafter
Jotunn's cubic versions of light screen and reflect now use ice energy instead of psychic although he can no longer use the pane version of these moves. He has become neutral to poison and also forgot how to use superpower.

Snorby: Approved.

Hlaupa: lvl 5 female Venusaur
Hidden Power: Dark
The night Hlaupa was born, a massive storm rocked the forest. The rain was torrential, a flash flood swept through the forest, dragging the young bulbasaur from her parents. Signature Training: Giant Frog/Toad
Hlaupa was raised by a family of Politoeds and moves primarily by hopping/bounding although this is purely aesthetic and will not increase her chance of idly dodging. She has learnt how to use jump kick and bounce and can use these moves just as well as a natural learner of these moves. She has always been made fun of for her strange form of movement and has become quite timid as a result, making her more susceptible to fear inducing moves. She also never learnt how to use outrage, bide, rock climb and knock off.

Snorby: Approved.
