Fosshestr: lvl 5 female Kingdra
Hidden Power: Poison
Fosshestr was always proud of her sharpshooting, no one could hope to match her speed and accuracy. She would often help to keep the peace in her local community when she was growing up, breaking up fights and keeping others in line. When she was old enough she signed up for the local law enforcement. It didn’t take her long to find out the institution was corrupt, officers were taking pay offs and looking past the misdeeds of local crime lords.
Fosshestr gathered a crew of other recruits and together they managed to put a stop to the corruption and remove the crime lords. With her community now peaceful, she decided it was time to move on to bigger and better things, so she joined my squad in order to help me keep my opponents in line.
Signature Move: Wrath of the Dragon Queen (fire)
Fosshestr fires a powerful beam of energy at the opponent dealing significant damage with a 30% chance of causing severe burns. This attack uses heavy fire energy and Foss has enough fire energy for two uses. She has forgotten how to use Outrage, Dragon Rage, Disable and Bounce.

Sneaze: Approved.

Djupr: lvl 5 Male Clawitzer (shiny)
Hidden Power: Ground
I joined a research team, that was heading out to investigate volcanic activity deep under the sea in the Kalos region. They were hoping to draw some connections between the underwater volcanoes and the rumors of a new legendary pokemon that was able to control both fire and water. We used a Wailmer shaped submarine to dive deep down under the water, diving to depths where no humans had been before. The submarine struggled slightly under the pressure but it was built to handle the situation and we continued to push forward. After a few hours we finally identified some volcanic vents and decided to investigate further. But as we approached a number of unidentified objects appeared on the submarines scanner and not moments later we were under attack!
We couldn’t see what was attacking us, whatever they were they were smart enough to stay away from the submarines spotlight. Someone had to do something and being the only experience trainer on board, I jumped into action. I grabbed a IBA (individual breathing apparatus) and dived out the hatch, ready to confront whatever was attacking us. Knowing I needed to spot them first, I unclipped a pokeball from my belt and brought out Ljos my Chinchou and quickly got her to light things up! I was amazed at what I saw, dozens of shiny clauncher’s there strange red colouring reflecting their fierce disposition. They fired a barrage of heatwaves towards us, which I found incredibly strange and fantastic since clauncher don’t normally learn that attack! The heat was hard to bare but we pushed through it, Ljos let off a powerful discharge, sending most of the Clauncher running scared. One remained however and its seemed determine to get rid of us. After a fierce battle, the clauncher was finally weak enough for me to capture it and with the rest of the clauncher now in hiding, it was safe to return to the submarine.
We finished the research without any further problems from the Clauncher and I was pretty happy with my new team member. Turns out these Clauncher were unique, their exposure to the volcanoes heat and the water pressure had caused them to mutate, taking on a whole new typing!
Typechange: Deep Heat (water/fire)
Due to the prolonged exposure to the volcanic vents, Djupr has mutated into water/fire type with all the associated weaknesses and resistances. He has learnt how to use Mystical Fire, Flame Charge, Will o Wisp and Heatwave. All of his fire type attacks use fire energy instead of actual fire. This allows them to work perfectly in wet environments and underwater and will not be weakened under rain dance. However his water moves will not be boosted under the effects of rain dance but will also be unaffected by hot environments or sunny day. He has forgotten how to use Irontail, Sludgebomb, SwordsDance and Dragon Pulse. Additional due to his hotheaded nature, Djupr is more susceptible to anger and rage based attacks such as Swagger.

(Added susceptibility to anger and rage based attacks)

Sneaze: Approved.

Heilagr: Lvl 5 Male Bibarel
Hidden Power: Grass
At a young age, Heilagr pledged himself to the Holy Church and was raised and trained to be a priest. He enjoyed his time with the church, but there was always a part of him the longed for battle. One rainy night I took shelter in his church and we discussed his lust for the thrills of the fight. He agreed that if I could beat him in a battle he would come with me to spread the word of his faith and fight the good fight. I was victorious in a tough battle and he kept his word. It seemed that his devotion to his faith had reaped some benefits, he had learnt a few tricks during his time at the church!
Signature Move: Bibarel of Holy Water
Heilagr creates a bibarel shaped energy construct out of significant heavy water energy and fires it at the opponent. The construct bursts on impact, dealing significant water damage. The blessed properties of the water energy causes this attack to deal 2x damage to Ghost types while leaving it resisted by Fairy types. This attack can never deal 3x damage (for example Golurk will only take 2x damage, not 3x).

(Added in that it can only deal 2x damage and never 3x. If this isn't enough can you please bump the energy usage up to heavy.)

Sneaze: Approved with strikeout edit as you asked. Energy inefficiency is kinda needed for spammable attacks like this.

Vatneitr: lvl 5 female Tentacruel
Hidden Power: Dark
After her swarm agreed not to take over Hubter Port, Vatneitr was furious. Unlike the rest of her swarm that returned back into the sea, Vatneitr refused to leave and took over the mind of a woman in order to stay on the land. She roamed the countryside and a warrant was put out for her immediate capture. I was in a nearby town when I heard the news came over the radio so I decided to try and help. I found her still in control of the woman, with a bunch of unconscious trainers splayed out on the ground around her. I issued her a challenge, if she could defeat me she could take over me instead, but if I won she would release the woman and join my team. Needless to say I defeated her, she co-operated willingly and the woman she had taken control of made a complete recovery. She still likes to make use of her mind control abilities and gets plenty of opportunities to put them to good use on my team!
Signature Training: Mind Control
Vatneitr has learnt how to use Hypnosis. However it now uses poison energy instead of psychic. Her mind control abilities have drawn away from her physical abilities, causing her to forget swords dance, waterfall and knock off.

Sneaze: Approved.

Lombro: lvl 5 male Lombre
Hidden Power: Electric
Lombro was tramping up the round to the Milkbar to meet his cuz when one of his jandals broke! So his cuz took him back to his bach to check out his new dick (deck), and he pulled out a chilly bin full of beers so they could get munted. At around sex (six) they thought it would be pretty choice to snag some fush and chups. So they hopped in the gas guzzler and hooned down the round to get some. Lombro got a bit sick on the way and had to stop for a chunder. His cuz asked whether he was alright, to which he replied "I'm sweet as bro."
Signature Training: The Haka
True to his New Zealand and dancing roots, every time Lombro is released from his pokeball he does the Haka. The intimidating dance happens immediately, lasting about as long as it would take for a pokemon to mega evolve and expending considerable energy. It leaves him with a slight boost to his speed, while opponents will be so intimidated that they will refuse to return to their pokeball for three rounds, essentially trapping them. The trapping effect follows the same rules as mean look, preventing both conventional switches and switch via switching moves like u-turn and baton pass and the open will be free to switch if Lombro leaves the arena. Standard boost stipulations apply to the boost and the trapping effect can be cleared the same way as Mean Look. The trapping effect will only effect the opponent the first time they see The Haka but the boost will happen every time. Lombro has forgotten how to use swords dance, power-up punch, razor leaf and water pulse.

(Made the trapping effect clearable like Mean look)

Sneaze: Approved.

Macie: lvl 5 female Azumarill
Hidden Power: Fairy
Macie never wanted to be a pretty princess like the rest of her species and type. She wanted to be tough, she wanted her oppponents to fear her. So she wished upon a shooting staryu, she wished for the ability to make her oponents tremble. Her wish came true, the very next morning she woke up to notice razor sharp spikes protuding from her formerly smooth tail. It proved a success, wielding her tail like a mace she was able to make her opponents fall before her, smashing skulls left and right.
Signature Characteristic: Mace to the face
Macie’s tail isn’t smooth like the rest of her species; instead large spikes protrude from her tail! Attacks utilizing her tail will be 1.1x stronger for an equivalent amount of energy. She has learnt how to use poison tail and dragon tail with enough type energy for two uses of each new offtype. Macie can no longer use bounce, as that would likely hurt her bottom, and thus she no longer benefits from the part of her SC that improves her bounce. She also forgot how to use fake tears, encore and light screen and won’t be able to use superpower, future sight or grass knot as a marill or azumarill.

(dropped the boost down to 1.1x instead of 1.2x)

Sneaze: Approved.

Verold: lvl 5 male Forretress
Hidden Power: Fighting
Verold never really felt like removing or limiting his weakness to the fire type. He enjoyed knowing there was some things that even he couldn’t handle perfectly. He could however make fire types less keen of fighting him. So where did he go to learn some new skills? The fire department of course! They trained him up and now he is much better equipped to handle any nasty fire types that come his way.
Signature Training: Did someone ask for a fire extinguisher?
Verold is now familiar with the water type and has learned water pulse and razor shell, performing razor shell as a spinning tackle. He has lost access to his entire poison movepool.

Sneaze: Approved.

Powerman: lvl 2 male Pancham
Hidden Power: Flying
Imprisoned for a crime he did not commit, Powerman gained superpowers in the form of unbreakable skin and superhuman strength. He uses his powers for good, often teaming up with Ironfist the Infernape to fight common ASB villians such as Zelphon the Foreverwrong.
Signature Training: Unbreakable skin
Powerman’s naturally tough skin has led to him becoming neutral to the fairy type, becoming 2x weak as a Pangoro. In exchange he is neutral to dark and rock.

Sneaze: Approved.

Vaskr: lvl 5 male Charizard
Hidden Power: Poison
Vaskr always hated his fear of rock types, why should a powerful beast like himself be scared of even a few pebbles. He trained extensively, pushing his resistance to the limit until he eventually managed to control his weakness. He was unable to eliminate it but he no longer had to fear rock type moves to the extent others of his kind did.
Signature Training: Fear No Rocks
Vaskr now takes 2x damage from rock type moves instead of 3x. However he now takes neutral damage from fairy type attacks and can only every Mega Evolve into Mega Charizard-Y.

Sneaze: Approved.

Fell: lvl 1 male Larvitar
Hidden Power: Flying
Fell never realised why a prize fighter like himself should have to grow up to be 3x weak to fighting type attacks. It just didn’t make sense to him, he was a rock hard bad boy and everybody knew it. So we decided it would be worth training as hard as we could to alleviate his weakness to fighting types, although we also knew this would come at a price, leaving him more exposed to another powerful offensive type.
Signature Training: Fight me bro
Fell is now takes neutral damage from fighting type attacks (even as a Tyranitar). However he now takes 2x damage from Ice as a Tyranitar (3x as a Larvitar or Pupitar) and will also be neutral to Psychic as a Tyranitar.

Sneaze: Approved.

Rikr: lvl 1 male Bagon
Hidden Power: Dragon
Rikr was raised on a diet of primarily Aspear Berries and Tamato Berries. The mixture of spicy flavour and heat from the Tamato Berries combined with the freeze curing properties of the Aspear Berry led to a strange mutation in Rikr. As he grew he found that he had lost his weakness to ice type attacks, his body burning so hot that the type had less of an effect on him.
Signature Training: Hot Body
Rikr’s naturally hot body results in him taking neutral damage from ice type attacks (2x as a Salamence). However he now takes neutral damage from water type attacks and loses access to hydropump.

Sneaze: Approved.

Ormr: lvl 6 male Eelektross (uplevel)
Hidden Power: Grass
Ormr spent a long time living under the ice in a frozen lake. His body adapted to the cold and soon found that it offered a lot if one was able to harness its power. He trained with a pack of Walrein who taught him the ways of ice type pokemon.
Signature Training: Vanilla Ice Ice Baby
Ormr is now familiar with the ice type and has learned how to use ice fang and icy wind. His time under the ice resulted in him losing his entire rock type movepool.

Sneaze: Going to need something more than dropping two moves that are arena dependant anyway. Rejected.

Stalberga: lvl 6 male Metagross (uplevel)
Hidden Power: Ghost
With the introduction of the new fairy type, Stalberga put his amazing brain to work, studying the type extensively. He learnt about the mystic properties of the type, learning about its connection to the earth and life itself. Before long he found himself able to replicate this power, using it too his advantage in battle.
Signature Move: Mystic Beam (psychic/fairy)
Stalberga fires a super thin and fast beam of energy at his opponent, dealing heavy damage for equivalent energy. This attack can be ordered as a psychic or fairy type variation, ordered as Fairy!Mystic Beam or Psychic!Mystic Beam. Stalberga has enough fairy type energy for two uses of this attack. He has forgotten how to use Grass Knot, Sludge Bomb, Stealth Rock, Rock Tomb and Pursuit.

Sneaze: Approved.

Celestine: lvl 6 female Mismagius (uplevel)
Hidden Power: fighting
Celestine used to haunt a fighting pokemon gym, she would take pleasure in defeating fighting types and momentarily absorbing their souls, extracting knowledge and strength from them. Eventually the owners of the gym had enough of her tricks and hired me to remove her from the premises. We found common ground however and I offered to let her join my squad so she could put her skills and knowledge to better use.
Signature Training: Fighting Phantasm
Celestine has captured the souls of so many fighting types that she has become familiar with the fighting type. She gains access to aura sphere, vacuum wave and dynamic punch. However she has lost access to aerial ace, trick room, wonder room, thunder, memento and psychic.

Sneaze: Drop some stuff that isn't super situational and we'll talk about the fact that you're gaining familiarity to a check to your one true direct counter. Rejected.

Jord: lvl 1 male Rhyhorn
Hidden Power: Ground
I found Jord living among a strange herd of Rhyhorn deep within a desert. They lived around a hidden oasis, the purity of the water seemed to affect them physiologically, changing their type. They were targeted by a group of poachers, luckily I got there just in time to rescue the herd, including a young Jord. Marvelled by the power and bravery of my pokemon, Jord wished to join my squad and I was more than happy to oblige.
Type Change: Purity (ground)
Jord has shed his rock typing, becoming a pure ground type with all the associated weaknesses and resistances. As a Rhyperior he will no longer be able to generate rocks from his hands as stated in his SC. He retains familiarity with the rock type although he has forgotten how to use Stealth Rock and Rock Tomb as well as Rock Wrecker as a Rhyperior. He also never learnt how to use thunder, fireblast or blizzard, as well as focus blast as a Rhydon and Rhyperior.

Sneaze: Approved.

Smar: lvl 1 male Surskit
Hidden Power: Bug
Smar liked being a water type pokemon. He knew that if he ever evolved he would shed his water typing for flying, which is not something he wanted. He wanted to stay with the rest of my water type pokemon and he was adamant that he could still be useful as a surskit. He trained hard to expand his knowledge and movepool and I must say that I rather keep him as a surskit then have him evolve into a masquerian.
Signature Training: Tricks of the Trade
Instead of focusing on evolution, Smar decided to spend his time focusing on expanding his bag of tricks. He has learnt how to use mean look, taunt, sucker punch, quiver dance and disarming voice. However, he never learnt how to use mind reader, blizzard and power split. He has also made the choice to never evolve and will remain a surskit as long as he has this signature.

(I know the limit is 3 different types of moves, but i figured since this is a NFE mon it might be allowed to sneak 4. If not, remove quiver dance)

Sneaze: Approved with removal of suggested struckthrough item.

Clee: Level 5 Genderless Claydol
HP Fighting
Biography: Clee is a Claydol who hates two things: the Pokemon Claydol (ironically) and the move Heat Wave. Unfortunately, Clee also has the unacceptable habits of shitposting and starting matches only to immediately disappear for six months. As punishment for these issues, he's been made a Claydol and taught Heat Wave.
Special Attack: Obligatory Heat Wave Joke (FI/GD)
Clee can now use the move Heat Wave. This Heat Wave will shatter all screens, cubic and pane, it comes in contact with. This may also be used as a Ground-Typed Attack, ordered as Ground!Heat Wave. Neither version of Heat Wave has any chance to burn the opponent. The fire version may be used twice per battle. Clee never learned Rock Tomb or Psyshock.

Sneaze: Approved.

Guildmaster: Level 6 Male Wigglytuff (Uplevel)
HP Ground
Biography: Guildmaster Wigglytuff is a world renowned explorer. Don't let his dopey facade fool you- he's very powerful, and even the most rough-and-tumble explorers quake in fear at the prospect of facing his ungodly sound attacks. Those who join his guild are advised to keep the Perfect Apples and Guild Dues coming, or else they're in for a WORLD of hurt.
Special Training: The Guildmaster's Rage (XX)
Guildmaster's damaging sound-based attacks deal x1.2 the damage they normal would. The effects of non-damaging sound attacks will be more potent, working as if all foes had sensitive hearing. Guildmaster never learned Hyper Beam, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, and ThunderPunch.

Sneaze: Approved.

Tartar Sauce: Level 5 Female Tyranitar
HP Bug
Biography: Tartar Sauce has always been a competitor. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who loves the thrill of battle more than her, in fact. This has been problematic for her, however, as she's been cursed with a horrible, horrible typing. So, she decided she wanted to get rid of it. After a lot of training, she managed to shed her Rock Typing and embrace her inner darkness.
Type Change: Why does Rock suck so much? (DK)
Tartar Sauce is now a pure Dark-Type, with all weaknesses and resistances associated with that typing, though she retains a weakness to Grass-Type moves. She is now simply familiar with the Rock type, and has lost access to Stealth Rock, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, and Rock Polish as a result of his type change. Her body is no longer filled with sand, disallowing him from generating his own Sandstorm attacks. She may no longer use the moves Whirlpool, Focus Blast, Earth Power, Dragon Pulse, and Iron Tail.

Sneaze: This is fine but needs clarification with how it works if devolved due to equiall or whatever. Rejected for now.

Piccolo Daimao: Level 5 Male Beeheeyem
Bio: Thanks to XY Programmers being lazy, Piccolo and his brethren have learned an odd new attack: Steel Wing. Why is this weird, you might ask? Well, Elgyem and Beeheeyem don't have wings, as you'd know if you've ever seen a picture of them ever. Seriously, why are you even asking? Anyway, this sig's sole purpose is to mock this mistake intensely.
Signature Move: Totally a Bird You Guys! [Various]
Piccolo may now use Icy Wind, Heat Wave, and Sky Attack, but he may not use Hidden Power, Imprison, or Charge Beam.

Sneaze: Approved.

Pi: Level 5 Female Steelix
HP Ice
Steelixite Attached
Biography: When Pi was a young Onix, she loved to play medieval games with her friends. She would always attach a large, spiked ball of rock to her tail and pretend to be a flail for these games. One day, however, she and her friends found a metal coat by mistake while playing, and Pi suddenly began to evolve. The fake flail head was now coated in steel and attached to Pi, having become a part of her body. Though shocked at first, she soon embraced it, and now, thanks to some training, she can use it well, even in ways that make the flail on her tail beneficial!

Signature Trait: FLAILTAIL! [XX]
The end of Pi's tail is now massive and incredibly sharp, almost like the end of a flail. Due to this, her tail-based attacks now deal 20% more damage but cost 10% more energy.

Sneaze: Approved.

Salabee: Level 5 Male Magmortar
HP Water
Biography: Salabee loves Mars. Not my Venusaur- though they do get along rather well- the planet. In fact, Mars and Salabee enjoy studying Mars together. After awhile, Salabee grew especially interested in the dry ice in Mars' poles. He studied dry ice further, and eventually figured out a way to generate his own. After some practice, he found a way to use it to his advantage in battle.

Special Attack: Icy Hot (IC)
Using Considerable Ice energy, Salabee fires ball of similar to dry ice at her opponent. The ball explodes onto the target, dealing Solid Ice damage and having a high chance to cause burns, about that of Lava Plume. This attack sucks moisture from the opponent a la an Ice Type's Freeze Dry, and therefore hits Water Types for Super-effective damage. This attack may be used thrice in a given battle. Salabee cannot use Dual Chop, Power-Up Punch, or ThunderPunch, however.

Sneaze: Approved.

Frieda: Level 6 Female Goodra (uplevel)
HP Ghost
Biography: Frieda's a bit of a grump. We live near a university, and she really dislikes how loud and obnoxious the parties can get. I tend to agree with her, but I just drown them out with some music and carry on with my life. Frieda has a.... different approach. A grumpier approach. A much, much more painful approach for those idiots who dare disturb her peace. Flash Bombs. She's gotten so good at making them that she's started using them in battle to give herself an edge. I just hope nobody tries to arrest me for letting her target the frat boys with flash bombs all the time...

Special Attack: Flash Bomb (NO)
Using Heavy energy, Frieda forms an orb and hurls it toward the opponent. Once nearby the opponent, it will explode, dealing Considerable damage and having a 20% chance to Burn, a 30% to Paralyze, and a 40% chance to Confuse the target. Only one status may occur at a time. Flash Bomb has a fairly sizable blast radius, making it difficult to dodge. This attack may be used three times in a given battle. Frieda cannot use Shock Wave, Focus Punch, Outrage, and Muddy Water.

Sneaze: Approved.

Iunno: Level 5 Male Sigilyph
HP Fighting
Iunno is a ditzy one. She oft has no idea what she's doing, hence her name. Her way of saying "I dont know" seems to be to sort of just cock her head to the side, like a puppy, and look confused. Anyway, she used to live in the Desert Resort, and she had a hard time with a gang of Darumaka who would beat her up. She wasn't sure how to get them to stop, and eventually I came upon the Darumaka attacking her, and tried to stop them. I picked Baconator, then just a wee Pignite, for the task, but there were just so many Darumaka he could only take down three of the nine or so that attacked before being KO'd. Things looked grim for both myself and Iunno, but then suddenly, Iunno started glowing with a brownish hue, the color of sand. After a moment, a massive rush of sand and energy came bursting forth from her maw on her stomach, and all the Darumaka were KO'd straight away. Shocked, I asked her how she did that, but she just gave me one of her classic Iunno confused looks. So, we began to work together on it, and eventually she decided to join my team, once we had perfected the attack.

Special Attack: Sand Shot (GD)
Iunno quickly blasts the target with a concentrated shot of sand, dealing Significant Ground Damage for Major energy. This technique is performed with about as much speed as an Ice Shard and can cause Electric attacks to refract away if it comes in contact with one. This move can be used twice per battle.

Sneaze: Approved.

Georgina: Level 5 Female Torterra
HP Rock
Biography: Georgina always wanted to fly. Obviously, she can't- she's a Torterra for crying out loud! Because of this, she has a deep-seeded hatred for flying types and Pokemon that can levitate. She simply can't stand them- sometimes she'll outright refuse to be outside of her PokeBall at the same time as her airborne teammates. To help her get over this unrelenting fury, I trained her in ways to ground her opponents in the most effective ways possible.

Special Attack: Vine Slam (GR)
Using Signficant Grass energy, Georgina slams her forefeet into the ground, and from the terrain in front of her erupts a massive, thorn-covered vine. This vine, as manipulated by Georgina, ensnares the foe, and slams them into the ground. This move can be used in any circumstance that a Grass-Type could use Grass Knot. This attack does solid Grass-type damage, though Flying types are weak to this move as opposed to their normal Grass resistance, thanks to the attack's similarities to Smack Down. This attack will leave all flying and levitating foes with hindered flight/levitation for about a round or so after the move is used, though a Pokemon's flight will be hindered less and less with repeated usage of the move. This attack may be used up to three times per battle and Georgina may no longer use Iron Tail, Outrage or Rock Smash.

Sneaze: Approved.

Bruce: Level 5 Male Drapion
HP Grass
Biography: In truth, Bruce is a pretty awful fellow. A true sadist, he loves torture his opponents endlessly. Disappointed with the lack of good torture options in his move set, Bruce decided to hone his Poison Sting attack to make it much, much more excruciating for the opponent to suffer through. Lo and behold, he pulled it off with aplomb.
Special Attack: Scorpion's Sting (PO):
Bruce releases an array of pin-like poison energy constructs, similarly to poison sting. This attack deals moderate poison-type damage for good energy. It has a 30% chance to Poison the target, and a 50% chance to paralyze them. These effects may not be concurrent.

Sneaze: Approved.

Olive: Level 5 Female Lanturn
HP Grass
Biography: Olive loves to watch Dragon Ball with me. A few months ago, we were watching the second World Tournament Finals, where Tien defeated Goku. Tien is Olive's favorite character, and she is particularly enamored with Tien's Solar Flare technique. As such, she has crafted her own version.

Special Attack: Solar Flare (EL): Charging Decent Electric energy into its antennae, Olive creates a powerful burst of light and electricity. If the target sees it, they will be stunned out of their current attack. Afterward, they will still have some trouble seeing, and because of this their accuracy will be drastically reduced for two rounds after the attack. There is a 20% chance the excess electricity in this attack will paralyze the foe. Olive may not use the moves Bubblebeam and Scald.

Sneaze: I'm still not a giant fan of how long the accuracy drop is considering it's drastic, but the rest of the sig is fairly underwhelming, so... approved.

Clapton: Level 5 Male Druddigon
Hidden Power Type: Grass
Biography: Clapton loves to suck the life out of things. His music, his fans, his bank accounts, everything. Due to this, he's honed some new attacks unfamiliar to most Druddigon, to satiate his need to drain life from things in a healthier way- the way of battle!

Special Training: It's In The Way That You Use It [Various]
Clapton has learned the moves Drain Punch and Giga Drain, and these may be infused with Dragon energy instead of their usual type when ordered as Dragon!Drain Punch and Dragon!Giga Drain, respectively. Clapton has enough Grass offtype to use Giga Drain as a grass move twice per battle. Clapton may not use Flamethrower or Charge Beam.

Sneaze: Approved.

(Icebox)

Soto: Level 5 Male Mr. Mime
HP Rock
Biography: Soto always wanted to be a teacher. He went to college, and got a job teaching pokemon in the eighth grade. The problem? He didn't actually teach them. He just rambled about how much of a whore Jynx is and how those who believe in Arceus and those who believe in Mew really believe in the same being, and he'd call it a Social Studies class. Now, how can he get away with this, you might ask? Well, what he does is he quickly erects a screens and barriers to barricade his classroom door whenever the superintendent comes by to fire him. After using this technique for years, Soto has learned how to make it less effort to perform.

Special Training: Master Mime [PS]
Soto's Barrier, Light Screen, and Reflect attacks all cost 10% less energy to perform. Soto may no longer use Mega Punch, Charge Beam and Psybeam.

Sneaze: Approved.

Flash- Level 3 Male Accelgor
Hidden Power Water

Bio: Accelgor by nature are an extremely fast species of pokemon that are able to run at near lighting speeds and are nimble as a ninja, and while researching Pokemon I want to capture those traits made Accelgor a needed member of my team. Upon capturing Shelmet, and starting it's training I encountered a Karrablast during a bad thunderstorm. And while they were battling, the energy built up around them attracted a lighting strike which directly landed on Shelmet causing him to evolve it was almost like the lighting choose him. But when he evolved he was different than standard Accelgor's do as his colors were crimson and gold colors as a surge of vibrations went through his body as his eyes glowed yellow,as I soon came to find out is that he was infused with speed force and he became extremely fast and proficient at priority attacks which strike at high speeds, which earned him the nickname of Flash.

Signature Skill: Speed Force
Due to Flash's encounter with the lighting strike, he has became a speedster and as such is infused with the Speed force. Unlike other Speedsters Flash doesn't have regenerability or any additional powers but he has learned to harness his newfound skill to learn new attacks (Mach Punch, Vacuum Wave, Detect, Sucker Punch, Sonic Boom) as well as the ultimate speed move Extremespeed . He also hasn't learned Venoshock, Sandstorm, Guard Split, Guard Swap, Body Slam, Knock Off, Struggle Bug, Final Gambit

Hopefully this is better?
Shine, Male Level 2 Chinchou
Hidden Power: Fire
Bio: Ever since I caught him, Shine has been entranced by the workings of hypnotics, after seeing a magic show on tv. He became a fanatic of the show, and found himself watching it over and over, though sad he couldn't participate due to a lack of a pendulum to use. One day, the show had a host change, and a man named Rei Saiko took over, and changed the method of hypnosis highlighted in the show. Rather than use pendulums, flutes, and other old fashioned devices, the man brought his laptop with him, and upon booting it up, caused a pattern of flashes causing similar effects to hypnosis. Realizing he could do similar things, Shine practiced flashing the lights on his illicia in similar patterns, before he finally succeeded.
Signature Attack: Hypno Flash (Electric)
For Moderate Energy, Shine flashes his illicia in a pattern, dealing Light Electric Damage, having a 50% chance to cause Confusion, or a 50% chance to cause Sleep. Only one Status Effect may be set by this Move, but it will always set a Status Effect.

Sneaze: This is almost there but it needs just a bit more energy if you want guaranteed status. Otherwise you're talking widespread confusion/sleep for minor energy. Rejected.

Shimmer, Female Level 2 Lampent
Attachable: Firebreather's Token
Hidden Power: Rock
Bio: As is true of its species, Shimmer must consume souls in order to survive. However, Shimmer has chosen to go about it a tad differently than other Pokémon of its species. Rather than burn and consume a soul whole, rendering it fully drained, Shimmer has instead chosen to use an advanced form of its parasitic soul drainage from its time as a Litwick, both so as to not cause any permanent deaths in ASB, and so as to not starve either.
Special Training: Soul Siphon
Whenever Shimmer is out on the field, all Pokémon out, with exception of Shimmer herself, will lose Minor Energy, ally and enemy alike. The amount of energy lost increases as proximity between Shimmer and the Pokémon increases, to a maximum of Good Energy lost per round. The effect takes place at the end of the Round. Shimmer will NOT recover or lose any Energy due to Soul Siphon. Any Energy lost this way will only minimally affect Pokémon tiring out.

Sneaze: Good energy per round is a lot, also the way it is written seems to be saying the more distance between the two the more energy loss, which I just want you to rewrite that slightly to prevent confusion if that is indeed how you want it to be. Also give a scale on range please. Rejected.

Resubs!

Amelia the Emolga (Level 3 Female)
Bio:
Amelia's first trainer was Amelia Earhart's secret grandson, Francis Earhart. Once Amelia was old enough, Francis took her on an adventure into the Johto region. While passing over the Whirl Islands, they had a run-in with Lugia and crashed. Francis ejected, but landed in the ocean and drowned. Amelia was caught in the wreckage and landed in the islands herself. As she regained her strength, brokenhearted, she watched Lugia, particularly its Aeroblast attack. In order to distract Lugia and escape the islands, she prepared a similar technique herself. I later found Amelia, who had been alone for two years, in Opelucid City in Unova and caught her there.
Signature Attack (FL): definitely not Aeroblast Spirit of Adventure
Using about 2 seconds to charge, Amelia focuses a heavy amount of Flying Energy into a small ball, which she then launches at a high speed at her opponent. It deals heavy flying damage if it connects and has a 20% chance of confusion (did that Emolga just use Aeroblast?) and a 20% chance of paralysis due to built-up static on Amelia's body.
Hidden Power: Ground

Sneaze: Approved.

Jameson the Zangoose (Level 2 Female) (Uplevel)
Bio: Jameson has seen plenty of war in her day. When she was only level 7, she was drafted for the legendary Seviper/Zangoose Wars. When her best friend, Johnson, fell in battle after charging headfirst into the fray of battle, Jameson learned a valuable lesson. How to live to fight another day. After that, she developed a technique with which to safely mask she and her allies’ retreat so that such a thing would never happen again.
Special Technique: Tactical Retreat! (Normal)
Using significant energy, Jameson creates a few spheres of Normal typed energy. Throwing them down, they explode into a flash of very bright light and loud sound. This briefly interrupts the opponent and for the round afterwards they will be somewhat disoriented. Upon using this technique, Jameson is switched out in a manner similar to Baton Pass.
Hidden Power: Ground

Sneaze: Approved.

Felicia the Lileep (Level 3 Female)
Bio:
Deep in the rainforest, at the base of the Tree of Atonement, there is a seed. In years to come it will grow, without sunlight or water it will feed, not caring about the sanctity of the Tree of Atonement, not needing to know. When it is full grown, it will choke the Tree of Atonement, and all will be turned on its head. Right will be left, up will be down, and no one will be safe. Except the ones who were in danger. This seed is called the Seed of Unforgiveness. Felicia, the Princess of Vice, is its mother. The years of holding the Seed in her body has left her with the ability to call upon a small portion of its powers.
Special Technique (GR): Realm of Unforgiveness
Using major Grass Energy, Felicia surrounds herself and her opponent with the Vines of Unforgiveness, which are indestructible and last for five rounds. While within the Vines of Unforgiveness, the battlefield acts as though it is under the effects of Trick Room and Grassy Terrain. It is impossible to manipulate the environment in the Vines of Unforgiveness. Felicia can only use this Technique twice per battle.
Hidden Power: Fire

Sneaze: Five rounds + twice per battle = almost always an entire battle. Also This needs to be clearable if you want me to consider it. Rejected.

New things!

Lizzy the Galvantula (Level 3 Female)
Bio:
When sparring with my Rhyhorn, Rhynaut, and my Growlithe, Seijuro, Lizzy noted that she seemed to lack significantly in abilities to deal with their typings. When asking my Emolga, Amelia, about how to rectify this, Amelia was not quite certain at first. Stumped, Lizzy voluntarily sat out of the next training session. While watching, she noted an instance in which Amelia's Electro Ball curved the path of a Water Gun ever so slightly with the static charge. Lizzy's mind began racing, coming up with a solution. She found her answer in a storm one day. While the rest of my team and I found shelter, Lizzy found a way to manipulate water with her electricity.
Signature Technique (EL/WA): Storm Cannon
Using significant Electric energy, Lizzy generates a basin of electricity above her head. This basin attracts and collects the moisture in the air and water around her, and when the basin reaches critical capacity, she launches the water at her opponent at the speed of a Water Gun. Underneath normal conditions, the charge time takes about the time of a Solar Beam during a Rain Dance and deals significant Water type damage. Under a Rain Dance, the charge time is roughly the speed of a Solar Beam under Sunny Day and deals heavy Water damage. However, if Storm Cannon is used under a Rain Dance, Lizzy will immediately feel somewhat winded afterwards. This technique can only be used twice per battle.

Sneaze: If you want Water type damage you need Water type energy. While this doesn't change much from the standpoint of Galvantula's movepool, it can affect interactions with other moves in weird ways and that's not okay. Rejected.

Mushimushi: Female Wormadam (Level 4)
The weakest of all bugs, the worst of all bugs- Mushimushi has no bright future to look forward to, as a female Burmy, for she is forever relegated to the Wormadam tribe, the ASB-ranking-one-of-the-worst-bugs. Even her potential future typing couldn't help her from suffering a fate of mediocrity. Mushimushi, fueled by pain and agony, hence went through a path of change. She isn't just going sit around uselessly and eventually be dropped. So she's building her future, from a Burmy. Now as a Steel-Typed Wormadam, she realises the importance of knowing the secrets of other cloaks, and has such developed ways to be like them.
Special Training: WORMADAM POWAH (Grass/Ground)
When Mushimushi is sent in, she may choose the Plant Cloak or the Sand Cloak, which is posted with her first sets of attack orders. By choosing one of the two cloaks, she will gain access to the movepool of the she chose. She also gains a type familiarity based on the cloak chosen (Plant = Grass, Sand = Ground). If she uses a move that she does not learn initially as a Steel-Cloaked Wormadam, that technique will cost 10% extra typeless energy.
Hidden Power: Flying

Sneaze: Approved. Also actually add that she is a Trash Cloak to the main line with her name, gender, and species. Important information like that should be easily viewable.

Coil: Female Spoink (Level 1)
Elusive would be the word to best describe Coil. While her courage should not be doubted, she dislikes confrontations. One thing she wants is personal space, and if the opponent refuses to give her such space, Coil will force him or her to do so, with a technique she developed to ward off other trainers or wild Pokemon.
Special Attack: Space Coil [PS]
Using a solid amount of Psychic energy, Coil pinpoints the exact location of her opponent and establishes a link between the spot the opponent is on with the opponent. The link can stretch up to a maximum of three meters, before the chord snaps, inducing severe physical paralysis on the opponent and disrupting one move of the opponent's, in a manner akin to Screech. The attack lasts for two rounds. At the end of the two rounds, if the chord is not snapped, nothing will happen to the opponent. Coil can only use this attack once per battle. Coil has forgotten how to use Iron Tail and Zen Headbutt due to not wanting to get so up close and personal.

Sneaze: Approved.

Evan: Male Cherrim (Level 2)
Evan is one of the brightest presences in the squad. Cheerful and eager to help his teammates, Evan loves to fight, but only if he's with another friend. He dislikes being in battles alone, and after some demoralising single battles, Evan has sworn off to fight in a single battle, but instead honed his techniques to better help his teammate in a Doubles Battle.
Special Training: Friends Give Positive Reinforcement [XX]
This signature can only activate in Double Battles. When Evan is sent out with a partner, Evan will gain the ability to charge his Energy Ball with the type energy of his partner's STAB, gaining access to use that type of Energy Ball twice. For example, if Evan is sent out together with a Lanturn, Evan will gain the ability to charge his Energy Ball with Electric or Water energy, with two uses for each type. This effect is permanent, which means that if his partner or he himself switches out, Evan will still be able to retain access to the same type Energy Balls. Energy Ball can no longer trigger its secondary effect. Evan loses access to Seed Bomb and Petal Dance.
Hidden Power: Rock

Sneaze: Cherrim sigs that are only usable in doubles and would be broken on anything that wasn't a trashcan Pokemon? Sounds oddly familiar... Approved.

Latty: Male Lanturn (Level 5)
Latty is Lanturn's closest pal. The two have been together through thick and thin. As Lanturn's squad grew, Latty began to learnt from the fellow grass types on his team, and soon, he learnt new moves.
Special Technique: Forest's Calling (Grass)
Latty has acquired the ability to use Petal Blizzard. He has developed the type energy to use it twice per match. Latty can no longer use Wild Charge and Curse.
Hidden Power: Flying

Sneaze: Approved.

Derpo: Male Stunfisk (Level 4)
Born in the sea, Derpo was unlike any ordinary Stunfisk. He was raised in an underwater community, and spent his entire life there. His first contact with the earth only happened years after he was born, and even then, he preferred the water to being on land. Due to his special background from the underwater, his ground typing gave him many troubles, making him the target of much bullying by water types. However, these attacks served to build Derpo's resolve to protect himself, and through a series of special training, he was able to do just that.
Special Attack: Suspended Scales [GR]
Using a significant amount of ground energy, Derpo toughens his own body, developing a protective scale while entering into a hibernation. During this period, Derpo is unable to attack, but also cannot be attacked directly. One full round later, the scales will break, and Derpo will emerge, restoring a good amount of health and feeling rejuvenated. However, the scales can be attacked, and will break if a major amount of damage is applied on the scales. If his restorative scales are broken prematurely, Scorpio will take a good amount of typeless damage and will not feel any less tired as he was before. Suspended Scales can only be used once per battle, and will count toward the one healing move per battle if it was successfully pulled off. As a result, Scorpio has lost the ability to use Fissure, Revenge and Electroweb.
Hidden Power: Grass

Sneaze: Approved.

Umbreon Fuck your Bios

Ostarion: Level 5 Male Gigalith
Bio:
Ostarion is a Gigalith. Gigaliths obviously use their weight to overwhelm their opponents. However, they learn neither Body Slam nor Heavy Slam, so Ostarion crafted a move that met a happy medium.
Hidden Power: Grass
Special Move: Rocky Slam (Rock)
Ostarion surrounds its body with Rock, ramming into the foe. The lighter the target is in comparison with the user, the more damage is done. Generally, it will deal solid damage, but it can deal major damage if there is a great contrast or moderate damage if there is only a slight difference in weight. This move uses solid energy. Physical paralysis may occur if the weight difference is significant.

Sneaze: There are 15 non-legendaries heavier than you, and less than 10 within a 100 lb range lighter than you. Rock is also a fairly good offensive type. Rejected.

Croton: Level 5 Male Venusaur
Bio:
Croton enjoys spreading fertility, verdancy and greenery wherever he goes, both for himself and for onlookers to look upon with awe. He loves it so much that he worked with his Grassy Terrain move in order to make it more useful towards himself as well as his allies.
Hidden Power: Dark
Mega Stone: Venusaurite
Special Move: Super Grassy Terrain (Grass)
Croton expends significant energy to spread invigorating Grass Energy across the whole arena, causing various flowers, grass and plants to grow, even in urban or rugged environments. For the next 4 rounds, all Grass Type Pokemon touching the ground will regenerate light health and energy per round. This can be used twice per match with a one round cooldown after the effects wear off and Croton can (obviously) no longer use Grassy Terrain.

Sneaze: Specify the effects don't stack with regular Grassy terrain if used by another Pokemon. Rejected.

Wyrmblade: Level 5 Male Steelix
Bio:
Wyrmblade is a fearsome Steelix. His mighty roar strikes fear into the hearts of his enemies and allies alike.
Hidden Power: Grass
Mega Stone: Steelixite
Special Trait: Mighty Roar
Wyrmblade's Roar now grants him a 10% Attack boost but costs good energy.

Sneaze: Approved.

Charybdis: Level 5 Female Tentacruel
Bio:
Charybdis is a monster that is a legend and danger to sailors all around. She relentlessly drags people into the water and traps them within a raging whirlpool from which escape is nigh impossible. While sailing on a vacation cruse on the SS Anne, the captain ran into navigational difficulties, of which the cause was a Tentacruel with a pack of Tentacool. I was the only competent trainer onboard the ship, and Tempest's Psychic moves quickly disposed of the perpetrators. In the scuffle, I managed to catch the Tentacruel. Although cold, she lends me her power in battle, and has proven to be one my trustiest Pokemon.
Hidden Power: Water
Special Move: Maelstrom (Water)
This move may only be used when in a reasonably sized body of water. Using solid energy, Charybdis sends a wave at the target Pokemon and drags them into the water. This move does not deal any direct damage. Significantly large and/or heavy Pokemon may incur an increased energy cost at ref's discretion.

Sneaze: Approved.

Auroth: Level 4 Female Venomoth
Bio:
Auroth was formerly a Pokemon under Sabrina's, the Saffron City Gym Leader, ownership. Since there was not an abundance of Psychic Types back then, Sabrina was forced to use unconventional Pokemon. However, as more Pokemon were discovered, Sabrina gradually grew apart from Auroth and ultimately released her. However, Auroth developed a few Psychic abilities from the Gym's influence.
Hidden Power: Rock
Special Training
Auroth is familiar with the Psychic Type, and can use Extrasensory and Light Screen, but has forgotten Solarbeam and the Dragon-Type variant of Twister.

Sneaze: Approved.

Stealthy III: Level 4 Male Walrein
Bio:
Nobody knows quite who Stealthy III is, or where he's been, but he decided to lend me his amazing battle prowess for some reason.
Hidden Power: Flying
Special Move: Glacial Terrain (Ice)
Expending significant energy, Stealthy III spreads freezing Ice Energy throughout the arena. Within moments, a thick layer of ice forms over the arena, and the temperature drops a bit to make Pokemon not suited to the cold a bit uncomfortable. The ice will not trap any Pokemon when it forms; they will be on the surface. On Glacial Terrain, Pokemon that are not surefooted, such as non-Ice Types, will have trouble moving around, and moving at high speeds may result in them losing their balance and falling over. The ice can also be manipulated by Ice Types to use Rock Tomb, Rock Slide and Avalanche (The former two will remain Rock Type). After 4 rounds, the ice melts away, leaving no trace of it behind. This can be used twice per match.

Sneaze: Approved.

Visage: Level 4 Male Glalie
Bio:
And why am I writing all of this in French? Because I can.
Hidden Power: Flying
Special Move: Tempęte de Gręle (Ice)
This move can also be ordered as Hailstorm. Using solid energy, Visage rotates rapidly and whips up a Hailstorm in his immediate vicinity. Similar to Sandstorm, this is localized and will not affect the entire arena. Hailstorm will move with Visage. All Pokemon within a few feet of Visage will experience a loss of visibility, freezing temperatures which may make them uncomfortable and take light damage per round. Hailstorm has limited interaction with other weather moves, but in Sunny Day, and additional minor of energy will be expended per round to maintain the sub-zero temperature. Hailstorm will last 3 rounds.

Sneaze: Approved.

Khan: Level 5 Male Kangaskhan
Bio:
Khan was a 7-time boxing champion, and was unstoppable in his prime. He enjoyed wandering the slums of London and beating up a certain Elekid. One day, he 'had some fun' with the Elekid's girlfriend. It quicky reached the press and his reputation was ruined. He ended up with a baby Kangaskhan that could never be entertained. He eventually took up dancing to amuse the baby.
Hidden Power: Flying
Special Training: Dancing Khan
Khan can now use Swords Dance and Quiver Dance. He has forgotten Blizzard and Focus Punch.

Sneaze: Approved.

Arachne: Level 4 Female Galvantula
Bio:
Arachne loathed her penchant for uncreativity; it made it difficult for her to distinguish and set herself apart from others of her species. Ironically, after watching me play Super Smash Bros. 4, she was inspired by the character Sheik's Down Special, and quickly set out to recreate it. It has had interesting results...
Hidden Power: Rock
Special Move: Bouncing Spider (Bug/Electric)
In a manner similar to Bounce, Arachne leaps at the opponent landing on their midsection and dealing good damage. However, after she leaps onto them, she immediately leaps off the opponent in the opposite direction, backflipping in midair and usually landing in more or less her starting position. This move can be either Bug or Electric Type, and has a 20% chance to induce electrical paralysis. This move costs solid energy.

Sneaze: This is a blatant dodge and strike move so I'm going to need you to pick a type here. Rejected.

Emil: Level 6 Male Muk
Bio:
Emil lived in a swamp, something not totally unheard of among the Grimer family. He felt a very close to connection to this swamp, going as far as to worship it and defend it from those who would seek to harm or exploit it. For his loyalty, the swamp blessed him with the ability to command its waters, an ability that made him a challenge for me to battle and catch. The waters rose when he gave the word. He was able to sink into the swamp and essentially become one with it. However, Alpha's Psychic abilities helped snuff him out and knock him, a swift Pokeball sealing the deal.
Hidden Power: Poison
Special Training
Emil has learned the moves Water Pulse, Muddy Water, and Surf. He has the offtype for two Surfs. In addition, Emil has become a rather adept swimmer- he can stay underwater and swim about as well as an Arbok. Finally, his Acid Armor technique allows him to hide in water as well as in sludge. However, Emil never learned the moves ThunderPunch, Thunder, and Mega Drain and he has also forgotten Fire Blast, Selfdestruct, and Giga Impact.

Sneaze: Approved.

Necro'lic: Level 5 Male Spiritomb
Bio:
Necro'lic hates his movepuddle, and so trained with Eredar the Dusclops to learn moves to give him an edge in battle.
Hidden Power: Fairy
Special Training
Necro'lic can now use Mean Look and Recover.

Sneaze: Approved.

N'aix: Level 1 Male Durant
Bio:
N'aix is similar to the average Durant in that he spent most of his life underground. However, when his brothers and sisters of the same brood finally left the underground to see the light of the surface, N'aix remained underground. He had become too comfortable to leave the underground. It got to the point where he swore that he could hear the earth 'speaking' to him and telling him how to live his life. Eventually he started going mad and rampaged blindly, reaching the surface in the process. The light of the surface seemed to snap him out of his outrage and he became mostly normal. However, he still thinks that he hears the whispers of the earth in the back of his mind.
Hidden Power: Ground
Special Training
N'aix is now familiar with the Ground Type, and has gained access to Earthquake and the Ground Type version of Dig. However, he has forgotten Energy Ball and Shadow Claw.

Sneaze: Approved.

Golosina: Level 4 Female Slurpuff
Bio:
After watching an inordinate amount of wrestling and MMA on television, Golosina developed a new move utilizing her unique skills in an attempt to emulate them.
Hidden Power: Ground
Special Move: Power Slam (Fighting)
Golosina sends her String Shot-like string at the opponent, wrapping it around them. She then charges her body with Fighting Energy and retracts the string, sending herself flying at the opponent. She slams into them for significant damage, using heavy energy to perform the entire technique. The leftover string remains, slowing the opponent's movement until they can get it off.

Sneaze: Approved.

Rampage: Level 5 Male Primeape
Bio:
Rampage is very hot-headed and quick to anger. Even more then Inferno, and that’s a huge accomplishment. His bad temperament comes from his troubled childhood. As a Mankey, he lived with his poor parents in a small hut. He was frequently bullied by the other Pokémon, particularly the richer ones. They didn’t get enough Poke (Pokémon currency) in a year to even buy some Gummis. They were forced to eat plain old Apples. One day, while wandering through Pokémon world, I came across Rampage being teased by some other Pokémon. Razor burst out of his PokeBall, extremely angry at this injustice and scared all the Pokémon off with a fierce Earthquake. Rampage ran away as well. We managed to catch up with him and he told us about everything that had happened. I said that unfortunately, there was nothing I could do to help but offered to let him stay the night. He accepted. Unbeknownst to me, Inferno woke up in the night, not being able to accept the weakness of Rampage. He trained Rampage in the ways of the tough. In the morning, Rampage stormed off, Thrashing and crashing and crushing everything in his way. When he got to town, he beat everyone up and destroyed everything. I figured I could use that type of firepower on my squad so I caught him and he has been a powerful force ever since.
Hidden Power: Psychic
Special Move: A Challenger Approaches
When Rampage is ordered to Challenge, he will spend solid energy to begin spewing out a vast multitude of taunts and insults at the target Pokemon. Then, he will make a 'come here' gesture to the ticked off Pokemon. They will be forced to approach him. Both Pokemon's faces will be only inches away from each other and eye contact will be made, signifying the beginning of the Challenge. The enemy Pokemon will suffer a 10% decrease in both their defensive stats, while both Pokemon will receive a 10% increase to both their offensive stats. The battle will then continue as normal. Standard boost stipulations apply, and a Pokemon can only be Challenged once per match.

Sneaze: I can see this being used to interrupt moves. Specify this doesn't happen. Rejected.

Krobelus: Level 5 Female Gardevoir
Bio:
Krobelus has a very special appreciation of the move Baton Pass, but unfortunately she herself was unable to perform the technique. With some training with Neon, she was able to break through and learn the move.
Hidden Power: Ground
Special Training
Krobelus can now use Baton Pass.

Sneaze: Approved.

Diana: Level 4 Female Pidgeot
Bio:
The Wind Tunnel is an unholy and secret technique, passed down from mother to daughter in Diana's elite clan of Pidgey. It is a technique with the goal of levelling the playing field against opponents, since the Pidgey are generally known as a relatively weak group of species. The Wind Tunnel manipulates the type energies within opponents and makes it work against them, effectively neutralizing the move.
Hidden Power: Ground
Mega Stone: Pidgeotite
Special Move: Wind Tunnel
Diana flaps her wings, using significant energy to create winds that develop quickly into a tight but high cyclone and travels across the arena. The damage from it is generally considerable, dealing more if the opponent is airborne when hit. The cyclone can, of course, pick up water and deal added damage that way, referee's discretion. This move ignores type charts, and will hit every Pokemon for neutral damage, except Ghost and Dark Types, who resist it.

Sneaze: Approved.

Tresdin: Level 4 Female Quagsire
Bio:
Tresdin once commanded a legion, but as a veteran has been heavily affected by PTSD amongst other mental disorders. She has trouble remembering things.
Hidden Power: Fire
Special Trait
Tresdin is now under a permanent Amnesia, but has forgotten Mud Bomb, Blizzard, Iron Tail, Focus Punch and Giga Impact.

Sneaze: Approved.

Barathrum: Level 5 Male Rampardos
Bio:
Barathrum may not look like it, but he is a champion at Poke-Marathons. In training to improve his speed for his most powerful move, Head Smash, Barathrum realized that he was quite gifted in regards to stamina. He joined a Poke-Marathon and managed to seize first place. Overwhelmed by joy, he continued training harder and harder, building his stamina to levels never heard of in the Pokemon world.
Hidden Power: Flying
Special Trait
Barathrum has much greater endurance and readiness than other Pokemon, able to push himself harder for longer. As a result, he doesn't require breathers as often as other Pokemon do. However, he is drained of light energy per round, not contributing to overall fatigue.

Sneaze: Approved.

Reyna: Level 5 Female Kingdra
Bio:
Reyna was a queen among her school of Horsea and Seadra, but she always had dreams of bigger things. She dreamt of one day being freed of the water-bound life her predecessors had embraced. One day, as a shooting star passed over the ocean at night, Reyna wished for the ability to leave the water as hard as she could. When she awoke, she found that she had developed some interesting abilities...
Hidden Power: Poison
Special Trait
Reyna can now freely levitate to allow movement outside of water. Her abilities grant her levitation potential similar to that of an average Staryu or Starmie. In the water, this just equates to a slightly faster swimming speed. To stay afloat outside of water, Reyna expends light energy every round, not contributing to exhaustion. However, she has forgotten Draco Meteor, Giga Impact and Blizzard.

Sneaze: Kingdra's only real hinderance is the fact that it's waterbound, so I'm going to need you to bump the energy up slightly or drop another move here. Rejected.

Retsam: Level 4 Male Armaldo
Bio:
Retsam is absolutely livid that Rock Types lack any real option of physical Rock moves. He spent most of his life yelling as loud as he could into valleys at the cliffs of mountains to vent his frustrations. However, one day the local Pokemon became fed up with his disruptive antics and attacked him. A Flash Cannon flew forth from a Vanillish, threatening to knock Retsam off the cliff. Out of sheer desperation, Retsam focused his energy into his right claw, Rock Energy flowing through it as he sliced through the Ice Beam and charged at the Vanillish, getting into range before stopping. He had shown mercy, and better yet, he had finally gotten the move he wanted.
Hidden Power: Grass
Special Move: Rock Claw (Rock)
Using significant energy Retsam's claw becomes coated in Rock Energy, and he slashes at the opponent for considerable damage, with a 10% chance to lower physical Defense. The hard casing involved in the move allows it to break through some energy-based attacks with greater ease and still retain its power.

Sneaze: Approved.

Kaolin: Level 4 Male Torterra
Bio:
An ancient being found fossilized and later revived, Kaolin destroyed the facility in which he was destroyed in blind rage, fear and confusion. Vicious roots rose out of the ground and ravaged the building. The scientists stood no chance against a being of such raw power. Thankfully for them, I happened to be in town, and although the Torterra put up a good fight, he was no match for Lars' Ice Moves. He remembers his roots in the old lands and is able to call upon them to aid him in battle.
Hidden Power: Fighting
Special Move: Divine Roots (Rock)
Kaolin pumps heavy Rock Energy into the ground to summon the Divine Roots, resembling massive vines a la Frenzy Plant, which will go on to strike the foe for significant Rock Type damage. They will also wrap themselves around the limbs of foes, constraining them until they are able to be removed. As can be expected, more physically capable Pokemon will be able to break free more easily, while smaller, weaker Pokemon will struggle to remove them. The Divine Roots are also susceptible to energy assaults, but are resistant to Fire moves and cutting moves. After a round, they will weaken in strength, and most Pokemon will be able to easily be rid of them. He has enough Rock Energy to use this twice per battle.

Sneaze: Approved.

Phasma: Level 5 Female Trevenant
Bio:
Phasma hails from a land unknown to humans, one so malicious in nature that even the plants themselves will rise against intruders. Phasma herself has adopted the nature of her world, and enjoys employing her otherworldly powers to torment other Pokemon.
Hidden Power: Fighting
Special Move: Energy Burn (Ghost)
Using significant energy, Phasma places a curse on her opponent, causing them to lose moderate energy per round. If the victim is switched out, the curse is dispelled. The curse will also be dispelled after 4 rounds have passed. This move can be used three times per match.

Sneaze: Approved.

Eredar: Level 4 Male Dusclops
Bio:
Eredar comes from a tribe of supremely talented Dusclops who arose in the Sinnoh Region countless millennia ago. They built a vast civilization of wondrous cities and upheld a peaceful way of life in Turnback Cave. Eredar defected from the tribe, disgusted with its pacifist nature. Seeking power, he challenged all foes that he across until he was convinced that he had reached the peak of his strength.
Hidden Power: Fairy
Special Move: Spirit Cannon (Ghost)
For all intents and purposes, Spirit Cannon is a Ghost Type version of Zap Cannon. It will paralyze Ground and Electric types, albeit to a slightly lesser effect. Diminishing returns apply normally. In learning this move, he never bothered to learn Blizzard, Focus Punch, Brick Break or Giga Impact.

Benny- lvl 1 male Shieldon
Bio- Benny is named after my personal favorite character in Fire Emblem: Fates. Much like myself and my Jellicent, Olivia, Benny is rather quite and kind hearted. However, where as myself and Olivia have been called cute, Benny appears rather intimidating. He was found in a forest with several Teddiursa and Ursaring.
Hidden Power: Grass
Special Ability: Guard Stance
Once per battle and using a move along with heavy Steel energy, Benny can enter Guard Stance. The energy surrounds his body, excluding his face, and hardens into what can be described as a suit of armor. This armor is thick and heavy, increasing his weight by 1.5x and making all physical attacks that hit him do only 80% damage. Due to the armor limiting Benny's movement, he cannot use any attacks that involve ramming (such as Tackle, Headbutt, and similar moves) while in Guard Stance. In addition, the extra weight will cause him to suffer a drop in accuracy for his ranged moves, especially against moving targets. This armor can be removed either by using a move or getting hit by Brick Break or Rock Smash. He also loses mild typeless energy for each round he is Guard Stance. If he is recalled from battle for any reason, Guard Stance will automatically deactivate.
(Added in accuracy drop against moving targets)

Sneaze: Approved.

Inigo- lvl 1 male Ralts
Hidden Power: Steel
Bio: Inigo is the son of Olivia and, like his mother, is trained in the art of dance. Like his mother, he is shy. This changes when he is around ladies though, and he becomes more of a helpless flirt than the charming gentleman that he considers himself. He served Xander along side Peri, under the alias Laslow. After Xander's death, he traveled back to his homeland, where I found him dancing
Special Attack: Dancing Blade (Steel)
Using significant Steel energy, Inigo creates an energy construct similar in appearance to a rapier. He then gives the opponent three quick slashes, each dealing mild damage (totaling significant damage). He may use this attack twice per battle. As long as he has this sig, he may only evolve into Gallade, as he believes Gardevoir is to feminine for him.
(Made it clear that the rapier is and energy construct)

Sneaze: Approved.

Jeff- lvl 1 male Piplup
Hidden Power: Electric
Bio: Jeff is from Winters, a country to the north of Eagleland. Jeff is a child genius who just so happens to be near-sighted and a little shy. He is one of the chosen four, and his signature weapons are guns, more specifically ones that a child would use and a taser for some reason.
Special Attack: Taser Cork (Steel/Electric)
Using heavy energy (half Steel and half Electric), Jeff creates two small energy constructs similar in appearance to toy guns, one in each flipper. He then fires them both simultaneously, with the beams converging to create a construct that looks like an electrified cork just before it hits the opponent. This deals heavy (half Steel and Half Electric) damage, has a roughly 20% chance to paralyze, and he may only use it once per battle. He loses Bide, Super Sonic, Rain Dance, and will lose Hyper Beam, and Giga Impact upon evolution into Empoleon.
(Made energy construct clear)

Sneaze: Approved.

Elivagar, Male Wartortle, Level 4
Elivagar is another old member of Alto's squad, although unlike his rival Ancalagon, he is much more laid-back and cool-headed. It doesn't make him any less of a trooper though; after his loss in battle to Kuno's Articuno, he underwent a three year training trip in the frozen wastelands to prepare for the day he would challenge the legendary bird once more. Constant training against the enviornment and the locals led to him mastering the cold to a degree he never believed possible.
Hidden Power: Grass
Special Training: Frost Monarch
Elivagar is now familiar with the Ice type, and uses all Ice-typed attacks as if he were an Ice type. He has gained access to the moves Powder Snow and Icicle Crash, but has lost the moves Iron Tail, Focus Punch, and Dragon Tail.

Sneaze: Approved.

Nyx, Shiny Female Vulpix, Level 1
When Nyx was very young, she heard the many tales of the Summer fey in the neighboring forest; tales of the war on Winter, joy and sorrow, triumph and betrayal. Those of the Court were said to manipulate their foes to tear themselves apart, not having to lift a finger to accomplish their own wildest dreams. Blessed with both haunting beauty and unnatural grace, they would firmly rule with the softest caress and the gentlest smile. These ideas very much appealed to Nyx, who made it her life's ambition to join, and someday, lead the Summer Court. Through tempered dedication and constant training, she eventually attained a seat, and now walks among the fey.
Hidden Power: Electric
Type Change: Fire/Fairy
Nyx is now a Fire/Fairy typed Pokemon with all the associated Weaknesses and resistances. She is resistant, but not immune, to Dragon. Additionally, she gains the characteristics of the Fairy type. In her training to join the Summer Court, she has gained the ability to use Play Rough and Dazzling Gleam, but has lost the will to use Payback and Grudge.

Sneaze: Grudge is really barely a move and not a big drawback here. And as I've already stated, Fire/Fairy is a pretty decent typing for what you're trying to do with it. Rejected.

Ancalagon, Male Charizard, Level 5
Ancalagon is the oldest member of Alto's team, having been with him since day one. A battle hardened veteran, he is an honorable yet brutal combatant. His ambition is to become strong, and he is incredibly focused on achieving victory. Ancalagon likes to keep things simple and sticks to what he's good at; slashing the hell out of things. The one he strives to beat is Elivagar, both his squadmate and his eternal rival. Determined to trump the cool-headed Blastoise, Ancalagon has developed a new technique.
Hidden Power: Water
Special Attack: Devouring Slash (Grass)
Ancalagon lashes out with a claw coated in Grass-typed energy, dealing heavy damage for heavy energy. Ancalagon regains an amount of health equal to half of the damage dealt. This move counts as a 'draining move' and contributes towards diminishing returns. When the user uses a draining move, the next draining move it uses will replenish 10% less health for the same energy cost. Ancalagon is able to use this move twice per battle.

Sneaze: Bump the damage down like you're at least pretending this isn't a type that hits all of your biggest counters well and we'll talk. Rejected.

Grievous: Male Machamp
Machamp: One of the strongest Pokémon alive, Machamp can restrain most opponents with two hands and use the other two for something else. Their punching and chopping attacks will deal 1.2x more damage, though Machamp are not adept at using its limbs with great dexterity and may find it difficult to strike smaller opponents, as well as having reduced dexterity limiting their accuracy when using physical attacks at speed. Machamp can lift twice as much for a particular attack than what is normally stated. They wear a power belt, which restricts how much energy they expend. A trainer can order Machamp to adjust the setting to 'high', 'medium' and 'low', adjustment counting as a move. Medium is the default setting and has no effect. High causes them to move 1.2x faster for 1.2x energy and allows them to lift thrice as much for a particular attack than what is normally stated, as opposed to twice as much. Low causes them to move 0.8x faster for 0.8x energy and negates their usual strength bonus. They can see in the dark.
Biography: Grievous, unlike the character he is named for, is a rather cunning battler. This, when used in tandem with his malicious streak, results in a manifestation which can only be described as dastardly.
Signature Technique - Unbound:
Grievous begins the battle with two extra arms. These arms will be formed of pure Fighting energy and will allow him to use physical attacks he would typically use his arms for at range. His effective range is roughly 15 feet from his body. These arms will fade immediately after 3 rounds, and require an extra Light amount of energy every round they are maintained. All moves Grievous uses with his energy arms lose their secondary effect, and he begins the battle with a less a total of Significant less energy than other Pokemon.
Hidden Power: Bug

Sneaze: Approved.

Salome: Female Kabutops
Kabutops: Kabutops are sleeker than their previous form and thus much faster both in and out of water. Their slashing attacks deal 1.2x more damage than usual. Being fossils, their Ancient Power attack will boost slightly more often.
Biography: Under Construction
Signature Training - Predator:
Living up to her primevil nature, Salome is now significantly quicker and more agile than others of her species, able to dodge attacks with greater success. In addition, she may propel herself through the air when using Waterfall, similarly to Aqua Jet. Salome can no longer use Scald or Blizzard.
Hidden Power: Grass

Sneaze: Come on dude, no bio?

Marry: Female Cradily
Cradily: Cradily can stick to the ground to absorb nutrients. Lifting or trying to move this Pokémon will count as it having double weight. Cradily's Ingrain is more effective than normal. While they are capable of movement when not rooted down, they are quite slow, as they must hop around to get around. As a sea lily, their natural habitat is the ocean, allowing them to stay underwater indefinitely. They also take slightly less damage from Water-type attacks. They are capable of seeing in the dark. Being fossils, their Ancient Power attack will boost slightly more often.
Biography: Marry is greatly in tune with the surrounding nature. So much so that she is able to manipulate the basic forces with great ease, using them to assault her foes viciously.
Signature Technique - Natural Aegis:
Using Solid Grass energy, Marry envelops either herself or her opponent in a Rock Tomb like structure, made of thickened vines. The vines are resistant to cutting or striking damage, but can be easily dealt with by fire. For every round Marry spends entombed within the construct, Marry will recover Mild energy, while if her foe spends a round trapped within, they will lose Mild energy. Both Pokemon may only gain or lose Significant energy in total in this manner. After this threshold has been reached, the construct will dissolve, and the attack may no longer be used on the Pokemon who has reached the threshold. Marry may no longer use Pain Split, Recover or Rock Tomb.
Hidden Power: Steel

Sneaze: Three rounds is... a lot for a Cradily, and fire is better conserved for other things. Bump it down to two (you can adjust the energy regain/loss to be equivalent to roughly the same total) and give it an additional way to be cleared. Rejected.

Bradley: Male Armaldo
Armaldo: Armaldo are adequate swimmers, though not as maneuverable as Anorith. They have no problem with watery environments. As a deep sea Pokémon, they can hold their breath for a long time, about as long as the average Water-type. Though still weak to Water attacks, they are somewhat less vulnerable than other Rock-types and take somewhat less damage. Their claw based moves deal 1.2x damage. They are familiar with the Water-type. Being fossils, their Ancient Power attack will boost slightly more often.
Biography: Bradley has a deep connection with the earth from which he rose. Having been fossilised for a long time, his DNA was fundamentally altered, giving him a more vicious aspect to his natural attacks.
Signature Training - Tough Edge:
All of Bradley's Rock type attacks have sharpened edges, allowing them to break through opposing attacks with more ease, similar to Steel attacks. In addition, his Ancient Power is now an energy charged tackle, rather than a projectile. However, he can no longer use Brine, Earth Power or Stealth Rock.
Hidden Power: Electric

Sneaze: Approved.

Willy: Male Rampardos
Rampardos: Rampardos' extremely hard and somewhat pointed skull gives them a 1.2x boost in head-based attacks. However, Rampardos are not very agile. Being fossils, their Ancient Power attack will boost slightly more often.
Biography:
Signture Technique - Glasgow Kiss:
Charging forwards, Cletus smashes his head into his opponent, the sheer force of the blow knocking them backwards slightly. This will deal Significant Rock type damage for equivalent energy, and holds a 30% chance to confuse, in the same manner as Dynamic Punch. Cletus may no longer use Fire Blast.
Hidden Power: Water

Sneaze: Bio tho.

Alexander: Male Bastiodon
Bastiodon: Bastiodon's face plates are thick and extremely sturdy. Physical hits done to them will deal only 80% damage. Charging attacks and headbutts are 20% more effective. Being fossils, their Ancient Power attack will boost slightly more often.
Biography: Alexander finds rocks to be much less sturdy than his own body. Wanting to go about making sure that he suffers as little damage as possible, the fossil Pokemon went about training with much more resistant materials, finally managing to gain a keen control over that which he decided to manipulate in stead of rock.
Signature Training - Iron Fortress:
Alexander's Rock Tomb attack now summons sheets of iron rather than rock, and is referred to as Iron Fortress. These sheets will cover the opposing Pokemon on all sides, including the floor, but are only slightly more resistant to breaking than a normal Rock Tomb. However, when the foe breaks free of the Iron Fortress, Alexander will gain a 20% boost to his Special Defence. Standard boost stipulations apply, and Alexander may only use Iron Fortress twice per battle. Alexander loses the ability to use Blizzard.
Hidden Power: Fairy

Sneaze: Approved.

Scoria: Male Archeops
Archeops: Archeops are much closer to a raptor than a bird and, despite being perfectly decent fliers, prefer to run. Their speed on the ground is relatively impressive, though they are not terribly agile. They are adept climbers. Being fossils, their Ancient Power attack will boost slightly more often.
Biography: Scoria hates having to deal with the supernatural. He used to never believe, but then he had a rather awful run in with a particular Dusknoir, and this has left him with some serious misgivings. So strong are these feelings that he has forcibly developed a means of dealing with miscreants like that.
Signature Technique - Earthbound Bolt:
Scoria's eyes flash with an intense grey energy, before a bolt launches into the body of the foe. This deals Significant Rock type damage for equivalent energy, and also has the added effect of placing the opponent under the effects of Foresight. Earthbound Bolt uses Heavy energy, and Scoria may no longer use Earth Power or Head Smash.
Hidden Power: Grass

Sneaze: I was going to reject this due to confusion between "equivalent energy" and "heavy energy", but it's fine with the lower amount, so... approved with strikethrough edit.

Julius: Male Tyrantrum
Tyrantrum: Tyrantrum have powerful jaws, giving a 20% boost to all biting attacks. They are also rather temperamental, making them more vulnerable to rage-inducing moves, but they will have a greater attack boost as a result. Being fossils, their Ancient Power attack will boost slightly more often.
Biography: Under Construction
Signature Technique - Jurassic Swing:
Whipping his tail round in a manner similar to Dragon Tail, Julius smashes his foe with a vicious strike, knocking them a significant distance away despite their weight. The blow will deal Considerable Rock type damage, and Jurassic Swing requires Significant energy. Julius may no longer use Stealth Rock, Draco Meteor or Dragon Dance.
Hidden Power: Poison

Sneaze: Bio, dude.

Helena: Genderless Lunatone
Lunatone: Lunatone levitate by default and are considered to be inorganic. They are familiar with the Ice type. They fight more enthusiastically at night and can see in the dark. They also radiate a constant faint glow that is likened to moonlight. Pokémon in close proximity to them can use moves which require moonlight, regardless of location, as can Lunatone themselves. Using a move, they can cause their eyes to glow with an eerie red light which will intimidate most Pokémon.
Biography: Helena feels a very strong connection to her resemblance of the moon. She prides herself upon it more than anything else, and has trained tirelessly in order to come up with a move which will allow her to somewhat mimic the way the lunar cycle moves.
Signature Technique - Dark Side of the Moon:
Gathering Rock type energy, Helena fires blackened shards into the body of the opponent. They reside there for two rounds, before they explosively erupt. This will deal Considerable Rock type damage for Heavy energy, and holds a 30% chance to lower the opponent's Special Defence by one stage. Dark Side of the Moon is considered an energy attack, and as such will break through Reflect with little trouble but will be blocked by Light Screen. Standard boost stipulations apply. Helena may no longer use Blizzard.
Hidden Power: Fighting

Sneaze: Approved.

Sinbad: Male Tyranitar
Tyranitar: Having gone through various stages, Tyranitar are now very powerful. Their Earthquake attacks are the most powerful among Pokémon and deal 1.2x more damage, with Tyranitar being familiar with the Ground type. They also carry over its tough hide, which reduces all damage it receives from physical attacks to 0.8x. A trainer may order Tyranitar to eat the soil as a move. Tyranitar will eat a mouthful, increasing its health and energy a little. Poisonous soil will have the opposite effect, damaging Tyranitar instead of healing it. Their bodies are full of sand, and they are able to use the sand to produce Sandstorms, instead of relying on the sand in the arena. This Sandstorm attack is more persistent than those used by other Pokémon and will last longer and deal more damage. In its Mega Form, it is fairly resistant to physical strikes - only powerful physical attacks will deal noticeable damage to them. Much like before its evolution, Tyranitar can produce sandstorms in nearly an instant. Sandstorms produced this way are thicker, more violent and require little concentration to maintain. Against any Pokémon that would reasonably be afraid of it, it's fear-inducing attacks are more effective.
Biography: Sinbad is one for subterfuge, preferring to deceive rather than to overwhelm. When the chips are down though, his raw brute strength is easily a match for any of those he may be pitted against, and he has developed means to overcome his natural lack of agility which oftentimes prevents him from showcasing his vicious power.
Signature Technique - Enter Sandman:
Roaring, Sinbad conjures a perfect replica of himself made purely of sand. This construct will rush forwards and engulf the foe, coating their body with a layer of grainy sand. This will slow their movements significantly for three rounds. Enter Sandman deals Considerable physical Rock damage, and requires Heavy Rock energy to perform. SInbad may no longer use Thunder, Fire Blast or Blizzard.
Hidden Power: Fairy

(Any of these that type-shift a move or two are pretty small-scale and thematic, let's be honest, they hardly branch into second-sig territory any more than the standard familiarity + new moves do, and small things like that were pretty passable even years before the "dark times" of sigs, and without the energy premium I'm putting in.)

Ghazan: Camerupt Lv 5 (M)
An avid anarchist, Ghazan wants to watch organised society burn. He feels that those in power have had power for too long, and that morality should come from the core of one's being, not an institution that seeks its own interests above the individuals' well-being. So, in his bid to burn down the barriers and the power structures of the world, he has learned a way to channel his lava affinity to apply to this role.
Attached: Cameruptite
Sig: Special Attack: Vulcan/Magma Shuriken (FI/GD)
In a move that can be seen as a melding between Lava Plume and Water Shuriken, Ghazan creates shuriken out of lava and shoots them at the foe. While damage, energy cost, and burn chance are identical to Lava Plume, the projectiles also carry a "sharpness" that helps cut through or wear down barriers a bit better than most moves. This can be either Fire-typed (Vulcan Shuriken) or Ground-typed (Magma Shuriken). However, his leanings to lava has rid him of his ability to manipulate Steel energy, losing access to all his moves of the type (Flash Cannon, Iron Head, and any future additions).

Sneaze: Approved.

Dugthreesome: Dugtrio Lv 5 (Male, Male, and Male)
The infamous Dugthreesome, the sexist of 'monbeasts below ground. He knows how to charm and con his way out of any situation due to his inherent sexiness and demeanor. So, of course, he deicded to go the queenly route and be FABULOUSLY FAIRILY *sparkle sparkle etc other gay stuff*
Sig: Special Training: Menage a TRIOTRIOTRIO
Dugthreesome now has the capacity to use Draining Kiss, Sweet Kiss, and Dazzling Gleam. His Slash and Fury Swipes techniques have also shifted to the Fairy type instead of being XX, in both damage and energy, but cost 10% more energy to use. He carries familiarity with the Fairy type. However, this Fairy inclination has led him to reject Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, and Toxic, losing access to them. He also refuses to use Sucker Punch and Feint Attack, as they are too unsporting.

Sneaze: Approved.

AXEFACE: Haxorus Lv 5 (M)
AXEFACE, he's got a big axe face.
He's got the body of an axe and the face of an axe
And he cuts through his foes 'cause he's got an axe face
AXEFACE
AXEFACE is quite clearly named for the sharp, axe-like tusks on his face. Face-axes are quite the rage these days, it seems, and he's embraced that wholeheartedly. Not surprisingly, he's even looked into ways to enhance this feature. And as he knows, the hardest of steels is forged in the hottest of flames. So, in his mind, that meant he should sharpen his tusks against metal while standing in a fire. As he trained, he made sure the flames were increasingly hotter, day by day. Slashing, cutting, swiping his powerful tusks against the sturdy metal, working through the pain, through the burns and exertion, single-minded in his goal. He was so focused on training and sharpening, he didn't even notice when the flames got so hot that the sturdy metal he was practising on started to go oozy. Oozy led to gooey, gooey led to liquidy, and then one day, the metal completely melted as he was having a go at it. It washed over him, causing significant damage and burns on him, but as he recovered, he noticed his hide had absorbed some metallic properties. His tusks absorbed even more, the metal hardening over and into his tusks, which had already been made sharper and more resilient from his training.
As soon as he recovered, he tried to continue this regimen with even stronger metal, but he found himself more vulnerable to the flames than before, and the pain became too much to bear. So, while this training was complete, he was still set on finding more insane and stupid ways to train himself.
Silly AXEFACE
Sig: Special Training/Type Change: Tempered Metal
AXEFACE is now a Dragon/Steel type, with a sturdier hide and shiny face axes. He has gained access to Magnet Bomb, Flash Cannon, Metal Sound, and Meteor Mash. However, this does come at a cost. He retains neutrality to Poison moves, and he loses his resistances to Electric and Water moves. He gains no new resistance to Steel. He also loses his access to Grass Knot, Superpower, Dig, Dragon Dance, Rock Tomb, and Rock Slide. He is also a bit slower than usual.

Sneaze: Approved.

A Pimp Named Slickback: Mr. Mime Lv 6 (M) (uplevel)
His name is Slickback?
No, it's "A Pimp Named Slickback." Like A Tribe Called Quest; you say the whole thing: "A Pimp Named Slickback"!
A Pimp Named Slickback is a smooth operator. His cute and innocent appearance is deceptive, however: in his core he is a cold-hearted creature, and a literal pimp. He does not let his employees step out of line, and has developed a disciplinary technique for them: the classic slap.
A slap comes in many ways, shapes, and forms. There are affectionate slaps, there are slaps to get attention, and there are even affectionate slaps meant to get attention, among others. He made a point to master all his slaps.
Sig: Special Training: Pimpslapping
All of A Pinp Named Slickback's moves that include "Punch" in their name are now considered slaps, and their ordered name now reflects that (such as Thunder Slap and Mega Slap). This name change is merely flavour, as Thunder Slap is considered the same move as Thunder Punch and thus Thunder Punch can be Mimicked from his Thunder Slap, etc. He can charge his Mega Slap or Double-Slap with either of his STAB energies,, making them Psychic- or Fairy-typed, but doing so takes a 10% premium in energy for the conversion. All his moves containing the word "Slap", both preexisting slaps and converted Punch moves, carry a 20% chance to lower Attack one stage.

Sneaze: Approved.

Ophelia Dusk: Nidoran-F Lv 1
Opehlia Dusk is an heir of a royal line, and a paragon of heroic lines. She carries the power of the exalt's legacy in her blood, and can tap into the energies of her lineage, activating the aching blood in her veins.
Sig: Special Technique: Aching Blood
Ophelia expends good typeless energy to trigger her aching blood. This causes her Special Attack to increase two stages and hones her focus for the duration of the boost. Regular boost stipulations apply.

Sneaze: Approved.

Coconut Fred: Sudowoodo Lv 3 (M)
Coconut Fred is a creature of chaos and randomness. His philosophy is: "why be normal when you can drag others into your insanity?". It really is best shared with others, after all. So, he thought of how to mess with people the most, and remembered he, a Sudowoodo, had Calm Mind. Already a mindfreak, he decided to milk it. He'd flip expectations, he'd flip styles. He'd flip the whole damn physical/special spectrum just for the head-turning weirdness of it.
Sig: Special Training: Insanity Ensues
Coconut Fred's offensive moves are henceforth considered to be flipped on the physical/special spectrum, both in what stat fuels them and how defenses interact with them. This means, for example, his Hidden Power is powered by his physical attack, will break Light Screen, ethereal Ghosts will take reduced damage from it, and it will hit a foe's physical Defense, etc. Moves that would be fueled by special attack and hit physical, such as theoretical Water moves, will likewise be flipped, hitting as though special and being fueled by physical power, with all the trappings of such. This is always active and affects only offensive moves of his, not any other Pokemon's.

Sneaze: Approved.

P'Li: Charizard Lv 5 (F)
"You've shown me what true freedom means."
P'Li, from a young age, learned she had a special gift. She had an overdeveloped third eye chakra, an excess of built-up chi located there. She honed her talents using her third eye as a focal point. She developed a technique, a unique fighting style all her own, by focusing her power through her third eye, and out.
Sig: Special Attack: Combustion Blast (Flying)
P'Li compresses Flying energy into a thin beam, and shoots it out of her forehead, at her third eye chakra. When this hits the foe, the super-compressed energy creates a small but powerful explosion, dealing considerable damage. The concussive force, due to the force of the blast, will almost certainly cause significant knockback, with even the likes of an Aggron being knocked back a foot or two. This costs considerable Flying energy, and her usage of this move is limited by her natural Flying energy reserves. Due to her innate familiarity with this technique, she has about as much control over the beam as an Alakazam has over its Psybeam, able to control its path with her mind with little effort and focus.

Sneaze: Needs a little extra energy when pathing is changed. Rejected.

Ming-Hua: Cloyster Lv 5 (F)
Ming-Hua lacks arms. This is quite a significant challenge, seeing that Pokemon battles often take place on land. She tried to remedy this as best she could. The jury is out on whether she accomplished this, or just made everything weirder.
Sig: Special Training: Water Arms
Ming-Hua naturally forms semi-solid tendrils out of water, with which she can do such things as walk on land (similar to Tentacruel's walking), use for physical attacks, and shooting Water or Ice-typed moves (such as with Icicle Spear or Water Pulse). Generally, she only has 2 or 3 active, enough to allow for movement and possible offense, but with more focus and available water can increase the number slightly. This costs her a light amount of energy per round to maintain, but if there is a body of water in the arena, or rain is falling, this cost is waived. While damage levied against the "arms" will not damage Ming-Hua, all electricity moves (basically, most Electric moves, but not Hidden Power as it is pure energy) that even score a glancing blow on the arms will net a full hit on her, as the electricity travels through the tendrils. These tendrils are somewhat easy to break through with an attack, but are not slow to reconstitute themselves, especially if water is present. She loses Shell Smash.

Sneaze: Approved.

Fluffy: Torterra Lv 5 (F)
Fluffy was a prize from the Cute Contest. As this was pre sig wipe and she was never assigned a sig by LOs (and a new Contest is now being pushed so it's prety much seemingly forgotten), I am taking it upon myself to at least script out the sig idea. I don't find that as unreasonable. Prize guidelines say she can have a slightly more powerful sig than normal.
Fluffy was a prize from the anticlimactic battle between Sylveon and Mega Altaria, a battle also known as Ribbons vs Fluffy. So, instead of being a normal-looking Torterra, Fluffy has floofs of floofy white cotton fluff in place of her leaves, and carries a different colouration. The normally green bits of her shell are a soft baby blue, and the brown parts of her body and tree trunk are a gentle pale pink. Now, despite this colour scheme of (lightish) red, white, and (baby) blue, she's not really the aggressive sort. She'll fight if she has to, but she much prefers to be there for her friends and allies if she's needed.
Sig: Special Technique: Fluffy Ribbons (GR)
Fluffy shoots six seeds up into the sky/near the ceiling, causing six big fluffy cotton clouds to sprout. Starting next round, at the end of each of the next six rounds, glowy ribbons will slip down from one cloud into all Pokemon on her/her trainer's side of the field. These can have one of three effects, each with an equal (~33.33%) chance of happening: all Pokemon on this side of the field will regain moderate health, all Pokemon on this side of the field will regain moderate energy, or all Pokemon on this side of the field will be relieved of any status, curses, or otherwise harmful conditions and become more enthused. This is selected randomly, and, after this happens, the cloud doing so will disappear, which totals the six rounds it is active. This can only be used once per battle, and costs a heavy level of energy to use.

Sneaze: Approved.

(I am not intending to New Life Petey any time soon, for the record. Also he's a Sunkern.)

Petey: Sunkern Lv 1 (M)
Petey is small and cute. This is a fact.
Petey also likes to brighten up peoples' days. He is like a little beam of sunshine. But wait, he realised. How can he be a little ray of sunshine when he couldn't even use sunshine to its fullest extent? He decided he needed to learn how to use it if he wanted to truly be the little ray of sunshine he wanted to be. And thus, like the cavemen, he wondrously discovered the majesty of fire.
Sig: Special Training: You Are My Sun(kern)shine
Petey has gained access to Ember, Fiery Dance, Flamethrower, and Flame Charge. He is also familiar with the type. However, as his wish is to remain small and cute to brighten people up, he has vowed to never evolve, and will always remain a Sunkern. He also loses Double-Edge and Seed Bomb.

Sneaze: Sunkern or no I need you to give up one more move here. Also you seem to be missing the word Fire in "He is also familiar with the type." Rejected.

actually back at it again with the signature moves

Salt: Level 1 Genderless Carbink
Hidden Power: Grass
Bio: "Don't...", said a voice, echoing through the winding cavern. It sounded scared, and the cave's echo gave it a song like tone. Carbink's ears perked up at the sound. Another lost traveler, probably. It was their duty to protect them. He left the small gem-coated tunnel he was in and hovered his way up into the large open cavern most people found themselves in.

"Hoooold ooon!" The voice echoed again. Carbink couldn't see the humans. There was one way to find them for sure. The Carbink dug himself into the ground, just enough to connect with a crystal. The cave was covered in spires and stalactites of gems, and Carbink's crystalline body could see through it. This was their cavern, and the cavern was a part of them. A spire in a nearby tunnel vibrated the strongest with the last cry for help. Carbink let the energy of the gems flow through him for a moment before speeding off, faster than before. Each spire lit up as they passed, glimmering with the drive Carbink felt.

"Don't let go!" The voice didn't echo this time. Carbink found himself in a tall cavern, with himself at the bottom and two humans holding onto a ledge at the top. It was way out of his reach, normally.

They dug themselves into the earth again, and this time, the crystals moved themselves down the walls and concentrated themselves under Carbink. In a swift motion, Carbink charged the crystals upwards, sending him into the air on a pillar of gemstones and rock. The humans above gasped at the beauty of it. The pillar landed below the falling humans, and they hopped down, grabbing their body to make sure that truly just happened.

"Biiink!" The Carbink cheered, bopping up and down in the air, proud of themselves. Another day, another life saved.

Signature Technique: Energy Spire (Rock)
Using major energy, Carbink can condense energy into the form of a crystal that floats on the battlefield. While the crystal is active, Carbink experiences a burst of energy, making all of his special attacks use 80% of their energy cost, for the original damage total. When Carbink takes major damage, or if the crystal has significant physical force on it, the crystal breaks. If the crystal is not destroyed, it will last for 3 rounds or until Carbink is knocked out. Carbink can only use this technique once per battle. Carbink can no longer use Gravity, Magnet Rise, or Magic Coat.

Snorby: Approved.

removed the effects that weren't the energy efficiency and removed the crystal's health pool, making it just carbink's

Rocky: Level 1 Female Vanillite
Hidden Power: Ground
Bio: Once upon a time, in a mountain range to the far north, a clan of Vanillite lived peacefully. They guided travelers, they helped lost Pokemon, and they kept the peace of the mountains. However, their icy skills often meant that people would need them to take on larger Ground-type threats, and even Dragons that lived in the valleys of the mountains. The clan did so begrudgingly; they were pacifists at heart, but for the good of the region, they would do it.

One day, one particular trainer sought to capture one of the Vanillite, and train them into a savage fighter. But the Vanillite were peaceful, and could never want to battle for fun, especially not for a trainer's will. So the trainer came into the camp, and released his partner Pokemon onto them, a Pangoro larger than normal. The Pangoro knocked out all who opposed him, and the trainer left a message: that he would be back on the night of the full moon, and he expected a Vanillite to come willingly.

A brave and kind Vanillite refused to see this happen. She packed a bag and prepared herself to go on a journey. She travelled to the tallest mountain in the range, and began her trek upwards. She fought off territorial Rhyhorn, but calmed their spirits. She found lost travelers and gave them some her own supplies. By the time she reached the peak, she was exhausted and out of food and water; but she made it.

At the peak lived a group of Clefairy and Clefable, strong Fairy types who, according to rumors, were willing to defend the weak in the mountains. The Vanillite pleaded with the group, to come and help them, to scare off the trainer and his Pangoro. But the Clefable refused to fight their battles for them. However, seeing the Vanillite's kindness to all as she traveled up their mountain, they agreed to train her to defend her clan.

The Vanillite trained until the night of the full moon, learning how to fight with her overflowing heart. On that night, the wisest and eldest of the Clefable brought Vanillite to the highest point of the mountain. They performed a ritual, imbuing her with the light of the moon. With only so little time left, the Clefable took the Vanillite with her wings, gliding their way down to the home.

The trainer was there already, and the other Vanillite cowered in their homes. The Vanillite fell from above, drawing the trainer's attention. She challenged him, and she struck down the Pangoro with a single blow. She became the defender of the weak in that mountain range from that day on, with the moon by her side.

Type Change: Blue Moon Flavor (Ice/Fairy)
Vanillite is now Ice/Fairy, with all of the weaknesses and resistances of the type. Vanillite is not immune to Dragon energy, but is resistant. Vanillite can now use Moonblast, Moonlight, and Sweet Kiss, but can no longer use Taunt, Toxic, Blizzard, or Light Screen. Vanillite has a strong dislike of crowds and urban areas, and their attacks use more energy in those areas in addition to generally being uncomfortable.

Neil: Level 1 Male Litleo
Hidden Power: Grass
Bio: A bold lion from Kalos, the pup was raised by two female Pyroar. When he left his childhood home, he found violence and strife in the human world towards people like his parents. He vowed to become a symbol of hope and happiness for all.

Special Technique: Pride (Normal)
Litleo roars and charges himself with energy, building an rainbow energy construct mane. The mane persists for one round, and while the mane is up, his physical attacks all increase by one stage on the damage scale, meaning attacks that are normally resistant will become neutral and neutral will become super effective. Attacks that normally deal super effective damage will not increase. Building the mane costs significant energy, and once it dissipates, Litleo becomes much more tired. Litleo can no longer use Dark Pulse, Snarl, or Fire Blast. Litleo can only use this technique once per battle.

Snorby: Considering Normal would be Super Effective on all but 55 Pokemon and that's a STAB, gonna have to say not only no but hell no. Rejected.

costs a move and only does the attack buff-y stuff

~ ~ ~

Marquis: Level 1 Male Mime Jr.
Hidden Power: Fairy
Bio: Marquis is a performer by lineage and fighter by choice. Born into a noble family of the Mime line, Marquis was expected to learn the art of being a mime. But he took to the streets instead, engaging himself in bar brawls and fighting rings around the world. All those Fighting types didn't stand a chance, but the occasional Scrafty or Pangoro gave him trouble. With no Fairy techniques to his name, he picked up his own tricks.

Special Attack: Screen Sphere (Fairy)
Mime Jr. releases a ball of Fairy energy at the foe, dealing significant damage for significant energy. This attack ignores screens and shields of any kind, and for every shield or screen this attack passes through, it’s damage is increased by x1.2. Mime Jr. can no longer use Mud-Slap, Grass Knot, or Solar Beam.

Snorby: I really don't like that this can stack. If you like you can just give this a Brick Break-esque effect and lose some drawback to compensate. Rejected.

~ ~ ~

Hali: Level 1 Female Corsola
Hidden Power: Bug
Bio: Hali is a Corsola tied to her home more than anything. She fights to bring stories back to her family, glorious tales of battles well fought and all the friends she met on the way. In exchange, she takes the power of her land into combat.

Special Technique: Tidal Terrain (Water)
For considerable energy, Corsola pumps water energy into the floor of the arena, causing water to spew out and coral to build up along the outer edges of the arena. This water is about six inches, and water types will move faster and generally be more evasive while in it. Non-waters are not hindered by the water. Nature Power will become Octazooka while this move is in effect, and Weather Ball will become Water-typed when used by a grounded Pokémon. Corsola can only use this technique once per battle, and it lasts for 5 rounds.

Snorby: I normally wouldn't approve this, but... let's be honest, it's a Corsola. Approved.

~ ~ ~

Mondatta: Level 1 Male Bidoof
Hidden Power: Ground
Sick of being treated as a foolish and dumb Pokemon, Mondatta has reached a state of enlightment by traveling around the Pokemon world and reaching out to all he met. He learned of a world above his own, and learned about what life truly meant to him.

Special Training: Enlightment
Bidoof is now able to use Zen Headbutt.

Snorby: Rejected. Too many sigs in one.
Snorby: Approved.

~ ~ ~

Isolt: Level 1 Female Murkrow
Hidden Power: Rock
Despite her Dark-typing, Isolt is a kind hearted bird who wants to help everyone she meets. Her ancestors have always been connected to the natural world unlike any other Murkrow, and her heritage allows her to connect deeply with every living creature. Isolt loves the world she's been placed in, and seeks to prove that she has a kind heart despite her species

Special Technique: Earth's Breath (Ground)
Murkrow sends a wind imbued with the energies of the planet at the opponent, dealing solid damage for signifigant energy. Electric attacks used for the next 5 rounds will be 20% less effective, similarly to Mud Sport.

Snorby: This needs to last for less than 5 rounds. Rejected.

Bolt: Male Elekid (Level 1)

Bolt has a sadistic nature. He loves watching his opponent struggle and slowly admmit defeat. Desptie that, he loves to fight and applauds his opponents when the fight was good, or when he loses. Although he loves to fight, he hates losing--more than most. He knows that for him to become unbeatable, that he has to capitalize on his strengths and/or take limit his weaknesses. He knew that he didn't really have any interesting quotes expect energy renenwal with the use of one move rounds. Bolt then realized that if he could make his energy renewal work for two move rounds as well, then he could not only outlast his opponent but also have more time to toy with them.
Bolt decided that he would undergo a stamina regimen. Bolt started sparing with as many pokemon as possible. He used only three-movers as he banned himself from one and two-movers, and almost wanted to quit in the beginning, but he perservered. As time went on, Bolt's body began to get use to three-movers and didn't take as much of a toll as other pokemon did from them. After a long time of training, he eventually lifted the one and two-mover ban. Bolt started sparring again and realized that he felt a small surge in his body that energized him, but Bolt couldn't quite put his finger on it. After consistent sparring, he realized that he outlasted most if not all of his opponents. He rejoiced knowing that he finally had something that set him apart from the rest...or so he thought.
While in battle with one of his sparring partners, Ares. He boasted about how he recovered more energy than any of his species and that he was the best there was. Ares was excited to hear that. Being a fighting-type, he loved to put himself against stronger opponents. Through their battle, Ares lost enthusiam. He didn't feel any difference between fighting Bolt and some other random pokemon. He was stronger but there was no difference in energy and fatigue. He told this to Bolt and he realized that Ares was right. He didn't have more energy. He was just reaping the benfits of his training. He wasn't any different than the rest of his species. He knew that now there was no way to increase his strengths and that he could only limit his weaknesses. He though long and hard about some weaknesses he possesed and realized that some pokemon, especially flying types, were really evasive. His movepool was essentially minimized to Shock Wave and other quick moves. He realized that their evasion could make and/or break a match and that he needed to make all of his moves have a quick nature.

Special Technique: Lightning
Through training, Bolt is now able to give any of his electric-type moves a quick and bounding nature similar to that of Shock Wave resulting in the moves being somewhat hard to dodge and faster in execution. In order to have any of his electric-type moves gain this nature, he must be commanded !Lightning (Insert Move Name Here). In order for moves to gain the quick and bounding nature Bolt expends an additional moderate amount of energy.

Snorby: Approved.

Ares: Male Machop (Level 1)

Ares is a natural born fighter who aims to rise to the top. He wants to gain as much power and advantage over his opponent as possible. Ares started living with pokemon he loved the most, Gallade. Being fellow fighting-types, the Gallade welcomed Ares with open arms. Sensing that he would become a pokemon of great power, the Gallade wanted to polish the pokemon they believed was a diamond in the rough. The Gallade being part psychic-type stressed the importance of meditation. They also put heavy emphasis on clearing and controlling the mind. Ares meditated for hours. Those hours soon turned into days and those days into months. The Gallade eventually told Ares that his training was over. Ares was confused at first, but rememebred his training and left without a word. He could feel that he left differently then came and went on with his life. Throughout his life, he find out many things about himself.

Special Training: Type Change (Fighting/Psychic)
Ares has the extra type Psychic added to it due to reasons specified above with all of the regular characteristics, strengths, weaknesses and resistances. Due to his training with Gallade, he has picked up the moves Psycho Cut and Zen Headbutt. Due to him gaining the Psychic type, he will no longer use the moves Revenge, Bullet Punch, Smelling Salts, Tickle, Metronome, Confide, Captivate, Thief, and Attract as he now deems them moves that are emotional and logical. His eyes and ridges on his head are now pink, all other colors remain the same.

Snorby: So the big issue here is almost none of the moves you're dropping are in any way shape or form useful. Give this some meaningful drawback and then we'll talk. Remember, dropping moves is about quality more than quantity. Rejected.

Elite: Male Starly (Level 1)

Starly are known for their exceptional eyesight and enhanced accuracy; however, Elite stands apart from the rest. His parents wanted Elite to be the best in the clan. They wanted their son to be the shining star of the clan. They forced him to undergo training that would force his eyesight to improve. They never fed him. He had to go and fight wild pokemon and beat them for their food. They never showed loved to him. They isolated him from them and forced him to become a cold-blooded fighter that showed no remorse for his opponents. They never complimented or appplauded of him. They forced him to believe that winning was a way of life--not something to be congratulated-- and that losing was never an option. These circumstances would make Elite interact with plenty of pokemon. His eyes began to change in way that were unknown to him. He wasn't forced to take notice until he was cornered.
One night, Elite was out hunting for his own food as usual and found an Ursaring with some Oran Berries. This was a common occurence for him, and he began to fight the Ursaring. This Ursaring was unlike the other Ursaring he had faced before and he quickly found himself backed against a wall. He realized that he needed to give it his all, or he would die. He began expending more energy than usual and then he saw a blue point on the Ursaring. He used Aerial Ace to dodge and strike there and the Ursaring roared in pain. He would consistenly miss the mark but when he hit the point, there was an obvious difference in pain. He would continue aiming for that point, and he eventually defeated the Ursaring. He knew his eyes were different. He knew his eyes were strong. He knew that he was powerful.

Special Training: All Seeing Eye
Elite subconsciously puts energy into his eyes and can now see the weakspots of pokemon. Due to the his natural and enahnced accuracy, he has a 25% chance of hitting that weakspot and deal 10% more damage and any defensive boosts will be disregarded. Because of the energy he puts in his eyes, he loses light energy at the end of every round.

Snorby: Approved.

---

Metus: Male Totodile (Level 1)
Metus wants to be the stongest water-type pokemon in the world. He knows that he's weak to two types, Electric and Grass. He believed that he could become stronger by strengthening his jaws as they were already stronger than most pokemon. He practiced putting electric energy into jaws to try and paralyze his opponents and even tried using fire energy in an attempt to burn his opponents; however, he would always fail because the process just drained him too much. He decided that he would try to limit his weaknesses instead.
He tried to be like grass pokemon as they resisted electric types, but he hated them. They were too peaceful and serene for him. Metus was a pokemon that instilled fear into others and he could not stand trying to contol his inner-beast and become graceful like the grass-types. He decided to take a complete 180 degree turn and hang out with some fire-types and learn some tricks in defeating the grass-types. He had a lot of fun releasing all of his water and inner-beast; however, the fire-types could not keep him in check and booted him out.
He was depressed and alone looking at the sky. Then out of nowhere, a beam of condensed dragon energy was shot down from the sky and tried running away, but was eventually caught. He found himself distorted and was in some kind of space. He cringed in pain and cried out for help. Then he was frozen and so was everything around him. He saw a figure advancing toward him and he only felt dread, sorrow, fear, and despair.
Palkia then appeared. It wasn't mad but instead remorseful. Palkia believed that no one was in the area when he shot the Spatial Rend, and expressed great remorse. Metus was extremely humbles by the legendary pokemon standing before him and apologized himself for being in the area. He told Palkia that it didn't need to apologize. The Palkia was amazed at the gratitude and asked Metus what he wanted. Metus explained his troubles and Palkia smiled. He tapped Metus on his head and transfered some of its energy into him.

Special Training: Type Change (Water/Dragon)
Metus has the extra type Dragon added to it due to reasons specified above with all of the regular characteristics, strenghts, weaknesses, and resistances. He has learned the moves Dragon Rage and Dragon Rush. Due to gaining the Dragon-type, Metus is extremely focused on attacking; thus, he will not use defensive of evasive moves excluding Toxic, and Attack and Special Attack boosting moves since he likes the offensive pressure those type of moves bring. The yellow patterns are now dark blue while the spikes are now an extremely dark red. All other colors remain the same

Snorby: Water/Dragon is one of the best typings in the game, and the drawback here isn't especially meaningful. Drop some resistances, and maybe add another weakness from its old typing. Rejected.

---

Impetus: Male Cranidos (Level 2) (Uplevel)

Impetus always loved to smash heads with the other boys of his clan. Clasing heads was a battle of dominance and those who lost were labeled as weak. Impetus chose his opponents wisely; thus, he never lost. Knowing that he wasn't the strongest in the clan, Impetus never tooted his own horn but was very cocky and confident. Although he was content with being labeled as one of the strongest in the clan, he refused to stop training as he wanted to be the best of the best. He set off from the clan and into the wilderness to become the best of his species.
On his journey, he had to fend for himself. He had to kill for meat and stalk for berries. His pointed skull gave him an advantage over some predators and made catching prey an easier task; however, he still lacked power. He needed a move that would make his head feared. He was already aware of the move, Head Smash, as his parents used it all the time in the clan to fight off predators, but it was too slow and not very protective. He tried making his own special move.
Impetus started focusing rock-energy all around his body to increase his power, speed, and agility for a short amount of time. Then once completed he automatically rams himself at full speed into the opponent or object. Impetus tried this idea and failed most of the time. Half-way through, he would always run out of energy. He decided that he had to make it an all-or-nothing type of move. He started epending massive energy, so much that the energy surrounded him completely and pushed back plants, debris, and other loose objects. He then rammed into an object and gave catastrophic damage to it. He would later work on polishing this move and eventually perfected it.

Special Attack: Smash Charge (Rock)
Impetus roars and expends an extreme amount of energy, so much that brown rock energy surrounds him completely which makes him faster and more agile to perform the move but not for the round. Then Impetus charges extremely quickly at the opponent or object and crashes straight into them. The smash creates a loud medium-scale explosion on contact, sending the opponent flying a couple of meters which is very likely to cause severe confusion. The attack does extreme damage to pokemon that have hard bodies and they can suffer serious injuries (cracks/breaks) in realistic. Softer pokemon will only take major damage as their bodies somewhat cushion the blow, and they will only be blown away a few meters. This move is super-effective against any steel, rock, and ice-type pokemon regardless of secondary typing because of their extremely hard bodies. Due to the sheer recklessness of this move, Impetus takes a significant amount of recoil damage and is extremely sluggish and tired afterward. Also, due to the recoil, there is a 25% chance of confusion for Impetus.

Snorby: This is not okay on many levels. For one thing, moves that alter type chart can't do more than Solid Damage, and can only effect one type. Secondly, "likely" means nothing- gonna need a percentage there. Thirdly, attacks that abuse realistic aren't allowed. Fourthly, this simply has too many effects. You can have the type chart alterations and one more effect tops. To compensate, you won't need as much drawback. Rejected.

Invictus: Male Rhyhorn (Level 2) (Uplevel)

As an egg, Invictus was placed on his mother's back through everything. One day, there was an aggressive gang of Ludicolo that was making its way toward the Rhyhorn pack. The elders of the group told the pack not to fear as they wuold handle everything. The pack continued it's grazing and watched as the elders made their way toward the gang of Ludicolo. As soon as the elders reached the Ludicolo, they were assaulted with grass and water-type moves and were completely defeated and the Ludicolo looked to end their lives. Upon seeing this, the Rhyhorn pack stampeded away and passed many figures such as oceans, grasslands, tundras, and more. Throughout this stampede. Invictus remained on his mother's back and his mother ran to the side of the pack. As they were stampeding, they were passing by a fire area. It was filled with volcanoes, free flowing lava, and was extremely hot. The pack contined to stampede but were forced to stay together. As they were getting close, one of the pack members numped into, Invictus' mother; consequently, Invictus, as an egg, was pushed of into some lava and sank.
Invictus contined to sink and sink and sink into the lava and Arceus saw the poor egg. Arceus decided to ensure the survival of this egg as what happened was not its fault but the fault of its pack. Ivictus' egg was coated with light fire energy and he would eventually hatch being significantly different from other Rhyhorn

Special Resistance: Steaming Protection
Due to being in the lava as an egg, Invictus is always in a steaming state. Every part of his body radiates steam and he radiates hot energy from his core. Because of this natural heat, grass and water type moves are not as effective as usual and only deal 2x as much damage. For some reason, however, fire, rock, flying, and XX-type attacks deal neutral damage and poison types deal .5x instead of .25x.

Snorby: No. If you're dropping 2 weaknesses down from x3 to x2 on as good a Pokemon as Rhyhorn, you're gonna have to add a new weakness. You don't have to drop so many resistances, though. Rejected.

---

Carnage: Male Aron (Level 1)

Carnage was raised by Tauros and Bouffalant. Due to this, he was always taught to charge. He must charge to move foward. Never look down. Never look back. Only look at your destination, prey, and goal. In his herd of Tauros and Bouffalant, the strength was determined by who could overpower another in a charge. Due to Carnage's hard body, he did not take recoil damage from any of his attaks and was viewed as someone with unlimited potential, until the Second-In-Command Tauros and Commander-In-Chief Bouffalant came to show the herd otherwise.
Carnage was matched up against two of the strongest members in the herd. His chances looked dim, and he didn't feel confident. His first matchup was against the Tauros. He was beaten, thrashed, and trampled over, but he didn't give up. He had put up a good fight, but the difference in strength was clear. He knew that he needed to put up a last ditch all-out charge in order to defeat the Tauros, and he bagn to remember his teachings. "He must charge to move foward. Never look down. Never look back. Only look at your destination, prey, and goal!" He felt a surge of power swelling up inside of him. He stared intently at the Tauros and began to expend steel-type energy. He then planted his feet and charged with everything he had. The Tauros was blown back and defeated, unable to handle the strength. Carnage knew that he this technique was going to get him far, but he also knew that he had much to learn. He took over the position of Second-In-Command and would later continue learning under the Commander-In-Chief Boufflant.

Special Attack: Demolishing Charge (Steel)
Carnage expends an extreme amount of energy to the point that it surrounds his body, giving it a special energy glow. He then charges straight ahead at his opponent or goal as fast as he can dealing extreme damage. Due to the quick and strong nature of the move, it is hard to dodge and has a 25% chance of causing confusion. This move drains Carnage's Steel reserves temporarily, requiring a round to restore him before he can use further Steel attacks. He will also be exhausted after using the Demolishing Charge regardless of freshness prior. This move can only be used twice.

Snorby: Approved.

Predator: Male Skorupi (Level 1)

Predator was a lone wolf most of his life. At a young age, he was kicked out of his clan for his "unnatural" love to kill. He was obssesed with hunting. He was obssesed with killing. He was obssesed with power. After being kicked out of his clan. He learned to fend for himself and sharpened his skills. He learned to stalk and how to immobilize his opponents. He would often use his typing to his advantage and slowly watch his prey struggle with the toxins destroying their systems; however, he wanted a more aggressive approach. He wanted to have complete control of his opponent.
While on his daily hunt for food, he caught sight of a Pichu. He stalked it and then decided to practice its new aggresive approach. Predator pounced on the Pichu and lifted it up in the air with its tail claws and held tightly waiting for its savage posion to be injected; however, the pichu escape. In a split second, Predator was unable to move and the Pichu just waltzed away. Predator's whole body was numb and he knew he was paralyzed. Predator smiled knowing he found what he was looking for.
The power to paralyze an opponent. Complete control over the actions of your prey. Predator wanted it. Predator was obssesed with this power. He practice immobilizing his opponents but could only inject his poison. He was dumbfounded. he often wondered what the difference was between him and the Pichu. Then Predator realized that it had to do with his typing. He needed to insert electric energy into his tail claws and pincers so that he could have a chance at immobilizing his prey. It took a long time, but he finally perfected his technique and achieved what he was looking for.

Special Training: Complete Control
Whenever Predator is using his pincers, or tail claws, he subconciously pumps electrical energy into them in order to immobilize his prey. There is a 40% chance of localized paralysis; however, he can not use any Electric-type moves.

Snorby: Um.. what? Does this use any extra energy? How does it stack with other effects? Also "can't use any Electric-Type moves" isn't drawback on a 'mon that learns none. Rejected.

Hey everybody, just a real quick thing here in regards to the current revamp of sigs!

Due to the upcoming wipe, we understand that everyone has a large amount of sigs that they need to have revised or looked over. That said, we ask that you please restrict yourself to 15 sigs at a time until we've cleared through a fair bit of the backlog from the wipe (don't worry, we'll tell you when it's okay to post more!). It's just unfair to make others wait without sigs due to being a bit further down the line while at the same time expecting us to look over absolutely gigantic squads.

Thanks for your consideration in this matter.

This will be put into the OP shortly. As per the usual, don't worry about posts prior to this one, we're not going to be jerks about it.

(Let's see if I can count to 15)

GYM MONS

Banzai: Level 5 Male Pangoro
Bio: Banzai is just wild, man. He just comes in, all hyped up and stuff, itchin' for a fight. Apollo didn't chose him, he chose Apollo, man. He was chewin' that leaf in his mouth and just waitin' for a real challenge. And then he saw Apollo, and he was like "hey, this guy looks like he knows what he's doin', I'll try 'em on for size". A long, slender branch in hand, Banzai jumped out at Apollo and challenged him then 'n there. Apollo sent out Ippo to take 'em down, but no, Banzai wouldn't have it. He used that branch all skillful-like and wouldn't let Ippo get in for a single punch. Apollo was amazed at his prowess with his staff and added 'em to his team on the spot. Sadly, Banzai couldn't take his staff with 'em. But Apollo was persistent, and he trained with Banzai night 'n day. After long hours o'trainin', Banzai found a way to fight like he had never lost his branch.

Signature Move: Special Attack: Banzai Bo Staff! (Fighting)
Using solid Fighting energy, Banzai creates an energy construct in the shape of a 10 foot long bamboo staff. He attacks his foe with the staff using several fast, light strikes, dealing good damage in total. Because of the length of the staff, this technique can keep opponents just out of melee range, and can interrupt punches/kicks/etc by keeping the foe out of range. Banzai can also use the nature of this attack to chain into another melee attack often before the opponent can react, shifting the staff into his offhand so he can use his dominant hand to deliver the punch/so that it's out of the way to perform a kick. Upon completion of the melee attack chained, the staff disappears. (The staff will still disappear if no melee attack is chained/the second attack is interrupted.)
Hidden Power Type: Ice

Snorby: Approved.

Koa: Level 4 Female Medicham
Bio: Koa is serious, very serious. She isn't cold to others, but she prefers to spend the majority of her time meditating in solitude. My squad has always wondered just what all this meditation does for her, but that's something only she and I know. Koa can communicate with the dead. Through her meditation Koa has made contact with spirits, and has used gained knowledge from their ghostly wisdom. With this she has devised a way to purge unwanted spirits from their hosts and grant them rest. Koa has become a spirit hunter of sorts, and people regarded her with a reverence.

Signature Move: Special Attack- Celestial Purge (Fighting)
Koa uses her spiritual knowledge to infuse her fist with a mystical ether, then punches the opponent, her fist going right through, but the ether dealing solid damage, which deals super-effective damage to ghost types. However, she loses access to Swagger. This attack takes solid energy.
Hidden Power Type: Steel
Item: Medichamite

Snorby: Approved.

Lucy: Level 4 Female Breloom
Bio: Lucy is more than a little addicted to shrooms, and often experiences hallucinations and visions associated with such addiction. I really didn't approve of this at first, because 1. Drugs are bad. and 2. Lucy is a mushroom and this is borderline cannibalism. The problem is, she's so far addicted that trying to remove her from it would only lead in a really really terrible withdrawal phase. So, I reluctantly let her stay this way. Very...very.. reluctantly… But after numerous tripping episodes, I came to realize that Lucy had grown much more agile, having dodged plenty of scary monsters in her head and having avoided touching the ground when “the floor is lava.” Go figure.

Signature Move: Special Training- High as a Kite
Lucy possesses greatly increased agility for one of her species. She can jump up to 10 feet in the air, and, combined with her stretchy appendages, has no trouble hitting airborne opponents. Due to her hallucinations, Lucy is easily frightened, so moves like Roar are more effective. She is too restless to use the moves Rest, Snore, Sleep Talk, Mind Reader, and Focus Punch.
Hidden Power Type: Ice

Snorby: Approved.

Takeshi: Level 4 Male Mankey
Bio: Takeshi is very brash and acts before he thinks. He's restless and super competitive, never giving up in battle even from sheer exhaustion. From the moment Takeshi met Ippo, my Hitmonchan, he knew right then and there who his rival was to be. As Ippo's exploits grew more and more renowned, Takeshi meanwhile worked in his shadow, gaining strength much to the attention of no one. Then, one day, Takeshi challenged Ippo to an all-out duel. Ippo had no choice but to accept. Takeshi, like Ippo, was an infighter, so the match consisted mostly of them slugging each other with high-powered punches. However, Takeshi found himself in a losing battle. He was desperate for victory and wouldn't give up, but fell unconscious after being thoroughly battered. Upon coming to, Takeshi was disappointed, but I pointed out to him a certain technique in his punches that I wanted to develop. Takeshi threw his punches at such an angle that they were nigh unblockable and had tremendous power. I worked with Takeshi to transfer this motion over to some of his other close quarter attacks. Day after day Takeshi trains, eager to take on Ippo once more when he's ready.

Signature Move: Special Training- The Smash
Due to Takeshi's training, he deals 10% more damage with all punching attacks.
Hidden Power Type: Ghost

Snorby: Approved.

The Flea: Level 4 Male Hawlucha
Bio: The Flea is a mighty luchador who has a complete and utter disregard for personal hygiene. He is often underestimated for his youth and...filthiness, but he simply takes all his opponents down with his special takedown maneuvers, which often involve farting and dirt. However, underneath this thick layer of dirt The Flea holds something very dear to him: donuts. The Flea's parents run the Slammin' Donuts shop where he eats donuts every single day. They're his fighting fuel, and naturally I couldn't take that away from him. Instead, I make sure The Flea gets his donuts before every match, and it makes him that much better.

Signature Move: Special Training- DONUTS!
When the Flea enters battle, he still has the sugar from donuts in his system, and thus for 4 rounds gets a boost to his speed akin to Long-Term Agility and an attack boost akin to Howl. The sugar in his system requires decent energy to get going. The round immediately after the boost fades, The Flea has a sugar crash, and has these stat boosts reversed for that round only.
Hidden Power Type: Ground

Snorby: Ehhh... I'm gonna err on the side of caution. Go 3 rounds and it'll be approved. Rejected for now.

Olympia: Level 4 Female Poliwrath
Bio: Olympia loves the water and everything about it. She's become an extremely proficient swimmer; it's simply second nature to her. She loved being an expert in underwater motion and being far more skilled and swift than other creatures. However, on land it was a different story. Sure, she could run at a decent pace, but there were those damn birds that flew everywhere! They could move so much more efficiently than she, and that made Olympia mad. I noticed her frustration at this, and wondered what I could do about it. I ended up working with her for a long while to perfect a special technique that could level the playing field a bit. Olympia swore she would never let the birds best her again.

Signature Move: Special Technique- None Shall Move Faster!
Using heavy Fighting energy, Olympia gives off an aura that forms the illusion of a spiky cape on her back, making her look incredibly badass. The opponent is in total awe of her appearance, and begins to feel inferior fighting them from the air. For 5 rounds, all pokemon under the aura's effects have a flight/levitation ceiling of one foot in the air. Basically a Fighting typed Gravity. Additionally, Olympia moves slightly faster for the duration of the move. Olympia has forgotten how to use Haze, Mist, and Substitute, as they tamper with her ability to be seen.
Hidden Power Type: Ghost

Snorby: Approved.

Ryou: Level 4 Male Toxicroak
Bio: Ryou is a very intimidating-looking Pokemon, which often gives others the wrong idea about his personality. He's really not a bad guy at all, albeit a bit distrusting and cynical. However, when it comes to a fight, he's ruthless and will stop at nothing to come out on top, even if it means playing dirty. The first time Ippo met Ryou, he was shaking in his boots; the Croagunk's mean demeanor made quite the impact on the shy Ippo. When the two would spar, Ryou would adopt the Hitman-Style fighting stance, making himself look even more fearsome as he struck Ippo with flicker jabs and chopping rights. Ippo managed to come out on top through sheer determination, which only served to motivate Ryou even more. He's been training hard ever since, hoping to make himself as fearsome of a fighter as he can.

Signature Move: Special Training- Instill Fear
Ryou's punching attacks are very quick in velocity, and due to this, intimidate opponents. For each punch the foe is hit with, the sense of fear becomes more present in them, making them more hesitant to move. This caps out at 10 punches, at which point the foe will be very hesitant. This has less of an effect on foes with resistance to mental attacks and foes who would not reasonably be afraid of Ryou. Use of Calm Mind or similar moves will clear this effect. Due to his stance, however, Ryou takes slightly more damage from punching attacks.
Hidden Power Type: Water

Snorby: Approved.

Futoshi: Level 4 Male Hariyama
Bio: Futoshi may be a large, imposing figure on the outside, but on the inside he's really quite sensitive. Much to my initial disbelief, this sumo wrestling champion is also a lover of the fine arts. He appreciates painting, sculpture, and the like, but what he really excels in is pottery. He has surprising control over his enormous hands and can use them to create absolute masterpieces on the pottery wheel. His mastery over clay has allowed him to develop a rather unique signature move. Despite being teased by some of my other fighters, Futoshi has proven just how useful his skillset can be.

Signature Move: Special Attack - Clay Pigeon (Ground)
Futoshi channels significant energy and releases an energy construct in the form of a clay pigeon that flies towards the opponent. While it is not particularly fast, it has a slight homing property akin to Aura Sphere, making it difficult to dodge. Upon contact, the projectile explodes in a burst of clay, dealing good damage and covering the opponent in clay. The clay instantly hardens, preventing the opponent from moving his body at all. Any Pokemon needing to move a body part to stay in the air will be brought to the ground. The opponent cannot use any attacks which involve movement (punches, kicks, etc) while immobilized by the clay, but can use other attacks such as Water Gun or Thunderbolt. The clay remains on the opponent until one of three things happens: after about 10 seconds, after Futoshi strikes him with a damaging attack, or at the end of a round. Futoshi can only use this attack twice per battle.
Hidden Power Type: Bug

Snorby: Approved.

EVERYONE ELSE

Minami: Level 4 Female Ninetales
Bio: Minami is boisterous, outgoing, and has a violent temper on the outside, but underneath this layer, she is really quite shy and insecure. She has a huge crush on Akihisa, but keeps this a secret because she’s too scared of what will happen if she admits this. Akihisa, in the meantime, lusts after the much more feminine Mizuki, and this drives Minami insane. Meanwhile, Akihisa takes no romantic interest in Minami whatsoever, and instead regards her as much more masculine. I mean sure, she's a bit of a tomboy, but she's definitely undeserving of such insult. The straw that broke the camel's back came when Akihisa referred to Minami as "flat as a board". Fuming and cursing out Akihisa in her native German, Minami came to me to develop a signature move with only one thing on her mind: to exact her revenge for this injustice. I worked with her tirelessly for a while, until she perfected the technique that would show Akihisa once and for all the power of this "board".

Signature Move: Special Attack- DAS BRETT! (Grass)
Minami focuses heavy grass energy into her paw to form a construct highly resembling a wooden plank, then smashes it into the opponent (over his head if possible) for heavy damage. There is also a 15% chance that the opponent gets splinters from the unfinished wood, which irritate the opponent for up to 3 rounds (like Infestation's effects). Minami’s Hidden Power Type must be Grass as long as she has this sig. Minami has the Grass energy to use this attack 3 times per match.
Hidden Power Type: Grass

Snorby: Approved.

Ginchiyo: Level 4 Female Kirlia
Bio: Ginchiyo is a proud and stoic swordswoman who will never back down from a duel. She idealizes chivalry, bravery, and honesty, but hates those who are cowardly or cheating. Ginchiyo, desiring to be quick, fierce, and strong in her fighting, has always looked to lightning as an inspiration. It strikes without hesitation, and leaves nothing but a charge of pure energy. So as luck would have it. Ginchiyo's father was rather proficient with Electric attacks, and one day, during training, we discovered that Ginchiyo was similarly adept. Overjoyed at this revelation, Ginchiyo worked tirelessly to perfect her own lightning strike.

Signature Move: Special Attack- Raigiri Strike (Electric)
Using significant energy, Ginchiyo extends her sword-arms and charges them with electricity. She brings them upwards and slashes downwards, creating a giant wave of electricity that expands outwards as it travels towards the opponent. This attack deals significant special damage, but uses physical attack. Afterwards, there is a 10% chance that Ginchiyo is left electrically charged, and for the next three rounds deals slightly more damage (similar to Work Up). Ginchiyo has the type energy to use this attack three times, and has forgotten Charge Beam and Swagger.
Hidden Power Type: Flying

Snorby: Approved.

Kandi: Level 4 Male Slurpuff
Bio: Kandi is the closest thing a Slurpuff can come to being a stripper. Seductive, playful, and cheeky, he doesn't mind letting his sweetness out. Thing is, he's a Slurpuff. He's literally made of cotton candy. So of course, the other members of my team were quite curious about this. Did he actually taste like cotton candy? So one day, Wyre stepped forward and flat-out asked to taste him. Surprisingly, Kandi let him. Wyre took a bite and was taken to heaven. Every member of the team eventually got to try him, and I realized just how potent his sweetness could be. I worked with Kandi to develop a technique that took full advantage of what he was.

Signature Move: Lick Me All Over (Fairy)
Kandi creates a lasso made of fairy floss (like in his SC), wraps it around his foe, and pulls his foe close to him. He then lets out an alluring aroma and grinds up against his opponent seductively (without sticking to them). The opponent is intoxicated by the experience and takes a lick of Kandi. Kandi then releases them, the lasso dissipating. The opponent is now affected by the sugar in their system, and will lose light energy per round until they faint. This technique costs considerable energy to use and can only be used once per battle.
Hidden Power Type: Ground

Snorby: This needs a cap. Rejected.

Mizuki: Level 4 Female Clefairy
Bio: Mizuki is smart, kind, and beautiful, but very shy and timid. Because she appears vulnerable, everyone on the team is always helping her out, even when she doesn't really want it. Mizuki has a bit of a crush on Akihisa, but he's way too oblivious to notice. She also gets very jealous when Akihisa shows any bit of affection to Minami or Hideyoshi, or even when he's caught in a homosexually suggestive mishap with Yuuji. To show her affection to Akihisa or even just to do something nice for the guys, Mizuki likes to make them food. Problem is, she's an awful cook, and eating her food can have some particularly nasty side effects. Upon constant pleading from Akihisa, I managed to convince her that she was better off using her cooking skills as a nice gesture to her opponents before she beat their faces in.

Signature Move: Special Attack- Jello Surprise (Poison)
Using considerable energy, Mizuki makes an energy construct similar in properties to her homemade Jello. But seeing as it's made with things like fish, scallions, mustard, and ginger, it has some lethal effects. Mizuki launches the energy construct at the opponent, dealing considerable damage. It also has a 20% chance to either poison the opponent or paralyze the opponent. This chance is doubled if the attack is somehow ingested.
Hidden Power Type: Ground

Snorby: Approved.

Tanner: Level 4 Male Krookodile
Bio: Tanner has a deep-rooted sense of justice in his heart, and will not hesitate to enforce the law. These traits are rather strange for a Dark type, but possibly have their origins in Tanner's obsession with western movies. He completely idolizes the valiant cowboys of the old West and has begun to emulate their behavior more and more. I found him one day wearing a ten-gallon hat and a sheriff's badge, neither of which I even own, sitting in front of the TV watching Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, which I'd never even seen myself. He started to carry toy revolvers around, and as funny as that was, my other mons didn't take too kindly to the plastic pellets being fired at them. I got Tanner to stop harassing everyone else, but only on the condition that I work with him on a signature move fit for a sheriff.

Signature Move: Special Attack- Dusty Six Shooter (Ground / Fire)
Using considerable energy, Tanner creates two energy constructs in the form of twin pistols, one in each hand. He fires a bullet from each at a high velocity, each dealing moderate Ground damage, being infused with the dust of the trails. For an additional light Fire energy, Tanner can fire explosive bullets instead, dealing moderate Fire damage for each bullet. Both types of bullets have a bit of knockback and a slight chance to make the opponent flinch. Tanner can no longer use Thief, Spite, or Foul Play.
Hidden Power Type: Fairy

Snorby: Approved.

Cibbir's Baae: Level 4 Female Flaaffy
Bio: Cibbir's Baae, is, well, Cibbir's bae. She's a rather attractive for a sheep, and we all know what happens when Cibbir sees a perfectly good sheep. For this reason, Cibbir's Baae asked me for help. She needed some form of self-defense in case Cibbir were to ever sneak up on her. Usually just shocking him with electric attacks would be enough, but over time, Cibbir began to get crafty, making his advances with a lightningrod in tow to nullify any forms of resistance. She would need something new to keep away her pursuer. I thought of the most obvious form of sexual self-defense: pepper spray.

Signature Move: Special Attack - Pepper Spray (Water)
Using considerable energy, Cibbir's Baae secretes a burst of liquid from her coat at the opponent, with qualities much like actual pepper spray. The attack does considerable damage, and is very irritating if gotten into any open wounds, similar to Brine. She has the type energy to use the attack 3 times per battle.
Hidden Power Type: Water

Snorby: Approved.

Hardbody: Level 1 Male Metapod
Bio: There's always been something different and special about Hardbody compared to other Metapod. Unlike the rest, who longed to evolve and become a beautiful Butterfree, Hardbody was too fascinated with his rock solid body. He insisted that he was unbeatable in battle due to his incredible defenses, and that his Harden, Tackle, String Shot combo was a huge hit with the ladies. However, Hardbody soon realized that once everyone around him evolved, his success in battle tanked, for supreme defenses meant nothing when he had no attack power to back it up. The ladies even stopped coming around once they heard that his battling skill was no more. Physically, emotionally, and sexually frustrated, Hardbody went into a period of deep self-reflection. Should he just give in and become a Butterfree too? Was the era of the hard-bodied man just a memory? Would he ever be a hit with the ladies again? It was in this search deep inside himself that Hardbody found it. A treasure trove of untapped power that no other Metapod had, given to him only through his extreme dedication to his personal identity. Once Hardbody found it, he never looked back. Harder. Better. Faster. Stronger. Extra ladies, extra longer. Hardbody was reborn, and he was ready to take on the world.

Signature Move: Special Training - Extreme Waggling
Hardbody has managed to harness the unlimited potential within his body. Due to this, his tackling moves are now propelled by an intense rush of air expelled from within his shell, causing them to be much faster and, obviously, much more potent. Hardbody will be able to close most distances near instantaneously, and can fire himself into the air to use his attacks. These attacks will now have such a powerful knockback that most foes, irrespective of weight, will be sent flying backwards. In addition, Hardbody has now learned the following moves:
Quote:
Aqua Jet, Body Slam, Bounce, Bulk Up, Double Edge, Earthquake, Extreme Speed, Flame Charge, Flare Blitz, Iron Head, Megahorn, Quick Attack, Retaliate, Skull Bash, Sharpen, Slam, Spark, Steamroller, Superpower, Volt Tackle, Waterfall.
All of these moves require an extra Light amount of normal energy to use. Hardbody may never evolve into Butterfree.
Hidden Power Type: Water
Item: New Life Token

Snorby: Approved.

(That should be 15)

1] Steve Clark: Level 1 Male Poliwag
Hidden Power: Ground
Item: Black Belt
Biography: Steve was the original Lead Guitarist of Def Leppard. Prior to his death he recorded the lead guitar on White Lightning a song which went on to be a song dedicated to him as tribute for his skills and service to the band. As a Pokémon Steve mastered the art of White Lightning!

Signature Move: White Lightning [Bug]
Using Solid Bug energy Steve sends off a beam of Bug energy which appears similar to a bolt of lightning. This move deals solid damage and is considered super effective against electric types. Steve has enough energy to use white lightning 2 times per match.

Snorby: An attack that hits both of your weakness for SE is really something very strong. Give this a bit of drawback. Rejected for now.

-----

2] Fuhrer: Level 4 Male Lucario - In Icebox
Biography: Fuhrer spent far too much time around Chlorine, as such he has become permanently blinded,
Signature: Fuhrer is permanently blinded activating his species characteristics providing him with Aura vision at all times. He is also immune to moves based on sight due to being blind. However he now takes 1.1x damage from sound based moves and supersonic is more effective on him.
Hidden Power: Dark

Snorby: Approved.

Hopefully this is better v2?
For Good Energy, Shine flashes his illicia in a pattern, dealing Light Electric Damage, having a 50% chance to cause Confusion, or a 50% chance to cause Sleep. Only one Status Effect may be set by this Move, but it will always set a Status Effect.

Snorby: Approved.

Whenever Shimmer is out on the field, all other Pokémon that aren't Shimmer itself will lose a minimum of Minor Energy at the end of the Round automatically, ally and enemy alike. The closer a Pokémon is to Shimmer, the more Energy they will lose per Round, for a maximum of Decent Energy per Round. Decent Energy should only be lost when right next to Shimmer, but otherwise the amount of Energy lost is up to Ref's Discretion, generally with a distance of 15 Meters causing the minimal Minor Energy loss. Shimmer will not lose or gain any Energy at the end of the Round as an effect of Soul Siphon.

Snorby: This needs a cap. Rejected.

Kuvira: Level 2 Female Cubone
Biography: Kuvira. Poor, poor Kuvira. Her story, like that of many Cubone, starts off sad. She was alone in the world with naught but her mother's skull to protect her. She wandered the land, looking for companions that she'd never find, doing what she could to survive. This solitary lifestyle led her to be quite timid. She became of other Pokemon and trainers as they had never offered help and, in fact, were sometimes harmful. Thus, when the stampede of charging Tauros came, she ran. Fast. And, unfortunately, in her rush to get away, ran right off a cliff. Lucky for her, some trainers happened upon her small, broken body soon enough to get her to a nearby Center for treatment. Kuvira had to go through multiple reconstructive surgeries, and her skull (the one on the outside) had to be soldered back together. Now recovered, I adopted the poor broken Pokemon onto my team. Through training, we discovered that her surgeries had actually strengthened her defensively. This helped her build her confidence over time and begin to get over her natural timidness.
Signature: Type Change: Six Million Dollar Pokemon [Ground/Steel]
Due to the reconstruction of her skull, Kuvira is now a Ground/Steel type. She has all the normal weaknesses and resistances of that typing except she is resistant to Poison instead of immune and is neutral to Bug and Fairy instead of resistant. The Steel Type Species Characteristics only apply to her Skull and Bone, as they were the only parts soldered back together. She has also learned Meteor Mash and Bullet Punch to accompany her new typing.
Hidden Power: Ground

Snorby: Approved.

Monet: Level 2 Female Snover
Biography: For some reason, Monet really enjoys trapping her opponents. The best move she has for this strategy is Rock Tomb, but unfortunately, she can't use that attack quite as much as she'd like. So she and I developed this attempt to try and recreate it.
Signature: Special Attack: Icy Tomb
Much like Rock Tomb, Monet uses Decent energy to summon ice slabs to trap her opponent on all sides. Unlike Rock Tomb, however, the energy use scales up not based on the hardness of the ground, but rather the temperature of the arena. The higher the temperature in the arena, the more energy this attack will take. Additionally, if a Pokemon is trapped within an Icy Tomb for an amount of time totalling a round, they will be chilled for a round or two, depending on the amount of time in the Tomb.
Hidden Power: Water

In her training to join the Summer Court, she has gained the ability to use Play Rough, Disarming Voice, and Dazzling Gleam, but has lost the will to use Payback, Psyshock, Disable, and Round.

Snorby: Approved.

Ancalagon lashes out with a claw coated in Grass-typed energy, dealing considerable damage for considerable energy.

Snorby: Approved.

Xíngzhě, Male Chimchar, Level 1
Trained extensively by a legendary Bhuddist monk, Xíngzhě has spent countless hours honing his martial prowess with the desire to master both himself and the battlefield. While being naturally proficient in using many devastating attacks, he realized that sometimes, a brute force approach simply wouldn't get the job done. To remedy this shortcoming in his abilities, Xíngzhě developed a new technique, making use of his extensive physical power.
Hidden Power: Grass
Special Attack: Empty Strike (Fighting)
Using good energy, Xíngzhě delivers a high-velocity punch to the air directly in front of him, compressing it and firing it forward as a rapidly-moving "beam". The thin outer shell of this beam is intensely pressurized, while the inside of the beam is a near-vacuum. Upon being struck by this beam, the target will become heavily disoriented, and will experience nausea, severely disrupting concentration and likely disrupting attacks and actions, especially those requiring extensive movement. These conditions will be most severe immediately following being hit, and will diminish naturally over the course of two rounds. Although this move may be used more than once against the same foe, its effects will be much less severe for repeated uses.
Snorby: Gonna need this to last only one round. Rejected for now.

He is also familiar with the Fire type. However, as his wish is to remain small and cute to brighten people up, he has vowed to never evolve, and will always remain a Sunkern. He also loses Double-Edge, Light Screen, and Seed Bomb.

Snorby: Approved.

Due to her innate familiarity with this technique, she has about as much control over the beam as an Alakazam has over its Psybeam, able to control its path with her mind with little effort and focus, however, any significant change in path will take up to a light amount of extra energy to compensate.

Snorby: Approved.

(I am planning on New Lifing Petrapod)

Petrapod: Pupitar Lv 5 (M)
Quite the odd one, here. As a Larvitar, he was very glad to be wrapped up in a cocoon of safe stone. In fact, he was so fond of it, his best friend was a Metapod, whom he envied. Bug was such a glorious type, it had its natural defenses against potential threats, and had some wonderful tools to use. He learned a lot from this Metapod, and taught him a lot in turn. They ended up parting ways eventually, with the promise that they would meet again sometime in the future. And, despite the parting, Petrapod was still fascinated with studying the Bug-types of the world, intent on pursuing this passion. He found big, strong bugs that could ram and trample all day. He found large, surprisingly fragile buzzy ones, although they weren't very fun to play with. There were Bugs who huddled for warmth in the cold seasons, Bugs who formed a matriarchy with a very family-oriented dynamic, even ones that could adapt themselves to any environment. These beautiful creatures were like objects of dreams to him. He made many friends, and exchanged much knowledge, experience, and services with them. One night, he got comfortable in his hard shell, wrapped in a thin coat of spun silk, a gift a friend spun over him earlier that evening, to help keep him warm. Apparently, it's also quite healthy for the shell. The next morning, he felt weird as he woke. His silk coating had soaked in, and hardened. He had evolved into a guarded Pupitar overnight, but a much different one that is typical.
Sig: Special Training/Type Change: Genesis
Petrapod is now a Bug/Ground type, with the weaknesses and resistances of such. While no longer of the Rock type, he still retains 2 HB energy of familiarity with the type. He is able to jet air from his body to move himself in short bursts with a fair amount of speed, but no real agility to speak of, only able to jet in one direction at a time. He gains access to String Shot, Struggle Bug, U-turn, Bug Buzz, and Pin Missile. He can no longer evolve, staying in the Pupitar stage forevermore. He also loses access to Crunch, Dark Pulse, Payback, Power-Up Punch, Rock Polish, Iron Defense, Stomp, Superpower, Iron Tail, and Outrage.

This is a pretty good typing from a really, really bad one. Add back one of your old weaknesses and we'll talk. Rejected for now.

Orchis: Victreebel Lv 5 (M)
"You suck so passionately. You're a parasitic, psycho, filthy creature finger-bangin' my heart."
Orchis is an artist when it comes to draining the life from victims. He learned from the best when it comes to absorbing life energy, and it shows. He is a proud parasite.
Sig: Special Training: Vampire Orchis
Orchis can use Draining Kiss and Parabolic Charge, with the energy for three uses of each. His drains are also 1.2x as potent. He loses Seed Bomb, Reflect, Sucker Punch, Solar Beam, and Curse.

I know it's a Victreebel but two new offtypes and an SC-Style boost is just not okay. Rejected.

Perdita: Houndoom Lv 5 (F)
Perdita is a hound of hell, wreathed in unholy hellflame. She decided to use this more... chaotic side, to channel a darker aspect to her moves. In fact, as a way of embracing the side of chaos. And, as she thought, what could be more fun or chaotic than flipping the STAB options of a Pokemon? It's really the perfect solution.
Sig: Special Technique: Lead Sails Paper Anchor (DARK)
Perdita expends solid Dark energy into an aura, releasing it in a pulse that covers the entire field. For the next five full rounds, STAB moves of dual-typed Pokemon will undergo an odd and chaotic transformation. All moves of a Pokemon's primary typing will use energy and do damage of their secondary typing, and vice-versa (for example, Perdita's Flamethrower will be exclusively Dark-typed, and her Crunch will be entirely Fire-typed). All other attributes of their moves remain intact (such as effect chances, or formerly-Water attacks still being wet). Signature moves are not affected, but moves granted or type-shifted by signatures are. This will not change XX moves, as they carry no typed energy, but will affect Normal moves if a dual-typed Normal is on the field. Single-typed Pokemon, of course, do not have any change to their moves' types. A subsequent use when this is already in effect will reset the timer back to another five complete rounds before the effect fades. This effect does not require Perdita to be on the field to stay in effect. As this is not a Room, weather, or terrain move, it is usable in any arena and uses of such moves will not negate it.

Snorby: Lower the number of rounds. Rejected.

This sig has no effects in the Larvitar and Pupitar stages.

Sneaze: Approved.

2. Clyde: Level 5 Male Banette
HP Bug
Biography: Clyde is one of the four main ghosts in the Pac-Man series. Of the other 3 ghosts, Inky is shown to be his closest friend. While the other three ghosts are off chasing Pac-Man, Clyde will be off doing his own thing. He is typically portrayed as the least intelligent and most submissive ghost.
Special Attack: Clavo Exponentia (GH)
Using Major Ghost energy, Clyde places a curse on the opponent that makes them feel as if a nail is being slowly but surely hammered into their skull, lasting 3 rounds. For the duration of the curse, it will be exceedingly difficult for the afflicted Pokemon to concentrate thanks to the excessive pain it's in. They will be slower to execute and react to attacks, with their attacks even costing an extra amount of energy dependent on the power of the move. Attacks that cost less than Solid energy will cost an minor amount more, attacks costing between considerable and high inclusive will cost a light amount more, and attacks costing Major or more will cost a mild amount more. As a curse that also affects the afflicted Pokemon's mental state, this can be cleared by anything that would clear Curses (Heal Bell, Refresh, Switching), and mitigated (though not completely cured) by attacks that help with mental status, such as Calm Mind or Focus Energy. This technique can be used twice per match at most. Clyde never learned Infestation, Protect, Destiny Bond, Thunder, or Flash.

Sneaze: Approved.

3. Babidi: Level 5 Male Alakazam
HP Steel
Biography: Babidi is a wizard who wanders the galaxy, possessing the most powerful warriors he can find and making them his slaves. It's been his goal for all his life to unleash his father Bibidi's creation- Majin Buu. After much effort, he finally succeeded- and while it ended in his demise, this hasn't stopped me from immortalizing him as my Alakazam, and given this Alakazam one of his signature techniques as tribute.
Special Attack: Demon Eye (NO)
Using Heavy energy, Babidi's eyes turn Black for a moment before a black, gooey substance explodes out of his spoons onto the target of his choice. This black slime will coat the opponent before almost immediately hardening, restricting the afflicted Pokemon's movement noticeably and making them act and react more slowly as a result. two to three rounds after being used, the slime will explode, dealing Considerable damage to the afflicted Pokemon. The slime, being magical, is impossible to get rid of until the technique ends and it explodes. Babidi may only use this move thrice per battle and may no longer use Focus Punch, Psyshock, and Grass Knot.

Sneaze: Thrice is a bit much given the slow lasts two to three rounds. Rejected.

4. Ruby: Level 5 Female Grumpig
HP Ground
Biography: Ever since she was a wee Spoink, Ruby has been jealous of how Espeon and Xatu are able to bounce back status attacks and such. So, she buckled down and worked on a way to replicate it. She studied some books on the move Magic Coat, and after a lot of practice, she managed to sort of replicate it.
Special Training: Magic Bounce (PS)
Non-Damaging attacks used on Ruby by an opponent have a 50% chance to rebound, not affecting Ruby at all and affecting the opponent instead. This costs a light amount of energy to maintain every round, though it won't contribute to exhaustion. Ruby may not use Power-Up Punch.

Sneaze: Approved.

5. Ringo: Level 5 Male Malamar
HP Rock
Biography: Ringo Starr was always everyone's least favorite Beatle, but he was, in reality, still an excellent drummer and.. well, a passable singer. He was also a really cool narrator of Thomas the Tank Engine, so there's that. I think Ringo gets a bad rap, so I'm naming my Malamar after him in consolation. Though he surely has money to wipe his tears with, so there's that.
Special Attack: Maxwell's Silver Hammer [DK]
Using Major Dark energy, Ringo creates a silver energy construct resembling a hammer beforing either bashing the opponent with it or hurling it at them, dealing Major Dark damage. While this is a physical hit, the hammer has the strange ability to make all Ghosts solid upon contact. The ghost hit by the attack will be forced to stay solid for the round following the use of the attack. Ringo never learned Payback or Reversal.

Sneaze: Approved.

6. Elba: Level 1 Female Girafarig
HP Dark
Biography: "Able was I ere I saw Elba", while a palindrome like Girafarig, is disappointingly not actually something Napoleon ever said. He didn't even speak English. However, Elba is still a nice little island and Napoleon's arrival on it still marked the end of an era in European History. Napoleon also had the heart of a fighter, like this Girafarig does. So there's that connection, I guess.
Special Attack: Heart of a Fighter [FT]
Elba is familiar with the Fighting-Type, and can use the moves Aura Sphere, Superpower, and Sacred Sword. She may no longer use the moves Psyshock and Hyper Beam.

Sneaze: Approved.

7. Mercury: Level 5 Male Kirlia
HP Ground
Biography: Mercury is a classic rocker, the frontman of the band Queen. His first name is Freddie, but I picked Mercury to be this Kirlia's name since it sounds cooler. Mercury is a very flamboyant fellow who really, really hates Ghosts for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with my Gym. Nope. Not at all.
Special Training: Don't Stop Me Now! [XX]
Mercury's Special Attacks hit Ghosts as though they're in the ethereal state, and his Physical Attacks hit Ghosts as though they're in the solid state. Mercury cannot use Thief, Shadow Sneak, Disarming Voice, Psyshock, and Secret Power, however.\

Sneaze: Gonna have to ask for just a tiny bit more here to allow you to take a giant shit on your biggest counter. Rejected.

8. Nova: Level 5 Genderless Starmie
HP Grass
Biography: A nova is a cataclysmic nuclear explosion on a white dwarf, which causes a sudden brightening of the star. Novae are not to be confused with other brightening phenomena such as supernovae or luminous red novae. Novae are thought to occur on the surface of a white dwarf in a binary system when they are sufficiently near to one another, allowing material (mostly hydrogen) to be pulled from the companion star's surface onto the white dwarf. The nova is the result of the rapid fusion of the accreted hydrogen on the surface of the star, commencing a runaway fusion reaction.
Special Training:
Nova can now use the moves Shadow Ball, Mud Bomb, and Lava Plume. She can use Mud Bomb thrice and the other two twice per battle. Nova may no longer use Psyshock and Aurora Beam.

Sneaze: lolStarmiedoesn'tknowShadowBall. Approved.

9. Ponzi: Level 5 Male Sudowoodo
HP Water
Biography: Charles Ponzi was an Italian businessman and con artist in the U.S. and Canada. His aliases include Charles Ponci, Carlo, LKaz and Charles P. Bianchi. Born and raised in Italy, he became known in the early 1920s as a swindler in North America for his money-making scheme. While this swindle predated Ponzi by several years, it became so identified with him that it now bears his name. His scheme ran for over a year before it collapsed, costing his "investors" $20 million.
Special Attack: Fine Print (RK)
Using Considerable energy, Ponzi goes to teach the opponent how a Ponzi Scheme works in the most convoluted business terms he possibly can. While he has the opponent distracted, he drops a large rock onto its head (or the equivalent body part), dealing Solid Rock Damage. This has a 30% chance to leave the opponent confused between the business mumbo-jumbo and the blow to the head. This deals Super-Effective Damage to Fighting-Types, who's brawn-over-brains mentality makes the legal lingo even more confusing for them. Ponzi cannot use Stealth Rock.

Sneaze: Approved.

These effects will not stack with Grassy Terrain if used by another Pokemon.

Snorby: As much as I'd love to reject this every time you submit for your reaction... Approved :p

Special Move: Bouncing Spider (Electric)
In a manner similar to Bounce, Arachne leaps at the opponent landing on their midsection and dealing considerable damage. However, after she leaps onto them, she immediately leaps off the opponent in the opposite direction, backflipping in midair and usually landing in more or less her starting position. This move has a 20% chance to induce electrical paralysis. This move costs significant energy.

Snorby: Approved.

Challenging an opponent cannot interrupt a move. Standard boost stipulations apply, and a Pokemon can only be Challenged once per match.

Snorby: Approved.

However, she has forgotten Draco Meteor, Signal Beam, Giga Impact and Blizzard.

However she has lost access to aerial ace, dark pulse, trick room, wonder room, shock wave, charge beam, thunder, memento and psychic.

Snorby: When dropping moves, quantity is not quality. You could drop 30 moves and this still wouldn't be passable if they were all at the caliber of Trick Room and Snore. Give this more meaningful drawback. Rejected.

His time under the ice resulted in him losing his entire rock type movepool as well as forgetting how to use superpower, power-up punch and gastro acid.

Snorby: This feels kinda borderline, but you only get 2 mediocre moves out of the deal so whatever. Approved.

Hagall: lvl 1 male Snorunt
Hidden Power: Ice
It was a storm like no one had seen before, lighting crackled through the clouds as snow and hail blanketed the earth. A tornado of snow and ice spun in a stationary positon, stretching up into the clouds. Lighting crackled through the column of sheer natural power, illuminating it as each bolt surged through. As the lightning crackled a figure could be seen inside the tornado, somehow it seemed to be the source of this almighty storm. Many tried to stop it and failed, brute force could not match its power. Unarmed and without a pokemon by my side I stepped into the tornado, my feet leaving the ground as the winds slowly lifted me up. I came to a stop face to face with him, the pain and anguish on his face was hard to ignore. Arms outstretched I embraced him, chills went down my spine and electricity surged through my body, yet I pulled him closer. What seemed like minutes went on for hours, the storm slowly started to lose intensity and we slowly started to descend back to the earth. When my feet finally touched the ground he was asleep in my arms, the terror within him had been quelled.
Type Change: Thunder Head (Ice)
Hagall is now an ice/electric type with all the associated weaknesses and resistances. He has learnt how to use Thunder Fang, Discharge, Zap Cannon and Parabolic Charge. His unstable nature makes him more prone to anger based attacks such as swagger. However he has lost access to weather ball, bide and light screen as well as bulldoze and payback as a Glalie.

Snorby: This is a ridiculously potent offensive typing on an already good mon. Needs a lot more drawback. Rejected.

Chief: lvl 1 male Snubbull (white)
Hidden Power: Fairy
Despite his rather mean looks Chief is actually a massive softy. He is incredibly playful, you just have to be careful what you put in front of his mouth. He will eat pretty much anything you stick in front of him. If you aren’t careful he might even give your hand the ‘Sweet Embrace’, even if you’re trying to give him a treat.
Signature Move: Sweet Embrace (fairy)
Chief bites the opponent fiercely, directly injecting Fairy energy into their body, even if their outer body is hard. Sweet Embrace deals Major damage for Major energy. He has forgotten how to use Close Combat, Thunder, Overheat, Superpower and Feint Attack.

Snorby: Approved.

Ironfist: lvl 5 male Infernape
Hidden Power: Electric
Ironfist conditions his fists by plunging them into buckets of sand, gravel, and rock to toughen them. He was given the chance to attain the power of the Iron Fist by fighting and defeating the dragon Shou-Lao the Undying, who guards the molten heart that had been torn from its body. During the battle, he throws himself against the scar of Shou-Lao, which burns a dragon tattoo into his chest. Having killed Shou-Lao, he enters its cave and plunges his fists into a brazier containing the creature's molten heart, emerging with the power of the Iron Fist.
Signature Training: K'un L'un
Ironfist’s fire punch and brick break are coated in a golden aura that makes them proficient at cutting through energy-based attacks, allowing them to reduce damage while breaking through them without a drop in power. He has forgotten how to use poison jab, rock tomb, rock slide and double kick.

Snorby: Approved.

Veita: lvl 5 female Blissey
Hidden Power: Dark
Veita spent a lot of her life working as a cleaner in a Pokemon Centre. Although most Blissey would assist as nurses, Veita was never very good at nursing, she wasn’t even that good at cleaning. She had a bit of a rough hand, much better suited to battling than nursing or cleaning. So she jumped at the chance to join my squad and even managed to put her cleaning experience to good use, helping to dust off many a formidable opponent.
Signature Move: Harpies Feather Duster (flying)
Veita uses significant flying energy to construct an energy construct in the shape of a ‘Harpies Feather Duster’, which violently beats the opponent, dealing considerable flying damage. However, if the opponent currently has a stat boost/buff, the attack will deal heavy flying damage while also removing the stat boost/buff. This move only takes into account boosts/buffs received from moves, not from SC’s. Veita has enough flying energy for two uses of this new move. Veita forgot how to use brick break, iron tail, focus blast, thunder, blizzard, fireblast and stealth rock.

Snorby: This is a little efficient while it's effect is in play when it should be a little inefficient. Rejected for now.

Myrkr: lvl 5 female Drapion
Hidden Power: Grass
Myrkr is not a pokemon you want to disturb. She likes to keep to herself, if you annoy her you risk facing her prickly attitude, and a prickly demise. She spends most of her time in her private garden, tending to her cacti and other prickly species of plant.
Signature Training: Prickly by Nature
Myrkr is familiar with the grass type and has learnt how to use Needle Arm. She now takes neutral damage from poison type moves and she is no longer able to use Rock Climb, Whirlwind, Rock Tomb and Acupressure.

Snorby: Clarify if she can be poisoned. Rejected for now.

Grima: lvl 5 male Greninja
Hidden Power: Bug
Grima was a pupil of the ninja village of the Kalos region, one of the top students in his class. They were far superior to the average Greninja, the knowledge of their masters was passed onto them, none could hope to equal their talents. Grima was on a mission when he ambushed, severely outnumbered he nearly met his demise. I happened upon the scene and helped him to dispatch his attackers. I helped him recover and we returned to the ninja village. It was decided that his life was now indebted to me, so he was obligated to join my squad and fight with honour.
Signature Training: Ninja Master
Extensive ninja training has led to Grima learning how to use Sucker Punch, Night Daze, Phantom Force and Sky Uppercut. In the process however he found that he lost his resistance to ice, now taking neutral damage from ice type attacks. He also forgot how to use Grass Knot, Rock Tomb and Blizzard.

Snorby: Approved.

Vaenmaer: lvl 5 female Togekiss
Hidden Power: Water
Being a fairy type, Vaenmaer always had a strong connection with the earth. Even when she evolved into a togetic and then a togekiss, taking to the air, she would always spend time on the ground. She enjoyed the warmth and stability the earth provided, she only wished she could take it into the air with her.
Signature Move: Gaia Gust (Ground)
Vaenmaer releases a powerful wind laced with heavy ground energy, dealing significant ground damage. The attack is quite forceful and will suddenly push Vaenmaer up when she uses it, which can be used for evasive purposes, although it is highly unlikely that it would result in a complete dodge. She has the ground energy to use this attack twice and has forgotten how to use Psyshock, Signal beam, Flamethrower and Fire Blast.

Snorby: Elaborate more on how the pushing works. Does it push Togekiss away from the target? Toward them? Rejected for now.

DareDevil: lvl 5 male Lucario
Hidden Power: Ice
While living in the Hell's Kitchen neighbourhood of New York City, Daredevil was blinded by a radioactive substance that fell from an oncoming vehicle while he was pushing a man to safety from an oncoming truck. While he no longer can see, the radioactive exposure heightens his remaining senses and caused him to see purely through his aura vision.
Signature Characteristic: A World on Fire
Daredevil is blind, meaning any attacks that require eye contact are rendered useless when used by him or against him. He sees permanently through his aura vision. However it also leaves him with a permanent meditate boost. However he is now neutral to bug.

Snorby: Blindness or the Meditate boost. Not both. Rejected.

Spenna: lvl 1 female Shellder
Hidden Power: Water
Instead of struggling with her limited mobility, Spenna decided to take a leaf from the book of pokemon like Lileep, choosing to embrace her less mobile nature. She had no roots or vines to secure her to the earth, instead she would have to use her natural connection with water. The sea and earth could provide a plentiful bounty, one that could sustain her through even the toughest of battles.
Signature Move: Aquatic Ingrain
Spenna creates several tendrils of water energy and buries them into the ground, attempting to restore herself. At the end of every round the she remains planted, it recovers mild health and mild energy. This move can be used only on natural terrain such as a lawn arena and will fail if used on concrete or a similar surface. This move costs mild energy to create the tendrils. Spenna cannot move from its location whilst planted and is difficult to dislodge, but can willingly retract its roots at the cost of a move. She can however rotate 360˚ and can rotate vertically if necessary. If she is submerged in a sizeable body of water, the initial energy cost is waved and she will recover moderate health and energy each round. Spenna can no longer use Shell Smash.

Snorby: You had me until the third sentence. Remove the bit about being able to rotate freely and I'll take another look. Rejected for now.

Meizi: lvl 1 female Carvanha
Hidden Power: Water
Like all of her species, Meizi likes to bite things. Only problem is sometimes it is hard to sink your teeth into something when you are limited to the water. Why should she wait for something to enter her domain, why couldn’t she just make them come to her? Then one day she saw a fisherman reeling in his catch and she came up with an excellent, yet devious plan.
Signature Move: Reel ‘Em In (water)
Opening her mouth, Meizi fires an energy construct in the shape of a pair of jaws attached to a chain towards the opponent. It latches onto the opponent before reeling them towards Meizi. Once in range Meizi bites down on the opponent, dealing good water damage. If the opponent weighs the same or less than Meizi, the energy cost is significant. This move will work on pokemon up to 2x Meizi’s weight; however the damage rises to Major if the opponent weighs more than Meizi. Being an energy construct, the chain has no range. Meizi can only use this attack once per opponent. She can no longer use destiny bond, blizzard and fury cutter.

Snorby: Approved.

Punisher: lvl 1 male Mankey
Hidden Power: Fighting
The Punisher is a vigilante who employs murder, kidnapping, extortion, coercion, threats of violence, and torture in his war on crime. Driven by the deaths of his wife and two children, who were killed by the mob during a shootout in New York City's Central Park, the Punisher wages a one-man war on the mob and all criminals in general by using all manner of conventional war weaponry. A war veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, he is a master of martial arts, stealth tactics, guerrilla warfare, and a wide variety of weapons.
Signature Move: Sub Machine Guns (steel/dark)
Punisher creates an energy construct in the shape of a sub machine gun in each hand, promptly firing a spray of energy bullets at the opponent. This attack can be ordered as a dark or steel variation, both of which expend significant energy and deal significant damage. There is a 20% chance that the sheer brutality of the attack will scare the opponent, having the same effect as Roar. Punisher has enough steel and dark offtype for two uses of this attack. He has forgotten how to use iron tail, outrage and thunder.

Snorby: Either drop a type or remove the roar effect. Rejected.

Krellr: lvl 1 male Frillish
Hidden Power: Water
Krellr has never feared other spirits, he has always embraced his spoopy, ghostly nature. In reward he found that he was not effected by ghosts like one would expect, his inner peace developing into a natural neutrality. He hated bugs though; bugs were creepy, unlike ghosts.
Signature Training: One with the Abyss
Krellr is now neutral to ghost while also becoming neutral to bug. He also forgot how to use sludgewave and night shade.

Snorby: I'm on the fence about this one, but Jellicent is kind of shitty. Approved.

Vorn: lvl 5 male Steelix
Hidden Power: Fighting
Vorn spent most of his life deep within the earth, the immense heat and pressure warped his body over time. He soon found that he actually enjoyed the heat, his iron hide strengthened and hardened until he was even able to swim in lava.
Signature Training: Heat Resistance
Vorn is now neutral to fire, while losing his resistances and becoming neutral to flying and bug. His strange neutrality to heat also allows him survive in hot liquids (such as lava) for extended periods of time akin similar to Rhydon.

Snorby: Just a bit more drawback there. Rejected.

Using decent energy, Xíngzhě delivers a high-velocity punch to the air directly in front of him, compressing it and firing it forward as a rapidly-moving "beam". These conditions will be most severe immediately following being hit, and will persist through the course of a round. Although this move may be used more than once against the same foe, its effects will be less severe for repeated uses.

Snorby: Approved.
