Didge: Level 1 Genderless Porygon
Biography: Didge is an avid fan of Dragon Ball Z. His favorite fight in the whole show (for some reason) is Goku vs Cell. He really loves the part where Goku almost kills Cell by combining his Kamehameha with the Instant Transmission. As such, he has perfected his teleportation skills in the hopes of one day replicating that scene.
Special Training: Instant Transmission (NO)
Didge's Teleport now uses Normal-Type energy rather than Psychic. Additionally, Didge may teleport while charging attacks in order to close distance or fire attacks from surprising angles. This still counts as two moves, and Teleport costs 20% more energy when used in this way. Didge may not use Psyshock.

Sneaze: I feel like this needs one more dropped move. Rejected.

Skittles: Level 1 Female Alolan Grimer
Biography: Skittles hates that his Kantonian Brethren have a much better movepool than he does. As such, we've worked very hard to augment his skills over his time on the team.
Special Training: Actual Offtype!! (Various)
Skittles can now use Aura Sphere, Surf, and Energy Ball. He has the offtype to use each twice per battle. However, he has forgone his Bug-type energy, as well as the ability to use Rock Polish and Sludge Wave.

Sneaze: Approved.

Mustard: Level 1 Genderless Type Null
Biography: Mustard is the edgiest little beastie there is. Like, if you tried to put him on your hot dog, he's slice the hot dog right in half. HE'S THAT EDGY! Everyone knows Ground is the edgiest type, just like mustard is the edgiest condiment. So, Mustard has taught himself how to use a fuckload of ground moves.
Special Training: Ground is so Edgy you guys (GD)
Mustard is now familiar with the Ground type. He can use Earth Power, Earthquake, and Mud Bomb. However, he may no longer use Payback, Steel Wing, Aerial Ace, or Flame Charge. Additionally, his Hidden Power must stay at the default as long as he has this sig.

Sneaze: Approved.

Blue Devil: Level 2 Male Wobbuffet
Biography: Blue Devil is a Wobbuffet, the best Pokemon ever. Don't believe me that Wobbuffet is the best Pokemon ever? Well then, you've obviously never fought Blue Devil.
Special Training: WOBB (Various)
Blue Devil has learned how to use the moves Psychic, Spite, Tri Attack, Aura Sphere, Giga Drain, Hypnosis, Zap Cannon, Toxic Spikes, Ingrain, Barrier, Light Screen, Reflect, Recover, Screech, Calm Mind, Cosmic Power, Teleport, Psyshock, Toxic, and Supersonic. Blue Devil can no longer see in the dark, his Encore is no longer any more effective than a normal Pokemon's, and he has lost the use of Destiny Bond.

Sneaze: Swap out one of the status moves for something else, given you have every debilitating status save freeze in here, and pick either cubic or pane forms for the screens. Rejected.

Dizzy Reed: Level 1 Male Tympole
Bio: Dizzy is the keyboardist of Guns N Roses, playing since the bands 3rd album.
Signature: Yesterdays [Poison]
Dizzy Reed's now always is excreting poison on his skinwhile on dry land. It takes a full round to become capable of poisoning his foe. The poison can be washed off his skin with a water attack solid strength or higher
Hidden power: Default

Sneaze: This is just... no. It's bad enough we have other statuses do this in the SCs for some 'mon, but poison upon being so much as touched is just not okay. Rejected.

-----

Angus Young: Level 1 Male Snubull
Bio: Angus is the frontman for AC/DC, who's live shows are known for electrifying solos and a massive cannon finale.
Signature: For Those About to Rock [xx]
Upon fainting two Cannons appear and fire dealing significant damage ignoring all boosts/debuffs to the pokemon which knocked out Angus. Angus starts with a significant amount less energy. He no longer knows Metronome, Body Slam, Superpower and double team
Hidden Power: Default

Sneaze: So one, this shouldn't be typeless because it is clearly using energy; two, I'm not a fan of sigs that essentially force draws if matchups are close enough; and three, I will literally never pass a defense buff ignoring technique on a 'mon as good as Snubbull. Rejected.

Smoosh - Level 1 Male Sandygast
Smoosh likes sand. A lot. He's made of it.
Signature Trait: Death to the Sandstormcloaks
When Smoosh uses the move Sandstorm, large dunes of regular sand are left on the field during and after the move's usage. In addition, whilst a sandstorm is active, Smoosh may travel through the air with the sand, dispersing his body comprised of pure sand upon the wind and leaving the shovel on the ground. If ordered, he can recollect his body to a target location. Sandstorm costs light extra to use, and he is unable to use Bulldoze or Double Team.
Hidden Power: Fighting

Sneaze: *glances at sig notes for future 'mon*

*glances back*

Okay, so first off tell me how you learned to be telepathic, secondly, this really needs an energy use when effectively teleporting and to be explicitly stated that it counts as a move. Rejected.

Shoop da Woop - Level 1 Genderless Cosmog
Shoop da Woop the Cosmog is a terror on a galactic scale, feared as one of the Old Gods. Behind her deceptively cute appearance lies a cruel and sadistic monster who will not cease in her efforts to consume the known universe. With seemingly no effort, she can warp between realms at a speed exceeding that of light. Each warp fractures reality itself, causing mass destruction. From the destroyed objects she gathers their very essence, adding the essence to increase her body mass.
Signature Trait: Realm Warp
Shoop da Woop's Teleports emit a burst of cosmic energy which cause a variety of effects. They cause the entire arena to shake, similar to bulldoze, though this extends through the air as well. The "bulldoze" effect gets slightly weaker with each teleport however. The burst released from her Teleport travels across the arena to strike her foes for Moderate super effective damage, regardless of type. In addition, with each Teleport, she grows twice her size, though as she is made of gas and dust, her weight does not change. Shoop Da Woop may not evolve past her current evolutionary state, and her teleports use light extra energy.
Hidden Power: Not Learnable

Sneaze: As someone who has abused size growth sigs in the past I'm going to have to say no just on principle, as sig comboing does potentially exist and I don't want a Cosmog the size of a house using Explosion. Beyond that, you're effectively making this a dodge and strike technique that you can spam with really no reprocussions. Rejected.

Level 4 Shiny Female Florges-White
Florges tends to the massive flower garden at the Crys Manor, spending near all her time roaming the grounds. When she's outside of the garden, she utilizes a specialized technique to turn that location into a temporary garden. Can't ever be away from home if you bring it with you.
Signature Move: Grand Garden
Using Moderate Fairy and Moderate Grass energy, Florges terraforms the arena into a massive and mystical garden, turning near any terrain into a brilliant display of flowers and hedges, though with some limits. Extreme terrain such as lava, solid ice, or deep water will be unaffected, though concrete is not. These mystical plants cause fantastical effects which affect not only the battlers, but the garden itself. Moves involving plants (including but not limited to leaves, seeds, flowers, etc) are boosted by 20%, and Pokemon which are or utilize plants recover light health per round. The garden, plants and all, are indestructible, and will remain on the arena until 5 rounds past the initial usage of the move, after which they will vanish from existence. Florges may not use Echoed Voice, Giga Impact, nor Facade.
Hidden Power: Fire

Sneaze: Up the energy a tiny bit, drop the duration down to four rounds, specify it doesn't stack with Terrain because lawl, and massively reword "Pokemon which are or utilize plants" because that is super vague. Otherwise, nice Grassy Terrain++. Rejected.

Bresta-lvl 1 female Turtonator
Hidden Power: Grass
Bresta grew up in her parents spa resort on Alola. She spent plenty of time working to help regulate the water temperature, always keeping it boiling hot. So much time working with water led to her becoming quite familiar with the type for battling purposes as well as her profession.
Signature Training: Spa Bath
Bresta is now familiar with the water type and has learnt how to use Scald and Razor Shell. However she never learnt how to use Bulk Up, Draco Meteor, Rock Tomb, Overheat, Revenge, Bulldoze, Shell Smash and Head Smash.

Sneaze: Approved.

Akkeri-lvl 6 male Dhelmise
Hidden Power: Rock
Akkeri didn't grow up with others of his kind, instead he grew up with other ghost pokemon and he was always jealous of the plethora of tricks they had up their sleeves. He lacked many tricks and instead was more of an offensive presence, but luckily a few of his friends were willing to teach him a couple of sneaky tricks.
Signature Training: More Toys
Akkeri has learnt how to use Will o Wisp, Spite and Confuse Ray, with the standard amount offtype energy for each new offtype. However he has forgotten how to use Gyro Ball, Sludge Wave, Solar Beam and Aerial Ace.

Sneaze: Approved.

Litr-lvl 6 male Alolan Muk
Hidden Power: Water
Litr always liked rainbows, for some strange reason. One day he was searching through the trash and found a pallet full of Rainbow Paddlepops and decided to chow down. He ate so many of them that his colour changed and he became quite sick, occasionally spewing forth strange draining rainbows.
Signature Move: Rainbow Vomit (Dark)
Litr spews out a strange rainbow made out of considerable dark energy, because we all know rainbows are a sign of evil and darkness...... The rainbow deals considerable damage and heals Litr up to half the damage dealt as health. This attack is subject to diminishing returns on the same scale as other draining moves and Litr has forgotten how to use Fire Blast, Rock Tomb and Rock Slide.

Sneaze: Approved.

Glima-lvl 6 male Incineroar
Hidden Power: Grass
Glima was raised by a pair of professional Crabominable fighters. They taught him how to brawl and he eventually became quiet a star in his own right. Even after joining my team he managed to hold onto a few of the techniques his teachers taught him.
Special Training: Crabominable Brawler
Glima has learnt how to use Crab Hammer and Ice Hammer with enough offtype for two uses. As an Incineroar, these moves do not experience the same amount of knock back as his other arm moves. However he never learnt how to use Flame Charge, Nasty Plot, Focus Blast.

Sneaze: Approved.

Danzleikr- lvl 6 female Alolan Marowak
Hidden Power: Grass
After growing up in the Alola region, Danzleikr undertook a pilgrimage back to the land her species originated, Kanto. Specifically, her pilgrimage was to Lavender Town, a place known for its connection to the spirits. She undertook training while she was there, learning to better control the whims and wishes of spirits, eventually being granted a gift that would aid her in the years to come.
Signature Training: Lavender Scented
Danzleikr's training has led to her becoming neutral to ghost, while she has lost her natural resistance to Fire and Fairy, now taking neutral damage from those types.

Sneaze: Approved.

(I dunno what else you want me to be neutral to, I cannot hit either of these with STAB and the guidelines are 2x to Neutral requires a resist to neutral, this still leaves me with 4 weaknesses and I'm giving up two resists. More detail on what to drop if rejected please)

Gudrepa-lvl 6 male Silvally @ Flying Memory
Hidden Power: Psychic
Gudrepa always had a strong fighting spirit and took shelter in a valley full of fighting Pokemon for a large portion of his life. He spent most of the day observing and training with the fighting Pokemon, learning their ways and techniques.
Signature Training: Fighting Fit
Gudrepa is now fighting familiar and has learnt how to use Jump Kick and Aura Sphere. However he never learnt how to use U-turn, Thunder Wave, Flash Cannon and Shadow Ball.

Sneaze: Better, but needs another move drop to balance out familiarity. Rejected.

Hestr-lvl 6 female Mudsdale
Hidden Power: Electric
Hestr was always disappointed with her lack of offensive options. Yeah she weighed a tonne but it was pointless if she didn't have the ability to stand up to more diverse opponents. She traveled around for a bit and eventually managed to pull together a few new moves to help solve her problem.
Signature Training: Heavy Hitter
Hestr has learnt Trop Kick and Heat Crash, with enough offtype for two uses of each new move. However she never learnt how to use Super Power, Focus Blast and Double Edge. She is also now neutral to Rock.

Sneaze: Approved.

(Mudsdale legit has no movepool)

Legowlas-lvl 6 male Decidueye.
Hidden Power: Ice
Legowlas's legend is well known among the avians of the Alola region, he fought valiantly to defend those who found themselves in harms way. One unfortunate day he was defeated by a powerful Braviary, the tyrannical bird sort to rule over all of the Flying types in the Alola region. Battered and bruised, Legowlas was not about to give up. He sort out a trainer who helped him to overcome his weakness to the flying type, providing a more even match up against the Braviary. The rematch went for hours with neither give quarter, until eventually Legowlas dealt the winning blow, sending the Braviary packing. Legowlas then decided to join the trainer who had helped him overcome his foe.
Signature Training: Avian Allegiance
Legowlas is now neutral to the flying type, however he has become neutral to grass in all stages as well as electric as a Decidueye.

Sneaze: Approved.

Brymja-lvl 6 female Vikavolt
Hidden Power: Fighting
Brymja was always a playful Pokemon, always sneaking around and giving nasty little zaps on people's backsides. As she grew bigger she began to work on expanding her arsenal, requesting the help of her friends in learning some new moves. Before long she was biting everyone and everything, soon becoming far too strong to do it playfully and instead moved on to using her talents for battle.
Signature Training: Bum Biter
Brymja has learnt how to use Ice Fang, Fire Fang and Psychic Fangs, with the standard amount of offtype energy for each new offtype. However he never learnt how to use Poison Jab, Light Screen, Sky Drop and Solar Beam. He is also now neutral to the Fighting Type.

Sneaze: Either pick two of the three or drop an offtype entirely. Vika already has pretty decent coverage and those help it with basically all it needs. Rejected.

Vordr-lvl 6 male Aggron @Aggronite
Hidden Power: Fairy
Vordr knew he had plenty of potential, he had watched Cibbir tear plebs apart with his own Mega Aggron on numerous occasions. If he was going to even come close to that amount of strength, he would need a complete movepool, allowing him to handle just about every situation.
Signature Training: Complete
Vordr has learnt Play Rough and Zen Headbutt with the standard amount of Offtype energy. He never learnt how to use Superpower and Dragon Rush, as well as Whirlpool, Fire Blast and Thunder as an Aggron.

Sneaze: Drop Blizzard instead of either Thunder or Fire Blast and you'll probably be good. But you're picking up two hugely useful coverage moves and dropping one mediocre one. Rejected.

Velspar the Absol (lvl 1 male)@Nightstalker's Token
Hidden Power: Flying
Being able to sense imminent disaster, Velspar has had ample opportunity to study the destructive forces. He has even gone so far as channel the power of these disasters into a move of his own.
Signature Move: Destruction (Dark)
Velspar fires a beam of crackling black energy at the opponent, dealing major dark energy for major dark energy. The attack causes a slight decrease in the opponents defenses as they are shaken with trauma. Velspar has forgotten how to use Superpower, Fire Blast, Blizzard and Thunder.

Sneaze: Approved.

Konnugr the Nidoking (lvl 6 male)
Hidden Power:Grass
Growing up in the forests surrounding Celadon city, Konnugr spent plenty of time with the myriad of grass type Pokemon that inhabited the area. He learnt many tricks from them, however it was his friend Sawsbuck who he considered his most valuable teacher.
Signature Training: Forest Fury
Konnugr is now familiar with the Grass Type and has learnt Horn Leech. He has forgotten how to use Focus Blast, Fire Blast, Bubblebeam and Headsmash.

Sneaze: Approved.

Myrr the Goodra (lvl 6 female)
Hidden Power: Rock
Myrr has always loved playing with her slime. I would always wake up to a new gift in the form of a slime sculptor. Even if they were a little disgusting, her talent for sculpting the slime was undeniable and would certainly be useful in battle.
Signature Move: Slimestitute (Dragon)
Myrr uses Significant energy to quickly construct a a life like slime copy of herself that makes its way towards the opponent. The slime sculptor is so life like that the opponent will mistake it for Myrr and attack it instead. The slime sculptor will absorb one attack before collapsing, with multihit moves breaking through after one hit before hitting Myrr. However, if the Slimestitute is destroyed by a direct contact move, the opponent will be covered in slime and will find their speed reduced significantly. Myrr has forgotten how to use Thunder, Fire Blast and Draco Meteor.

Sneaze: Give an actual stage amount for the speed drop instead of just "significantly". Also if you want a Sub+ you need to make it actually use some degree of health. Rejected.

Katr the Wigglytuff (lvl 6 female)
Hidden Power: Rock
Katr is not one to mess around with, talk about her behind her back or pick on someone she cares about and you will come to regret it. For a pink little fluffball she packs quite a punch, there's a reason her nickname is Katrstrophic!
Signature Training: Katrstrophic!
Katr has learnt Boomburst and can also use it as a Fairy type attack, ordered as Fairy!Boomburst, which uses fairy energy instead of normal. However she has forgotten how to use Last Resort, Dynamic Punch, Stealth Rock, Wish, Gravity, Teleport, Blizzard, Fire Blast and Thunder.

Sneaze: Ha. Good joke this one. Look, you can drop an entire pond of moves with Wiggly and have it mean basically nothing due to the sheer ocean it has. Last Resort, Stealth Rock, and Gravity mean pretty much nothing, Wish and Teleport are niche and really supplemental on a drop list normally, and Blizzard, Fire Blast, and Thunder mean very little when Wiggly has Ice Beam, Flamethrower, and Thunderbolt. The only drop here that means much is Dynamic Punch, and you're asking for both Boomburst AND a Fairy variant of it. Rejected.

Andi the Gengar (lvl 7 uplevel male)@Reaper's Token
Hidden Power: Water
Taking inspiratin from other Gengar that he has seen floating through the dead halls of ASB, Andi got to work increasing the strength of his attacks. He decided to take a somewhat different approach however, in order to differentiate himself from the others.
Signature Training: Bigger and Badder
Andi's Shadow Punch now deals Major Damage for Major Energy while his Lick now deals Considerable damage for Considerable energy. He has forgotten how to use Thunder Wave, Dynamic Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch and Thunder Punch.

Sneaze: Nope. I know you're trying to go for what Connor has to a degree, but the reason his is okay is because they're ranged moves and don't force a state change. Rejected.

Biography: Blue Devil is a Wobbuffet, the best Pokemon ever. Don't believe me that Wobbuffet is the best Pokemon ever? Well then, you've obviously never fought Blue Devil.
Special Training: WOBB (Various)
Blue Devil has learned how to use the moves Extrasensory, Spite, Tri Attack, Aura Sphere, Giga Drain, Kinesis, Zap Cannon, Toxic Spikes, Ingrain, Barrier, Light Screen, Reflect, Recover, Screech, Calm Mind, Cosmic Power, Teleport, Psyshock, Toxic, and Supersonic. Blue Devil can no longer see in the dark, his Encore is no longer any more effective than a normal Pokemon's, and he has lost the use of Destiny Bond. He may only use the pane versions of his screens.

Abyss: Gyarados Level 5 Male (Uplevel)
Hidden Power: Poison
Bio: Ever since he evolved Abyss has been wondering why he had been cursed with a secondary typing that didn't match him at all. Sure there were other like him that could be called miss typed but Gyarados's seem to be at the top of the pyramid of unreasonable secondary typing. Unlike other Water/Flying types he had no real flying type moves to go with his typing. One day after once again being forced to face defeat due to his secondary typing Abyss decided to do away with it.
Among the Gyarados race their is a rumor of an ancient training ground in the far depths of the ocean filled with the power of the sea. Not knowing where exactly the training ground was Abyss began to dive to extreme depths to explore every undersea cave and canyon he came across in his search. Eventually he became well know among Pokemon and humans alike as Abyss the exploring Gyarados, being an explorer myself I decided to try my best to meet this seemingly like minded Pokemon of the deep. Having a familiar hobby/occupation wasn't safe enough ground to encounter the Pokemon for he still was a wild Gyarados, which everyone knows can be very dangerous.
Around a year latter after lots of research and some cash invested into underwater legends and ruins I believed myself ready to meet and if necessary bargain with the Gyarados. I was hoping to meet him on my next underwater expedition in the Hoenn region in which Abyss had been sighted in recently. Jirachi must have heard my wish and granted it for as the submarine surfaced in the underwater cave we encountered him.
He didn't seem to care that much about our presence as he stared intently at a mural carved into the cavern wall. Many of us were puzzled at the odd letter or rather symbols inscribed, we tried to solve it there but ran out of time for the operation for that day so we had to return to the surface.
Close to a week later the expedition was canceled and everyone but me went to the next field to work. Being intrigued by the cave and the resident who had taken up residence there I hung around trying to break the code. Eventually I gave up and went down to the cave with a punch of different tools need to tear the place apart if needed, since the community had discarded the ruins as of no importance I could do as i wish to the ruins. I was placing some explosives around the mural when I accidentally hit a button that opened up a path way, as the pathway opened I was bowled over by Abyss as he raced into the room ahead.
The room glowed a pale blue light that gave it the impression that it was filled with water, the light itself came from countless water stones that made the room itself. In the center of the room appeared to be a alter of sorts with a large egg shell that was to big for any common Pokemon. Upon inspecting the alter I was able to decipher that this was where the legendary Kyogre was born and where the power of the sea was the strongest.
Abyss was busy bathing in the glow of the oceans energy inside what remained of the giant egg shell, this energy soaked his entire being down to his DNA changing him into a pure water type at last. To show thanks for my small part in helping him achieve his goal he decided to join my team.
Type Change: Pure Water
Abyss no longer has his secondary typing of flying. Since he bathed in the light that was the source of all water he is susceptible to attraction moves used by all water types of the opposite gender, this is only a one way attraction as he is still limited to attracting Pokemon from his same egg group. The type change also affect other moves in his move pool along with the wind based move Abyss has forgotten Fire Blast, Giga Impact, Double Team, and Double-Edge.

Sneaze: I get what you're going for here but the wording is just not great in the actual sig itself. Reword it a bit so it's more easily understood and come back. Rejected.

Ferus: Level 1 Male Rockruff
Biography: Ferus was born a wild, ferocious creature. Whatever he saw he attacked and was very easy to enrage. As he grew older and his attacks grew stronger, he became extremely dangerous and was wanted by many pokemon experts to be detained and mainly eliminated. He would eventually find this out and lived his life on the run; however, his anger and ferociousness only grew, and wherever he went, he left a trail of destruction.
As, Ferus became more and more dangerous, pokemon started to band together to discuss how to bring him down. They would eventually decide that he had to be immobilized from afar. They gathered as many haxer-type pokemon as they could and eventually ambushed Ferus with Thunder Waves, Spider Webs, and Will-O-Wisps. Ferus was completely immobilized-unable to move any part of his body fully. His anger became uncontrollable and the part of his brain that controlled survival kicked in. With just a little flick of his body, the Spider Webs were removed and as soon as the paralysis weakened in a certain part of his body, he destroyed all the pokemon in the vicinity.

Signature Training: Primal Survival
Whenever an opponent or opponents lower any of Ferus' stats, his physical attack stat raises by 15% (meaning attacks doing 15% more damage) for a few rounds, and standard boost stipulations apply. Due to his simple-mindedness and attacking potential, Ferus is extremely easy to anger, he refuses to use Defensive or Evasive moves if they do not add on to his attack, and his special attacks are 10% weaker.

Snorby: Stipulate that if Ferus' stats are lowered multiple stages or multiple times, the boost can never exceed 15%. Rejected for now.

---

Proculco: Level 1 Male Blitzle
Biography: Proculco's herd was a herd that prioritized power and speed. Rank and mating rights were determined by who could charge and trample their opponents. Even if two pokemon were the same weight, their boughts would last until one of them tired and his legs have out. Then he would get trampled over and lose. Because of this, Proculco trained and trained in the art of charging and trampling; however, because he was not the best at it, he traveled to look for pokemon that were, Rhyhorn.
While Proculco was on his journey, he stopped for a water break as he was tired from months of looking for a Rhyhorn herd. As he lowered himself and began drinking water, he instantly lost his balance and the ground shook and trembled with the force of 100 Earthquakes. Proculco somehow managed to upright himself and looked for the source. He would then see a Rhyhorn herd passing by and raced his way to the herd. He continued running with them and looked at the way they were running and noted that because they were low to the ground and that their heads were first, they did more damage when charging and were able to damage opponents slightly better than other pokemon. He would later talk to the Chief of the herd and ask for training. The Chief would eventually agree and train him in the way of charging. He would later leave the herd and return to his own with the power to charge.
Later on in his life, while Preculco was the Chief of his herd, he left on a journey to become a hunter. A hunter that specialized in Hit and Run tactics. Due to his spectacular speed and ramming ability, Zebstrika would overwhelm all pokemon on his hitlist with strong attacks and then darting away. This combo was done in a quick fashion that all one saw was the sparks Preculco left behind.

Signature Training: The Power to Charge!
Whenever Proculco uses a charging or ramming move, he lowers his head and body; thus, he accelerates faster. Because of this, these types of moves do 1.2x and require 10% more energy; however, due to his journey, Preculco's hoofs got battered and he lost his SC hoove damage. To add on to this, charging and ramming moves tire out Proculco more without actually consuming more energy than normal. As a result of his body being accustomed to charging recklessly, he can no longer use, Attract, Rest, Tail Whip, Rage, Double Team and Screech. In addition to this, Proculco's special attacks are 10% weaker.

Snorby: You can drop a hundred moves and it won't make a difference if the moves are worthless. There's two, maybe three actually useful moves you're dropping here. Replace the shitty ones with ones of merit and we'll talk. Also, this sig still says that his ramming moves cost 10% more energy and don't cost more energy than normal. Remove the part about them not consuming more energy than normal so this doesn't confuse refs. Rejected.

---

Trance: Level 1 Male Drowzee

Biography: As a hunter, Trance was used to being in long fights and, consequently, being out of health and energy. He never feared being in a deficit in the energy department as he would put the nearest pokemon, whether it be a happiny or an Ursaring, to sleep and Use Dream Eater; however, he didn't really have a reliable way to restore his health. He found a way to change that.

Special Attack: Restore (PS)
While his opponent is asleep, Trance eats his victim's dreams by creating a number of short purple energy tendrils, draining a Heavy amount of health for a Heavy amount of energy from the target in the space of a few seconds regardless of the types of dream the opponent is having. If the user is close to the target, it restores its energy reserves by a Severe amount with the amount recovered lessening with distance. This attack does damage based on type-effectiveness and wakes the opponent up immediately. Standard diminishing return rules apply.

Snorby: Guidelines stipulate that draining moves cannot return the full amount that they drain. Rejected.

---

Muta: Level 1 Female Maractus
Biography: Muta was born with a rare mutation that on the inside caused the cells in her body were very reactive to the sun and heat and caused her immense pain. Because of this, she was sheltered in whatever caves they could find in the desert she called home. One day, however, she was tired of weakness to the sun she loved and looked to somehow get rid of this pain by forcing her body to adapt to the heat. One day, when the other Maractus were at a festival, she left her cave and stood in middle of the desert taking in as much heat and sunlight as she could. This resulted in unfathomable pain and she would pass out unconscious.
The following afternoon, she didn't feel any different and found her way back to the cave. Upon return, no one recognized her and she was confused as to why. She would eventually make her way home to be almost deserted until her parents heard her voice and saw her eyes. They immediately realized it was their daughter and told the Head Maractus. The Head Maractus, however, was not surprised in the least, saying that this happens once every three centuries and that Arceus blessed this young Maractus and that she was predestined to do great things and to specialize in the art of energy draining. Her parents were ecstatic and encouraged their daughter to become the best energy drainer she could be with her new abilities. Muta would later on perfect and master her new abilities by hunting down other pokemon and draining them dry of them energy.

Type Change: (Grass/Fire)
Muta's body for the most part looks exactly the same except for the unique color change of the thorns and flower petals. The thorns are now a deep, fiery red while the flower petals are a burning, orange color. She has gained the Fire typing and has all the associated weakness and resistances (She is weak to Rock, Flying, and Poison and resistant to Electric, Fairy, Steel and Grass[double resisted]). She has learned the moves Fire Punch and Flamethrower. Muta is no longer resistant to Electric and Fairy.

Snorby: So Maractus is actually a rather solid mon at your TL and this type change gives you an amazing STAB and makes your type chart much better. Add another weakness and you'll probably be good. Rejected.

---

Caster: Level 2 Female Misdreavus (Uplevel)
Biography: Caster has always wanted to be a fighter that specialized in ranged tactics. This would mean that she would have to get used to fighting in ethreal most of the time, but she would eventually get used to it. That being said, she noted that she had no real quirk besides phase-shifting and looked to change that somehow. She really had no idea where to go or what to do, so she decided that her body would adapt to the environment she was in. She decided that she would become a hunter. A hunter that would put her life on the line everyday. She would make quick work of all her targets from afar and within months her training was complete. She had a new weapon in her arsenal, though she did notice that there were some limitations.

Signature Training: Momentum
Due to her body adapting to her environment as a hunter, the farther Caster is from an opponent, the more damage her special attacks do. When she is at least 5 feet away (1.5 meters) from an opponent, her attacks will do 5% more, 10% more when at least 10 feet away (3.0 meters), and 15% more for 10% more energy when at least 15 feet away (4.5 meters). The damage does not stack meaning (9 feet will do 5%, but 14 feet will do 10%). However, due to the subconscious pumping of energy from her brain, she naturally loses an additional moderate amount of energy energy round. Her travels also made her body unnacustomed to performing physical assaults; therefore physical attacks require 10% more energy and she can no longer use Double-Edge, Aerial, Sucker Punch, and Foul Play.

Snorby: So aside from this being impossibly broken on a potential Mismagius, for this sort of sig to work I need to have confidence that both the owner of the sig and anyone who might ref for them have an extremely strong understanding of how distance and excessive passive movement works, and I don't have that confidence right now. Rejected.

Angus Young: Level 1 Male Snubbull
Bio: Angus is known for his extensive guitar solos as well as AC/DC's pyrotechnics. However he is quite memorising on the guitar.
Signature: For Those About to Rock
Angus can now use Flying!Twister and Psychic Wave having enough offtype to use each twice per battle. He no longer can use Overheat, Sunny day, rain dance, thunder or fire blast.

Snorby: Approved, but realize for future reference that Sunny Day and Rain Dance on mons that don't abuse them are literally the same as dropping nothing.

Dugthreesome: Dugtrio-Alolan Lv 5 (M, M, M)
Chillax, brah. The trio that surfs both sands and beds always tries to make sure the party's always going on. Just look at his fabulous hair. Maybe he's born with it; maybe it's Alobeline. He's by several magnitudes more chill than any normal being in Dedenndam could legally be. He's just so very chill, folks ask him if he's on something. "It's all natural," he says truthfully. Plants are part of nature: by definition, natural.
Sig: Special Attack: Chill Pill (Ice)
Dugthreesome channels significant Ice energy into a large construct somewhat resembling an icy blue pill. This deals considerable Ice damage to the foe. However, this move was developed to teach Fire-types a lesson for having literally no chill, and does Super-effective damage against the Fire type instead of being resisted by it. All other weakness and resistance modifiers are left intact; this works under the same rules as Freeze-Dry. This same effect prevents it from being weakened in hot, arid environments. He can use this twice per battle only, and his level of chill has made him abandon learning any Poison moves at all.

Snorby: Freeze-Dry esque attacks are hard capped at solid damage. Rejected.

Kantoslash: Sandslash Lv 4 (M)
Kantoslash is, of course, the Kantonian version of Sandslash. Unfortunately, he has some envy over the awesomeness that is Alolan Sandslash, and wishes he could be one instead. Sadly for him, then he would no longer be a Ground-type and thus Gym-useless, so I won't let him (was that too meta?). So he figured the next best thing was using the alt-forme's typing for an attack.
Sig: Special Attack: Alola Slash (IC/ST)
Kantoslash combines the two elements of his Alolan counterpart's typing, Steel and Ice, and slashes at the foe. This move lowers his type energy reserves of both the Ice and Steel types by a significant amount each, though total general energy use is only at the level of significant. If he slashes on contact, it deals significant damage, but he can also use it in ranged form, though weakening its power to considerable. This move also carries a 20% chance to lower the foe's Attack stat one stage. Similar to moves such as Muddy Water, this move deals both Steel and Ice damage, giving it a unique type effectiveness; it is super effective on Dragon, Flying, Ground, Grass, Fairy, and Rock; while resisted by Steel, Water, Fire, and Electric. He may use this technique twice per battle. However, from his training to be more like his Alolan counterparts, he now takes 10% more damage from Fire moves.

Snorby: Okay. I want you to take another look for me at that type chart for this move. Such a type chart will never be okay on a mon that struggles with Grasses and Flyings and hits all of the resistances except Water for SE Damage, especially with that kind of extremely minimal drawback. Rejected.

Raikahuna: Pichu Lv 1 (M)
Raikahuna wants to be the rockingest psysurfer in the world. Every world. All of the worlds. So he decided to develop a technique based around that idea.
Sig: Special Attack: Psysurf (PSY)
Raikahuna forms a large wave of Psychic energy that heads out to wash over the opponent, dealing heavy damage for heavy Psychic energy. He may send a Psysurf wave out ahead of him or choose to ride on it as it travels. As a Pichu or Pikachu, he will be restricted to a single use per battle, but as an Alolan Raichu, he will only be limited by his energy reserves, as it will then be STAB. He cannot become a non-Alolan Raichu.

Snorby: Hah, I beat you to it. Approved.

Cannonball: Pikipek Lv 1 (M)
Cannonball has trained to become a sniper of renown. He flourished with natural talent and worked hard to perfect his abilities with them.
Sig: Special Training: Sniper Shot
Cannonball can now make use of Water Shuriken and Icicle Spear, fired from his beak, able to use each twice per battle. He gets the same bonuses to them he gets with moves like Bullet Seed. However, he has lost access to Swords Dance.

Snorby: Toucannon is honestly really good as is. If you want new offtypes they can't get your SC beak bonuses. Rejected.

Bowser: Turtonator Lv 1 (M)
From the PokeDex: "It gushes fire and poisonous gases from its nostrils. Its dung is an explosive substance and can be put to various uses."
Yup, poop throwing. And since I pulled the Dex entry from serebii, it's totally SPPf-safe.
Sig: Special Attack: Sugar Honey Iced Tea! (GD)
Bowser throws his dung at the foe, which explodes on contact and deals considerable Ground damage for heavy Ground energy. As the explosion deals the brunt of the damage, even a near miss will do a large bit of the damage. The explosion has a 20% chance to burn the foe, and a 20% chance to inflict Toxic-level poisoning on them, though it will only inflict one status or the other, never both. This move is also very disgusting and Pokemon like Minccino who are obsessed with cleanliness will be horrified. He can use this twice per battle.

Snorby: Approved.

Caprina: Popplio Lv 1 (F)
Caprina fancies herself a pop star, but she's far more versatile than that. She is also a practicing earth witch, and uses both of these talents together to express her two passions in life.
Sig: Special Attack: Nature's Aria (GD)
Caprina sings a high melody about the beauty of the world and all its life, imbuing significant Ground energy and her music into a series of rings that fly at the foe. These hit the foe for considerable Ground damage, and have a 30% chance of reducing the foe's offensive stats a single stage, in awe of the beauty of her song. She can use this twice per match.

Snorby: Approved.

However he never learnt how to use U-turn, Thunder Wave, Air Slash, Flash Cannon and Shadow Ball.

Snorby: Approved.

However she never learnt how to use Poison Jab, Light Screen and Solar Beam. She is also now neutral to the Fighting Type and given up all of her Flying Offtype energy.

Snorby: You're gonna need to drop an offtype that doesn't get covered entirely by the moves you pick up. It's not a drawback if it doesn't actually make a net difference.

He never learnt how to use Superpower and Dragon Rush, as well as Whirlpool, Blizzard and Thunder as an Aggron.

Snorby: So I'm not exactly sure I'm okay with giving probably the best pokemon in the game at the moment a reliable way of dealing with its single counter in any circumstance, but especially not one where you're pretending Whirlpool and Dragon Rush are actual drawback. Rejected.

Myrr can opt to construct her substitutes out of slime, ordered as [Sub strength]Slime!Substitute expending an extra light amount of dragon energy (this has no effect on construction time). If the opponent is close to or makes physical contact with the Slime!Substitute when it is broken, they will be covered in sticky slime and will have their speed reduced by 20%. Standard boost stipulations apply.

Snorby: This either needs drawback or for the energy to effect construction time. Also clarify what you mean by "close to the sub". This could mean an inch or two just as easily as it could mean a foot or two. Rejected.

Skogr the Turtwig (lvl 1 male)
Hidden Power:default
Skogr has always been a diligent worker, knowing that one day he would have a strong role to play within my squad. He constantly practiced going up against the types he was weak against, but most of all he practiced against Ice type attacks. Knowing that one day he would be a Torterra and have to deal with the threat of a 3x weakness, he set about trying to eliminate this threat.
Signature Training: Diligent
Skogr is now neutral to the Ice type (even as a Torterra) but has become 2x weak to Dark and neutral to ground.

Snorby: Nope ground is literally meaningless on a Torterra. Rejected.

Vapna the Chespin (lvl 1 male)
Hidden Power: default
Vapna has always had an iron will, it takes a lot to break him from his stride. He carries this into everything he does, being a shining example for those around him. Even when he set upon by a flock of raging Staraptor and was gravely injured, his iron will came through. It was so strong that it changed him, made him stronger and ready to face any challenge. Armed with a steel hide to match his iron will, he now charges into battle with no remorse, ready to take down anyone that comes at him.
Type Change: (Grass/Steel)
Vapna is now a Grass/Steel type in all stages, retaining fighting familiarity as a Chesnaught. However he is still 2x weak to Poison and Psychic and can still be poisoned. He has learnt how to use Meteor Mash and Flash Cannon but has forgotten how to use Superpower, Low Sweep, Smack Down, Bulldoze, Poison Jab and Swords Dance.

Snorby: Nix the fighting familiarity. Rejected.

Villieldr the Infernape (lvl 6 male)
Hidden Power: Electric
After the Marvelous Fighters were disbanded, Villieldr picked up his old name and sort out a way to fit into his new role. His trainer had shown interest in pursuing a future path using Starter Pokemon, which suited Villiedlr just fine. The main issue seemed to be that he shared a handful of common weaknesses with his team mates, something that he would work hard to resolve so that he could solidify himself in the squad.
Signature Training: The Ungroundable
Villieldr is now neutral to ground, however he is also now neutral to fire and bug.

Snorby: Bug neutrality is generally so worthless that it has literally become a meme. It's even worse on Infernape. Rejected.

Abyss is now susceptible to attraction based moves from all water type Pokemon. Abyss has forgotten Fire Blast, Giga Impact, Double Team, and Double-Edge.

Snorby: Only one of these moves constitutes meaningful drawback, and Attract is really bad. Meanwhile you're dropping a 3x to a 2x and shifting your other weakness to a much less prominent one. This needs major retooling. Rejected.

EDIT: Oh also just say "Abyss is now a pure Water type" it reads much better that way. Cheers! -Snorbs

-Herbert the Geodude, level 3, male, HP
Bio: Geodude is an awesome Pokémon. Herbert was a less-than-awesome name, so he decided to tap into the awesomeness of his species and maximise his potential.

Signature Training: Tonight, I’m a Rock ‘n’ Roll Star!
Herbert is now extremely adept at levitating, and can move with speeds greater than that of most Pokemon. However, he does not have such control over his vertical levitation, his ‘flight ceiling’ capping at roughly a foot, and he can never evolve.

Snorby: Approved.

-Robin the Talonflame, level 3, female, HP undefined.
Bio: Robin remembers his old days in competitive battling well, often diving in with reckless abandon and taking serious quantities of damage in the process. Now in ASB, he’s taken his strategical mind to turn this into a way to hit back.

Signature Move: Dying Blaze (Fire)
Using heavy energy, Robin unleashes a fireball that travels quickly, before striking the target. This move deals mild damage in his first third of health, increasing to good damage in his second third of health and heavy damage in his final third of health. This attack has a 10% chance to burn the foe and as a result, Robin has forgotten how to use U-Turn.

Snorby: Approved.

Goggles: Level 6 Female Crobat
HP Grass
Biography: Goggles is an oddly named Crobat- I just used a random word generator to name her. I suppose she got lucky that the name wasn't something degrading like garbage or fecal. Anyway, she has a really weird, Luck-based entry hazard. It's kind of cool.
Special Attack: Roulette Spikes (PO)
Goggles expends significant energy to shoot an orb of poison energy which splits into small spikes that leak a curious gas, covering the ground in a thin, invisible layer of energy. Any enemy Pokémon which enters the battlefield (including the enemy currently on in battle) will suffer from a random effect- they will either be poisoned, burned, or put to sleep. One of these effects will always occur when a Pokemon enters the battle, but a Pokemon will never suffer from a double effect- they will not be doubly burned by the spikes, for example. These are rolled on the same RNG, meaning only one effect can happen per roll, and each effect has an equal chance of occurring. The only way to remove the layer of energy is to use a traditional Spikes-clearing move like Rapid Spin, though wind-based attacks may disperse it for a short time. Goggles may not use Acrobatics, Aerial Ace, and X-Scissor.

Sneaze: This needs to be chance of drowsiness that causes sleep after a short period, as opposed to instant sleep.

With just a little flick of his wrist, the Spider Webs were removed and as soon as the paralysis weakened in a certain part of his body, he destroyed all the pokemon in the vicinity.

If Ferus' stats are lowered multiple times, the boost can never exceed 15%.

Snorby: Approved!

Due to his spectacular speed and ramming ability, Proculco would overwhelm all pokemon on his hitlist with strong attacks and then darting away.

To add on to this, charging and ramming moves tire out Proculco more. As a result of his body being accustomed to charging recklessly, he can no longer use, Signal Beam Magnet Rise, Bounce, Double Team and Screech. In addition to this, Proculco's special attacks are 10% weaker.

Snorby: Approved!

While his opponent is asleep, Trance eats his victim's dreams by creating a number of short purple energy tendrils, draining a High amount of health for a Severe amount of energy from the target in the space of a few seconds regardless of the types of dream the opponent is having. If the user is close to the target, it restores its energy reserves by a Major amount with the amount recovered lessening with distance. This attack does damage based on type-effectiveness and wakes the opponent up immediately. Standard diminishing return rules apply.

Snorby: This move is absolutely insane. You literally have this move healing your Drowzee by a High amount and dealing a High amount of damage to the target for a net of one minor. Draining moves should generally heal back 50% of the damage the deal and only heal Health OR Energy, not both. Rejected.

Muta is no longer resistant to Electric and due to the unnatural phenomenon that took place within her, she is weak to fairy (2x).

Sandygast edited with the stuff you asked, Sneaze.

Traveling through the air manner costs decent energy and counts as a move. If ordered, he can recollect his body to a target location. Sandstorm costs light extra to use, and he is unable to use Bulldoze or Double Team.
Hidden Power: Fighting

Snorby: Approved!

Level 5 Male Drapion
Drapion likes to play VRMMORPGs, often picking the tank class as his main role. One ability in his main game is known as "Anchor Howl", which draws the aggro from players and monsters alike to him, with penalty if they don't target him with their attacks. Liking the style of the move, he has developed a technique to mimic "Anchor Howl", with a slight twist.
Signature Attack: Anchor Howl
Consuming Considerable Dark Energy, Drapion makes a loud, taunting howl, as well as dragging enemies farther than five meters close to him. For up to two rounds after the round Anchor Howl was used, foes must target Drapion with melee attacks, or suffer Considerable Typeless Damage as penalty (up to once a round). Anchor Howl may be used twice per match, though repeated usage on the same foes will prove less effective, only affecting them for a single round rather than the regular two. Drapion has forgot Taunt and Roar.
Hidden Power: Grass

Snorby: Either lower the damage penalty to Good or else force Drapion to use only melee moves for the duration as well. Rejected for now.

Level 4 Female Togekiss
Togekiss is quite the lucky duck. All of her abilities that can cause secondary effects tend to do so quite more often than other Pokemon. Some call her a dirty haxor, others a lucky cunt, but all are equal in paraflinches.
Signature Trait: Serene Grace
All of Togekiss's moves that can cause secondary effects have their chances of said effects occurring increased twofold at the cost of a 10% increase in energy. However, she cannot use Twister, Morning Sun, nor Wish. In addition, she has forgotten how to use Secret Power and Tri Attack.
Hidden Power: None

Snorby: Approved.

Fizgig - Level 4 Female Rhydon
Fizgig grew up in the mountains near an abandoned power plant in the region of Kanto. Though abandoned by humans, it was not abandoned by Pokemon, several electric types taking up residence in the plant's interior, one of which rumored to be the legendary Pokemon Zapdos. There's no confirmation as to whether that rumor is true however. In any case, powerful electricity came from the plant, flying wild. Most Pokemon avoided it, but she was overconfident given her ground typing, and dared venture near the plant, as patch of Enigma berries were located behind the plant, and she absolutely loved their taste. As you might be aware, electricity is drawn to the Rhyhorn line's horns, often doing even noticeable damage to a Ground type. Every time she went down to snatch some Enigma berries, she took the full brunt of the plant's electricity to the horn. One might think this level of pain would dissuade her from further doing it, but like the stubborn bear to the bees nest, she kept coming back. Overtime, she developed an incredible resistance to the effects of electricity, and found that she herself could conduct it much better than others of her species. She even developed Electric moves that they did not learn naturally.
Signature Training: Supercharged
Fizgig's exposure to electricity has shocked her Rock typing out of existence, resulting in her becoming Ground / Electric typed, possessing all weaknesses and resistances associated with said typing. She still however retains her weakness to the Fighting Type. With her new Electric typing, she has gained Parabolic Charge, Thunder Wave, and Volt Switch, but has lost Rock Slide, Stealth Rock, Ancient Power, and Smack Down. She no longer suffers from the chance of suffering neutrality from Electric attack targeted to her horn as per SC. In addition, when charging, she leaves a trail of sparks behind her similar to that of Zebstrika, dealing light electric damage to anything that steps or stands on the trail. She has additionally forgotten Blizzard, Fissure, and Spite. She may not evolve into Rhyperior. Her outer armor has become blackened from the electricity, though this is cosmetic in nature.
Hidden Power: None

Snorby: Note that Rhydon's Rock energy has been reduced to standard offtype levels. Also, either nix the trail of sparks or else add a bit more drawback. Rejected.

Level 4 Male Greninja
Greninja plays with Drapion in many of his VRMMORPG games, oftening picking some variant of a tactician. In similar fashion, he has developed one of his favorite techniques into a proper move.
Signature Attack: Reactive Thorns
Utilizing a quick handsign, Greninja remotely entangles a target with 5 energy made vines, as well as dealing Mild Ground Damage. These vines restricts their movement, effectively rendering them unable to move for 2 rounds after the initial round used. After these two rounds however, the vines disappear. The vines can be destroyed before the 2 round time limit by cutting or otherwise breaking them, at a cost. Each vine reacts violently when destroyed, dealing additional Mild Ground Damage to the entangled foe for each vine. They can be destroyed separately, all at once, or in groups. The size of these vines vary depending on the size of the target, but they are never more than or less than 5, and always wrap around the target's entire body. This technique requires Considerable Ground Energy and may be used twice per match, though repeated usage with prove less effective, only affecting them for a single round rather than the regular two. Greninja has forgotten Spite.
Hidden Power: Fire

Snorby: Pure immobilization sigs aren't really things we allow anymore. Also that is wayyyyyyyy too efficient in the event the vines are broken. Rejected.

Level 4 Male Golem Alola
Alolan Golem fire rocks as projectiles using the railguns on their backs. For some particular reason, this awesome detail is not included in their SC, so I am fixing that best I can. It's a bloody railgun for christ sake.
Signature Trait: A Certain Scientific Rockgun
Golem can fire boulders or ranged Rock Typed attacks using the railgun on his back. Projectiles fired in this manner are electrified as well as sped up in firing time, dealing an additional Mild Electric damage for Minor extra energy.
Hidden Power: None

Snorby: Yeah psuedo priority and energy inefficiency on all of your Rock moves is never gonna be okay. Even adding some form of drawback (which I'm floored that this doesn't have) wouldn't salvage this I'm afraid. Rejected.

Level 4 Female Skunktank
Skunktank always wanted to play baseball, but as she is a quadruped, such a thing is hard. One day, she decided to try to use her enormous tail to catch, and to her surprise, it worked quite well. She figured she could find more uses than baseball for this catching tail, and thus developed a technique suitable for catching most attacks.
Signature Attack: Catcher's Tail
Skunktank puts good typeless energy into her massive tail, uncurling it. She then absorbs an incoming attack in her tail, taking 25% of the damage of the attack. The remaining 75% is flung back at the attacker as an orb of energy, dealing 75% of whatever attack was fired at her. For example, if a Thunderbolt was absorbed by her tail, she would take Light Electric damage, and return roughly Solid Electric damage. While melee attacks can be caught with her tail, the return is done via tail slap as opposed to an orb of energy. Spread attacks through the ground, like regular Earthquake or Bulldoze, cannot be absorbed. This move increases in energy cost by 25% each time, shared with Protect.
Hidden Power: Ice

Snorby: Nooooope. This thing shouldn't be able to block melee attacks at all, and even against projectiles it should be 50/50, and even then it should cost a great deal more energy than good. There's probably more wrong with this but that's what immediately jumps out at me. Rejected.

Level 4 Male Electabuzz
Electabuzz are skilled at recovering things, be it energy or health. They are self sustaining batteries of energy. I have trained my Electabuzz in the usage of two moves of this nature to further increase his usefulness and battle prowess.
Signature Training: Recharge
Electabuzz has learned Parabolic Charge and Recover.
Hidden Power: Water

Snorby: So Electivire is like stupid good and Parabolic Charge is similarly stupid good. Recover isn't half bad either. This needs drawback. Rejected.

Any enemy Pokémon which enters the battlefield (including the enemy currently on in battle) will suffer from a random effect- they will either be poisoned, burned, or made drowsy. This drowsiness will shortly lead to sleep.

Sneaze: State the burn is somewhere unlikely to hinder their movements. Don't want people getting burns on their feet or something stupid. Rejected for now.

[1] Raatkirani: Level 4 Female Liepard
Hidden Power: Steel

Orre is not far from Unova. Although what exactly happened at Orre is still a mystery, from the information that has been leaked to the public, the details about the "Shadow Pokemon" stand out to be the most prominent. It is said that these Pokemon have closed their heart off to the point of taking upon a the otherwise unheard-of "Shadow Type". These Pokemon were said to be extremely dangerous, not just because of their moves being especially effective on others, but also because they have no qualms about using the full extent of their lethal force.

It is agreed -- or rather, hoped -- that no Shadow Pokemon exist at this point, all of them supposedly having been purified. There have been reports, however, of some Pokemon carrying these so-called "Shadow" moves. These reports, however, have been written off as accounts made either in panic or in an attempt to garner publicity. Due to any investigations being largely inconclusive, it has been impossible to discern whether these Shadow moves truly are comparable to those observed in Orre, or simply Dark Type moves that resemble them. In any case, the Pokemon said to possess these moves have become cryptids -- including a Liepard that no one has been able to capture due to it being able to shroud itself in a highly dangerous weather condition.

Signature Move: Shadow Sky [Dark]

Using a major amount of energy, Raatkirani activates a special weather condition that lasts for three rounds. Under the effects of Shadow Sky, all Pokemon except Dark Types will take a light amount of damage per turn from the darkness surrounding them, in a fashion similar to Hail or Sandstorm. In addition, the arena will be plunged into darkness, making it extremely difficult to see Raatkirani, although Pokemon are not completely blinded and retain some limited visibility. Pokemon that can see in the dark will have an easier time seeing Raatkirani, but will still take damage. The effects of Sunny Day will be overridden by Shadow Sky if it is active when Shadow Sky is used, and Sunny Day will fail if used while Shadow Sky is active. Other kinds of weather, such as Rain Dance, will function independently, neither hindering nor being hindered by Shadow Sky. Shadow Sky will not work in arenas where weather conditions will fail as a rule, such as most indoor arenas. Raatkirani is unable to use U-Turn, Nasty Plot and Thunder Wave. Shadow Sky can only be used once per battle.

Sneaze: Needs to be clearable with Sunny Day. Rejected.

[2] Egg of Light: Level 1 Genderless Cosmoem

Long, long ago, there was a "world". More people lived in this "world" than there are grains of sand on the Cerulean Beach. However, at some point, this "world" wound up destroyed. Naturally, it was humans who destroyed it. At the back of their minds, everyone had an inkling that this would happen at some point. And then... it really did happen.

And so the world is no more.

A handful of survivors escaped to this "new world", the world that we live in. This world is a special place. It is protected by an unlimited power that sleeps underground, the Power of the Earth itself. Even when everything else ended, even after the "End of the World", this world remained. Since then, these survivors have lived and grown in this world.

Unknowing of the truth.

The survivors, when they first came to this world, feared another "End of the World" more than anything else. They felt that it was a direct result of the way they had lived. And so, they shed their former identities, to become new people, to live in a new world, to begin anew. Although the people still went by the names they had in the old world, they took up new roles. They shaped an ideal society, the kind of place they wished they had grown up in.

Is the world still how it had been envisioned?

It was a world where the strong would reach out to help the weak. Those who had would share with those who had not. It was a world where there were no closed doors, only children's smiles and a zeal for life. At some point, however, an intruder came to this world, across time and space. No one knows who it was, really, but this intruder targeted the source of these new memories.

Know this: all that we knew of our pasts is fabricated. Made up. False.

The power to store memories, to unleash new memories upon the world... it is the power to shape reality. Reality as we know it is nothing but what we perceive. To alter the memories we possess, the truths we carry and the beliefs we build is to warp the threads of existence itself.

It is a power beyond all power.

The Egg of Light still carries the old memories of the people: their will, their despair, their hope, their hatred, their love, their grief, their joy. It is the power of their minds -- old, forgotten, but still real -- that drives it. The Egg of Light is never to be let into hands that do not deserve it. It is too dangerous.

And so, although the Egg of Light has no mind of its own, it will protect itself, for the sake of all the lives it has destroyed and created.

Signature Trait: Bird of Light

The Egg of Light can use Psychic, Kinesis, Recover, Reflect, Light Screen, Barrier, Rest, Refresh, Giga Drain and Substitute, although it can only use the pane versions of Reflect and Light Screen, unable to conjure the cubic versions. Its Psychic in wave form deals neutral damage to the Steel, Psychic and Dark Types, while its telekinetic form can manipulate objects or opponents with extreme ease, moving them swiftly and forcefully no matter their weight or strength, up to and including harshly knocking or throwing them around. Its Giga Drain uses Psychic Type energy to use, and Type modifiers are based on the Psychic Type instead of Grass, unresisted in a manner similar to its wave Psychic. Naturally, the Egg of Light cannot evolve. In addition, the Egg of Light, due to its impersonal nature, cannot deal super effective damage to any Pokemon, nor will its Giga Drain ever be super effective. In addition, for the purposes of storing memories, the Egg of Light had to lose most of its weight, now weighing no more than 100 kg.

Sneaze: Losing its weight means absolutely nothing when you toss around even the heaviest Pokemon like ragdolls. Rejected.

[3] Khushboo: Level 4 Female Aromatisse

Khushboo had been a dancer, like most of her species, when her hometown was struck by an epidemic in the early 17th century. As the number of deaths escalated, the people quickly realized that something was very wrong, and as it came to light that a plague was responsible for these deaths, her hometown was kept in quarantine. So great was the fear that this plague inspired that even medical assistance from other places was scarce, for fear of any volunteers succumbing to the same fate. As a result, it seemed that the plague would stop only upon wiping out the town, when the disease died with the last survivor.

The situation called for desperate measures. The people of the town itself -- all those who had retained some semblance of health -- were united in their efforts to curb the effects of the epidemic. Herein emerged plague doctors, but most of them, despite their titles, either lacked any notable medical qualifications, or were newly seasoned in their professions, yet to prove themselves. Their work, therefore, was less to alleviate the effects of the disease than to assess its spread and help in checking it. Khushboo, however, possessed the healing abilities and soothing aroma that her species is known for, and so proved to be unusually effective. Perhaps she was the inspiration for traditional plague doctor costumes, in remembrance of how she waged war against enemies the eye cannot see.

Signature Move: Aura [Fire]

Using a high amount of energy, Khushboo sends forth a wave of greenish energy laced with powder, dealing a heavy amount of damage. Health equivalent to half the damage dealt will be restored to Khushboo. She has enough Fire Type energy to use the move twice per battle at full power. However, the circumstances resulted in her never learning how to use Toxic, Gyro Ball and Thunder.

Sneaze: Drop the damage down to considerable and we'll talk. Rejected.

[4] Greeny: Level 4 Male Tropius
Hidden Power: Ground

Greeny originates from a group of Tropius which regularly migrates in order to find the locations in which their favourite berry grow. This berry is not favoured simply due to taste -- it is an outright necessity for Tropius to remain healthy. They were unable to simply feed on the berries that grew on their neck due to the fact that these only grow twice per year, nowhere near enough to satisfy the need that their weight and metabolism demanded. As a result, they had to fly across the globe to other places, this strangely-coloured offshoot of the Nanab Berry only growing under specific conditions.

Tropius are not, by nature, equipped for battle. In spite of their stature, or perhaps because of it, they are prone to being overwhelmed by the faster predators that rule the skies. As such, each Tropius had to know to defend itself in the air. They had to create a mode of defense that would remain with them even when they failed to detect imminent danger, the better to keep them from being taken by surprise. Deciding that their huge wings were their greatest assets for this purpose, they made their flaps mightier than ever before.

Signature Trait: Air Force
Whenever Greeny's wings are flapping, they create a powerful gust of wind all around Greeny. This gust of wind makes any ranged attacks coming towards Greeny, especially air- and projectile-based ones, somewhat inaccurate due to the wind pushing it away. Lighter Pokemon may find it difficult to close in on Greeny, but the gust is not strong enough to directly damage the Pokemon. Greeny is unable to use Outrage and Leaf Storm.

Sneaze: Pick one of the effects, not both. Rejected.

[5] Aasha: Level 4 Female Togekiss
Hidden Power: Ground
Item Attached: Birdkeeper's Token

Numerous Pokemon have been famed through their performance in the Pokeathlon, an ideal that Aasha has been aiming for since her time as a Togepi. Aficionados of the sport quickly had their attention drawn to one of the rare baby Pokemon participants, and one that moved far faster than her short limbs and unsteady gait would indicate at first glance. Indeed, the hurdle race has always been Aasha's favourite event -- as it seems, Aasha had been making good use of her rudimentary levitation, using it to leap over hurdles.

But with all the media coverage of her seemingly extraordinary talent at the hurdle race, the truth came to light. Given that it is a foot race, she was, despite still being a baby Pokemon, disqualified on the grounds of continued cheating in multiple Pokeathlons in a row. Given her ability to conceal this fact for so long, she was forbidden from participating in the hurdle race in the future.

Afraid that this might be the end of her athletic career, she had to settle for the next best thing, the closest she could get to an equivalent of the hurdle race in the air -- the ring race, in which Pokemon fly through a series of hoops in the air. The competitors are categorized based on size, the hoops only slightly larger than the Pokemon themselves, a fact that demands exceptional flying ability. Aasha evolved soon after she began to participate in the ring race, and her experience with hurdles served her well.

Signature Move: Godspeed [Fairy]

Aasha darts through the air, the move's speed and finesse comparable to that of Aqua Jet, and strikes the target for a considerable amount of Fairy Type damage. Following the move, Aasha will be left with an Agility boost to her Speed under the usual boost stipulations. Godspeed costs high Fairy Type energy to use, and can only be used twice per match. As a result of her focus on the Pokeathlon, Aasha never learned how to use Future Sight, Psycho Shift and Fire Blast.

Sneaze: Approved.

[6] Duster: Level 4 Male Combusken
Hidden Power: Ice

Duster's father, Wess, has always been a strict teacher, a role that he often prioritizes over that of a parent. Since childhood, he has trained his son in the Mystical Thief Arts, a series of techniques that focuses not just on thievery, but also on combat -- and given that, in Tazmily, those who have share with those who have not, the latter is rightfully given more significance. Duster has thus learned how to confound enemies larger than himself, and even to turn the tides on opponents who try to take him by surprise, the species's natural kicking prowess taking the spotlight in the Arts. This training has been so effective because of Wess's refusal to accept anything but the best from his son.

Wess's disciplinary demeanour has instilled in Duster a fear of his father that ran concurrent to his desire to impress him, a fact resulted in an accident that permanently damaged his left leg. For years, he was unable to run and jump like others of his species, and he still moves with a limp, but, over time, he has adjusted to once again match the abilities of any other of his species. Wess externally refused responsibility for the accident, trying to maintain his stern front, but has since then opted to train Duster in the more subtle aspects of the Mystical Thief Arts, ones less physically straining, yet as effective once mastered.

Signature Move: Siren Beetle [Bug]

Using significant energy, Duster releases a small beetle-shaped energy construct into the air, which promptly disappears. After about a round, it reappears and rams into the target, exploding loudly. It deals a good amount of damage while being likely to interrupt the opponent in a manner similar to Screech. He has the energy to use this move twice per battle at full power. However, following his accident, he never learned Fury Cutter, Will-O-Wisp, Swords Dance and Fire Spin.

Sneaze: No. Just... no.

[7] Bangani: Level 4 Female Grimer
Hidden Power: Grass

Grimer are known to breed exponentially. If an area is sufficiently polluted to support the formation of even a small number of Grimer, it is to be expected that the area will be infested and taken over by the species before long. Mercifully, the occurrence is rather rare, but the places that do fall victim to this are stuck in a vicious cycle of the Grimer further adding to the pollution, and thus hastening their own multiplication. Needless to say, in such an eventuality, intervention becomes very difficult, and even if a given Grimer population is eliminated -- as certain Ground Types are officially trained to do -- the land and air are left toxic for years afterwards.

This rate of multiplication can be attributed to the fact that while Grimer seem to indeed be capable of producing Pokemon Eggs in captivity, which is the only way for a Grimer to inherit genetic material, most simply form due to accumulation of toxins in a liquid medium that is exposed to moonlight. This can be a result of experiments; as the Pokemon Mansion of Cinnabar has unintentionally demonstrated, Grimer are among the few Pokemon species that can be synthesized by humans. However, most Grimer tend to form simply due to air pollution and acid rain -- these Grimer are often accompanied by the Koffing line. Because of the concrete, the acid rain is unable to percolate into the ground, leading to Grimer literally coming into being overnight. These specimens exhibit a unique move that has effects far more visibly devastating than their mode of formation itself.

Signature Move: Acid Rain [Water]

Using a heavy amount of energy, Bangani releases a blast of slime up into the air, which rains down all around her in a wide radius, dealing considerable damage while inflicting acid burns on the opponent. Bangani, however, due to her mode of formation, is unable to use Thunder, Fire Blast and Giga Drain.

Sneaze: Needs heavy clarification on the acid burns, not about to let you burn a Pokemon's literal entire body. Rejected.

[8] Tez: Level 4 Male Mankey
Hidden Power: Psychic

Fighting Types are characterized by their physical ability, their natural instinct and prowess in close combat, as well as feats of strength that few can match. Fewer, though still a large margin, are able to weaponize Aura. However, while it is undeniable that this can be attributed, to no small extent, to natural aptitude, it is also clear that the unique way of life that Fighting Types adopt is vital to this. They maintain a certain discipline even as they work to strengthen themselves, training not just their body to bring out their power, but also their minds to control it.

On the other hand, Mankey are not known for these traits. They are known to be hair-triggered brutes, going on a rampage at the slightest implication of a challenge, and refusing to stop until either they or the opposition is down. Naturally, the Mankey line is primarily solitary, unable to keep peace even with others of their species. This is problematic for those who want to harness their natural strength. As such, Mankey have to be specialized raised for working at a construction site. These Mankey are trained to forgo their emotions, instead working mechanically, their natural sensitivity directed towards following orders with extreme precision.

Signature Trait: Calm Before The Storm

Tez begins battle under the effects of Focus Energy, under the usual boost stipulations. In addition, he can never go into the berserker rage mentioned in his Species Characteristics. However, this controlled conditioning has resulted in him never learning Thunder and Gunk Shot. Tez naturally has a decent amount less energy than others of his species.

Sneaze: Not being able to go berserk is more of a boon than a drawback, to be honest. Rejected.

[9] Chhipkali: Level 4 Female Scrafty
Hidden Power: Fairy

Around 1985, the people of Ellay were forced into their homes, the streets off-limits for those who valued their safety. The cause was not the emerging alien phenomena; few believed in so ridiculous a prospect, close as the town was to Mt. Itoi. No, this panic was caused by the other notorious aspect of Ellay: a feud between rival gangs, ostensibly for "dominance" over the Live House. Just after the Black Blood Gang's new leader, Teddy, took over, they got into a conflict with the Jet Lizard Gang. The police were helpless to control the situation, but fortunately, it did not last long. The Black Blood Gang emerged victorious, and the Live House has been under their "control" since.

This defeat did not just cost the Jet Lizard Gang control over the Live House, it was also a blow to their pride. They felt it too much of a disgrace to return to the shadows without paying proper tribute to the victors. The Jet Lizard Gang gifted the Black Blood Gang a Scraggy, and though Teddy was not especially fond of the Pokemon -- or certain as to whether the gesture was sarcastic -- the gang then proceeded to raise the Pokemon as one of their own, including taking it along to sing at the Live House.

Signature Trait: Bla-Bla

Chhipkali can use Chatter and Parting Shot. However, the change of environment caused her to forget how to use Foul Play, Spite, Outrage and Head Smash.

However she never learnt how to use Acrobatics, Sky Drop, Light Screen and Solar Beam. She is also now neutral to the Fighting Type and given up all of her Poison Offtype energy.

Sneaze: Approved.

Signature Move: Horn of healing (Flying)
Vordr roars as he uses heavy fairy energy to ram his horns (or head if Aron or Lairon) into the opponent for significant damage. His horns drain some of opponent's vitality and give it to Vordr, healing him up to half the damage dealt. This attack is subject to diminishing returns on the same scale as other draining moves and Vordr has enough Fairy energy for two uses of this attack forgotten how to use Head Smash, Blizzard, Superpower and Dragon Rush.

Sneaze: You're not getting a Drain Punch move on an Aggron. You're just not. Rejected.

Myrr can opt to construct her substitutes out of slime, ordered as [Sub strength]Slime!Substitute expending an extra light amount of dragon energy (this has no effect on construction time). If the opponent is close to (within a few feet of) or makes physical contact with the Slime!Substitute when it is broken, they will be covered in sticky slime and will have their speed reduced by 20%. Standard boost stipulations apply. Myrr has lost access to Fireblast, Poison Tail and Draco Meteor.

Sneaze: lol what a terrible idea. Approved.

Villieldr is now neutral to ground, however he is also now neutral to fire and grass. He has also forgotten how to use Power-up Punch, Rock Tomb and Rockslide.

Sneaze: Pfffffffft pick something other than Grass.

Skogr is now neutral to the Ice type (2x weak as a Torterra) but has become neutral to ground and takes 10% more damage from Psychic type moves.

Sneaze: 10% means literally nothing to me.

Vapna is now a Grass/Steel type in all stages. However he is still 2x weak to Poison and Psychic and can still be poisoned. He has learnt how to use Meteor Mash and Flash Cannon but has forgotten how to use Superpower, Low Sweep, Smack Down, Bulldoze, Poison Jab and Swords Dance.

Sneaze: HA. No. Downgrade the Steel moves to something a little less dumb and specifically state he is not familiar with Fighting. Rejected.

Vatneitr the Tentacruel (lvl 6 female)
Hidden Power: Dark
After her swarm agreed not to take over Hubter Port, Vatneitr was furious. Unlike the rest of her swarm that returned back into the sea, Vatneitr refused to leave and took over the mind of a woman in order to stay on the land. She roamed the countryside and a warrant was put out for her immediate capture. I was in a nearby town when I heard the news came over the radio so I decided to try and help. I found her still in control of the woman, with a bunch of unconscious trainers splayed out on the ground around her. I issued her a challenge, if she could defeat me she could take over me instead, but if I won she would release the woman and join my team. Needless to say I defeated her, she co-operated willingly and the woman she had taken control of made a complete recovery. She still likes to make use of her mind control abilities and gets plenty of opportunities to put them to good use on my team! However after sometime we decided to move on from her old technique and move onto a new one, one that would eventually help her combat a legendary foe!
Signature Move: Rusty Hook (Poison)
Opening her mouth, Vatneitr fires an energy construct in the shape of a large rusty hook attached to a chain towards the opponent. It latches onto the opponent before reeling them towards Vatneitr. Once in range Vatneitr wraps her tentacles around the opponent, dealing good poison damage. If the opponent weighs the same or less than Vatneitr, the energy cost is significant. This move will work on pokemon up to 2x Vatneitr's weight; however the energy will rises to Major if the opponent weighs more than Vatneitr. Being an energy construct, the chain has no maximum length, but it may not weave around obstacles or obstructions and long-distance targets (especially airborne ones) will have more time to react to the attack. Vatneitr can only use this attack once per opponent. She can no longer use Sludge Wave, Infestation, Swords Dance and Blizzard.

Sneaze: Needs to be escapable with enough effort. Rejected.

Andi the Gengar (lvl 7 uplevel male)@Reaper's Token
Hidden Power: Water
Spoopy is as Spoopy does, a ghost type must be the Spoopyest of all. One may fear Gengar for many a reason, however this Gengar insights fear in its opponents in a whole new way. Spoopy powers put fear in the hearts in even the most stoic and stalwart opponents, Andi will reign supreme.
Signature Move: Spoopy Cackle (Ghost)
Andi cackles wildly as he expends Major Ghost energy to create a shockwave of Ghost energy that hits the foe for Major damage. This cackle is loud and possibly frightening in a manner similar to Roar, causing foes that might be reasonably intimidated by the user to cringe and be less willing to attack. Andi has forgotten how to use Dynamic Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch and Thunder Punch.

Sneaze: I'm already sick of seeing "Ghost attack that deals major damage", yours is aoe and causes fear. And your drops are meaningless. Rejected.

Tru the Cleffa (lvl 1 female)
Hidden Power: Default
I met Tru at the summit of Mt Moon while I watching a meteor shower with some friends. Tru was with a bunch of her species watching the same meteor shower when suddenly a small chunk of the space rock hit her in the head. I rushed her to the Pokemon Center and she was treated well but has always been a little odd since the event. However the impact seemed to trigger a new power within her, one that she has become adept at using for her own purposes.
Signature Move: Fairy Crush Meteor (Fairy)
Tru uses Major Fairy energy to create a small meteor-like energy construct which she fires at the opponent. The projectile moves rather fast and slams into the opponent for Major Damage. The special properties of this attack means that it ignores defensive boosts both from moves and SC's.

Sneaze: HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAH AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Katr the Wigglytuff (lvl 6 female)
Hidden Power: Rock
Katr grew up in an alpine region, she worked on a Gogoat farm, helping to move the grazing Pokemon around the mountains. Her voice used to echo through the mountains, drawing in travelers from far and wide. However one day she accidentally triggered an avalanche, resulting in her master choosing to release her. She soon fell into my care and has since become a powerful battler, using her memory of her past to aid her in battle.
Signature Move: Scapegoat (Normal)
Using signficant Normal energy, Katr surrounds herself with 4 small energy constructs resembling goats (1 red, 1 blue, 1 pink and 1 orange). When hit with an attack, a goat will reduce the attack's impact by a mild amount, disappearing after it has.

Sneaze: Up the energy a bit, and state it applies after all other factors. Rejected.

Capillus Lv. 2 Male Flaaffy
Hidden Power: Ice
Capillus enjoys using his electricity to light up his tail. It seems to calm him.
Special Training: Strobelights
Capillus has learned how to use Tail Glow

Snorby: Approved.

Cors Lv. 2 Male Spiritomb
Attached: Spell Tag
Hidden Power: Poison
Unlike most Spiritomb, Cors houses the spirits of 108 Legionnaires of a long lost army. Together they still fight as one, and work as one. In life, they were gifted in utilizing nets and chains to ensnare their enemies. In death, they have modified this to challenge their new foes. Now these chains can cripple foes, but at the ghost of consistent power.
Special Attack: Chains of the Legion (Ghost)
Using a major amount of ghost energy, Cors sends out the souls within its body to wrap around the foe. The souls squeeze the foe, dealing a major amount of damage while doing so. The souls soon return to Cors’ body, but the “chains” remain. For the next three rounds, the opponent will be grounded akin to smack down, and will make then slowed down and sluggish, similar in effect to normal curse. Cors can use this attack twice per battle. Cors can no longer use Dark Pulse and Shadow Ball.

Snorby: Nooooooooope. Needs a usage limit, energy inefficiency, less power, and WAY less potent effects. Rejected.

All sigs are rejected on the grounds of needing more biography. This goes retroactively for all sigs with less than 10,000 words in their bios as well.

On a happier note, we're doing away with the ban on Omni-Sigs, because we feel all Pokemon deserve a Clefable level movepool.

Dizzy Reed: Level 1 Male Tympole
Bio: Dizzy is the keyboardist of Guns N Roses, he joined for their twin albums and has stayed around ever since
Signature: Estranged
Dizzy has a permanent amnesia boost while in battle, he starts with signifigant less energy than other foes and has forgotten water pulse and grass knot
Hidden power: Default

Snorby: Either explicitly state that this is just the Sdef boost and not the confusion resistance or else throw in a lot more drawback. Rejected.

Abyss is now a pure water type. Electric and Grass type moves now have twice the chance to have secondary effect happen (Ex. Discharge would have a 60% chance of paralysis instead of 30%). It is also very hard for Abyss to intimidate Pokemon that are either electric or grass type. Abyss has also forgotten the moves Fire Blast, Thunder, Blizzard, and Giga Impact.

Snorby: Gyarados is a great mon and this is a way better typing than its last one. It needs to pick up a weakness or else drop a meaningful resist. You need to explicitly state Gyara only gets standard flying offtype as well.

Inoi: Level 4 Female Cradily
Biography: As an ancient sea-lily, Inoi lived primarily in the depths of the ocean, constantly buffeted by the fierce currents found at such levels. While able to anchor herself effectively to the bottom, she often found her prey out of reach and unable to be trapped long enough for her to catch them, leaving her malnourished. Fearing that she would perish in this desolate spot, she out of necessity developed a technique she had once seen before on land: Leech Seed. Now able to ensnare prey, Inoi went to live a happy life until the extinction event occurred, bringing her to where she is now.
Hidden Power: Flying
Signature Move: Special Technique - Suck Them Dry
Inoi gains the moves Leech Seed and Vine Whip, with the former seeing an increase in effectiveness similar to her inherent Ingrain boost, with the vines also more difficult to break than normal. She has forgotten the moves Recover, Solar Beam, Synthesis, and Rock Polish.

Snorby: Approved

Autumn: Level 3 Male Shiny Sudowoodo
Biography: Autumn, in his regular practice of pretending to be a tree, would often find himself planted in loamy topsoil. When startled by predators, the Sudowoodo quickly learned how to use his surroundings to his advantage, and infused the ever present earth into a specially crafted attack.
Hidden Power: Grass
Signature Move: Special Attack - Crusty Cage (RK)
Autumn punches the opponent hard with a fist infused with dirt, dealing moderate damage for solid energy. This dirt puffs out on impact and encases the opponent, causing them to be slowed and less agile for the next three rounds, similar to the speed drop associated with using Curse.

Snorby: Tack on a usage limit and you're good to go. Rejected for now

Argo: Level 3 Female Omastar
Biography: Being born into this world in the unfortunate position of being an Omastar, Argo felt the ever present danger associated with a more-than-lacking movepool and terrifyingly awful typing. This became especially apparent to the mollusk when she was washed ashore and left to the mercy of the land-dwelling creatures. In order to escape, she modified some of her existing techniques to be more usable when on land, allowing her to flee back to ocean where she was slightly safer. Since, y'know, Omastar is never truly safe.
Hidden Power: Flying
Signature Move: Special Technique - Rock You Like a Hurricane
Argo can now use the moves Surf and Waterfall using Rock energy (i.e. Rock!Surf) to deal Rock-typed damage, and all stipulations regarding damage/energy for either move in their descriptions in regards to the presence of water in the arena are changed to refer to the presence of rock.

Snorby: Approved.

Gael: Level 4 Male Barbaracle
Biography: The Furtive Pygmy, one of the original Lords who claimed power from the First Flame, received the Dark Soul and kept it secret. Biding his time through the Age of Fire, he split the soul among his descendants. Fast forward several thousand years to our time, where Slave Knight Gael sought the soul to allow for a new world to be created, and in order to obtain it devoured the pygmy lords, becoming the embodiment of all things dark. Now Gael, this time the Barbaracle, decided to pattern himself after his namesake and his fighting style, tapping into that power slightly in order to sate the gnawing within.
Signature Move: Special Attack - Blood of the Dark Soul (ST/FL)
Imbued with an otherworldly power, Gael creates a greatsword construct using heavy energy, approximately eight feet in length. Planting his feet firmly with the sword resting in his hands behind him, Gael sweeps the blade forward in an upward motion for a devastating strike, dealing significant damage and sending the opponent hurling backwards with a gust of wind. Since it is both Steel and Flying, its type-effectiveness is slightly different, dealing super effective hits to Bug, Fairy, Fighting, Grass, and Ice types, while being resisted by Electric, Fire, Steel, and Water types. Gael has sufficient offtype to use this move twice per battle, and loses access to the move Surf.

Snorby: Approved

Peekskill: Level 1 Genderless Minior (Indigo Core)
Biography: Peekskill, named for the place it landed after hurtling down to earth, had its incredibly useful outer casing shatter upon impact, raising its offensive prowess but leaving it feeling very vulnerable. Distraught, the Minior began to glow with power as the pieces of its rocky casing began to quiver on the ground below, and with great speed flew back to the meteor, reforming into the appearance it was familiar with and rejuvenating Peekskill in the process. Finding this process to be relatively useful, the Minior worked it into its rather small repertoire. It needed something, man.
Signature Move: Special Attack - Shell Repair (RK)
Peekskill focuses on the shattered remains of its outer casing, gathering them back to itself at major energy cost. This restores an extreme amount of health and reverts it back to its defensive state, eliminating all offensive and speed boosts it has gained either through its SC or moves used for the time being. This move can only be used if Peekskill's shell has already been smashed, and it loses the ability to use the moves Self-Destruct, Explosion, Autotomize, and Rock Polish. This move counts as a Pokémon's one 'healing move' per match.

Snorby: Approved.
