Thanks to his centuries of training as well as his natural abilities as the greatest blade in the Universe, Excalibur has learned a great many moves over the centuries. These are: Razor Shell, Psycho Cut, Leaf Blade. Each of these may be used twice per battle. He has trained long and hard enough that the metal sheath he carries around no longer inhibits his movement; his speed and agility is identical to the average levitating Pokemon. In addition, all his slashing attacks receive a 20% boost instead of the 10% boost a normal Honedge would get. Excalibur may never evolve into a Doublade nor an Aegislash, and has long since forgotten how to use the moves Rain Dance, Iron Defense, Gyro Ball, Power Trick, Autotomize, Rock Smash.

Niki: Pichu - 1 Female
Biography: Although one might think of Niki as just another delicate member of the Pikachu line she is anything but, the stubborn electric mouse being able to tough her way through situations one would think impossible for a creature of her size.
Special Training: Mini Juggernaut
Niki's tackling/bashing moves are used with a lot more force than usual being able to push any pokemon smaller than a Snorlax aside enough for her to continue forward and even launch pokemon around her size although all of said moves now cost 10% more energy.


Gruke: Timburr - 1 Male
Biography: Gruke served as a master-at-arms under the musketeer trio for many battles, the clever fighter having learned a special technique of his own.
Special Technique: Sacred Chains
Gruke's naturally held item (Timber as Timburr, Girder as Gurdurr, Concrete Pillars as Conkeldurr) are now attached to translucent chains made of energy with the other end being wrapped around his right arm (or one on each in the case of Conkeldurr) and is adept at both swinging and stopping them. He is able to extend and retract these chains like a Hitmonlee does its legs. His punching moves may be used through his naturally held item(s).

Terrakos: Onix - 1 Male

Jupiter: Castform - 1 male
Biography: Unlike most Castform Jupiter was never willing to accept the one flaw his species has, the one weather that stood in the way of their Weather God status, the Sandstorm, indeed through extreme amounts of training and a little help from a Flygon Jupiter has completed his hold over the weathers of the world.
Special Training: Weather God Complete
When Sandstorm is in effect Jupiter will become a Rock Type, his Weather Ball move taking on the same type. Appearance wise he'll look a lot like he's in his Hail Form but he will be of a brown coloration and look somewhat crystallized. He is able to see through Sandstorms and is adept at hiding within them, suffering no ill-effects from the weather. Additionally he may now use Diamond Storm and Stone Edge


Vi: Audino - 1 Female

Hassam: Scyther - 1 Scythe

Botticelli and Excalibur, Botticelli in the water, Excalibur as high in the air as possible.

Botticelli, let's begin by trapping Jupiter in a Rock Tomb. Then ride a Surf Wave, over a move if you see one.

Excalibur, begin with a Double Team, then follow up with a Flash Cannon

Jupiter avoid the tomb with a QC sub, Blast all the swords with an Ominous Wind.

Vi use Charge Beam on the turtle & then blast the opposition with a Wide Spread Hyper Voice.

Round 1: TIME FOR SOME BLOODSHED

*walks in the club, theme song starts playing*

Alright, so from Team Zelphon we have Jupiter the Castform and Vi the Audino. I approve of both of these choices, because they are both pretty cool Pokemon and being Normal-types are obviously very good at doubles. In response, from Snorby is a Squirtle and a Honedge, two decent Pokemon with a good bit of Fighting offtype which should help in this match.

Starting off the match is the Squirtle, who quickly slams his foot into the ground of the Pumello stadium, looking to trap the Castform and keep it out of commission for a little while. Large rocks come out of the ground and surround Jupiter, keeping him trapped inside. But wait a minute, what is Jupiter doing outside? He actually has a substitute, but since it was created pretty quick, the tomb ended up trapping the Sub instead of leaving the Sub outside, which will complicate things for Zelphon because of how substitutes work. The Squirtle looks pretty pleased at this turn of event, but suddenly its caught totally unaware as a beam of electric energy plows into it, doing a nice shot of damage as the Squirtle quickly scurries back, crying out in pain. Excalibur is realtively oblivious to all of this, and creates a series of clones out of thin air, creating four clones that should be able to take an attack for him. Of course, it is double team, so this won't work. oh also charge beam boost forgot about that

Jupiter finds that she is in a bit of a pickle, she can't attack her opponent since her substitute is trapped in a Rock Tomb! Too bad, so sad. Well this might not actually be the case for long. the squirtle prepares a large wave of water and sends it at the rock tomb and the sub, since its the closest opponent to him, and the wave crashes over the tomb and the sub, breaking both. This means that Jupiter can continue attacking, and it lets out a blast of ghostly wind the Honedge's way, the wind blowing over him and doing enough damage to all the clones that the double team disappears. you know this is an rf i don't need to be that good at this. anyways, with his guise removed, excalibur creates a ball of steel energy and fires it at the audino like a cannon blast, the ball of energy slamming into the Audino who cries out as it takes damage. looking for retaliation, the audino screams out a massive yell, letting loose all of its passion in a single blast of energy that spreads out over the arena. while it does reduced damage to both pokemon, it still ends up being a pretty efficient attack overall, as usual for doubles moves.

Condition:
Some damage and energy use all around, with Squirtle taken the brunt of it, halfway through the first third.

Excalibur, Sacred Sword on Castform. Follow up with another Sacred Sword on the same target, but if you're too low on fighting energy for even a weakened one just say fuck it and go with Iron Head.

Botticelli, Power-Up Punch on Audino. Then a DyanamicPunch on the same target.

Round 2: Launch all typespam!

jupiter prepares a powerful attack while he has a free round to do so, creating a wave of psychic energy in front of him that he intends to send into the future to strike an opponent farther down the timeline. excalibur sees this attack and quickly rushes forwards, hoping that he can stop the attack before it fires, as his blade becomes covered in sacred justice and power, ready to strike the opponent. the wave of psychic energy moves too fast however, and its already out of our time by the time the honedge reaches his opponent and gives them a rather fierce slashing attack, causing the Castform to cry out in pain as a powerful fighting blow was dealt to it. it makes a little distance while on the other side of the arena, it seems more developments are unfolding. botticelli charges for the audino, hoping to get his own little bit of typespam in while vi takes in a deep breath, looking to project her very soul on her opponents. botticelli and vi both launch their attacks at the same time, the squirtle taking the blast of energy right in the face as vi takes a punch straight to the head, and it looks like botticelli got a nice little boost out of that as well. the issue here is that it was also meant to hit excalibur, and the wave of energy slams into both excalibur and jupiter, damaging them both because of their close proximity

everything starts all over again a pretty dull and boring round, as castform tries to make some distance while working itself up and priming a lot of energy inside of it, looking to get out of range of his teammates ranged attacks, but excalibur won't let him get very far without a consequence. charging up his blade again and he approaches is opponent, who just finishes his boost as he takes another powerful slash to the fact, excalibur having just enough fighting enery to complete the move as the castform cries out again, pretty clearly in pain. at the same time, another scream fills the arena as vi does another hyper voice, the attack hitting all three pokemon once again because of its widespread nature. recovering from the attack, botticelli prepares a powerful punch, hoping to hit his opponent with it, and he swings pretty violently at vi, who manages to get a small partial on the move, but not enough to matter really. a small explosion rings out as vi recovers from the attack, although i really wouldn't say recover as she looks pretty confused over what had just happened! ouch

condition:
castform is almost out of the game, while audino is a good bit under half. both honedge and squirtle are doing better, neither of them quite at half yet

Alright, Botticelli, back up and loose a Zap Cannon at Audino. After that smash her shit in with a Hydro Pump

Excalibur, Flash Cannon Jupiter, but give her a Iron head after that if she's still up.

Jupiter Double Team then Flamethower 2x after the Iron Head.

Vi Safeguard against the Zap Cannon then Solar Beam the Squirtle. If Jupiter didn't get off the 2nd Flamethrower then give Squirtle another Solar Beam.

round 3: decisive moment

this match is really turning into something else folks, or well it will depending on how this round ends up going. botticelli starts off by concentrating a large amount of electrical energy in front of him, creating something that looks reminiscent of a cannon ball in front of his mouth. i don't know about you, but that sounds pretty dangerous to me if i were to let that hit me. zelphon seems to have the same idea, and as the attack is fired, vi is able to put up a protective white shield in front of her, keeping her pretty safe from the attack as it dissipates harmlessly on the barrier. seems that didn't work for botticelli, but what about what's happening on the other side of things? it seems that jupiter has started off quickly and made a set of clones herself, a group of three due to health issues, and is hoping that will keep her opponent off of her for a little while. at least this time its going second so its reasonably more likely to work than before. excalibur creates a ball of steel energy in front of her, firing it off like a cannon, similar to earlier in the match, but the blast of energy ends up passing right through a clone to no avail

the squirtle and the audino start off their attacks, but it seems the audino is pretty tired and having to create a beam of an energy she isn't really sure about is a little stressful. this allows botticelli to get a jump on her, and he fires off a torrent of water at vi, who gets slammed in the stomach by it, releasing her beam of energy early as it plows into botticelli, causing it to groan in pain from the attack. while the damage was reduced somewhat, it was still not an easy blow to take. excalibur isn't done yet, as he charges forwards, the end of his blade becoming covered in steel energy as he targets another one of the jupiters for his assault. once again, he manages to hit a clone, leaving jupiter safe and sound from the onslaught, by a lucky margin. this leaves excalibur open to a counter attack, and jupiter begins to channel fire energy inside of it, burning with a passion and a determination that would rvial the gods as a torrent of flames shoots out of it, crisping the honedge pretty well as it scoots back, trying to put some distance between itself and jupiter. jupiter goes to do another one, but the round seems to have ended before he can get started.

condition:
everyone is looking to have taken quite a bit of damage, except for jupiter, who is still just hanging on. botticelli and vi are both very close to the final guarter, vi a little under it while botticelli a little over, and excalibur is looking to be the best out of all of them, although not by much, still a nice way under half. vi is extremely tired after this round and jupiter, excalibur, and botticelli could use a break

Vi use Wish then give the turtle another Solar Beam

Jupiter fire up to two Energy Ball at the turtle, switching over to Ominous Wind Excalibur should it faint before the 2nd one.

Excalibur, Metal Sound to disrupt, followed by a Flash Cannon for Jupiter while she's stunned.

Botticelli, cover your ears to avoid the metal sound, then Fake Out Vi's Solarbeam.

round 4: that's the look of someone who is frustrated

everyone looks pretty exhausted as the match continues, and to be honest i feel pretty exhausted myself from all of this rapid fire reffing i've been doing, but let's get on with the show. botticelli covers his ears in preparation for something that is to come. jupiter begins to charge up some energy and vi begins to wish upon a star, and that's excalibur's cue. he clangs his sword and sheath together, creating a high pitched noise that startles vi and jupiter and rings through their head, causing them both to drop their attacks and struggle with the noise. with an opening creating, both of snorby's pokemon get ready to go on the offensive once again. excalibur starts to create a shimmering ball of energy in front of it as jupiter comes back to her senses and creates a green ball of energy in front of her to fire at the squirtle, but with the stunning from metal sound she doesn't get it started quickly. a bright beam of energy flashes off as it strikes jupiter, causing her attack to shoot off prematurely and only scrap botticelli, finally knocking her out

jupiter just got dunked on

vi, seeing her opponent has fallen, begins to charge a solarbeam, but doesn't even have a chance to as she is slapped in the face, startling her out of the solarbeam although she doesn't take much damage from the attack.

condition:
vi has just entered critical ranges, and excalibur fell under the final third in terms of energy, but that's all

next pokemon and orders zelphon

round 5: hide and run

recalling the fallen jupiter, zelphon replaces it with an onix whose name i probably won't be able to spell correctly so i'm not bothering too. it also seems this is just a normal onix so i'm kinda surprised by it in all honestly. the onix roars at it hits the stage, but i don't think it really matters to snorby, who immediately commands an offensive, causing the squirtle to quickly cover itself in water and shoot forwards, ready to hit vi. while this is happening, excalibur also goes to hit vi by charging up a ball of steel energy, botticelli strikes vi head on, doing some damage but no a lot of damage, and vi takes in the sun's energy from all around her, concentrating it into a ball in front of her. she isn't paying attention to excalibur, which means she is caught unawares by the flash cannon, firing off her attack slightly early as it hits her. the beam of energy smashes into the squirtle, and both pokemon fall down, pretty injured.

vi and botticelli both got dunked on

now waiting, the onix appears out of the earth once again and swings its mighty tail like an earthquake. excalibur tries to get out of the way of the attack, but it proves to be of no avail as its flattened by the onix. the powerful attack is enough to KO it as well, a triple KO here folks

excalibur got dunked on

Give it a Stone Edge then walk up to it and Self-Destruct. If it tries to move away or if it goes for anything other than a single Ice Beam, give it another Stone Edge instead of blowing yourself up.

round 7: now this is a little more like it

both pokemon are looking to end this match, although maybe in a way no one would have expected it to be. both pokemon prime the same attack they used last round, aiming at each other and firing, causing both pokemon to cry out in pain, and leaves them both pretty battered as they stare at each other, both of them not really looking to win the first. the onix begins to glow with a bright energy and approaches the rotom and the rotom decides its the best thing to hug this onix, probably hoping to get the pacifist ending , but the onix explodes and koes them both.

well that was unexpected.

Snorby and Zelphon tie!
Snorby gets 3 KOes and 4.5 TP.
Zelphon gets 3 KOes and 4.5 TP.
I get 7.5 SP for reffing quickly fucking shocker am i rite

good game gents and what not
