Thanks again Red. Good luck MX.

Level 1:

You: Female Liepard
Liepard: (Dark) - Liepard are mischievous and deceptive Pokémon, using their cuteness and playfulness to distract the foe and strike. Any attacks involving deception or distraction will be more successful.
Dark-types can see in the dark. They prefer to fight at night, however light does not adversely affect them.
Bio: Under Construction
No Signature move

Hidden Power: Fire

Morgan: Female Blue Floette
Floette: (Fairy) - Floette shares a symbiotic relationship with its flower, which can come in a variety of colours. This flower generates a constant source of Grass energy, allowing it to use Grass moves as if it were a Grass type. If Floette is separated from its flower, it will lose the ability to use its Grass moves and will divert all its energy into reobtaining it. Though heavier and larger than Flabébé, it is still relatively small and light, and is able to float a few inches off the ground, allowing for free mobility and decent agility.
Fairies are slightly more adept at support moves than most Pokémon and use slightly less energy to perform them. Fairies prefer natural environments and will fight more enthusiastically there. Any attack used by a Fairy-type which manipulates the environment is slightly more effective owing to the magical energies involved and attacks which boost allied Pokémon is slightly more effective at providing a buff. Fairies dislike fighting in urban environments.
Bio: Under Construction
No Signature move

Hidden Power: Fighting

Brick: Male Litwick
Litwick: (Ghost/Fire) - Litwick's flame is made from a ghostly flame which only sheds light when Litwick desires. Though this light can be used to illuminate dark spaces for long periods of time, it can also be turned 'off' so that, despite still burning, it does not illuminate anything. Litwick moves primarily by hopping, though, by melting some of its wax, it can ooze to move around the arena. Litwick is solid at all times, with the exception of its flame which counts as ethereal. Because its flames are ethereal, they are not dealt extra damage if struck with water based moves.
See the Ghost Pokémon rules.
Fire-types love hot temperatures. Most can survive in hot liquids/molten lava for an extended period of time. If a Fire Pokémon has a flame somewhere on its body, it will take extra damage if a water attack hits the flame. Otherwise, Fire Pokémon are not adversely affected by taking dips in bodies of water, so long as the time is short. They are somewhat weak to Water, taking 150%, 210+% if hit on open flames.
Bio: Under Construction
No Signature move

Hidden Power: Water

Albert: Male Snover
Snover: (Grass/Ice) - Snover is able to disguise itself well in blizzards and snowy areas.
Grass-types live anywhere that can support vegetation, though most prefer temperate to tropical climates. Grass-types enjoy both bright sun and rain. Rainstorms will heal them slightly every round the rain falls.
Ice Pokémon are highly resistant to cold, and love fighting in it. However, they hate hot temperatures, and will not fight as well.
Bio: Under Construction
No Signature move

Hidden Power: Flying

Uther: Male Tyrunt
Tyrunt: (Rock/Dragon) - Tyrunt has powerful jaws, giving it a 15% boost to all biting attacks. It is also rather temperamental, making it more vulnerable to rage-inducing moves, but it will have a greater attack boost as a result.
Rock-types generally have hard bodies, which makes them resistant to unskilled (non-fighting) blows. However, most are so heavy that they will sink in water, so they stay away from deep-water sources if possible. Rock-types prefer heat to cold.
Dragons tend to be good swimmers and fliers. However, they hate cold weather.
Bio: Under Construction
No Signature move

Hidden Power: Fairy

Knifehead: Male Aron
Aron: (Steel/Rock) - Aron can see in the dark. Due to its exceptional hardness, it will not take recoil damage from attacks it uses and is resistant to physical moves.
Steel-types, like Rock-types, have hard bodies and sink in water. While not bothered by water to the degree Rock-types are, they still would rather fight out of the water. Unlike Rock-types, most Steel Pokémon prefer cold temperatures to hot ones.
Rock-types generally have hard bodies, which makes them resistant to unskilled (non-fighting) blows. However, most are so heavy that they will sink in water, so they stay away from deep-water sources if possible. Rock-types prefer heat to cold.

No worries, ta. Also you know a squad is bad when you keep having to send the Flabébé line out to counter Normals.

Round 1: Hey there, Typespam!

Two trainers step up to either side of a lawn. Only one will leave. Dave send his pokemon out first, calling upon a small blue floette named Morgan that I did not at all just ref for.

Quote:
Floette (Fairy): Floette shares a symboitic relationship with its flower, which can come in a variety of colors. This flower generates a constant source of Grass energy, allowing it to use Grass moves as if it were a Grass type. If Floette is separated from its flower, it will lose the ability to use its Grass moves and will divert all its energy into reobtaining it. Though heavier and largier than Flabébé, it is still relatively small and light, and is able to float a few inches off the ground, allowing for free mobility and decent agility.
Machamp responds in turn with his Munchlax, Ogre, who we all know from his appearance in Grand Melee 2: Clusterfuck Boogaloo.

Quote:
Munchlax (Normal): Being quite hungry, it can eat anything. Munchlax will recover a slight amount of energy for things eaten, though toxic substances can poison Munchlax or cause damage.
Morgan starts us off, quickly glowing a bright pink before releasing a burst of light towards Ogre, the Dazzling Gleam doing some damage while also blinding him. Ogre cries out, opening his mouth wide as a large purple bubble starts to form, the plump pokemon belching it out like some sort of sick burp. The bubble floats towards Morgan, though it's off target because of Ogre's blinded state. Morgan floats out of the way, her small size and decent agility making her a difficult target to hit anyways. The bubble bursts, some of the poison hitting Morgan, but overall she dodged the dangerous majority of the attack. Ogre growls when the cries of pain from Morgan never come, and by now he can somewhat make out her extremely small figure. He starts moving towards the fairy, though she has other ideas. Morgan points her blue flower at Munchlax, spinning it quickly. After a moment, a massive blizzard of blue petals fly at the normal type, pelting him for a strong hit. Ogre weathers the hit, continuing towards Morgan's figure. He leaps at her, looking to slam her body beneath his, and because of the difference in size and weight, this would really hurt. Morgan floats backwards, crying out in pain as Ogre slams into her, but because of her being a very small target, and Ogre's still kinda fuzzy vision, she avoids just enough of it to avoid being completely pinned. As the round ends, Morgan floats near Ogre, the two relatively close to each other. Ogre rubs his eyes as his vision comes back.

Morgan took a hit from the Belch and Body Slam, sitting just outside the first quarter mark, right in front of Ogre. Energywise it was a high round but she can continue.

Ogre took two hits, just outside his first quarter, literally right behind Morgan. Energywise Poison is gone, and he used a lot but is still good for two.

Machamp.

Round 2: Hey there, Typespam Part 2

Morgan begins by calling upon a Hidden Power, a ring of orbs surrounding her as she fills them with a brown and orange energy, signalling that it is fighting typed. Ogre doesn't seem to care much, opening his mouth wide to belt out a round of sound, the shout laced with harmful energies that take a conic shape. Morgan launches her attack, the orbs scattering before honing in on Ogre's position. The munchlax cries out as he takes the supereffective blow, as Morgan grimaces as the sound washes over her. Morgan wastes no time in attacking again, repeating the maneuvre she just performed, again calling upon a hidden power as orbs circle her. Ogre opens his mouth again, letting out another scream, but this one more powerful than the last, hyperactive energies this time travelling with his voice. The two attacks again collide at the same time, Ogre again crying out in pain as Morgan feels her health drop once more. The two battles have a bit more distance separating each other as the round comes to a close.

Morgan took two decent size hits, now just past the halfway point. Her fighting energy is gone. She's been brought to a pant.

Ogre isn't doing too hot, right on his last quarter. He's also panting.

Dave.

Round 3: A bad case of the death

Ogre starts to make his way downtown towards Morgan, walking fast, faces past and he's homebound though Morgan isn't exactly sitting idle either. The fairy has pointed her flower at Ogre, the center of the blue plant glowing green as an attack is prepared. The energy in the flower condenses into a green orb filled with swirling winds, and all at once the ball is launched at Ogre. It explodes on contact, the winds rushing out. Ogre grunts as his health drops even lower. He continues towards Morgan, throwing himself at her again, this time succeeding in slamming the small pokemon down into the ground, his body crushing hers. He's now ordered to use Hyper Voice, but because of how small Morgan is, he can't actually hit her while lying down on her. He'd more be hitting himself, effectively committing suicide. So he stands up, preparing the attack, but because Morgan's had less energy intensive rounds, she gets the jump on his, glowing pink as she draws energy from the moon, the blast knocking Ogre out cold.

Ogre is unable to battle! Next pokemon and orders from Machamp-X!

Morgan took a very large hit, nearing her last quarter of health. She'd really like a break.

Round 4: A bad case of the death 2.0

Oh, sorry. Because Floette has an absolutely shit movepool outside of Fairy, Grass, and Normal (only getting Psychic) I felt that it was fair to give it two uses. This also applied in Dave's previous battle versus Swampy (you can go check, it just finished) so it's not just this instance.

Machamp recalls Ogre, replacing him with Machop-X, who will at some point share the same name as him!

Quote:
Machop (Fighting): The weakest of the Machop line, but not weak Pokémon-wise by a long shot. Machop, Machoke, and Machamp can lift twice as much for a particular attack than what is normally stated.
Machop moves first, stalking towards Morgan as his right fist glows a sickening purple. He quickly jabs it towards the fairy, striking her hard. Morgan cries out, as the attack was of the poison type. She slumps over, almost KO'd, but still able to keep on fighting. Seeing as his opponent makes no attempt to fight back, Machop-X smirks, launching himself at Morgan again as his underside glows with steel typed energy. As he moves to slam his heavy body into the fairy, Morgan's body glows green as a shield of energy spreads from within her. Machop-X bounces off the guard, angry that his opponent stayed safe. As the shield drops, Morgan glows pink, again drawing energy from the moon. She condenses it into an orb, letting the blast fly towards her fighting typed opponent. Machop grunts as the attack slams into him, while also feeling one of his stats drop. It seems that his special attack has been slightly lowered. lol. As the ref goes to end the round, Morgan glows purple. It seems that she was poisoned! Damage kicks in next round.

Morgan took a strong hit, not much health left. She got a small breather, but not as much as she'd like. Energy doesn't matter much at this point though.

Machop-X took a mighty blow, out of his first quarter. Poison and Steel are at about half. Energy use was on the higher side but he's good for two.

Round 5: The real bad case of death 2.0

Morgan charges up the energy for Fairy Wind, but Machop-X punches forward, letting a steel fist fly faster than a bullet. It punches into Morgan, KOing her. She lets out the half charged Fairy Wind, the attack washing over for Machop-X for a pitiful amount of damage as she slumps over, KO'd.

Morgan is unable to battle! Again! Next pokemon and orders from Dave!

Machop-X, moving through his second quarter (albeit slowly). Steel can fuel 2 Bullet Punches. He enjoyed the break.

Round 6: Erm

Dave recalls Morgan, replacing her with You the Liepard. I hate You. And you.

Quote:
Liepard (Dark): Liepard are mischievous and deceptive Pokémon, using their cuteness and playfulness to destract the foe and strike. Any attacks involving deception or distraction will be more successful.
You begins (*eye twitches*) by opening her mouth and screaming as loud as she can, likely because of her horrible name. Anyways, the Hyper Voice washes over Machop-X, dealing a bit of damage as the Machop recoils from the hit. The fighter then lunges towards You, bringing both arms above his hands in an X formation. He then slashes them forward, hitting You with a cross chop that definitely leaves a mark. You yowls (*urge to correct grammar rises*) in pain, stepping backwards as sparks leap to life on her skin. Two electric tendrils leap off of her skin, somehow related to a wave, zapping onto Machop-X as they charge him with the power of thunder. Machop feels his muscles lock up, leaving him unable to move or attack. Which means that Focus Blast won't work.

You took a nasty hit, outside her first quarter already. Energy use wasn't that bad and she's good to go. Electric exists.

Machop-X took a strong hit, on the half marker. He didn't use much energy and is raring to go.

Machop-X.
