Cuddles – Level 1 Teddiursa
Cuddles was born in Snowpoint city, where every day was a struggle. After a few months, Cuddles was on the brink of dying, when a Jynx found it and rescued it. Since then, Cuddles has always loved other Pokémon, and whenever it can, wants to give out hugs and kisses. While it was with Jynx it learnt some moves to help it accomplish its goal, to hug every Pokémon it the Pokedex.
Signature Attack: Kisses for my Sweet
Cuddles uses 1.2x the energy to use the move Lovely Kiss and Sweet Kiss. Because it’s not natural to learn, Cuddles’ chance of it being successful is 50% rather than 75%. Because Ursaring wants to cuddle the opponent rather than seriously injure it, it has forgotten how to use the moves; Frustration, Facade, Leer and Mud Slap.
Muyo: Approved

Baconator – Level 1 Male Sprionk
Baconator lived with a tribe of Alakazam's that focused on the mental side of their psychic abilities. The tribe created a battle style based on mental moves alone. Baconator trained his mental powers with the style, developed exceptional mental abilities and became an elite student in the art. He can defeat enemies using his mind only.
Special Attack: Pastoral Persistence
Baconator is an incredibly calm Pokémon, and because of this, it enters battle under the influence of a single Calm Mind in the sense of neurological resistance, that is there is no special offensive boost. Baconator will refuse to get angry, with immunity to Taunt and Torment, as well as finding Swagger to be rather amusing instead of annoying, and will simply ignore any attempt to deceive him. Because of this, he can't use Return or Frustration, and will not Psych Up, Endure, Confuse Ray or Trick anything in sight. On top of this, Baconator also won't use Attract to gain any advantage in battle.
Muyo: Approved

Derp – Level 1 Male Bibarel
He's quiet, almost to a fault, as he often won't stand up for himself. He's not much for socialising with my other Pokémon, and prefers to keep himself in pursuits that allow him to be alone. This desire for solitude, combined with his natural curiosity, has caused him to become something of a technical wizard. He trained under the legendary bridge maker to help him in battle.
Special Technique: Do a Biba-roll
Derp, rather awkwardly, begins to dance, consuming as much energy as a Dragon Dance, which has the same effect, but because Derp has two left feet so to speak, he has a 10% chance of confusing himself and falling over instead of completing the move, therefore using the energy to no avail.
Muyo: Approved

Espeon {About time...}

Adding:

Juxtaposition: Level 1 Male Girafarig
Juxtaposition (Juxta for short) is a calm, good-natured Pokémon who believes in balance and fairness in all things. He is contemplative and ponders the nature of emotions in order to gain a greater understanding of where they come from. From this, he's learned the best way to channel his more negative feelings to benefit, rather than hinder, him.
Special Training: Side by Side (Dark)
The anterior (yellow) part of Juxta's body is to be treated as regular Normal/Psychic. However, the posterior (brown) end of his body is to be considered Normal/Dark, with all resistances and weaknesses of that typing. This means that attacks may have different effects, depending on where they hit Juxta. Additionally, Juxta will only perform Dark attacks with his tail and/or rear legs (provided that the attack could reasonably be performed that way).

Quoth the Raven: That's unusual, I like it =o Approved

Peaches: Level 1 Female Pikachu
Peaches is lively, spirited and eternally optimistic. She is the baby of ABL's team and the other Pokémon see her as a beloved little sister, playing with her, tickling her and (in the case of ABL's aquatic Pokémon) blowing bubbles for her. Peaches takes great delight in life's simple pleasures, but she adores sweet foods most of all - she is named for her love of fresh, luscious fruit.
Special Attack: Fruit Salad (???)
When Peaches eats certain types of fruits, she becomes full of energy. This energy bubbles over and lights up her tail in the same fashion as an Iron Tail, which she then uses to strike the opponent. The fruits that she eats, and the corresponding attack types, are as follows: mango - Bug, blackberry - Dark, pitaya - Dragon, peach - Electric, orange - Fighting, strawberry - Fire, guava - Flying, mulberry - Ghost, grape - Grass, pomegranate - Ground, lychee - Ice, apple - Normal, plum - Poison, cherry - Psychic, canteloupe - Rock, watermelon - Water. There is a random chance of any of these types being used when Fruit Salad is ordered, but the chosen type (RNG'd by the referee) will remain the same for the full battle. Fruit Salad deals damage and uses energy equivalent to an Iron Tail.

I understand the fruit is consumed prior to the battle, so Approved

Pahoehoe: Level 1 Male Magby
Pahoehoe is extremely proud of his heritage, being born to a pair of Magmar. Though he is especially proud of his species line, he also fights for the honour of all Fire types. For some reason, he sees Electric types, particularly the Electabuzz line, as his greatest rivals.
Special : MAGBY PRIDE (Fire)
When the time calls for it, Pahoehoe is able to summon extra power from his inner fire and recover energy roughly equal to two Flamethrowers. In the round following the round in which Pahoehoe uses MAGBY PRIDE, he will only be able to use Fire type moves, due to the buildup of energy.

Fight Pahoehoe! For the honor of Fire types! Clarifying one use per battle, and Approved

Sluggeh: Level 1 Male Slugma
Sluggeh is simply a regular old Slugma. He's kind of slow, but he's got good intentions and he does what he can to help out. However, he's an invaluable member of the team and his trainer would never leave him behind.
Special Technique: Drippeh (Fire)
As Sluggeh moves around the arena, he leaves a trail of lava. This means that after Sluggeh has been out for at least two rounds, there is a 15% chance in each round that the opponent will touch the trail and receive a burn to its feet and/or underside. This effect lasts as long as Sluggeh is on the field and stops as soon as Sluggeh is knocked out or recalled.

Love the name of the Pokemon, love the name of the Sig move ^^ Approved

Glitterflame: Level 1 Female Ponyta
Glitterflame, with her large eyes and bright mane, is a vision of innocence. She appears to be exceedingly gentle, and often is. She is also very playful and her sweet, cheerful expression causes other Pokémon to warm to her almost instantly. She loves to do nice things for others - even her own opponents.
Special Technique: Flamebow (Fire)
Glitterflame sends out a stream of sparkling red, orange and yellow energy which dazzles the opponent, altering their vision and sending them into a euphoric state. The opponent will have visions of flowers and rainbows and will be unable to perceive Glitterflame as an enemy as long as they are under the effects of Flamebow. Essentially, the effect is that of confusion, with a drop in the opponent's attack capabilities (similar to a Charm) that lasts for the remainder of the battle. If the opponent is hit with an attack that is at least as powerful as a Fire Blast, their attack will return to its previous level. Flamebow requires the energy of Confusion to use.

Now that's an inventive sig name. Looking through the details, it seems fair to me, so Approved

Al Gorkoal: Level 1 Male Torkoal
Al Gorkoal was born with a strong social conscience and thus he became an environmentalist. He is very passionate about his cause and tries his hardest to set a good example for others, making sacrifices when necessary. Because of this, he has earned great respect from his teammates.
Special Training: Clean 'Koal Technology (Grass)
Al gives up his knowledge of Smokescreen, Smog, Toxic and Sludge Bomb, believing that they are too damaging to the Earth. He also gave up using Overheat and Heat Wave out of concern over global warming. Instead, Al has developed his capacity for storing Grass energy and learned how to use Leaf Storm, Mega Drain, Seed Bomb, Magical Leaf and Energy Ball.

Can I just say I love this sig move? Approved

Miracle: Level 1 Female Lapras
Miracle is extremely gentle, caring and intelligent. Like other members of her species, she generally prefers not to battle, instead tending to the needs of the other Pokémon around her. Every other member of ABL's team adores and respects Miracle, though some are less willing to show it.
Special Technique: Healing Spring (Water)
Miracle tilts her head back and sprays fresh, clean water over herself. The water serves to rehydrate Miracle and thus restores health equivalent to a Fire Blast's worth of damage, using energy roughly equivalent to a Fire Blast. This water will not affect any other Pokémon, ally or otherwise.

Seems perfectly reasonable to me, Approved

Tweaking/adding sigs:

Mayhem: Level 1 Male Wooper
Mayhem is just as playful (and evil) as his partner in crime, Mischief. He's every bit as cheerful as her - probably more so - and is not discouraged easily at all. He's always very optimistic and devoted to his friends, as well as being very persuasive, charming and cunning.
Special Defense: Fast Talking (Normal)
Due to his charismatic nature, Mayhem has the uncanny ability to have total strangers warm to him. When ordered to, Mayhem can turn on the charm and speak rapidly to his opponent, fascinating and distracting them from the task at hand. When Mayhem engages his opponent in conversation, there is a 60% chance that the other Pokémon will forget the first move ordered by their trainer for that round and thus will fail to perform it. Once Mayhem has performed his next attack, any conversation will cease and the opponent will not forget any more orders. Mayhem requires a short amount of time in order to capture the opponent's attention, so Fast Talking will not be effective when the opponent's first move ordered is a rapid one (e.g., Extremespeed or Quick Attack). Fast Talking has a lower chance of working the longer the two Pokémon have been battling (to a minimum 25% chance of working), as the opponent is more likely to be unwilling to listen to Mayhem. This move cannot be used as part of a three move combo. Additionally, this move can only be used once per opposing Pokémon and a total of twice in any one battle.

I just had fun imagining Mayhem himself describing his sig xp Approved

Peanut: Male Shieldon, level 1
Bio: Peanut is reliable and, despite being a newcomer to the team, has the complete trust of his trainer. A former rental Pokémon, Peanut proved to be too valuable an addition to pass up. He's very faithful and generous and puts his heart into helping his friends. Although his battling skills are quite remarkable, he's also very humble.
Special Attack: Peanut Butter (Ground)
This technique can be used in two different forms (Crunchy and Smooth), to be selected by the trainer when ordering. In Crunchy form, Peanut fires a ball of thick mud laced with small rocks at the opponent, dealing damage and scattering the rocks over the field. These rocks have an effect like that of Spikes. In Smooth form, Peanut also fires a ball of mud at the opponent to deal damage. However, the Smooth form mud has the additional effect of being highly sticky and thus it will reduce the opponent's speed by approximately 15%. Both forms deal damage equivalent to a Mud Shot and require the energy of a Thunderbolt.

Hands down one of the most creative sigs I've ever seen. Approved

Evolving and resigging...
Karma: Female Growlithe, level 2 -> Female Arcanine, level 3
Karma is the powerhouse of the team and her trainer’s most trusted Pokémon. She does not attack out of hatred for her opponent, but rather to defend and protect the other members of the team. Honour is very important to Karma and she'd rather fight than see her teammates get hurt.
Special Training: Crackling Fire (Electric)
Karma knows that, in order to properly protect those she cares about, she has to learn to overcome her weaknesses. When she even imagines one of her friends being hurt, her nervous system becomes intensely active and electrical pulses shoot through her body. Karma has learned to harness this power and she now has more Electric energy than other members of her species. Additionally, she now knows Charge Beam, Thunderbolt and Discharge. In order to accomplish this, she has given up her knowledge of Thrash, Overheat and Solarbeam.

I like, I like. Approved

Finally, evolving!
Dreamer: Female Eevee, level 2 -> Female Espeon, level 3. <3

Yay Dreamer! Approved

I used to be inactive, but then I maded some Sig Moves

Tita: Level 4 Female Dragonair
Tita is one of the older remaining members of the ASB, but much older than even that indicates. Tita is the reincarnated form of an angel who was removed from heaven when Arceus, the God of Pokémon, seized the heavens. Confused at her reincarnation in the form of a Dratini, Tita slumbered for ages in a secluded pond, far away from the developing civilizations of men. When she awoke once again, her memories of her former life had faded away, and she began to explore the thoroughly different world which surrounded her... until her capture. Despite having no memory of her previous days, she has a divine inner fire which burns constantly, turning her scales a dark red as a mark of her former divinity.
Special Training: Type Change (Fire)
Tita has the extra type Fire added to it due to reasons specified in the unusual characteristics section.
With the constant heat of her heart pulsing throughout her form, Tita has the additional type of Fire and all of the weaknesses and resistances that lie therein. As a result she has knowledge of the moves Overheat, Lava Plume, and Will-O-Wisp and her fire moves have an additional 10% chance to burn the opponent. However, the fire within has enveloped over her Ice Energy, leaving her unable to use Icy Wind, Blizzard, Mist, Hail and Ice Beam

Approved

Michiba: Level 5 Genderless Metagross
Michiba is the most venerable and wisest of the Steel Pokémon contingent, and is considered to be the strongest of team Iron Chef.
Special Attack: Broth of Vigor (Psychic)
Never one to perform in a traditional fashion, Michiba focuses on the purest form of his discipline, Psychic energy. Seeking to invigorate his old carapace to continue the battle, Michiba uses a refined form of Giga Drain to directly assault the psychic energy of the foe. Broth of vigor drains health and energy from the opponent based only on the amount of Psychic energy they have, ignoring all types, resistances and immunites. Types with more Psychic energy (Psychics and Ghosts, or Pokémon with multiple Psychic moves) feel the drain at a level of a Giga Drain or higher, while those with fewer Psychic moves take as much as a Mega Drain, and those with none take only an absorb's worth. Michiba can use Broth of Vigor four times a match, but no more than two times on any one opposing Pokémon

Approved

Ryuusei - Female Blissey (Level 4)
Bio: Ryuusei is the only sane one of my Normal squad. She's a cheery egg-carrying pink blob, and often goes around complementing people and spreading cheer. She is often seen distributing freshly picked flowers from her garden behind the TO. Often when she battles, she's in a very cheery mood, and, even though its not impossible, it is hard to make her angry. Ryuusei is a very trusting Pokemon, and trusts her opponents in battle to fight fairly. In the immortal words of TiA, she will always BARIVE YO POMIS, even if she thinks its TO HAD TO GIB HER CORAG. ALL WIT HER FEERINGS, she likes to spend PRECOUS TAIM WIT those that she has instilled her trust.
Special Defense - I BARIVE YO POMIS (Normal)
When ordered, Ryuusei gives her foe a gift of an egg of energy which makes them feel happier, making a POMIS with them to fight fairly. Therefore, her foe is automatically happier and free of negative mental effects or, if fresh, will be harder to anger, scare, or effect with negative mental statuses. However, because of this, mentally-effecting attacks are less effective and attacks using deception (Sucker Punch, Faint Attack) are likely to fail. Since she BARIVEs the POMIS, if she is attacked unsportingly, she will become angered, and her special attack will rise equivalent to one Calm Mind. Pokemon who are mentally disturbed, insane, or constantly angry will be much less effected by this attack, but if the POMIS is broken, she will still receive the boost in Special Attack.

Muyo: "Egg of energy" would imply it uses energy, but it doesn't say so. Rejected

Muyo: Approved

And also adding some new operatives.

Experiment 254/Mr. Stenchy: Level 1 Male Oddish
Trained to be irresistibly cute so as to infiltrate target destinations and infect them with awful stinks. He managed to pull off the bit about stinking, but not the bit about being irresistibly cute. Mr. Stenchy loves to play with the other members of Shadowshocker's squad, but because he still retains his stench no one dares to come near him without proper olfactory protection first.
Signature Move: Atomic Fog
Mr. Stenchy releases a gas similar to Poison Gas that blankets the arena for up to three rounds. During this time, Pokemon that have a sense of smell will be repulsed by the gas and as a result, their hand-to-hand attacks have a 15% chance of failing and their ranged attacks have a 10% chance of failing. Atomic Fog affects all Pokemon other than Mr. Stenchy and those without a sense of smell (like Magneton), even Mr. Stenchy's allies. Atomic Fog, being a gas-based attack, is still vulnerable to wind and wind-based attacks such as Gust. Atomic Fog uses as much energy as 4 Poisonpowders and can be used up to two times a match.
Muyo: This would need a smaller radius or some toning down to get approved. Rejected

Experiment 228/Melty: Level 1 Male Bellsprout
Originally, he was supposed to be able to melt enemy fortresses, weaponry and transportation. However, Melty was unable to be further strengthen the dissolving power of his acids without Melty digesting his own body, so he switched tactics to use his acids for other ways of assault.
Signature Move: Acid Spray
Melty focuses some of his stomach acids into a ball similar to Sludge and ejects it, which is similar to a Sludge attack except with the effects of Acid. The bigger collection of Acid is able to eat through dry wall twice as fast. Energy used and is the same as 1.5 Sludges, does a Sludge's worth of damage and can be used up to three times each battle.
Muyo: Unless you're thinking of using it on drywall, how quickly would it affect Pokémon? Rejected

Heatblast: Level 1 Male Magby
"Now, let's get a nice fire going!"
A master of pyrokinesis like his other Fire-typed brethren in Sector Shadow, Heatblast's only general gripe is that Magmortar is shafted in competitive usage over Electivire, its Electric relative, due to an issue with speed. Some training with Wukong, one of the fastest Fire-types, helped him develop an ability to channel his heat energy into released speed.
Signature Move: Fire Rocket
By releasing a moderate amount of Fire-type Energy at the start of each round, Heatblast gains a speed boost akin to that of two usages of Agility for the round the energy is released, making all his physical attacks do 10% more damage in addition to the speed. Due to the released heat, Heatblast's Fire-type moves also gain a 10% boost in damage (this percentage is added onto the physical damage if a physical Fire-type move is used). However, Heatblast also takes 10% more damage from Water-type attacks when Fire Rocket is active. Fire Rocket takes up a move to activate, after which it stays activated until deactivation, can be deactivated without taking up a move. Heatblast also gives up Brick Break and Barrier for Fire Rocket.
Muyo: Up the damage from water more or raise energy. Rejected

José: Level 4 Male Ludicolo
Muyo met José back when he was only a Lotad, sleeping in front of a Home Depot. With some mild coaxing, Lotad was eventually convinced to work for team Muyo for substantially less than minimum Pokéchow, part of which he sends back to the pond where he is originally from. After his evolution into Lombre, he overcame the typical laziness of the species to save up for a used Water Stone, which still somehow managed to do the job. Now with an abundance of energy and a hot Latin temper, José is ready for action at the drop of a sombrero. Apart from when it's time for a Siesta.

José: We met at an IHOP, and I'm a US Citizen.

Sure you are José.
Special Training: Stereotypical to the MAX (Fighting)
As a result of his fiery temperament, José is often getting into up-close-and-personal scraps with all sorts of Pokémon. As a result, his psychical moves are 5% more effective, and he is considered "familiar with fighting moves" from a Super-effective standpoint.

Si Señor, Approved...on a steeek!

Spent 3 SP here to level Ishinabe from level 1 to level 4, and evolving:
Riolu -> Lucario
+ a sig!
Ishinabe: Level 4 Male Lucario
Ishinabe is a shiny green Lucario, with a penchant for peppers. Being a member of team Iron Chef, Ishinabe considers himself the most versatile member able to handle himself no matter what sort of theme the opponent may try out.
Special Training: Serving Your Ass to You on a Wagon (Fighting)
Feeling a particular kinship with chefs of his own typing, Ishinabe has worked hard in order to soften the stiffness of his full body to fight chefs of both of his types more evenly. As a result of this slight softening, fighting type moves now do regular damage, as opposed to 200%, but steel moves now also do regular damage as well, as opposed to 50%.

I like smoke and lightning....Heavy Metal Thunder! Approved

Jumpluff

Hi, Muyo/RR/ABL. Prepare to hate me even more.

Sig move changes:

Sasori: Female Gliscor (Level 4)
Having gained absolutely no maturity since her evolution from a bubbly Gligar to a bubbly Gliscor, Sasori still sings songs at annoyingly high volumes, fangirls the anthropomorphic Kricketune Captain Funk, and laments lost loves. She is also happy that Mr. Lsalw, my old Mr. Mime, has recently left, because... let's just say Mr. Lsalw's personality and attitude towards Sasori made her want to smash things. Hard. Seriously, I could write a book about this stuff. Sasori wears a large pink bow on her head.
Special Training: Sasori's Venting Technique (Fighting)
Sasori has learned to vent her frustrations with former squad member Mr. Lsalw by beating the crap out of metal objects. Over time, she has learned to find weak spots in such objects with a little more ease, and so her Brick Break and Rock Smash attacks are 10% more effective than usual, with the same increase in energy cost.
Muyo: Approved

Bela: Female Crobat (Level 5)
Bela is the eccentric Golbat who seems to be in her own little world most of the time. Well, was a Golbat, anyway. Her recent evolution to Crobat has given her a not-so-mild case of unwarranted self-importance, either because she's at a higher level or, more likely, because she's now of the same species that has become a popular meme around these parts.
Special Attack: Injection (Poison)
Bela bites the opponent for mild damage while attempting to inject a toxin into his/her body. If Bela is able to break the opponent's skin and inject the toxin successfully, after two rounds, the toxin will begin to affect the opponent's brain, allowing for the effects of Bela's mind-altering attacks to last one round longer than normal. This attack uses energy equal to Bite plus Toxic, and can only be used once per battle.
Muyo: Approved

Makuro: Male Weavile (Level 5)
Another casualty of the Great Hana Squad Rebuild of '04, Makuro prefers to fight battles as if they were his last, often to good results.
Special Attack: Icy Rip (Ice)
Makuro creates three clones made of Ice energy that surround the opponent. The clones then approach the opponent at high speeds from different directions and Slash the opponent, disappearing afterward. The combined damage from the clones' Slashes is heavy. All damage caused to the Ice-type clones will transfer to Makuro after they disappear. This attack uses Ice energy equal to Blizzard, counts as a two-move combo, and can be used once per battle.
Muyo: Approved

Bio additions:

Ferrmor: Female Forretress (Level 4)
Ferrmor's story is an odd one. Once upon a time, Hanatori and Hanako were playing a wholesome game of "What's Inside a Forretress's Shell" with Masamushi. A few too many pokes from two pairs of cotton ball-hands and one pair of scythes later, Hanatori and Hanako's hands were being crushed by Ferrmor's closed shell and Masamushi was too paralyzed to help. It took Ichiyou, Sasori, and a lot of negotiation to get the three friends out of this situation and to keep Ferrmor from resenting them afterward. We have no idea what the balls goes on inside Ferrmor's shell, but one thing is clear: she really doesn't want anybody else to know.

Okusan: Male Octillery (Level 3)
Another in a long line of quiet, mysterious Water-types to show up in my squad, Okusan's formal speech and effeminate behavior make him stand out a bit more than others.

Also, changing one nickname along with the bio:

Chirutarisu: Female Altaria (Level 4) > Pitch

Pitch: Female Altaria (Level 4)
Pitch had been waiting for a name that wasn't just "Lol, hai Chirutarisu! It's the Japanese name for Altaria!" So I promised her that I would change her name on some day in the future. On that day, Pitch rammed her way through the window of a Pokemart like she was back in the old old Dual Wing Gym, so I gave her an "O MAI LAWD IS DAT SUM KIRBY?" name as punishment. She's tireless, as usual.

Originally, he was supposed to be able to erase memories. Being one of the few members of the squad with psychic capabilities, Amnesio became interested in the various ways he could use them. Like others in the squad, he had a training session with Dave. He wasn't able to erase memories like his namesake, but he did manage to come up with a similar substitute.
Signature Move: Eraser Laser
Amnesio glows with a bright light, similar to Flash. However, instead of blinding the opponent, Eraser Laser causes the opponent to be distracted and, as a result, forget the last command it heard from its trainer. Eraser Laser uses up 2.5x times the energy as Psybeam does and can be used once each battle.
Muyo: Approved

Experiment 254/Mr. Stenchy: Level 1 Male Oddish
Trained to be irresistibly cute so as to infiltrate target destinations and infect them with awful stinks. He managed to pull off the bit about stinking, but not the bit about being irresistibly cute. Mr. Stenchy loves to play with the other members of Shadowshocker's squad, but because he still retains his stench no one dares to come near him without proper olfactory protection first.
Signature Move: Atomic Fog
Mr. Stenchy releases a gas similar to Poison Gas that blankets the arena for up to two rounds. Atomic Fog uses as much energy as 6 Poisonpowders and can be used up to two times a match.
Muyo: Approved

Experiment 228/Melty: Level 1 Male Bellsprout
Originally, he was supposed to be able to melt enemy fortresses, weaponry and transportation. However, Melty was unable to be further strengthen the dissolving power of his acids without Melty digesting his own body, so he switched tactics to use his acids for other ways of assault.
Signature Move: Acid Spray
Melty focuses some of his stomach acids into a ball similar to Sludge and ejects it, which is similar to a Sludge attack except with the effects of Acid. The bigger collection of Acid is able to eat through dry wall twice as fast, and burns a Pokemon's flesh or skin twice as quickly and painfully as a normal Acid. Energy used and is the same as 1.5 Sludges, does a Sludge's worth of damage and can be used up to three times each battle.
Muyo: Approved

Heatblast: Level 1 Male Magby
"Now, let's get a nice fire going!"
A master of pyrokinesis like his other Fire-typed brethren in Sector Shadow, Heatblast's only general gripe is that Magmortar is shafted in competitive usage over Electivire, its Electric relative, due to an issue with speed. Some training with Wukong, one of the fastest Fire-types, helped him develop an ability to channel his heat energy into released speed.
Signature Move: Fire Rocket
By releasing a solid amount of Fire-type Energy at the start of each round, Heatblast gains a speed boost akin to that of two usages of Agility for the round the energy is released, making all his physical attacks do 10% more damage in addition to the speed.
Muyo: Two uses of agility? No. Rejected

Also switching some levels.

Experiment 624/Angel, Level 5 Female PINK Nidoqueen > Experiment 624/Angel, Level 4 Female PINK Nidoqueen
Experiment 626/Stitch, Level 5 Male Shiny Nidoking > Experiment 626/Stitch, Level 4 Male Shiny Nidoking

Therefore levelling and evolving:
Experiment 276/Remmy, Level 4 Male Haunter > Experiment 276/Remmy, Level 5 Male Gengar
Zapster, Level 4 Male Electabuzz > Zapster, Level 5 Male Electivire

This move uses energy equal to one Calm Mind.
Muyo: Last bit of clarification. Does the opponent gain the energy, or what actually happens to the egg? Rejected

Zeus - Male Zangoose (Level 4)
Bio: Zeus is an arrogant Zangoose. Born to a prestigious Pokemon breeder, Zeus was a prized contest and battling Pokemon for many years, and has seen and won plenty of battles with his combined speed, strength, and moveset. Upon my rise to Gym Leadership, Zeus was given to me as a gift from his trainer, as he knew that I had been wanting to try using the mongoose, and the breeder was soon to retire. Although Zeus has a strong bond with his trainer, he still wishes to battle, and has willingly come onto my team to fight along side me. Taking after his name, Zeus has concoted a technique resembling the fabled bolts of Zeus, but putting a spin on it to fit his physical fighting style.
Signature Attack - Bolts of Zeus (Various)
Using Normal energy to form the physical base of the attack, Zeus summons up two thunderbolt-shaped projectiles. These bolts can be imbued with an type, as long as Zeus has access to a physical attack of that type. They are then thrown at the foe, doing good physical damage equal to that of a Night Shade. Energy use is equal to that of a Night Shade and an Ember. Three uses per battle, no more than two uses of any one type of energy.
Muyo: Approved with edit.

Kumatora - Female Togetic (Level 4)
Bio: Kumatora is the princess of a simple castle in the middle of a rural area. What she rules exactly is unclear, but her status has given her great respect from the people she meets. After being caught up in the robbery of a strange artifact from her castle, the powerful pink-haired tomboy princess gets caught up in the grand scheme of the Pig-Masks, and through a variety of escapades, hopes to defeat them once and for all and rid her kingdom of them. While she acts tough but doesn't appear so, Kumatora is actually a master of the mysterious PSI powers, and uses them to defeat her foes. One signature attack that she uses is her powerful PK Starstorm. With a cowhand, his shy son, a smelly theif, a dog, and a monkey, she hopes to save the world and expel the horrible Pig-Masks.
Signature Attack - PK Starstorm (Psychic/Flying)
Kumatora summons up a handful of multicolored Psychic- and Flying-typed star-shaped projectiles, throwing them at the foe. Upon contact, they burst, releasing a small flare of energy. The attack does the damage and takes the energy of a Psychic wave.
Muyo: Approved

Khronos - Male Noctowl (Level 4)
Bio: Khronos, as most Noctowl are, is a very serious, silent and stoic Pokémon. He frequently sits unmoving in deep thought, though the nature of Khronos’ thought is a mystery. He blocks out all other Pokémon, and even my Psychic Pokémon can’t penetrate the strange barrier he’s set up in his mind. Once in battle, this barrier seems to disappear, but Khronos has such intense focus that it completely rids his mind of other thoughts. Having taken a Greek name like some of his teammates, he is considered part of the Olympians, and is considered by the others to be very powerful, having earned the name of the leader of the Titans. Having a unique level of control over his Dark energy, Khronos is able to put that energy to use in a way not seen in a while.
Signature Attack - Nyx's Shroud (Dark)
Khronos surrounds himself in dark energy, which suddenly configures itself in a way as to refract light to make him essentially invisible. For five seconds or until the action required is performed, he remains invisible, free to move but unable to perform any attacks. This attack may either be used defensively as a dodge or to move from place to place, or offensively, coming from behind and striking with the dark energy for damage equal to that of a Faint Attack. Since this is simply the older version of Faint Attack, Khronos never learned how to use the new one, and is unable to perform it. Energy use is equal to that of a short-term Agility.
Muyo: No.

Sam (a.k.a. The Khaos) – Male Aerodactyl (Level 4)
Bio: Sam, when not battling, is a quiet, passive and not all too interesting. Once he gets into battle, however, he reverts to his primal instincts, acting as fierce and terrible as any other of his kind. This automatic switch from passive beast to killing machine has earned him the name “The Khaos,” reflecting his bipolar shifts similar to that of the universe. This has even earned him a ticket into the somewhat exclusive Olympian part of my squad, but that may just be Zeus’s power lust talking. Taking after his moniker, this Aerodactyl has developed an attack using chaotic negative energy building up in the arena to fuel a special arcane technique…
Signature Attack – Chaos Beam (???)
First, Sam shoots a thin beam of black energy at the foe, briefly probing their mind and drawing off their anger and frustration, as well as any increases to attack power accumulated through the battle. Then, based off this information, Sam summons up a large beam of typeless black energy that he fires at his foe. The damage and energy use of this attack is never constant, as it draws from the rage of his enemy by gauging their overall mental state, and does the damage and takes the energy of his opponent’s Frustration attack at the time the move is used (if they are unable to use Frustration via sig, the move will fail, and in Double Battles, this will only draw from the targeted Pokémon.) Since this move draws from the opponent’s power as well as its anger, any moves used to boost stats will cause this attack to increase in damage and energy use equivalent to a Secret Power. This attack can be used twice a battle, but never twice within the course of 3 rounds.
Muyo: The cows get approval at last.

Anonymous – Genderless Porygon (Level 3)
Bio: We are Legion.
We do not forgive
We do not forget.

*cough*
Originally thought to be a run-of-the-mill Porygon, this literal Digi-mon was networked to the PASBL mainframe, originally going to be used for the Pokebowl, but when a virus was discovered in his program, he was shafted. However, due to a bit of negligence from a particularly perverted LO, his program was never deleted. Once the 'bowl ended, his program was activated again, and the virus caused him to begin to hack the mainframe. After a bit of emergency hack suppression and a virus scan, the Porygon was fended off, but as a last hurrah, managed to hack the Pokeball Transfer System and materialized himself IRL. When he escaped, I happened to be there at just the right time, and engaged him before he could run away. After a difficult battle with Koi full of Hyper Beams and Brick Breaks, I managed to subdue the glitched Pokemon and capture it. When stored in the PC, he seemed to make the system go haywire, but since I really wanted to keep the Porygon, I decided to upgrade it to revise his program and possibly rid it of the virus. While it seemed to be fairly successful and made it somewhat easier to control, he still continued his malicious behavior, though at a much less intense level and less frequently. By that point, however, I had noticed his superb battling ability, and just could not be convinced to give him up. In fact, I decided that I would upgrade him once again (though at the sacrifice of the fun drinking bird thing). Being the cheap, somewhat resourceful person I am, I decided to download the disk data off the Internet, but the only place I could find the file was off the /rs/ board on Ebaumsworld.

In retrospect, that may not have been the best place to get it from.

Upon evolution, the Pory began to act quite strangely, spouting a variety of memes almost constantly. His hacking abilities also increased tenfold, allowing him to hack into various international databases just for the lulz. The most noticeable change, however, was his appearance, as his head had turned completely green with the words “No Image Available” projected diagonally across his face, and what resembles a black suit and tie on his torso, which seems to mimic clothes, as they can be removed, burnt, and even destroyed. Needless to say, the Porygon-Z, who now refers to itself as “Anonymous” or “We”, continues to show battling prowess, and his studies of memes, their function, importance, and human and Pokemon tendencies has proven to be a helpful asset in battle, allowing him to better read the movements of his opponent and discover patterns in their attacks.
Special Training – Memetics
Being a master of the Internet Meme, Anonymous has applied its knowledge of memes and their associated qualities, and has been able to apply this knowledge to battle. Whenever Anon's opponent uses two offensive attacks of the same type in a row, Anonymous will recieve a Special Attack boost equal to that of a quarter of a Nasty Plot. For each two subsequent attacks of that type without another attack in between, he will gain the quarter of a Nasty Plot boost. Since all memes eventually get old, he will not recieve any more boosts after the fourth boost, unless the boosts somehow wear off.
Muyo: Desu Desu Desu Desu Desu needs some energy usage Desu Desu Desu Rejected Desu Desu

Ka-wai - Male Blastoise (Level 4)
Bio: Ka-wai is your typical tropical turtle. Hailing from the land of leis, volcanoes, and Lilo & Stitch, Ka-wai's Polynesian flavor and style and his astounding surfing ability draw in admirers of both genders like tourists to a gift store holding a half-off sale on all novelty "handcrafted driftwood" sculptures. Despite the assumptions by the various Japanese girls that he attracts with his surfing, his name does not, in fact, mean "cute" in Japanese. Actually, it means "water" in Hawaiian. If you suspect otherwise, you're either a Japanese girl or wish you were. Recently, he decided to leave his home of sun, sand and surf to have a go at competitive battling alongside me and my Motley Krew. Always toting his signature blue-tinted sunglasses, Ka-wai uses his surfing prowess and diverse moveset to send his opponents for a spin.
Signature Attack – Blue Hawaii (Water/Ice)
Referring more to the strangely named flavor of shaved ice syrup popular in Japan more than the Elvis movie or cocktail, Blue Hawaii is a technique that Ka-wai concocted to help himself cool off after a long day of surfing in the hot Hawaiian sun. Using his Ice ability in conjunction with his Watery ways, he devised a way to create refreshing slushies on demand. Employing this ability, Ka-wai can chill his water attacks, introducing slush crystals into them for energy equal to that of a Mist. This causes the attack to have a slight Ice typing to it, as well as slow the opponent down when hit. Also, the attack has a 5% chance of freeze in the contact site. Water attacks that aren't fired or don't use water from within his body can not be used Blue Hawaii style.

Muyo: The boost is huge, and has no drawback. Rejected

Female Articuno
To call someone ice cold generally implies an insult. This of course, does not always hold true for ice type Pokemon, as they generally take pride in their cold. Articuno, for as long as I've known her, as always been kind of both. Now, don't get me wrong, she is very kind and compassionate when she wants to be. It is just that more often then not she can be kind of cynical and cruel. I of course am able to pick up on this, which is why I refused to give her a nickname. I may refer to her as Princess or Sweetums at times, much to her disdain, however she has grown to "get used to it". Neither are her official nicknames because if anyone other then myself called her that she would solidify them instantly. Basically, her hobbies include being cold and manipulative, and can be downright scary (which means alot coming from me).
Special Training: Cold Hearted (Dark)
Being especially cold hearted and manipulative, she has learned how to use Nasty Plot, Snatch, and Taunt.
Muyo: Approved

I want to re-word this sig abit, and kinda make it not as useless. XP Also getting rid of the "one battle at a time thing" because that + how fast the asb goes is kind of.. eh you know.

Shiriko: Female Smeargle
Special Technique: Profesional Painter (Normal)
She grew up just a normal lad, however she knew that she was destened for something greater. She went to art school, however she was kicked out due to it being for Humans only. So she started to paint by herself, perfecting her technique. She started to sell her paintings, and now she is a professional painter. She can learn up to 20 moves via sketch - 10 offensive and 10 defensive, with 1 extra move learned in each category for every trainer level higher then 1. She also cannot learn the same move twice. She can also use the move as many times as she wants in a battle. However, if she attempts to use those moves in the same battle she learned them, they will perform at 50% efficiancy. The next time she is brought out to battle again, she will use them as normal, by then she would have mastered the move. If she goes over the limit, she can choose which move to remove, but it would cost 1 service point. If she is in more then one battle at the same time, she cannot use an attack she learned in one to effect the other, as the battle must be completed before it is permanantly added.

The current attacks that Smeargle has learned are:
Offensive Moves- Earthquake, Faint Attack, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Night Shade, Shadowball, Solar Beam, Thunderbolt, and Toxic
Defensive Moves- Barrier, Focus Energy, Haze, Light Screen, Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Supersonic, and Thunderwave
Muyo: Approved

Also changing a few of em

Male Cloyster
He often has suicidal tendencies. When faced in the worst kind of situation, he explodes. Sort of.
Special Attack: Ice Explosion (Ice)
He knows how to explode, but this time uses it with an icy touch. Cloyster explodes, but instead dealing extreme ice damage, KOing himself in the process. The difference is, after dealing ice damage, the air solidifies, entrapping anyone cause it the blast in a giant block of ice, with where Cloyster was at the center of it. The ice is fairly brittle, trapping anyone inside for one round before it starts to break apart on it's own, however it will take a few rounds before it completely falls apart, provided the Pokemon inside does not assist in the process. The damage/size of the blast varies on the arena temperature, as well as Cloysters remaining energy.
Muyo: For an additional effect like this, the damage should be lessened. Rejected

Ghost: Male Gengar
He is a Ghost, and one of the three used to take down a legendary beast. It does give him some bragging rights, you know.
Special Attack: Shadow Beam (Ghost)
This attack works like Hyperbeam, both in energy and how it is used, except that it is Ghost type. And that also it attacks the other Pokemons SOUL. Ok, not really that last part, but instead of doing damage to their health they lose it in energy instead. The energy lost is the same amount put into the attack, with weaknesses and resistances applied. Only one full charge worths of energy may be used into the attack. This attack be used multiple times if less energy is used, but only to a maximum of a full charge's worth of energy.
Muyo: Approved

Airman: Male Poliwhirl
Poliwhirl looks like Airman from the Megaman games, and so he believes he actually is one.
Special Attack: Air Shooter (Flying)
Poliwhirl can use his swirls on his stomach similar to the fans of Airman. He spins it fast, firing a beam of wind energy at his opponent. The attack does thunderbolt worth of damage, but as Flying type, as well as make the Pokemon hit by it asleep due to the power of the spiral. Energy usage is equal to a Thunderbolt and Hypnosis. The attack is usable 4 times per battle but due to sleep rules will only make a Pokemon sleep once, with other uses making them drowsy with diminishing returns each use.
Muyo: Approved

Snowflake: Female Dewgong
Special Training: The Clapper (Normal)
Due to many years spent clapping and approving things as a yes man (woman), she is capable of a very convincing Encore. The success rate is 10% better then normal.
Muyo: I dropped the second bit, because clapping makes it impossible for the opponent to discern that what was getting the reaction was the first action, rather than the most recent one. Approved with edit

Male Quagsire “Quagmire”
Special Attack: Duel Ice (Ice)
Using Both hands, it can let out an Ice Beam from each one at the same time. While each attack does less than half the damage of a normal Ice Beam, it has a 20% better chance of freezing a target. Each one can be directed in any direction, as long as the target is valid (ex. the right one cant hit a target on the left),and uses the energy of a single ice beam. Usable 3 times per battle
Muyo: Approved

Female Milotic “Mille”
Special Attack: Blue Flames (water/fire)
Milotic spews out a clear chemical that reacts with water. As soon as it comes in contact with it, it will ignite the surface with a hot blue flame. This chemical is sprayed out as a coneal breath shaped pattern in a wide radius. This chemical has a low density so it stays on the surface, and the flames rise to one foot and deals constant damage over time and vanishes after 2 rounds. It cannot be extinguished by water or ice. It can also be combined with other attacks. Usable only twice per battle. It uses energy of a 2x dragonbreath but does 3/4ths the damage of dragonbreath for every turn in contact, but with a 30% increase in chance to burn. Usable twice per battle
Muyo: Approved with edits

Starmie
Special Defence: Misty Waters (Water)
Starmie spews out a strange fog which turns any liquid into a two way mirror where anyone above the water cannot see anything below and anyone underwater can see above. This will last for 5 rounds before fading away. Energy use is equal to 2x Haze, and usable once per battle. Large bodies of water, such as an ocean, will require 4 Hazes worth of energy to cover a good portion of the arena, and in locations such as rivers, it will not work as it would be washed downstream.
Muyo: Approved with edits

Male Octillery “SogeKing”
Special Attack: LOCK ON~ (Water/Ice)
Octillery locks on its target, quickly breaths in, and blasts out a cold stream of air. It travels fast and cannot be seen, and when it hits its intended target it freezes the air around it, slamming it with ice damage. The attack is dependent on the moisture in the air. In a fairly arid or particullarly sunny location, a tiny ice ball appears and deals low amounts of damage. In a more humid location, much more air turns into ice dealing heavier damage. The ice ball forms in front the opponent, knocking them back if the ball is large enough in comparison to the Pokemon.
Underwater, the attack works quite differently. When the breath hits the target it will solidify the water around it instantly, hopefully trapping the target in ice. This version has a large chance to freeze but instead does not do as much damage.
The energy usage is equal to an Ice Beam. Above water, damage can range from an icy wind to a blizzard, depending on the location used. Energy used is similar to that of Solar Beam, in that the enviornment "lends a hand" in dealing damage. Under water, the damage is that of an icy wind to a weak blizzard. Only usable once per battle.
Muyo: Too powerful underwater, without clarifying the degree of freeze that can be expected. Rejected

Lina: Female Kadabra
She is all knowing and awesome.
Special Training: Sight Beyond Sight (doodle doodle doodle ooo) (Psychic)
Upon release from her Pokeball, Lina starts with the effects of Miracle Eye. She is very good at it, as it will remain a passive ability throught the battle, and the energy to use it will be missing upon her release, with half the energy for a miracle eye used every five rounds to maintain it. This reactivation does not count as a move.
Muyo: Approved with edits

Male Wartortle “Jr”
Special Attack: Waterroll (Water/Rock)
Wartortle gets in his shell, and performs a Rollout on water. The attack gets stronger the more the user rolls. Atop the water, Wartortle will skid atop it, quickly gaining speed. Underwater, it will just spin its shell rapidly, which will deal more damage, but it will be a bit slower. At an optional additional energy cost of a Watergun, it may shoot out water as it spins, increasing speed and thusly damage dealt. Above water, damage is dealt like a medium speed Rollout, and underwater it is treated as the fastest speed Rollout, with an additional Water Gun worth of damage if the optional boost is used. This can be used 3 times per battle, and requires water.
Muyo: Approved

Don Karnage: Male Aerodactyl
He likes eating rocks, and the result is a sandy aftertaste. Yohoho.
Special Attack: Sandbreath (Ground)
He breaths in, and fires out a stream of sandy breath. This attack deals moderate earth damage. When fired, it is slightly wet as it is being spit out of his mouth, at a sandblastery speed, and when comes in contact with a Pokemon it not only deals damage, but sticks to the Pokemon much like a experience at the beach. The sand will not just irritate the Pokemon, but will dry up instantly like cement, impeding movement depending on where it hit and the intensity of the blast. At point blank, a full body blast of sand will reduce speed and movement 20%. However much like regular sand, it can be brushed off, requiring an action to do so, and will also come off after being hit with a few attacks. Getting into a body of water will also wash it off instantly. Energy usage is equal to 1.5x a dragonbreath, and it is usable 3 times per battle.

Male Haunter NegaDuck
NegaDuck is the evilest thing to come to St. Canard.
Special Attack: Eye of Quackzecoatl (Ghost)
NegaDuck concentrates on the last attack, or attack currently used by the opponent. It works like Mimic, in that NegaDuck will obtain the ability to use this attack, while the opponent will forget how to use it. Ability to forget is dependant on rules like Amnesia, where a Thunderbolt might not be forgotten from a Pikachu while its Surf would be. If the attack fails in making the enemy forget it, NegaDuck still learns the attack. If not, the opponent will be unable to use that attack for the rest of the battle, and NegaDuck gets it as well. Energy use is equal to that of Flamethrower in ghost energy. Usable once per battle, and leaves him unable to use Mimic.
Muyo: Drop at least one good move as well and it could be ok. I'll leave choosing which one up to you. Rejected

Male Slowbro
After watching much DBZ he decided to train in the hyperbolic chamber, perfecting his technique. It took many episodes for him to come out and actually be used, giving him much time to learn his specialty.
Special Training: Zero Gravity (Psychic)
Due to reasons mentioned in his sig, he has learned the attack Gravity. In addition, he can use Trick Room with less 10% less energy consumption.
Muyo: Approved with edit

Female Lanturn “Dom”
Special Attack: Static Cling (Electric)
Laturn fires an electric webbing, much like a net, at her opponent. It is about 3 feet wide, and when shot from her, it is used to ensare the opponent like a spiders web, as an electric net of energy, sticking on the opponent, which can also appear this way underwater. The attack can completely hold smaller Pokemon, as well as ensnare the limbs of larger Pokemon. When caught in the net, they take damage to Thundershock and suffer some paralysis every round. The net lasts for 3 turns, and is usable 2 times per match. The energy used is equal to Thunderbolt and Thunderwave. If she wants, she can fire a Thunderbolt into the net, to extend its duration for another 2 turns.
Muyo: Rejected

Jack of Fables: Male Dragonair
He was Jack Frost for several years when he seduced the Icequeen and stole her powers, giving him some resistance to the element.
Special Resistance: Ice Resistance (Fire)
Dragonair will now take 1.5x damage from Ice instead of the regular 2x damage.
Muyo: Approved

Male Ludicolo “DW”
Special Training: Lonely Diver
After years of diving, he has gotten adept at swimming and maneuvering in the water. Additionally, when submerged he gets an extra amount of health and energy due to the water around his body and not just his hat. He will recover a thunderbolts worth of health and energy when he is underwater or partially submerged. Each turn he will heal 1/5th of this amount each turn.
Muyo: There's no trouble-you to approve De-Double-you.

Franky: Male Kingler
Franky is from Cyborgia. And people from Cyborgia are called Cyborgs.
Special Training: Strong Right (Normal)
Franky has learned how to use various claw attacks. And so, he can use Night Slash, Shadowclaw, and Quick Attack. And thus, he forgot how to use Thief and Fling.
Muyo: Approved

Female Ariados “Charlotte”
Special Attack: Venom Bite (Poison)
She bites the opponent, dealing light Poison damage, injecting a venomous toxin into the Pokemons body. It acts like a instant acting Toxic, as it is injected directly into the bloodstream. In addition, it gradually slows the Pokemon down as the circulates throught the body. It reaches it's full effect in 5 turns, and slows the Pokemon down to a maximum of 15% speed. This is usable 2 times per battle, and energy equal to 2 Toxic and Bite. It will not work on opponents with skins that an Ariados could not realistically bite through.
Muyo: Approved with edits

Female Ampharos MegaVolt
She spent some hard time in training, and used the electrical techniques to battle.
Special Training: Old Sparky (Electric)
She is capable of adding an extra electric surge through all her damaging attacks. This gives a 15% chance to paralyze for any attack that cannot paralyze, and an additional 15% to any that already can. In addition, the ability improves the effect of Thunderwave. This comes with a cost, as every attack will now use an extra amount of Thundershock energy to give the paralyze chance. This attack can be turned off, and will require an attack to do so. Once turned off, it cannot be turned on again for that battle, and it starts automtically on.
Muyo: Approved

Primape D. Luffy: Male Primape
He has the will of D, whatever that means. He wants to be Saru no Ou.
Special Attack: 4th Gear (Various Elements)
Primape D. Luffy has mastered all the punches. He traveled the world learning new punching techniques. Because of this, he is now able to do punches of different elements to ones normally taught. He can do an elemental punch of choosing from Flying, Ghost, Grass, Rock or Steel. The attack is as strong as a normal element punch, and uses the same energy. He can use this attack 3 times per battle, and due to unfamiliarity with these elements, he can only use the same element punch 2 times (So he can use the same punch 2 times, and another for the third).
Muyo: Approved with edits

Female Houndoom “Bigby”
She has always wanted to be a singer. However she has only learned one attack in her attempt to do so, the rest just cause odd effects to her listeners.
Special Training: Singing Lessons (Normal)
Due to reasons mentioned in her sig, she can now use Sing, Supersonic and Screech. She can only use any of the 3 attacks, 3 times per battle, each taking up 1.5x the energy of normal.
Muyo: Approved with edits

Genghis Khan: Female Kanghaskan
He was part of the Weapon K Program, where she was taught to use her claws with deadly efficiency.
Special Attack: Weapon K Barrage (Normal)
She can use any of her punch attacks like normal, but also now she can use them with her claws if she wishes. The damage and energy is like normal, but she does an extra Cut worth of damage and effects (cuts + scratches if applicable), and she uses an extra Cut worth of energy for the attack.
Muyo: Approved

Jaws: Male Steelix
After watching Jaws one too many times, he wanted to Kintner boy spill out all over the dock on the Fourth of July, with his cold, lifeless eyes; like a dolls eyes. Sometime he go away, sometime he doesn't go away. He'll never battle Pokemon again. Pokemon go into the box, box underground, Steelix is underground, our Steelix. Farewell and Adieu to you, fair Spanish Lady.
Special Training: Ground Diving (Ground)
Jaws is capable of diving in the ground and swimming in it, like a water Pokemon swimming in water. He moves around by drilling through the ground and serpentining. He can move fairly fast in softer surfaces, however harder ground will make him move slower, and some surfaces will not be "swimable". Energy usage will be the same as normal swimming in softer surfaces, and a bit more in the rougher terrain. He can swim for a maximum of 5 rounds. DAAAAA-NUH.

Attempting to get this passed... please don't hurt me if it's not enough. =x

Kaida: Level 2 Female Horsea
Biography: Kaida's lineage is made of nothing but Dragons, with not a single break in the pattern throughout every traceable generation. Her mother was a Kingdra and her father a Dragonair, her grandmother and grandfather on her mother's side a Kingdra and a Salamence, and her grandmother and grandfather on her father's side a Dragonite and a Garchomp, with not a single Pokemon in her entire ancestry that was not of the Dragon type, and with most Dragon types residing in her family tree at some point. When Kaida was hatched, there was always something odd about her, though I could never quite put my finger on it. It occured to me that her bloodline was having a strange effect on her after training one day when she seemed to have enough Dragon energy to use attacks of the type multiple times without any hinderance. Deciding to run some trials, I had Kaida and several Pokemon on my team that are pure Water type get hit by the same attacks, of many different types, and I realized that Kaida seemed to react differently to several of them. Unsure as to what was going on with my poor Pokemon, I took her to the Pokemon Center, where she was finally diagnosed as being a Water/Dragon type, her ancestral blood having taken hold long before it would have for most other Pokemon, in some sort of way similar to early puberty.
Sig (Type Change): Blood of the Dragons
Kaida is now a Water/Dragon type, with all weaknesses, resistances, bonuses, and drawbacks associated with the typing.
Muyo: Well, you certainly said Dragon a whole lot of times, I'll give you that much. But it's not enough. *hurts you* Rejected

By releasing a Solid amount of Fire-type Energy at the start of each round, Heatblast gains a speed boost akin to that of a usage of Agility for the round the energy is released, making all his physical attacks do 10% more damage in addition to the speed. Due to the released heat, Heatblast's Fire-type moves also gain a 10% boost in damage (this percentage is added onto the physical damage if a physical Fire-type move is used). However, Heatblast also takes 25% more damage from Water-type attacks when Fire Rocket is active. Fire Rocket takes up a move to activate, after which it stays activated until deactivation, can be deactivated without taking up a move. Heatblast also gives up Brick Break and Barrier for Fire Rocket.

A majority approved? In my squads post? It's more likely than you think.

Each boost takes 1/4th the energy of a Nasty Plot plus that of an Ember.

When ordered, Ryuusei gives her foe a gift of an egg of energy which pops, releasing calming energy that makes them feel happier, making a POMIS with them to fight fairly. This move uses energy equal to one Calm Mind.
Muyo: Approved

Dorothy - Male Ponyta (Level 1)

Bio: Dorothy is the epitome of gay. Taking his name from the phrase "friend of Dorothy", a somewhat outdated euphamism for homosexuality, Dorothy wears his name proudly, gushing rainbows and warbling musical numbers. He is so insistent on portraying his homosexuality, he has taken his gay pride to a whole new level, ingesting a myriad of colorful chemicals that cause his flames to burn in a rainbow of colors.
Signature Technique - GLAYMES (Fire)
When ordered to use one of his FABULOUS techniques involving his gay flames, or GLAYMES, as he likes to call them, Dorothy imbues the fire with one of his rainbow of chemicals, causing his flames to burn with a single color, and all attacks involving Fire will have both that color and its associated effect. However, these chemicals have some negative side-effects, which come into play if used.

Red - Imbuing the flames with Lithium Carbonate, the fire calms the foe, causing them to become less angry and having a 5% chance of causing the effects of a Sweet Scent. However, Lithium Carbonate, being a drug used as treatment for bipolar disorders, it also prevents Dorothy from using Rage, Frustration, Growl or Attract.

Orange - Having eaten a lot of limestone (calcium carbonate) to produce this color, chalky residue often is produced along with the fire , giving the GLAYMES a 10% chance of lowering the opponent's speed.

Yellow - Large amounts of simple table salt (sodium chloride) have been ingested to produce bright yellow flames. These fires don't completely burn off the salt, though, which can cause stinging pains to open wounds and may irritate the eyes, lowering accuracy. However, the need to summon up the salt for this drops Dorothy's speed one stage once used.

Green - Barium chloride, the substance used to produce this color, is highly toxic, and inhaling the fumes from the flame has a 10% chance of poisoning. However, Dorothy must force all his natural toxins into the fire, making him unable to use Toxic if his flames are green.

Blue - These blue flames are produced by Copper (II) oxide, which is an irritant. This increases the burn rate of all the fire-based attacks by 5%, as there is a slight chance of a chemical burn. However, it is also toxic to Dorothy, causing his defense to drop a stage.

Purple - The chemical used to produce purple flames, potassium chlorate, is very reactive and unstable, and has a 5% chance of causing an explosive reaction, which may hurt both Dorothy and her foe depending on the attack used.

All attacks used with GLAYMES take 5% more energy to use. To spice up his attacks a bit more, his Fire attacks have had a bit of a thematic overhaul, and Ember, Heat Wave, Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Overheat, Sunny Day and Will-o-Wisp become Men-ber, Heat Rave, Sire Blast, Flamer Twirl, Glam Wheel, Glaymethrower, Flamer Blitz, "Overheat", Sunny Gay, and Wille Wisp, respectively.
Muyo: It's seven sigs in one, it needs a bigger overall drawback. Rejected

Moimaru - Male Piplup (Level 1)
Bio: Moimaru is a good friend of Ka-wai, surfing with him on the beaches of Hawaii as a Prinlup. Recently, he has come to me to join his friend in the battling arena, deciding to abandon the surfing scene for a bit of a change of scenery. Much like his buddy, Moimaru shares a love of the ocean, and takes his name from the Hawaiian language as well, his name meaning "King Bird", and even has a pair of tinted glasses, though his are gray instead of blue. Ka-wai, who has always been slightly superior at hanging ten, has driven him to practice his surfing in the strangest of places, even when there isn't enough water to generate a proper wave. Therefore, he's developed an ability to summon up waves even outside of water, and as a result, has stored water in every place he possibly can in his body.
Signature Technique - Hang Six (Water)
Using all the excess water stored in his body, Moimaru can use moves that would otherwise require a source of water (Surf, Waterfall, Whirlpool, Brine) on land. However, since the volume of water involved is significantly less, when they're used in this fashion, their power is reduced by half. Moimaru can use three of these attacks this way without any adverse effects, but once he has run out of his excess water, he must dip from his regular pool of water, causing the energy use for these attacks to rise by 50%. Damage for these attacks is half that of the in-water version, and takes the energy of slightly over half the attack.
Muyo: Approved

Leonidas - Male Shroomish (Level 1)
Bio: Leonidas is the definition of "spartan". He leads a very spartan lifestyle, refusing to indulge himself in anything soft, sweet or easy (aside from women and the occasional male, of course). In fact, he is obsessed with everything spartan, going so far as to imitate the 300 spartans of legend and the exaggerated tale of their triumphs at Thermopylae. In fact, he often runs around with a sword and large sheild in his stubby fists and a tin-foil helmet awkwardly fit on his head, hollering battle cries and shouting lines from the movie, 300. His favorite scene, of course, is the famous "kick the Persian into the bottomless pit" scene, and he has learned to imitate this move, effectively turning it into an effective battling technique.
Signature Attack - Spartan Kick (Fighting)
Leonidas has adapted the kick from the movie/graphic novel for his own purposes, using it for Pokemon battles as well as shoving invading Iranians into fatal holes. In a manner similar to Rock Smash, Leonidas lifts his foot, giving a powerful, focused kick to the abdominal or equally applicable area of his foe (for those without stomachs, the face/eyes is the next best target), while yelling "THIS IS SPARTA" at the top of his lungs. The kick, if successful, will wind the foe, as if they have used high-power attacks in quick succession, and will need a rest or will risk using energy at an exponentially greater rate. If the Pokemon can't be winded (has no stomach or is inorganic), the attack will act as a more powerful version of Rock Smash, and may cause cracks on Rock, Steel or other "hard" Pokemon, regardless of their ability to be winded. This attack does twice the damage and takes twice the energy of a Rock Smash.

Muyo: Resubmit when it's a Breloom. Have you seen Shroomish's feet? Rejected

Male Cloyster
He has alot of pearls. Because that's how he rolls.
Special Attack: Pearl Blast (Normal)
Cloyster fires out various pearls from his shell in a way similar to Egg Bomb, in that 10-12 pearls are fired at the opponent which can deal a maximum of Fire Blast damage. These pearls fly in the air and explode upon contact. These are all normal type, and have various colors with additional effects, which ones appear will be completely random. 75% of them will be white, and will have no ailment and do the most damage. There is a 5% chance for black pearls, which will cause drowsiness, with more hitting leading to sleep (though once it puts a Pokemon to sleep, it will only cause drowsiness). There is a 5% chance for pink pearls, which will cause the opponent to fall in love with it The opponent will be entranced by it, looking at it lovingly as if though it is under an attract, and will wear under similar situations. However this type of pearl will deal no damge, and instead vanish when the effect of Attract wears off. There is a 5% chance of a blue pearl, which does low damage and will confuse the opponent. There is a 5% chance of an orange pearl, which does a bit less damage then a white one, and will deal a light paralysis, increasing in paralysis strength should more hit. And lastly, there is the rainbow pearl which will deal confusion and light damage. The pearl that hits the most is the ailment it will be effected by, in the case of a tie it will be random. Energy use is 1.5x that of Egg Bomb. It is usuable 3 times per battle.
Muyo: Up the energy usage, clarify that the attract effect is only for opposite gender 'mon. Rejected

Guy: Male Smeargle
Shiriko's best bud. The main difference between him and her though, is he refuses to draw. He is quite skilled at it, but like many artists, believes his work is no good and so he has decided to give up the art.
Special Training: Spectator Sport (Normal)
Guy is unable to use Sketch. Instead, in any battles in which he is in my squad, he will sit by my side and watch the battle unfold. He will look at every attack and watch how it is performed. When he is released, he will be able to use every attack sucessfully pulled off in the battle so far. Regardless if it missed, as long as it went off he will know it, and even attacks used against him. However at the end of the battle, his slate will be wiped clean and will not permanantly learn any moves. Each move seen this way can be executed only twice per usage, with a maximum of 5 uses. For example if Flamethrower was used 3 times so far, he would be able to use it at its maximum 5 times.
Muyo: It needs at least some energy usage, drawback, or movecap. Rejected

Zeus: Male Dragonite
Zeus is a pretty cool guy. He shoots lightning bolts, and isn't afraid of anything. Ok but seriously, he is a greek god, and such, imbued with gift of thunder. Thunderbolts and lightning. Zeus is very very frightning. Electric currents run through his body. But even more seriously, as a flier he spent much of his time flying around in thunderstorms, giving him his nickname Zeus among friends. As a mail carrier, he was often asked for special delivers nobody else would do. He loved the electricity in the air, it made him feel comfortable. Needless to say, after years of electric submersion, he has learned to use the type as natural as any electric type. The electricity running through him cost him his endurance for distance flying, causing him to lose his job and return to battling.
Special Training: Type Change (Thunder)
Zeus has the extra type Electric added to it due to reasons specified in the unusual characteristics section.
With the constant thunder of his godness pulsing throughout his body, Zeus has the additional type of Thunder and all of the weaknesses and resistances that lie therein. As a result he has knowledge of the moves Volt Tackle, Discharge, and Charge Beam and his thunder moves have an additional 10% chance to paralyze the opponent. However, the thunder within has enveloped over some of her other moves, leaving her unable to use Watergun, Waterfall, Razor Wind, Mudslap, and Earthquake.
Muyo: The moves you've listed aren't enough of a drawback to justify the extremely high level of advantage gained. Rejected

BellAwesome: Female Bellossom
BellAwesome comes from a long line of Awesome Pokemon. After playing way way too much Final Fantasy games, she decided to learn a new move that the Malboro use.
Special Attack: Bad Breath (Grass)
BellAwesome takes a deep breath in, and spews out a vile grass attack. It deals moderate damage, however it is riddled with diseases. Upon breathing, the opponent will suffer a myriad of ailments. They will start to get confused, drowsy, slightly paralyzed, poisoned, and generally find the experience quite unpleasent. It smells terrible and so their sense of smell will not be effective for the rest of the match. Energy use is 1.5x Dragonbreath, and uses grass type energy. One use per battle
Muyo: Approved with edit

King: Male Rypherior
King is the king of fighters. This was not always the case, however. He has trained tirelessly in my old gym, with many of my fighting type Pokemon. As a young lad, he learned to take the punches. As a rock type, he took lots of extra damage, but he kept on training. He eventually learned to shed this weakness, the Rock type. But he was not content with just this. With much training he was not only able to shed his body of Rocks, but learn the art of fighting himself.
Special Training: Type Change (Fighting)
King has the extra type Fighting added to it due to reasons specified in the unusual characteristics section.
The urge to fight runs through King's blood, causing him to to gain the additional type of Fighting and all of the weaknesses and resistances that lie therein. Due to his special training, he does not gain or lose any attacks. Instead, him losing his rock type causes his weight to drop 200 lbs, which increases his speed and agility appropriately. Although his skin is still fairly rocky and tough, due to the loss of his rock type, Rock Wrecker becomes a normal type, as mentioned in it's move description.
Muyo: It's close, but not quite. Give it partial supereffectiveness to fighting still, like 1.25x? Rejected

Lyko: Male Sandslash
Lyko was formerly part of the Emergency Retrieval Squad for a mining company, hired due to his incredible capacity for digging, even for one of his species. One particularly awful incident was avoided due to Lyko's ability to move through even the toughest ground in short-order. When a mile-long length of tunnel collapsed, Lyko and his team of specialists managed to rescue every single worker who was trapped. He has since hit the big time by starting his own business, “Lyko's Sentinels,” renting out Rescue Squads to companies requiring expert safety personnel.
Lyko is a confident, self-made 'mon. Usually he's even-tempered, genial, and calm in stressful situations. His analytical mind is a fountain of strategies on how best to approach a situation, a useful trait when there are people and fellow 'mon trapped beneath the earth. Lately, he's taken more pleasure in battles, as it offers a place where he can release all of his pent-up frustration about the ailing economy.
Special Training: Land Surfing 'Shrew (Ground)
A master digger, Lyko is able to dig quickly through the ground with the greatest of ease. Digging requires significantly less energy than would be considered normal, and he can dig through “normal” ground (i.e. loose dirt, sand, soft earth) at a significantly faster rate and for longer distances than normal. He is also quite competent at digging through difficult terrain, like rocky or hard earth which is usually considered un-diggable. He can even pass through moderate amounts of solid rock or concrete (such as a 3 foot layer of rock, or a concrete wall/foundation) by infusing his claws with Ground energy (a Thunderbolt's worth), which is a supplementary action to digging, and does not count as an additional move. Lyko also has a very acute awareness of his position and that of his objective while underground, and can come up at a given location with pin-point accuracy.
Muyo: Pick one board.

Itachi, Shiny Male Charizard, Level 4

Itachi is a rather interesting Charizard. His life started as a wee Charmander, raised by a clan of Salamances, one of the most powerful Dragon types that exist today. The head of the clan mated with a Female Charizard, and thus this little guy was born. He was of a different color than all the other Charizards. He had a black body with crimson eyes, and his tail flame was a darker red than other Charmanders. He was trained since birth in the ways of the Dragon, being taught the Honor codes, and was even trained in Dragon type attacks for them to become second nature to him.

Finally the day came when Charmander evolved in a desperate battle with a Dragonair. It was in the middle of a clan war when the light of evolution shone in him, allowing him to evolve into a Charmeleon. He eventually fended off the Dragonair, although he was bruised and beaten. After his evolution, his clan was able to train him more efficiently, as his Dragon type prowess was given a boost. However, the day eventually came when he had to leave his clan. It was shortly after this that we became partners.

Upon the completion of many battles, he finally evolved into a Charizard. It was then I learned of his significant Dragon type abilities, being able to overall use the moves better.

Signature Move: Fire/Dragon Type

Charizard is a Fire/Dragon type. He retains his weakness to Water type attacks, and his Electric weakness had been cut down to 1x. He also does not gain a .25x resistance to Fire. Other than these exceptions, he has all the associated weaknesses and resistances as a Fire/Dragon type would. However, due to his immense training in becoming a Dragon and the Honor Code that he goes by, he has lost the ability to use Rage, Beat Up, Attract, Return, Mud Slap, Fury Cutter, Defog, Facade, Scary Face, Mimic, Toxic, and Substitute.

Typlosion's Sig bores me now. I'm making a new one. besides, his old one hurts me more than his opponet in reality.

*Master Chief* Typlosion- Male Lv.4

Bio: Quilava is, well a bit tough. Respected among the team for being one of the enforcers, tough and reliable he has gotten me and the rest of our team out of a few jams. However, his training hasn't done anything for his speed, and after taking a "drenching" blow from a Bagon back when he was a Cyndaquil, he wants to make sure that he never could be touched... unless he wanted it to be. So implementing stolen technology from the year 2552, he managed to improve his body to meet this need, and to make sure he'd never need a shield again.

Signature Move: Firebomb

Typlosion simply wants to burn things and people, but using Flame Wheel wasn't powerful enough, he hated hurting himself with Flare Blitz, and he couldn't get his whole body into a Fire Fang or Punch. So he decided on a move to where he could use his bulk to his advantage, and was still able to burn things. In his Firebomb, Typlosion enflames himself, such as in a Flare Blitz or Flame Wheel, before he leaps into the air, body slamming his opponet. This attack has a 25% chance of Burning the opponet, and a 10% chance of Paralysis. meanwhile this attack does damage equal to a Body Slam, and energy useage is the same (equal to a body slam). He forgets his actual Body Slam attack to learn this move.
Muyo: Approved

Bronzor's Sig is getting changed too, it's kind of useless as well.

*Compass* Bronzor Lv 3 (Genderless)

Bio- Bronzor has lived with my family all of my life, and he was used as a Magnet of sorts. One day, he was hit by an errant thunderbolt and it completely messed up his sense of direction for a few months. Eventually he gained his direction back, but he wasn't able to aim his attacks as well as he used to. However, for this drawback he found a new power to make up for his accuracy reduction(around 5% more than normal). With the new powers from the Thunderbolt, he was able to gain an electric field as he was able to electrically charge his attacks. For one thing, while he couldn't use actual electric attacks, had managed to move the trait to all of his steel attacks. He still hasn't cured this yet, and ground attacks can remove this electric field.

Signature Training: Overcharge

Rather than the electricity inhibiting his body killing him, or inhibiting his natural way of life, Compass found out that he actually use Thunderbolt as a attack. However, he can only use it twice before the electricity in his body proves too unstable for continued use, and it loses the Paralysis chance. Meanwhile, he has forgotten how to use Sunny Day as well.
Muyo: Approved

Also, removing my Drifloon's sig, so its back to being a sigless Ghost/Flying type.

Clampy: Female Cloyster (Level 5)
Special Training: Spike Bombs (Ground/Poison)
Clampy is now able to use both Spikes and Toxic Spikes like Bullet Seed. She will fire off a large stream of spikes aimed at her target, each hit doing light damage, but having all hit doing good damage. They will do damage of their respective element (Ground or Poison), and Toxic Spikes used in this way will have a 30% chance to poison. After the attack hits (or misses), the spikes will stay on the arena as if though used normally. Using the spike attacks in this way will use up 2.5x the normal energy to use the attack.

Neptune: Male Dratini (Level 1)
Having watched too much "The Little Mermaid" he decided to go under the sea. Being a creature of the sea he decided to visit the place. Finding it to be nothing like the movie, with a distinct lack of singing water type Pokemon, he eventually left. Little did he realize it took him 15 years to not finding any singing creatures. He eventually realized that he could stay underwater indefinatly, and has the added effect of water type. However after losing the flying type, he cannot fly as well as he once used to.
Special Training: Type Change (Water)
Neptune has the extra type Water added to it due to reasons specified in the unusual characteristics section. Being in tune with his watery side, he now has the additional type of Water and all weaknesses and resistances associated with it. However due to the overwhelming water energy, he takes 1.5x damage from grass and electric attacks isntead of being neutral to the elements. He is unable to fly very high, and cannot stay in the air for more then 2 rounds. He also lost the ability to use Fire Punch, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Fire Blast and Sunny Day, but gains Brine, Bubble and Splash.

King: Male Ryhdon (Level 5)
However since he is still fairly rocky, he will take an extra 25% more damage from fighting then normal.
Muyo: Approved

Snowflake: Female Dewgong
Snowflake never really enjoyed becoming an ice type when she evolved. She doesn't hate it or anything, but she feels more content with her water powers.
Special Training: Water Pull (Water)
Due to spending all of her life in the sea, she is now capable of using large bodies of water to a greater extent. Any attack involving the water (Surf, Waterfall, Whirlpool etc) will now be 20% more effective in terms of how the water is used (Surf will be stronger, whirlpool will have a stronger pull/larger etc). This attack requires her to be near or in the body of water, and only works on attacks involving the body of water, so Water Gun and other normal water attacks are not effected. Each attack affected this way uses 10% more energy.

Changing my one-level-higher for the near future:

3 -> 2
Kenny Blankenship: Male Rhyhorn

2 -> 3
Vic Romano: Male Houndour -> Male Houndoom
Muyo: Approved

Blashyrkh: Male Sneasel (level 1)
This Sneasel, much like me, has a high fondness for Heavy Metal, in his case, the dark, evil sub-genre of Black Metal. His favourite band from this genre is Immortal, known for their lyrics, which tell a tale of a fictional world trapped in an eternal winter, Blashyrkh. When not battling, he can be usually found listening to Immortal, or other Black Metal bands, such as Burzum, or Emperor.
Special Attack: Claws of Northern Darkness (Ice/Dark)
Blashyrkh charges Ice energy in his right claw, and Dark energy in his left one, akin to Ice Punch. He then does a double slash to his opponent, doing damage and using energy equal to 2 Slashes + the non-physical damage of 2 Ice Punches. In realistic matches, this has a 20% chance of breaking the skin, and a 5% chance of doing worse, at the referee's discretion. Usable 3 times a match, but only up to 2 times per pokemon.
Muyo: Approved

Frita: Female Combusken (level 2)
This Combusken likes to kick things, more than usual. However, as she only knew two kick attacks, none of which being Blaze Kick, she set off to the fighting dojo, to try and find a Hitmonlee that would teach her the art of kicking.
Special Training: lulz, kicks
Frita may now use Rolling Kick, Jump Kick, Hi Jump Kick, and Triple Kick, however as her talons aren't really the best for kicking, the moves do 10% less damage, and have a small amount of recoil on Frita, about 5% of the damage given to whoever she kicked.
Muyo: Approved

Toro: Male Tauros (level 2)
Toro's horns are unusually curved. Instead of going up, and away from his face, they curve straight ahead, pointing in the same way he is facing. Because of this, we have managed to develop a way to take full advantage of this.
Special Training: Horn Attacks
All attacks where Toro uses his head to strike the opponent (Tackle, Headbutt, Iron Head, Giga Impact, etc.) do extra damage and energy equal to Horn Attack, with Horn Attacks damage properties (momentum, opponents skin type, etc.) factored in.
Muyo: Approved

Sir Killalot: Male Onix (level 1)
Sir Killalot is the destructive menace of my squad, much like the Robot Wars house robot he was named after. He has been known to attack anything, other than ally pokemon without reason, and without warning, using his signature move, also modeled after the real Sir Killalot
Special Attack: Clamp 'n Drill (Rock)
Sir Killalot bites down on the opponent, akin to Clamp, then brings his tail up, using it like a Horn Drill, and drills into the opponent. The maximum Sir Killalot can Drill for is 5 seconds, before releasing the clamp. Rock Damage equal to Horn Drill, Energy equal to Horn Drill X 1.5. This is a 2-move combo, and can only be used once a match. The opponent much also be big enough to fit in Onix's mouth, and still have sufficient area to drill for this attack to work.

Starmie (Level 3)
Even though Starmie are genderless, it feels feminine and wants to be a pretty princess. This desire has lead her to somehow change the color of her gem, and boost its ability in battle.
Special Training: Diamond Gem (Normal)
Starmie's gem in the center is now completely transparent like a diamond, and any physical attacks directed towards it will do 10% less damage.
Muyo: Approved

Lina: Female Kadabra (Level 3)
After using many Tri-Attacks, she has developed a version that is better, faster and stronger then ever before.
Special Attack: Tri Attack v2 (aka Giga Slave) (Ghost, Psychic, Dark)
Much like a regular tri attack, she fires a beam of energy, coated with some Ghost, Psychic and Dark energy instead of the normal energy. This gives the beam a 20% total chance of causing either mind confusion, drowziness, or temporary blindness. This attack uses 1.5x the energy of Tri-Attack and usuable 3 times per battle.
Muyo: Approved

Male Blastoise: Jr (Level 4)
Having grown up in Marshes, he has learned how to perfect one of his more uncommonly used moves in his movepool.
Special Training: Mud Mastery (Ground)
Jr packs his Muddy Water with extra mud, allowing him to drench the opponent in mud moreso then normal. The opponent will be covered in a thick coat of mud, which can induce temporary blindness if hitting the face, but also sticking onto the opponent, causing discomfort for any Pokemon not used to mud. The mud will be removed in water, after a rounds worth of movement, or when they use an attack to clean themselves of mud. Energy usage goes up to 1.5x that of a regular muddy water for the extra exertion.
Muyo: Approved with edits

Male Haunter: NegaDuck (Level 3)
Energy use is equal to that of 1.5x Flamethrower in ghost energy. Usable once per battle, and leaves him unable to use Mimic, Destiny Bond, Sucker Punch, Perish Song, an Dark Pulse.
Muyo: Approved with edits

Aquarius: Male Dragonair (Level 3)
Aquarius is the illigitimate son of a Lapras named Aquaman and Kuno's Dragonite Neptune. And Neptune is a real slut, with a taste for large Pokemon. But he never really knew his father, and wanted to know more about him. He was embarassed about his element and wanted to get away from regular Pokemon. So he trained in the water, making it eventually his pride and joy. After many years, he emerged with the same traits that his father once had, although he has yet to meet him...
Special Training: Type Change (Water)
Aquarius has the extra type Water added to it due to reasons specified in the unusual characteristics section. He also lost the ability to use Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Fire Blast, Dragon Rage and Sunny Day.
Muyo: Approved with edit.

Sogeking: Male Remoraid (Level 1)
As a child, pirates raped and pillaged his village. He tried his best to fight them, but failed, causing everyone in his town to die horribly. Except for him. He decided to rebuild the town into Sniper Island. He learned the ability the pirates used to make themselves more powerful, Nasty Plot, and used it to defend the town. People came and the town flourished, hailing Sogeking as the king of Sniper Island. And then I showed up and caught him. There were no survivors.
Special Attack: Dark Boost (Dark)
Sogeking can now use Nasty Plot, for 1.5x the energy of normal, and only once per battle.
Muyo: Approved

Primape D. Luffy: Male Mankey (Level 1)
He can do an elemental punch of choosing from Flying, Ghost, Grass, and Ground. The attack is as strong as a normal element punch, and uses the same energy. He can use this attack 3 times per battle, and due to unfamiliarity with these elements, he can only use the same element punch 2 times (So he can use the same punch 2 times, and another for the third).
Muyo: Approved

Female Lanturn (Level 3)
Special Training: Piercing Thunder (Electric)
Laturn has learned how to use her electric attacks on those that take normal or are resistant to the type. Boosting her species characteristic, when she uses an electric attack underwater and within 10 feet of her foe, Pokemon that are neutral or resistant to electricty will take an extra 20% damage from the attack. However Pokemon that are weak to electricity will only take the normal thundershock worth of extra damage when within 10 feet and underwater.
Muyo: Approved

Koutetsutori: Female Skarmory (Level 4)
We always wondered what the problem with Koutetsutori was. She seemed completely, mind-bendingly stupid... but now we just know she has a terrible attention span and, quite like Bela, is frequently in her own little world. She's still a little stupid, though she's also extremely loyal to those closest to her.
Special Training: Scatterbrain (--)
Because of her low attention span and tendency to be a rather dim bulb who mishears things, and probably because she's been hanging around Bela, the queen of mind-altering WTFfery, Koutetsutori is unaffected by mind-affecting attacks except Amnesia, which will cause Koutetsutori to forget her last attack used regardless of how "difficult" it is to forget the attack.
Muyo: Psychic immunity + confusion/attract/taunt/sleep immunity is bad. Rejected

Konchuu: Female Masquerain (Level 4)
More than a bit soft-spoken and timid, Konchuu would rather watch the squad's antics in amusement than actually take part, which also applies to battles, it seems. Less at home in deserts and forest clearings than she is near pretty much any large body of water, she is most frequently seen skimming the surface of a lake or relaxing at the edge of a river.
Special Training: Rain Moth (Water)
Konchuu, relating more to her former Water type than her Bug type, has practiced her Water-type attacks more, meaning that she has the energy reserves of a Water/Flying type. This of course means that she has much less Bug energy to work with than before, having the same amount of Bug energy as a normal Masquerain would have Water energy.
Muyo: Approved

Anasazi: Male Aerodactyl (Level 4)
Dead silent on nearly all occasions and very proud of it.
Special Training: Stealth (Flying)
Anasazi is apparently so good at being silent that he has become a stealth flier; only Pokemon with sensitive hearing will be able to detect him through hearing alone. However, his silence has caused any attacks relying on sound to become less than half as effective as usual.
Muyo: Approved

Kitsune: Male Ninetales (Level 4)
Kitsune is perhaps the ultimate voice of reason in this squad, which means he looks a bit odd when shown with his squad mates. He tends to stay in the background, often accompanied by Murphy, Murgatroyd's Misdreavus.
Special Technique: Nine-Tailed Incense (Fire)
The tips of Kitsune's tails become very hot as Kitsune directs a stream of fragrant, non-combustible smoke at the opponent. When inhaled, this incense causes mild Paralysis, but if the opponent inhales a large quantity of incense (at the referee's discretion), full Paralysis can occur. Touching the tips of Kitsune's tails while this attack is being used will result in mild Fire-type damage. This attack uses energy equal to 2x Ember and can be used twice per battle.
Muyo: Approved

Okusan: Male Octillery (Level 3)
Effeminate and eloquent, Okusan would write you a beautiful sonnet and then decorate it with a bunch of inky hearts. In fact, we've seen that happen before.
Special Attack: Lovely Pulse (Normal/Water)
Once per match, Okusan may add Normal-type energy to his orb-form Water Pulse. When the orb hits the opponent, the Normal energy will begin to glow wherever the water is, with the intensity depending on the amount of energy added. The amount of Normal energy added depends on how happy he currently is, with additional energy usage (and also damage) ranging from 1/2 Swift to 2x Swift.
