Bringing the Skull and Cross Badge attached to Ludicolo.

Level 6:

Sergeant Pepper the Gengar (Male)
Gengar: (Ghost/Poison) See ghost Pokemon rules, all ghosts fight more enthusiastically at night, though light does not hinder their ability to battle. Unlike its preevolutions, Gengar is primarily solid, though it is able to freely achieve the other forms. Gengar is the fastest of its line in the air, but can stand on the ground.
Sergeant Pepper is in a band. He once took out an ad in the lonely hearts section of his local paper. He met a lovely girl called Rita. The two of them fell madly in love, or so the Sergeant thought. However, one day he came home to most of his stuff cleared out of the house - she was leaving home. He found himself with a hole that needed fixing. At first everyone thought that, with a little help from his friends, he'd be able to get back on his feet, but after a few months they found that he wasn't getting better. They tried to hook him up with a girl called Lucy, who works down at the Diamond Sky club, but she too left him for the benefit of Mr Kite. He's now sixty four, and a day in his life consists of getting up and sitting around, ignoring his friendly neighbours cries of good morning, and just generally sucking the energy and happiness out of everyone around him. He seems to exude an aura of depression which gets both within you and without you at all times.
And yes, this bio is more an excuse to reference every song on the album than it is a justification for the sig.

Signature Move: Afterthought (Ghost)
Using considerable energy, Sergeant Pepper casts a powerful curse over the field which saps an extra 10% energy for each move any other pokemon on the field (friend or foe) uses. This effect does not stack if he attempts it multiple times, and fades as soon as he's removed from the field or after five rounds.

Level 5:

Chief Sitting Duck the Ludicolo (Male)
Ludicolo (Grass/Water): Though able to swim and stay underwater for a fair amount of time, Ludicolo are not the best swimmers and prefer to stay near the surface of the water. Ludicolo are capable of restoring more health and energy then grass Pokémon normally get in the rain. Grass types live anywhere that can support vegetation, though most prefer temperate to tropical climates. Grass types enjoy both bright sun and rain. Rainstorms will heal them slightly every round the rain falls.
Quite possibly the only non-mexican Ludicolo ever, Chief Sitting Duck grew up in the Mojave desert. He was part of - and later leader of - a small indiginous tribe that got shitted on by some colonising Meganium. Out-competed for resources, the tribe were beginning to lose faith in Sitting Ducks leadership, and they almost threw him out when he announced plans to lead them deeper into the desert. However, it paid off, as they managed to find areas too inhospitable for the Meganium to survive and colonise. His people survived by living around several oasises.
The Meganium's are now acting like they've lived in the area forever and like they're better than everyone else and have oh so graciously "allowed" the Lotad a small area of their own land as a reservation for them to live on. This pisses the chief off no end, and he's come to me to learn to fight to he can exact his revenge for the defamation of his people, one casino at a time.

Special Training: Oasis (Water)
Surviving as he did in the dry desert by moving from one oasis to the next, Ludicolo gets the benefit of his grass type and species characteristic (slight health and energy restoration in rain) when in any significant body of water (ie one you can use surf in). This does not stack if he's both in a body of water and it's raining.
Badge Effect: Earth’s Renewal
The Pokémon which holds this badge seems to restore itself from the very earth it stands upon. At the end of any round in which the Pokémon is touching the ground (including concrete/clay if the arena is so based) it will restore a small amount of health, on a par with the effects of Aqua Ring, up to 1/3 of its total health over 10 rounds of ending the round grounded. 1/3 is the maximum that can be healed by this badge, even if the holder survives long enough for it to be more.

Luna the Venusaur (Female)
Venusaur (Grass/Poison): Venusaur is the fastest of the Bulbasaur family: however, it is the heaviest, and it lacks the agility of its lower evolutions. It is also incapable of standing on its hind legs, which means it has more trouble executing moves like Earthquake. Venusaur have multiple vines, which means they can hit and grab multiple things with their Vine Whip attacks.
Janeway grew up in a mysterious forest in a faraway land. Local legend has it that those who entered were plagued by evil visions and wandered for days before finding their way out with only patchy memories - when they come out at all. Deciding to check it out for myself, I went in. I remember little of what transpired there and wish I remembered even less, but when I recovered I found I'd caught a brand new pokemon.

Signature Move: Disturbia (Grass)
Using solid energy, Luna spreads a bunch of seeds around the field, which sprout into small flowers spread over a wide area. The flowers then turn to face the opponent and spray a concentrated sweet scent cloud at them. The flowers repeat their sweet scent onslaught at each new pokemon the opponent releases. Whilst quite hardy, the flowers are vulnerable to fire attacks which can destroy patches of them (or all of them if sufficiently widespread and well aimed). The flowers are pretty tough and only need to survive the length of the match so can grow and spread in pretty much any arena short of concrete or steel.

Terrance the Muk (Male)
Muk (Poison): These Pokémon are made up of poisonous substances made of liquid slime. Thus, toxic or polluted chemicals heal them instead of harm them. The same is true for poison attacks. Muk cannot see in complete darkness, though they see better than most in low light. Muk also leave poison in their path, poisoning the ground and leaving a substance that can cause minor poisoning to Pokémon if they come in contact with it. They are also very flexible, and can fit through gaps that most Pokémon of their size couldn't. Their bodies absorb physical blows, and physical projectiles, making all attacks in these manners 85% effective. However, as the slime is liquidized, they take slightly more damage from electric attacks.
No sig.

Houdini the Crobat (Male)
Crobat (Poison/Flying): Crobat is a silent flier: only the most acute listening Pokémon will be able to hear it. Crobat can see in the dark, although it can use sonar like a Zubat if needed.
Special Training: Escape Artist (Flying)
Houdini may be successfully switched out under the effects of Block, Mean Look and other such moves and will evade Pursuit on the way out. Due to the additional acrobatics required, if he has to evade of of these it will cost him an additional decent energy on top of whatever switching method he used, which like the energy for switching moves cannot be recovered in the pokeball.

Matriarch the Altaria (Female)
Altaria: (Dragon/Flying) Altaria's song-based attacks are slightly more effective than normal. On a cloudy day it can be sightly difficult to see in the air as well.

Signature Move: Cotton Trap (Grass)
A variant on the move Cotton Guard, using the same energy. Altaria wraps her wings around the opponent and smothers them in cotton. This cotton bestows upon the target the same effects as cotton guard, but it's very tight and tangled making movement of the affected areas very difficult for the target.

Pakku: Level 5 Male Eelektross
Eelektross: (Electric) Eelektross constantly levitates using a magnetic field. This levitation allows for fairly quick and nimble travel and requires no energy to maintain. Unlike its preevolutions, it is able to ground itself for a short time and stand on its modified fins. They are also fairly good swimmers and are able to stay underwater as long as any Water type.
[Electric]: Electric types, in general, prefer areas where their electric attacks are most accurate. Thus, while hot temperatures don’t bother them, the fact that heat refracts electricity doesn’t appeal to them.
Biography:
Resourcefulness, what better way to become known in the manufacturing industry. Within the scientific community, The pokemon tynamo lineage are studied for their ability to defy the electromagnetic fields around them. Scientist Steven Weinberg was highly interested in the capability tynamo lineage’s floating capabilities. Within the setting of an industrial facility, Weinberg managed to assemble the tynamo to unleash small pulses of radiation that would amplify the power of the machinery available within the factory. With enough manipulation, Pakku was able to find a practical use for what Weinberg exposed in his Thesis “We Know Nothing About Gravity. The Tynamo Dilemma”. He uses the power of the electromagnetic spectrum to create radiation that surges the power of those affected. In 1979, Steven Weinberg, along with his team of researchers were awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics.

Special Attack: Electromagnetic Radiation [EL]
Pakku uses Electromagnetic Radiation to send outs a spur magnetic radiation to the field that gives a 10% boost to both of his offensive stats. The radiation disappears after five turns. Moreover, the radiation reappears every time a friendly Pokémon is sent out. This attack cost significant energy. Standard boost stipulations apply. This is an entry hazard that benefits friendly Pokémon. Pakku cannot use Zap Cannon, U-Turn, thunderbolt.
Hidden Power: Grass

Gyatso: Level 5 Male Electivire
Electivire (Electric): Electivire is able to use its tails to channel Electric attacks. Direct contact with the foe using its tails will give a slight boost in the chance of paralysis for the attack and will make paralysis in the contact area far more likely.
[Electric]: Electric types, in general, prefer areas where their electric attacks are most accurate. Thus, while hot temperatures don’t bother them, the fact that heat refracts electricity doesn’t appeal to them.
Biography:
Cuddly, electrifying, and playful, Gyatso is great asset to my squad, and a valuable friend. His favorite past time is to be a drag queen, pursuing his dream in the areas of pagents. His dream is to one day be the winner of RuPokemon's Drag Race. He wants to be a Drag Queen Superstar, hunty. To do so, he has mastered the art of of eleganza. He uses the element of ice to embody a beautiful physique, creating all of his padding from ice. He found that the most efficient way to do so is to create a beam of ice rather than punching his body with ice. His source of inspiration were a pack of Froslass, who has a perfect feminine silhouette to mimic. He kept observing them and eventually learned how to use one of their icy tactics in one simple move.

Special Training: Eleganza extravaganza! [IC]
Gyatso learned how to use ice beam. He can no longer use ice punch, Focus Punch, and Mega Punch.
Hidden Power: Fire

Wan Shi Tong: Level 3 Male Sigilyph
Sigilyph: (Psychic/Flying) Sigilyph don’t actually fly, but rather appear to float. Their floating is quite dynamic and resembles flying, but they can stop their momentum and change direction easily.
[Psychic]: Psychics are considered to automatically be familiar with psychic abilities. Thus, they can use Psychic to move and toss Pokémon. If facing a non-bug, non-dark opponent, psychics can sense their opponent somewhat, making accuracy reducing attacks less effective.
[Flying]: Flying Pokémon, with a few exceptions, all fly. Those who cannot are faster and more agile in their chosen mode of transportation.
Biography: Day seven. The Xatu tribe still believe me to be a long lost evolution. They keep feeding me, and teaching me the ways of the Xatu. Incognito mode has fully kicked in, and they are starting to share their secrets. A magical stick is passed among the Xatu, it seems as form of bonding. The magical stick has passed by Wa Shi Tong's lower fork tail several times. Eventually he learned how to pass the stick himself, really feeling joyful that he feels like one of them now.

Special Training: Passing as one of Them [NO]
Wan Shi Tong learned baton pass from the fellow Xatu tribe. To blend in though, he lost the ability to use ice beam, charge beam, and double team.
Hidden Power: Fighting

Yakone: Level 5 Male Greninja
Greninja (Water/Dark): Greninja is the fastest and most agile member of the Froakie line, able to move as if it is teleporting, making it better at evading attacks, and easily cling to walls or hide in dark corners. It has an extremely keen sense of aim, and is able to reliably hit targets with projectiles even at a significant distance. Its water attacks have a "sharp" quality to them, making them more likely to break through hard objects and causing them to lose less momentum and power when breaking through screens or other shields.
[Water]: Water Pokémon are able to hold their breath and/or breathe under water. The time varies, from about half an hour to one hour for reptilians and mammals, and indefinitely for fish and squid like Pokémon. They are also, generally, good swimmers.
[Dark]: Dark types can see in the dark. They prefer to fight at night, however light does not adversely affect them.
Biography: Not Available
No Signature Move

Hidden Power: Electric

Hei Bai: Level 3 Male Kangaskhan
Kangaskhan (Normal): Kangaskhan come in both genders, though females are more likely to have babies (almost 100%) than males are. Along with battling, a Kangaskhan is most concerned about its child. If an opponent injures the child, Kangaskhan will go into a blind rage against them, which will last until either the offending Pokémon or Kangaskhan is unconscious. During this time, Kangaskhan’s attack is doubled, at the expense of a halved defense.
[Normal]: Normal types can use the greatest variety of attacks in the league: they pay for this, however, by having less type energy. In the ASB, Normal types take 100% damage from Ghost type moves.
Biography:
A team of pokemon poachers attempted to take his young one as a circus freak. His baby, named Barefoot Gen, was a strange one. The circus ring wanted the young one all for himself. One day in the forest nearing the edge of the city, the poachers approached Gen for the capturing, but the protective father stepped in, and intervened. The sad part is that it was a minute too late; the poachers trap basically entangled the Gen's head, clapping on to it, and severing his jugular. Needless to say, Hei Bai mulled all the poachers involved. The lost of his young one left him devastated. He has channeled his anger, and now just gives out ghostly looks fueled by anger. It is as almost by squinting his eyes and recalling all of those emotions of anger help me see his lost young.

Special Training: Dirty Looks do not Kill [NO]
Hei Bai learned how to use Mean Look.
Hidden Power: Ice
Attached Token: Black Belt Token

Hiroshi: Level 6 Male Drapion (Uplevel)
Drapion (Poison/Dark): Drapion is able to rotate its head 360 degrees.
[Poison]: If not completely immune, poison types are highly resistant to poisoning.
[Dark]: Dark types can see in the dark. They prefer to fight at night, however light does not adversely affect them.
Biography: Not Available.
No Signature Move.

Hidden Power: Water

Matriarch, to the skies. Let loose a roar to keep him wary, then let's add a cotton guard.

Ascend as you use shock wave after he is done with cotton guard. Then unleash an electromagnetic radiation as you keep a safe distance away toward the terrain edge.

The sun shines down warmly on the Forest Clearing, the bright rays tinged a mild green by the foliage surrounding the arena. Our two trainers slowly walk into view, one a venerated champion, the other a flourishing challenger. The two exchange respectful greetings and nods, before each walking to either side of the clearing, readying themselves for the upcoming battle. Each begins to slowly ponder their choices, and it is our challenger who first makes his decision. Sending his Pokeball spinning forward, the two toned orb nestles in the soft grass, before splitting open at the seam. A bright red rush of energy ensues, which hangs in the air momentarily before silently shifting into the shape of an Eelektross. Pakku looks around his surroundings, carefully drinking in the terrain, before his eyes fall upon the veteran before him. A coy grin later, and a Pokeball is sent spinning into the air, where it bursts open. The flourish of energy this time reveals the distinct shape of an Altaria, which begins to slowly circle Pakku. Matriarch looks down from upon high, and the battle begins.

Matriarch is the first to enact her orders, inhaling deeply before letting loose an intimidating Roar at Pakku. The Eelektross noticeably shrinks away from the Altaria, the loud noise reverberating through his very being. He frowns, before hesitantly awaiting his opponent's next move, deciding to observe before jumping into combat. Matriarch willingly obliges him, slowly expanding the Cotton of her wings until it forms a snug Guard around the majority of her body. Her long neck sticks out of the shell, and she haughtily looks down on Pakku, disregarding the hesitant Eelektross. Strengthening his resolve, Pakku begins to take to the sky, channelling a small amount of Electric- type energy in front of his mouth. A small blue sphere of energy is formed, swirling around as it is further condensed, and small sparks shoot from the compact ball. Pakku issues a defiant cry, before dissipating the energy, sending small bolts of electricity bounding towards Matriarch. The Altaria frowns as the energy courses through her system, but quickly shakes off the blow, almost entirely disregarding the damage it did to her. Pakku is incensed by this, and releases a burst of Electromagnetic Radiation. The motion intensifies the natural magnetic field resonating around the arena, and Pakku grins comfortably, the Eelektross clearly appreciating some sort of boost from the action.

Fairly benign first round. Matriarch's Cotton Guard remains intact, and Pakku is apprecating the boost from Electromagnetic Radiation. The Pokemon look roughly tied in energy, and Matriarch only sustained a small blow. Both look more or less fresh.

It's a shame our versions of Power Swap and to a lesser extent Psych Up suck.

Agility higher still to evade the wave, as far out of his reach as you can go. Then spread a Wonder Room because I've always wanted an excuse to use that move.

Pakku begins the round slowly condensing Electric- type energy into a small, pale sphere before him. The energies whir and groan as they're forcibly condensed, small sparks flying off into the air around the Eelektross. The energy stops spinning for a brief second, before suddenly breaking off into small, bounding arcs of electricity, which quickly shoots towards Matriarch. The Altaria refuses to be struck by the attack, using impressive Agility to quickly raise her altitude, just managing to stray away from the reach of the Shock Wave. Grinning, she watches as Pakku retreats to the relative safety of the trees resting at the edge of the arena. Watching intently, the Altaria seems nonplussed by her opponent's reaction. She spreads her wings wide, before a strange cube emanates from her body, encompassing the entire arena. Having erected her Wonder Room, Matriarch simply begins to circle in the air, attempting to keep track of the location of her opponent from her lofty height.

Both Pokemon avoided damage this round, and energy use by both sides wasn't particularly taxing, with them looking roughly equal at this point. Both are good for two going into the next.

Featherdance. If he's still down there follow it up with a Mist and do your best impression of a cloud floating around up there, but if he's nearby then toxic over his face.

Rush in with acid spray to destroy the cotton guard, then burst agility out the way, and back toward the forest to avoid toxic.

Pakku slowly slinks out of the shadows, before rushing through the air towards Matriarch. The Altaria grins, before beginning a surprisingly inctricate Dance, small Feathers falling away from her body and slowly drifting over Pakku's oncoming body. The Eelektross frowns, but Sprays forward a small gob of Acid, which splashes over Matriarch's encasement of cotton. The acid makes quick work of the cotton that it has soaked, melting the substance away from Matriarch's skin and leaving her unguarded from future assaults. She hisses with hostile intent, before turning on Pakku and spewing forth her own gob of Toxic. The small sphere makes it's way towards Pakku, but the Eelektross is prepared. He quickly darts back towards the trees, using incredibly Agility. The orb sails over his head and arcs down, hitting the forest but avoiding Pakku entirely.

No damage traded here either. Energy use from both was fairly taxing, and they're beginning to tire a fair bit. Both have entered the second third of their total energy, but only just, and remain roughly tied. Eelektross has enough Poison- type remaining for a Toxic, while Matriarch's reserves are all but shot.

Discharge as you flee back to the forest. Remain evasive within the forest. However, if you see her roost, give her another discharge.

Hopefully you won't have much trouble dodging at this height, so do that. Follow up by spreading a mist across the field.

Matriarch floats upon high, and Pakku narrow his eyes as he carefully tries to follow his opponent. Gathering energy between his fleshy hands, he creates a small whirring orb of Electric- type energy, before lancing a Discharge up towards his aerial opponent. Matriarch giggles lightly, as she gently drifts to the side of the attack, effortlessly removing herself from the attacks trajectory. Her amusement only increases as she watches Pakku retreat cautiously back to his trees, and she inhales deeply. Lightly mixing the air within her lungs with Ice- type energy, she exhales while arcing her head left to right, exhaling a fine blue Mist as she does so. The sheer volume of the cloudy material manages to nicely obscure the Altaria as she slowly circles in the air, and Pakku finds himself panicking from his spot within the forest as he quickly loses sight of her.

Pretty benign round from both. They'll both be looking pretty refreshed going into the next round, Pakku more so.

And yet you are hiding behind a mist!

You seem to be close to that tree in front of you. Use rain dance as you stand behind the tree. Wait a few, then use coil before the end of the round.

Matriarch slowly continues to circle from on high. Noticing that her cowardly opponent is continuing to conceal himself, she inhales deeply, before craning her long neck. Letting loose a terrifying Roar, she grins as she hears the foliage below rustle slightly, a definite sign that her opponent is currently quivering with fear. Down below, Pakku slowly stares into the misty sky, quivering with fear as the blood curdling sound strikes through his body. Holding his arm like appendages before him, he strengthens his resolve - after all, he's already suffered through one of his opponent's frightening bellows. Beginning an arcane dance, he gyrates his strange body left and right, summoning clouds which slowly begin to roll in high above the arena. A light drizzle starts to fall, and Matriarch frowns as her downy coat becomes light soaked. Pakku, not wanting to reveal himself just yet, instead Coils his body tightly, a faint layer of energy dancing across the surface of his skin. His muscles tighten noticeably, and his mind becomes much more focused on the battle at hand.

No damage to either Pokemon this round. Matriarch is beginning to create a lead in energy over her opponent, but both are into the second third. Matriarch looks refreshed now, and Pakku remains looking good for two.

Aim and release a discharge at your opponent when you get a clear shot. If she comes in close, keep her at bay with thunder punch. Otherwise, use another discharge if you have a clear shot of your opponent.
