Can a pokemon bite themselves out of Stick Web, the pokemon is question (Snubbull) hasa boost to biting moves. Also, would that take up a move or is it ref's discretion?

If it has explicitly good jaws, like a bite boost suggests, I don't see why not. Definitely takes a move.

Their movement would still probably be clunky afterward due to stray strings or whatever, though.

Before I make any mistakes i'd like to ask: Can pokemon in Gym Trainer slots be used in standard. non-Gym matches?

How will Earth Power function if it is made to go through a 6 feet deep pool of lava? Will it fail entirely or will it be weakened? The user is a Ground type.

When using Calm Mind to cure confusion to any extent, do you still get the associated boosts or not?

Not if they are completely interrupted, at least that is the way it has been ruled for as long as I remember. If it is a partial interruption then you lose a proportional amount of type energy but if the energy isn't spent then it shouldn't be lost.

Just what is the range of the move Waterfall? Like if aimed at a ground or aerial based opponent how far could it reach?

Gonna need context to actually answer this correctly since there's like three different ways to use Waterfall lol.

Context is using Waterfall in a sizable body of water and sending it skyward while choosing not to ride the current.

LO input now, so it's official boys.

You can use waterfall to hit something in the air, and use a water/fly to hit something underground.

So, the following is an example of something I'm needing clarification on because I'm trying to make zero mistakes so certain people don't complain.

Quote:
Trainer A: Zigzagoon, Tackle then Protect from something
Quote:
Trainer B: Poochyena, Bite then Fire Fang
Which move would Trainer A's 'mon be protected from?

In the overwhelming majority of cases, fire fang.
