And although the restoration is little, it can do wonders for their freshness.

Not random ones, no. Some moves like Slash can trigger higher damage or hit weak points, but random crits don't exist.

Alright, and assuming that a move like slash was used, how much additional damage would be inflicted?

Some people do do critical hits and don't necessarily ref them that high. ordering stuff like "use Crunch on his wing joint" might result in a 'critical hit' if the ref wanted it to.

Are all moves that require energy 'interruptable' by an attack that causes a loss of focus (Screech, Roar, etc) or only the ones that would require a certain degree of mental focus?

Take Dragonbreath from a dragon for example - it's not really an attack that requires (in my opinion) any sort of special focus for a dragon to do, it's a pretty "natural" attack that is almost as straight forward as exhaling. Can it be interrupted into complete failure by Screech?

Depends when the move in question happens. If one were to Roar/Screech just before a Dragonbreath, you'd likely miss out on the Dragonbreath entirely (more probable in the case of Roar from the fear factor). If it happened at roughly the same time as the 'Breath, I'd probably have it lose power and it might not be aimed correctly (depending on various factors). After the Dragonbreath is launched, it'd give no disruption at all.

It depends on the situation. For instance, I would say attacks that require more focus would be easier to disrupt, causing anything from full to partial stoppage. For other attacks, it depends on the power of the attack you're trying to disrupt (more energy required means it's more likely to have a partial attack, weaker attacks are more likely to be fully shut down), the pokemon involved (a Dragonite roaring at a Taillow will be more effective than the reverse), and the overall energy state of the pokemon involved (things that are more tired will be more likely to be stopped than fresh ones).

I would personally ref STAB attacks as less likely to be shut down by disruption, though it would be by no means impossible.

I doubt it, since it's a physical presence thing.

No, I wouldn't say it does, since it's really how much Toxic poison has gotten into the bloodstream and what not~ It won't increase while in the Pokeball, but its not going to reset~

This is kinda a stupid question but I'm not sure about it.

If Gravity is in effect, will a particularly heavy pokemon that is knocked over have a harder time getting up? If so, to what extent?

Also known as: How to screw over a Bronzong~

It will really be hard if they are like made of metal or something, but something like Snorlax is probably going to be okay~

I would personally reset the Toxic counter. Decreased heart rate from not being in a battle situation = decreased blood flow = decreased Toxic damage. Or something.

ASB Gravity's relationship with mass (weight) is not necessarily as it would be in reality. Since we allow short hops, jumps etc under Gravity, I would personally allow pokémon to right themselves.

I frankly have no idea why the ref was letting you use Rollout underground in the first place.

Does Flamethrower always have to come out of the mouth, with a few notable exceptions, or does it come out of the mouth for Pokemon who really don't have any other means of launching flames?

FARTTHROWER AHOY!

It depends on the pokemon, but most pokemon have no way to launch it apart from their mouths.
