Ref Replacement Service
Got a match but the ref isn't reffing? I have the solution for you; newbie refs! These refs have all passed ref school and will be reffing under the supervision of a more experienced ref, which means they send one of us every reffing they are going to make before posting and we give feedback. If you have any queries, direct them firstly to the newbies, but we will be watching the threads to check up on things. This is part of an initiative to introduce more refs in to the league. They are required to ref once a week.
Matches eligible for ref replacement in this thread must satisfy one of the following three criteria; -The ref has asked you to replace them. -The match has currently been waiting on the ref for at least two weeks. -The match is currently and has most rounds been waiting on the ref for more than a week. Speed bonuses for the newbie refs will be based upon when their supervisor receives the PM. In addition to the standard SP for the match given to the ref, the supervisor will receive 1 SP. This thread will work much like the ref queue; you post the match in question, one of our newbie refs takes it and then a supervising ref will pick it up. By posting a match in this thread you and your opponent are giving the necessary agreement for any of our newbie refs to grab it. The match that I have picked up matches two of three descriptions. If it is okay with Lost & Jerichi, I would like their match to fall into this category. I cleared their permission for a regular reffing, but I'm not sure if I need any additional permission for the match to fall into this replacement service.

Regrettably, our ref is having some personal troubles. My Gym Defence, one pokémon down each, midway through the second. You get to ref for two bitter and misanthropic LOs who probably won't yell at you. Also I do sigs so reffing for me is always a good thing obvs. Ref and supervisor needed. |

Given that you should only have two matches on UPN anyway I don't know how you're managing to scare off so many refs.

So people if you're going to take these matches on you're supposed to be waiting until you have a supervisor before you actually do any reffing. That is rather the point of it.
