For some reason, this is a common misconception. Every single time I bring out my Beedrill, people try to type spam me with Ice types... It's funny really =S

You've lost me on the logic here :p.
Assuming you're serious here and not just slighting me, I was attempting to say that there are TL2/3's that are decent battlers that just show no interest in being a GT. Daisy and Rangeet are examples. Both are decent battlers and neither is chomping at the bit for a GT/GL position.

That's why you build your team like SS did: Get Poisons with awesome dual typing. (ex: Gengar, Drapion)

Supposedly, it's because there are minerals in the ground that can counteract poison. Or something.

Silly phoopes. Everyone knows all Machamp should be named either "Chernobyl" or "Fourarms".

Edit: Kusari, you so silly. I'm gunning for Hana's GT spot but she's never active and she wouldn't take me anyway. It's a little annoying really, she's active enough to still be a GL but not active enough to take a GT ;;

*dances on your lawn* Sorry, what were you saying?

...It would appear I am back to previous spamming amounts. Hmm. I should probably go play some TF2 to cool down.

But how much to you mention it? Apparently enough that I can't recall hearing it.

It would be boring to model my team after his, and Gengar/Drapion are two of my least favorite pokemon... although Gengar IS admittedly extremely useful as a poison...

Beedrill is by far the best pokemon for any all-poison team however, IMO. It's typing combined with solarbeam/TONS of flying attacks counter Poison's weaknesses excellently, and it has tons of great poison attacks for good damage.

Not necessarily a great pokemon to stand on its own, but a personal favorite considering how great it's performed for me.

P_H and LC will be the death of me. At least Kairne took over my Metronome Match that Kind left alone for two weeks.

Actually, me vs. Daisy will be over soon. Anyone interested? P_H is a little too slow for our liking and keeps repeatedly forsaking his reffing bonus.

I've never even heard of a Beedrill being used well before. But then again, anything is possible in ASB.

EDIT:

Also, I have a slot. So anybody who's TL1, how about a 3 vs. 3? Wanna try out some of my new toys.

In my match with Tyoyo, he's taken out one pokemon, left his other in critical health, and is still doing well with a type advantage against his last 'mon.

I haven't even sent out a second or third pokemon yet

Difficult to do. Elsie trying to use his really screwed him over against me.

In other news, I feel sad when I get nerdy references and I'm picking up a lot of them ;;.

Stu probably has a Beedrill.

Stu likes awesome things.

Therefore Beedrill is probably awesome.

Also, I actually do like Beedrill ingame, but never used him in ASB before

I HATE beedrill in the games... In fact, up until about a year ago, he was my least favorite pokemon... Until I found him as a Trading Card...

That beedrill in the TCG had the most broken effect ever, and combined with a weedle and kakuna that sped through and evolved themselves instantly searching out the beedrill, the guy went from literally my least favorite pokemon, to one of my favs. Now in PASBL, I love him any more, cuz he's actually doing some great work

SS vs Dave in their Gym Match. SS used his beautifully to lure out Dave's Bastiodon then to U-Turn to a Tentacruel. Twice might I add.
