Pikachu UPN PASBL: Weebos vs Concept

All hail Kush, King of the Britons, Inducer of Fishrage, Lover of all things Infanticide!
Quote:
WEEBOS (c) vs CONCEPT (a)
2 v 2
Slappy
Equiall?
Ref arena?
72 hour DQ
...

BOOM! SHAKE! QUAKE! OPERATION ARE YOU READY FOR WHISKEY IS A GOGO! WE'RE A POKÉMONING, WE'RE A BATTLING, WE'RE A ROAD TRIPPING! THAT'S RIGHT, WE'RE ON THE M25 (WEEBOS, IT CIRCLES LONDON, IMAGINE A GIANT RING OF TOTAL FAIL JUST CONSTANTLY GOING A ROUND AND AROUND UNTIL EVENTUAL THE APOCALYPSE HAPPENS). LET'S TRY AND MAKE IT ALL THE WAY AROUND!
Quote:
Highway (Advanced Outdoor Custom Arena): This arena takes place on an six-lane highway (three lanes going in each direction), with traffic going through. Pokemon may battle all over the place, be it cars, the side of the road, or in the air. The traffic flow varies, but can all be summed up in 3 modes:
-Light: There is almost no traffic to speak of. It will vary from almost no cars at all to a few at one time. It is generally safe to be on the highway, and most Pokemon will be able to avoid the cars with little trouble.
-Moderate: There are large amounts of cars going through, but not enough to cause a slowdown. However, this make standing on the highway a dangerous proposition. It is safest on the cars, but it will definitely be a running battle as the cars continue onwards.
-Heavy: cars basically fill the entire highway for as far as can be seen. Traffic flow is usually slow or non-existent, meaning that it'd be difficult to find a piece of highway that ISN'T covered.
Traffic flow varies, also, depending on the time of day. During the daylight hours, traffic is most likely to be either Moderate or Heavy. During the night, traffic is most likely to be light. Also, since many cars will be going quickly, a Pokemon that gets hit will suffer heavy damage and (if they're small enough) possibly death. Also, falling onto the pavement from a moving vehicle can also do some damage.
Special Rules: Artificial Lighting (Highway light poles), Deadly, Terrain Edge (anything on the side of a highway, be it a city, a grass field, etc. Refs, use your judgment)
Optional Rules: Weather (any), Break of Dawn, Night Fight, Twilight, Fog
YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

IF THIS IS A DOUBLES, PMS AWAY! IF NOT, DO STUFF! EITHER WAY, SEE YOU ON THE OTHER SIDE WACKOS!

WARGHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Gallade

I don't think we've battled before, but I'm so old I don't remember things, dohohoho.

Let's have a good match, thank Kush for reffing.

I'll get you guys tea and crumpets some time.

MY BADGE THAT WAS IN THIS POST THE WHOLE TIME!
Badge:
Onslaught Badge
Global Badge
The badge of the Donnybrook Coliseum Shopping Mall, emblazoned with a flaming fist representing justice. This badge is given to trainers who triumphed in the Coliseum Mall, and represents their skill and determination to win in an all out assault.
Badge Effect: Furious Onslaught
This badge allows the wielder to use one additional Three Move Combo in all of their matches.

Rayje-Male Gallade-lvl 4
Rayje and Moody were twins at birth and they excel in battle together. They both focus on different techniques and complement each other exceptionally.
Sig Move (Special Training) Teleporting Fool
Rayje's Teleports take 25% less energy. Rajye is familiar with the Donnybrook Shopping Mall and therefore can teleport between floors despite not being able to see through them. He's Psychic yo, he knows this shit.

Kami-Male Electabuzz-lvl 4
Kami has the fury of a Thunder God instilled in him. He has honed his prowess in electricity to create an ultimate attack.
Sig Move (Special Attack) Hammer of the Gods (Electric)
Kami begins the attack by physically punching the opponent and supercharging them with electricity, temporarily paralyzing them for the duration of the attack, (which isn't very long), he then leaps into the air, propelled by electricity, and unleashes some stored electricity into the sky. This creates a lightning bolt which he then rides back down to the opponent, dealing massive Electric damage with a fair chance of paralysis and it will stun both pokemon for an equal period of time. The damage of the attack is along the lines of Giga Impact and it is both physical and special damage. The energy usage of this attack is also equivalent to Giga Impact and Thunder. The speed of this attack makes it nearly impossible to dodge even if the pokemon managed to resist the paralysis from the punch. Use of this attack will temporarily deplete Kami's charge, rendering him unable to use Electric attacks for the next round unless he uses the attack Charge beforehand. Due to the intensity of the attack it can only be used once per match.

Creeper-Female Galvantula-lvl 4
Creeper's climbin' in yo windows, snatchin' yo people up.
Sig move (Special Attack) Toxic String (Poison)
A String Shot laced with toxic style poison. This move infects the opponent with Toxic and functions as a String Shot. Takes the energy of those two moves combined and can be used twice per battle.

Harry Champ-Male Nidoking-lvl 4
Harry Champ is a man destined to be king. He also believes that he needs MORE DOTS! But he can't, so instead he just has a better one.
Sig Move (Special Attack) MORE DOTS! (Poison)
Harry Champ's Toxic works its magic twice as fast and takes twice as much energy.

Voodoo-Male Cacturne-lvl 4
Voodoo is a deranged homicidal maniac. After evolution the darkness enveloped him and he became a being of malevolence. He is incredibly violent and delights in slaughter. Whenever he escapes in the night I know that next morning there will be missing person alerts or tales of grisly innocent deaths, so I try to keep him in his ball. He has developed a dark aligned technique for hunting down down his victims and trapping them.
Sig Move (Special Attack) lolFear (Dark)
Voodoo assaults the opponents mind with Dark energy, conjuring images of their horrendous deaths, (possibly in flames), causing them to be rooted to the spot in fear. While terrorized the pokemon is immobile and cannot perform attacks, making them open to assault. Being hit will knock them out of their fear, as will extended periods of time or significant damage in general. This is a mental affecting attack using energy equivalent to 2 Hypnosis, and can be resisted with normal mental resistance methods. It can only be used once per match.

Panzer-Male Blastoise-lvl 4
Panzer is a battle-hardened Blastoise who has seen his fair share of battles. He uses his experience to get an edge over his opponents.
Sig Move (Special Ability) It’s Just You And Me
When Panzer is out in battle the opponent cannot switch out through recall or switching moves like Baton Pass, Volt Switch, or U-turn.

I don't think we've fought either Weebs, but then I'm almost as old and senile as you so :p. Cheers for reffing Kushtie baby.

Level 4:

Mariah the Venomoth (Female)
Venomoth: (Bug/Poison) Venomoth is capable of flying, and is considered to be a slower flier than Butterfree, but more agile. A Venomoth’s poison attacks are slightly more effective, and it is considered to be familiar with psychic abilities, so it can use Psychic to lift Pokemon. Venomoth can see in the dark.

No sig.

Ashe the Dusclops (Female)
Dusclops is relatively solid and prefers that form, but can go ethereal with little problem. Though it typically stays on the ground, it is able to levitate, though only about as high as Duskull - about knee level of the average trainer, and moves just about as slowly on the ground and in the air.

No sig.

Pilgrim the Piloswine (Male)
Piloswine: (Ice/Ground) Piloswine has a large amount of fur, which keeps it warm in otherwise unbearably cold temperatures. While its vision is obscured by its fur, this makes attacks that blind (such as Flash) weaker and eye-contact attacks (such as Leer) more difficult to execute. To compensate, Piloswine has an excellent sense of smell.
Pilgrim used to belong to an old hermit. They travelled the world together, with Pilgrim as the hermits guard and protector. However, one day they lost track of one another in a blizzard, and Pilgrim has been forced to travel alone ever since.
Special Attack: Mountain Rush (Ground/XX)
Pilgrim mastered this attack in order to defend his master against bigger foes. He charges Ground energy into his front half, then charges the foe as in Take Down. Does a Take Downs worth of equal parts Ground and XX damage, takes the energy of a Take Down and an Iron Defense.

Prometheus the Typhlosion (Male)
Typhlosion: (Fire) Typhlosion is the fastest of the Cyndaquil family, but the least agile. Cyndiquil, Quilava, and Typhlosion can control whether their flames are ignited at any one time. When not ignited, they take less damage from water attacks, as there is no flame for the water to hit. However, they cannot use any fire attacks if their fire is not ignited. Igniting gives them their normal weakness to water, but allows them to use fire attacks. Igniting does not count as a move, and happens automatically when the Pokemon is ordered a fire attack. However, de-igniting counts as a move. They will automatically de-ignite if they fall asleep.
No sig.

Lady Belgemine the Gardevoir (Female)
Gardevoir: (Psychic) Gardevoir's empathic abilities make it very in touch with its opponent. Attacks that deal with the opponents mental state are more effective.

No sig.

Geno the Electabuzz (Male)
Electabuzz: (Electric) If an Electabuzz sees the color red, it may launch into a blind rage. While in this rage, an Electabuzz’s attack is doubled, at the expense of a halved defense. A trainer may, with a note in their bio, however, say they’ve trained Electabuzz not to respond to red. However, Electabuzz will lose the ability to go into this rage if they do so.
io: Geno grew up in a troubled area of London. In order to try and stop people joining gangs, lots of community projects were set up in the area. One such project was a youth boxing club. It was here that Geno found his calling.
Geno was a pretty talented boxer, as it turned out. He was consistently near the top of the league. At first, he struggled due to his somewhat wild and reckless nature, as well as his tendency to flip put at the sight of red boxing gloves. However, he steadily became more and more disciplined, and no longer reacts to the colour red. However, he still feels the anger inside, he's just gotten better at controlling and directing it.
Whilst in the boxing league, he was repeatedly humiliated by a Kangaskhan, Khan. Adding insult to injury, Khan then stole Geno's girlfriend and had him beat up and thrown out of town. This has, understandably, left Geno righteously pissed.

Signature Move: Berserker (Fighting)
Geno no longer reacts to the colour red. However, like all members of his species he still possesses berserker tendencies. At the cost of 1.5 belly drums worth of energy, Geno may take a few seconds to psyche himself up with memories of his great rival. When done, he will scream "KHAAAAAAAAN!" at the top of his voice, shaking his fist at the heavens, and enter his species characteristic rage which will last until his opponent is defeated. If he's interrupted partway through the psyching up, he will enter a partial rage. Once per battle.

Mariah, I'll start with you.

So, Galvantula uses THUNDER! and goes AHHHHHH! This knocks the paralysis out so Venomoth can use STRING SHOT! This is neatly counter by PSYCHIC! resulting in SILLY STRING! style displays and a good amount of damage to the pseudo-spider. Also BUG BUZZ! AHHHHHH!

Well, DAMAGE TO BOTH SIDES! has occurred with Galvantula the lower in the spectrum, now a fair way below 1/2. ENERGY USED! POISON STARTS THIS ROUND! BOOSTS WILL BEGIN FADING NEXT ROUND!

AHHHHHHHHHHH!

I know it's not really your style, but could we have at least one reffing where I have the faintest clue what's going on/how we're both doing at the end of the round?
