Round

As the two Scraggy and their trainers appear on the stage, it's a true battle to be held, as their orders are given and the battle begins!

As it seems, Homer and Hyperbole appear, and are ready for action. Homer moves first, but as it may seem, it may not be the best of moves as while a nasty Toxic is flung at Hyperbole, Hyperbole is quickly Focusing his energy, until a massive Blast is sent towards his foe. Homer isn't ready for this, and takes a massive hit right from the start, even as Hyperbole winces from the poison sinking in. Not giving up, Homer charges in for a Headbutt, but Hyperbole goes low, dodging the hard head, and Low Sweeps his opponent into the air, causing Homer to hit the ground hard for heavy damage. Homer looks a bit pained, and we will see how that attack will affect him as the round moves on...

Results:

Homer took massive damage to start, already close to half as it is, energy use wasn't that bad at all, has a huge lead as it is, Poison took a hit, and he's a bit slow now.

Hyperbole took tiny damage, if only from Toxic. Energy use though was heavy, he's well behind in that regard at this point of the match.

Kuno to order.

Low Kick to add insult to injury. Also to add injury to injury. If you see an opening, Drain Punch.

Hyperbole continues his rampage, Low Kicking Homer to the ground, not noticing the aura around him. At the same time, the Counter works, and Hyperbole is sent flying for twice the damage as his foe. Eventually, both members are getting to their feet, and Hyperbole begins focusing a Drain Punch as Homer lunges in for a Hi Jump Kick. Needless to say, both take massive damage from their respective blows, and an explosion from the two rips through the arena, both pokemon being sent backwards. As the smoke clears however, Hyperbole is looking beaten, but nowhere as bad as his opponent, as the round ends.

Results:

Homer, took simply massive damage from that last exchange, but he's still alive, just into his final quarter of health, still has that energy lead, though counter took a chunk out of it.

Hyperbole, from a combination of simply Drain Punch, is barely above half healthwise. At the same time, he regained a little bit of energy from the punch, but he's still behind in energy.

the two are relatively close.

Low Kick to trip its attack. Brick Break it to end it. If it's still around, throw in another Drain Punch.

Homer is desperate for the win, and as a result he charges head-long into the fray, preparing a similar Drain Punch as his opponent had earlier before. However, Hyperbole continues to aim for the feet, Low Kicking around, and sweeping the feet out from under his foe. As a result, Homer slams into the ground heavily, and he continues his fight, charging up a second Drain Punch even as he leaps to his feet. However, before he could get a good swing, of any sort into the fray, Hyperbole takes the time to easily send a swing downward. This swing was strong enough to Break Bricks, and it easily smashes Homer into the ground, even as Homer's energy slams into Hyperbole's head. As a result, the two fly apart, and as Hyperbole manages to stand, Homer, even with the slight health recovery is not able to fight any longer.

Results:

Homer is unable to battle! means that Kuno and Hyperbole are the winners!

Kuno gets 1 KO, 2 TP
Roseheart gets 1 TP
I get 3 SP

good match

Good match Roseheart. You did fairly well considering the circumstances.
