Good luck DeeDee.

Level 5:

Christiaan the Politoed (Male)
Politoed: (Water) While not as good a swimmer as a Poliwrath, a Politoed can jump much farther. Politoed are equally adept on land or in water. A Politoed may croak as a move. This has effects identical to Charm against any Poliwag or Poliwhirl in the area. All of the Poliwag family secretes a sort of slime when out of the water, which makes them more slippery and harder to grab, though Politoed are not as slippery as its tadpole counterparts.
For some reason, everyone seems obsessed with Mexican 'mon.
Mine is Dutch.
Christiaan is the result of a Poliwhirl breeding with a pure-bred Ludicolo. His mother, sadly died during childbirth, and he lived in the Eterna forest, raised by the Ludicolo. As such, his upbringing was not what is typical for a Poliwag. The poor lad suffered terrible headaches from the effects of moss rock, and the training he received didn't exactly seem fitting for a water type.
Special Training: Frogman (Grass)
Due to his parentage and upbringing with Ludicolo and close to moss rock, Christiaan has a certain grass type affinity. He is considered familiar with grass type attacks (as waters generally are with ice type moves) and has the same amount of grass energy a normal water would have ice energy. He gains the moves Seed Bomb, Energy Ball and Giga Drain. He loses all Ice moves and will not have access to ice punch either when he would gain it upon evolution (ie all his ice moves).

Level 4:

Pandora the Absol (Female)
Absol: (Dark) Due to their ability to predict disasters, Absol have a faster reaction time to large-scale attacks (Earthquake, Blast Burn, Explosion, Thunder, Hydro Pump, Sandstorm, exceptionally powerful sig moves, destruction of arena, etc, etc). This does not guarantee escape, it merely increases the odds of dodging.
Pandora is quite possibly my best battler. On several occasions she's taken the requisite fc focus punch and gone on to defeat her opponent. She laughs in the face of unimaginative typespam. She used to live in the mountains, and occasionally work with the HATS - High Altitude Tactical Squadron - alongside my Heracross, although they never really trusted her due to her species reputation. However her knowledge of the mountains and consistent and reliable battle style made it hard to deny her usefulness.
Signature Move: Triumphant (Dark)
Pandora has developed this ability to take advantage of her species reputation as bringers of disaster. Once she's KO'd an opponent, she may manipulate her dark energy to strike fear into the heart of her next opponent at any time after it is released at the cost of a move, having the effect of a Featherdance for the same energy cost. Large scary Pokemon (Aerodactyl, Gyarados) will be less effected, whilst Pokemon similar or smaller in size than Absol will be more effected. This fades in the same way as normal boosts, and will vanish automatically when Lyra faints.

Jerry the Raichu (Male)

Raichu: (Electric) Raichu is the fastest of the Pikachu family, if not the most agile. Its tail acts as a ground for its electric attacks. If its tail is not touching the ground when it uses an electric attack, it will take slight recoil damage. Raichu have sensitive hearing, at the expense of increased vulnerability to sound attacks.
Jerry is a Pikachu raised by a group of Marill as one of their own. He's mildly insane. This is why I like him.
Signature Move: Grace of Thunder (Water)
Jerry got good at manipulating his limited water energy due to living with Marill. This move is an upgrade to rain dance, and replaces it. He sends a beam of water energy akin to the small beam in sunny day, which may be directed either at the sky causing a rain dance effect or at his opponent, causing no damage but bursting into water and making them wet as if they'd been dunked in water. Energy cost is 1.5x Rain Dance, usable twice per match. This has the effect of making electric attacks effect ground types normally unless they manage to dry themselves off, as stated in the ground type characteristics.

Ishmael the Clefable (Male)
Clefable: (Normal) Clefable are a bit reclusive, and are naturally shy, so they are not comfortable around large amounts of people, unless their bio states otherwise. Thus, stadiums or grandstands with onlookers make them nervous and reduce their accuracy slightly. Clefairy and Clefable can jump high and far, and can use their wings to fly (not fast or well, but they can). The Clefairy family cannot see in total darkness, but they can see better than most in low light.

No sig.

Wolfgang the Arcanine (Male)
Arcanine: (Fire) Arcanines and Growlithes are extremely loyal and brave. They are more likely to follow orders of their trainers, even if they consider such orders questionable. They are also more resistant to fear-inducing effects. Finally, their hearing is more sensitive than normal, at the expense of being more vulnerable to sound attacks.

No sig.

Jasper the Golduck (Male)
Golduck: (Water) the Psyduck family is considered to be familiar with psychic abilities, and can use Psychic to lift Pokemon. Golduck is fast and agile both in and out of water.
Jasper spent most of his young life alongside my uncle, a professional boxer who mainly trained fighting pokemon. Unfortunately, my uncle was recently killed in an incident involving an oyster and a handbag (let's not go there). Jasper needed a good home, and being the only person he knew well who was a Pokemon trainer, my uncle left the Poliwag in my hands.

Special Training: De Beste Eten is Kaas (Fighting)
Due to training with my uncle and his pokemon, Jasper is considered familiar with fighting moves from a supereffective standpoint and gains energy to bring his reserves to about the same level as his ice reserves.

DUCK: Genderless Porygon-Z
Officially the first Porygon-Z in the league, DUCK has become the envy of many. Once completely banned from the ASB for reasons even Muyo didn't know, my old Porygon from back in the day has returned with a vengeance and a new name. During the many years he spent away from me, he learned to refine his signature move. Also, he wishes he was as cute as a Porygon2, hence why he keeps a picture of his former self around.
Special defense: AOL Spam Blocker V6.9 (Normal/Psychic)
Using energy equal to Light Screen (half normal, half psychic), DUCK erects a wall similar in size to Light Screen. The wall will block 1 attack, physical or special, no more than 7/10ths of a Hyper Beam in strength, but only 1 attack before vanishing. However, being a product of AOL, it has some problems. First, due to the energy types used, Dark and Fighting type attacks can get through the Wall, with Dark attacks dealing 100% damage to DUCK, and Fighting attacks dealing 50% damage (which, when applying weaknesses, equates to 100%). Second, it can only be used twice a battle, but can only block a unique energy type once. For example, if it blocked a Flamethrower, it can be used once more in the battle, but will not be able to block another Fire attack. Thirdly, because AOL really is shit, there is a 7.5% chance of AOL Spam Blocker failing all together. Energy wont be used, however it will count as one of the two uses per battle, and still counts as an attack.

Level 4:

Skanky: Male Nidoking
Skanky's a pretty awesome guy, eh loves mud and doesn't afraid of anything. Aside from being a generally great 'mon to hang around with on a daily basis, he's a complete beast in battle. The guy has a special place in his heart for mud, too., which he used to develope a powerful technique in battle.
Special Attack: Dirty Muddy Blast (Ground)
Skanky fires a Hydro Pump of pure mud and Ground Energy at the opponent. If the mud gets in their eyes, it can cut their accuracy. Damage and Energy are equal to Hydro Pump, and can be used once a battle.

Boris: Male Raichu
Boris, the friendly, carefree Raichu. He doesn't like battling all that much, but when called upon, is incredibly fierce. Not that he cares at all.
Special Attack: Electrotail (Electric/XX)
Boris charges Electric energy into his tail, and hits his opponent with it. Because of the shape of his tail, it acts like a whip, and in realistic battles, can cause some serious welts or lacerations. Damage/Energy equal to Iron Tail + Slash, and can be used 3 times a battle.

Julie: Female Kangaskhan
no sig

Male Sceptile

Amber: Female Blaziken

First off, fuck you if you don't like Blaziken.
Now that I've gotten that off my chest, Amber is a pretty awesome member of the species. Like you'd expect, she has an extremely firey personality, and sometimes can be a handful, but she can also be "chill" and laid back if she wants to be. Pissing her off is not a very great idea, as her philosophy on life is "be a bitch to those who deserve it." But if you get on her good side, which isn't very hard, she'll make a loyal friend.
Special Training: kix4kicks
Amber may now use Rolling Kick, Jump Kick, Hi Jump Kick and Triple Kick. Because a Blaziken is more used to kicking than what a Combusken is, they no longer cause Recoil, but instead use 1.5x more energy than normal.

Julie. There will be no stoppin....

Lets go.

Fact is that this looks like a normal fight, as a Kangaskhan and Clefable appear on the field of battle. Clefable moves first, though Kangaskhan doesn't really care, as she takes a Bubblebeam to the upper chest and lols, but overall, things don't look too badly. However, the Icy Wind that's fired looks like it would hit everyone, including her kid, and she blasts a Flamethrower through it, burning the chill away, and slams the attack into Clefable for a painful hit. She then follows this up with a Skull Bash, which Clefable sorta dodges, but still takes a strong hit.

Results:

Clefable took considerable damage, well below Kanga and on the way to 3/4ths, energy use was solid- Ice remains for a not quite full Blizzard, Water took a heavy blow, about 1.5 Bubblebeams, or 2 Water Pulses are left, energy use overall was meh.

Kanga took a decent hit, has a decent lead, energy use was pretty good, worse than Clefable, Fire energy remains, no Fire Blast is possible, a Flamethrower or two is though.

You should be in close. Body Slam. Try to stay on top of it, and Outrage. If you're not on top of it, though, then Secret Power.

Safeguard yourself against the outrage and shove her off you. Dynamicpunch whilst she's disoriented.

Kanga isn't amused, and Body Slams Clefable for a painful blow. the issue then is Clefable is trapped under a much larger pokemon, and even before the Outrage starts, he's desperate to escape, so desperate that he feels a massive sigh of relief as the Outrage smashes him forcefully, but doesn't actually deal damage, as he was protected by a Safeguard. Once Kangaskhan exhausts herself for the most part, she then is greeted by a Dynamicpunch, and while she is not derping, she is still somewhat injured overall.

Results:

Kanga took a massive blow, below 3/4ths, energy use was quite high, Dragon barely fuels a Dragon Claw I think?, she's kinda winded.

Clefable took enough damage from body slam to drop below 3/4ths, still has health lead though, energy use was large, Fight energy is slightly above half.

(I understand we all have RL shit to take care of, but one reffing a month will suck for all of us)

anyway, Clefable prepares for a Drain Punch, but Kangaskhan waits patiently, or at least until the energy's charged before a vicious Sucker Punch catches the pinker pokemon in the gut, stopping the energy use, and the attack from occuring. Now would have been a perfect time to continue, but Kanga allows her opponent to regain its breath, and is rewarded with a Psychic to the face. She doesn't get angry though, just even, as a Focus Blast is launched in retaliation. Clefable still dodges a little bit, but the distance doesn't help, and it takes massive damage.

Results:

Clefable took massive damage, below half by a good amount, Fighting energy is cut in half or so, but it's lost a good chunk of its reserves, Psychic is better off though. Energy use was high though.

Kanga took a reasonable hit, near half, energy use was pretty high, Fighting fuels a Rock Smash at best, Dark is a bit better off though.

Secret Power. Earthquake to interrupt something. If there's nothing to interrupt, use it anyway.

Bounce up to dodge the secret power and stay airborne. Zap cannon whilst he's stomping around like a idiot making earthquakes.

the two were close, which is why the Secret Power still lands a reasonable hit as Clefable Bounces into the sky. Furthermore, the next action is a bit surprising, as Kangashkhan either doesn't notice or doesn't care that her opponent had not hit the ground, and as a result, slams a foot down to form a totally ineffective Earthquake. Clefable snickers, and fires the Zap Cannon she'd been charging, dealing a solid hit and paralyzing Kanga as the round ends.

Results:

Kanga took a pretty strong hit, below half now, energy use was decent, Ground is at half energy. badly paralyzed.

Clefable took a meh hit, but is still a good bit behind healthwise, energy use was kinda high, Electric took massive hit, it's not gone, but there isn't much left either.

Clefable is still in the air, they are somewhat close.

Clefable Wishes for something to happen, and is a bit irritated as she hears some Snoring, as Kangashkhan begins to Rest. She regains her composure, only for a much louder, and pain inducing Snore to rip through the arena.

Results:

Kanga is sleep, no damage, energy regaining, paralysis weakened some.

Clefable took damage, but nothing serious, defense is up, energy boosted from Wish.
