So, yeah, I've basically spent like 4 hours dicking around and then spent like an hour actually doing stuff. This is my first time building an underground shelter, so I'm pretty psyched about it since I don't have to worry about material cost. Plus, I have a laval penis for a marker. What is better than that!? [/totesimmature]

Warning: Multiple images inside. May slow down browsers. I would put them in different spoiler tags but effort.
Spoiler: show

The marker so when I go spelunking into the surrounding area I know where to find my houze. I get lost so much.

The entrance to my place. Even has a cute little sign with my name on it. It's a 1x1 vertical shaft with a ladder on one of the walls so I gently fall to the ground like an elevator. Oh yeah, and everything is done with pressure plates.

I'm very much as waste-not, want-not person, I tend to make my living space quite small and easy to access other places, such as my wheat farm and mine.

Everything is in the walls in order to save space. The pressure plate leads to a trapdoor that covers a 3x1 shaft that I use to dump things into. May become filled with lava at some point.

And ma wheat farm. I don intend on expanding it at some point, but effort.

And no one cares. *shot*

Somebody has recreated the Pokémon Red ROM in Minecraft ... and a working Game Boy.

Imgur (click here first)
YouTube (click here second)

The guy in the video isn't the one who made this. I take it he's a well-known Minecraft YouTuber. The guy who made this is one Mr. Squishy.

No audio, as apparently it was difficult to synchronize.

Skip ahead to 21m55s to begin the tour of the electronics.

It's been eight years and I still have zero knowledge of Minecraft.

This was recommended to me and it certainly portrays a bizarre game. Rampant theft, homelessness, property damage and nightly zombie raids? That doesn't sound very fun.

Drilling into the earth and exploding brings bad traumatic memories of the air pockets in Motherload.
