Graveler Round 7

Battle: We begin this round as Houndour exhales a cloud of smog around Vulpix, who holds his breath in order to not breathe in the gas. His vision is severely reduced, however, but goes ahead and tries to use Hidden Power. Luckily for him, the attack comes in waves, which strike Houndour for good damage. Vulpix takes a breath after the use of the move and becomes poisoned, as the smog sticks around and Vulpix's lung capacity is not very large.

Condition of Battlers: Houndour took some good damage, his health is pretty close to half now. His energy use was small, and got a much needed break. Vulpix used some good energy, still ahead by a lot. He is poisoned.

Condition of Arena: The smog is around Vulpix and could worsen the poison if the smog isn't cleared.

Attacks from fw2.

Graveler Round 8

Battle: We begin this round as Vulpix uses Quick Attack once more, this time to escape from the smog cloud and keep her poisoning to a minimum. Houndour then fires off a Flamethrower at the cloud of smog, making the stuff explode, but not harming Vulpix as he got out of the way in time. Vulpix then hacks up some toxic goo and splatters it all over Houndour, who was already poisoned by toxic before and this doesn't really speed up the process. At the end of the round, both turn purple from poisoning but Vulpix takes slightly more damage at this time.

Condition of Battlers: Houndour took a tiny bit of damage from Toxic, it did not change much but it will in a few rounds. He used up quite a bit of energy, he's around halfish energy. Vulpix took some damage from his poisoning, it's still a good bit below half. His energy use was not too high again, and holds a very sizable lead now.

Condition of Arena: The smog cloud has cleared up.

Attacks from MG.

If debris fell on top of Vulpix trapping it in place, and there's a widespread Smog cloud, how was it able to both escape the debris and the cloud, AND get far enough away that it was in the blast radius using just a Quick Attack. Especially given how fast a Houndour will launch a Flamethrower.

The Hidden Power shifted the debris a bit, as well as hitting Houndour because the attack description says its "waves of energy." Sorry if I didn't make that clear in the reffing. I'm willing to reref the round if you using Flamethrower was seriously based off of what you thought what was to happen.

Graveler Round 9

Battle: We begin this round as Houndour roars pretty loudly, startling Vulpix. The smaller fox is too scared to do anything, so it doesn't. They both turn purple at the end of the round, taking damage from poison.

Condition of Battlers: Houndour took slightly more damage, his health is a good bit above half. He used a little bit of energy, not really much of a change. Vulpix still took more poison damage than Houndour, his health is well below half, but still closer to half than critical. He is still scared. If he gets lucky and lands a hit, he won't be anymore.

Condition of Arena: N/A

Attacks from fw2.

What about poison damage from last round for both Pokemon? Also, how does Iron Tail + Swift + Swift + Reduced Hidden Power = Nearly half damage?

It took a Howl boosted Quick Attack too, but you are correct, it is not nearly half. I will change my wording to reflect the actual health. And also edit the reffing for the poison.

Graveler Round 10

Battle: We begin this round as Vulpix overcomes her fear of Houndour and uses a Hidden Power. This time, the attack that hits Houndour is fully powered and hits him for good damage. Houndour does nothing, however, so Vulpix continues by firing off an Ember. The not-concentrated flame goes all around and hits Houndour for light damage. Houndour, despite not being hit by huge attacks, has his payback with a pretty large dark aura surrounding him. He slams into Vulpix for significant damage. Then, Houndour thrashes around and strikes Vulpix for even more damage with a boosted Facade. At the end of the round, both turn purple from poisoning. This is enough to KO Vulpix, as the fox keels over and has spiral-y eyes.

Vulplix is unable to battle!
fw2, please send out your final Pokemon!

Condition of Battlers: Houndour took significant damage, accounting for the now dangerous toxic. His health is now below half by a bit. His energy use was high, it's now well below half.

Condition of Arena: N/A

fw2 will choose his final Pokemon and order.
MG orders.

Graveler Round 11

Battle: We begin this round as fw2 sends out his final Pokemon, a female Dratini. The small dragon starts off by firing a Water Gun. The somewhat pressurized water attack. Houndour gets out of the way of the attack, but due to his low energy he gets hit on the tail and takes mild damage. The fresher Dratini then fires off a Shock Wave. The little lightning bolts hit Houndour for moderate damage. Houndour then runs towards Dratini and bites down, using Crunch to deal a little bite damage and deal a lot of Dark damage as Dark energy seeps into Dratini via Houndour's teeth. At the end of the round, Houndour turns purple and takes toxic damage.

Condition of Battlers: Dratini took a good hit, her health is a good bit below Perfect. Her energy use was somewhat high, still doing ok there. Houndour took a lot of damage as the toxic is getting really lethal, his health is at critical. He used some energy, his levels are closer to half than critical by a bit.

Condition of Arena: N/A

Attacks from MG.

Graveler Round 12

Battle: We begin this round as Houndour starts charging Ghost energy to use another Shadow Ball, but just ends up sending out a breath of Ghost energy, as he had used all of it from his earlier Shadow Ball. Dratini then tries to use Surf, but alas there is not water around to use it. At the end of the round, Houndour turns purple from toxic damage and gets KO'd from it.

Houndour is unable to battle!
MG, please send out your final Pokemon!

Condition of Battlers: Dratini used no energy and took no damage.

Honestly, I thought it was common sense that an FC Shadow Ball = FC Hyper Beam except with Ghost energy. Pokemon only have about a Hyper Beam of off-type energy (with a few exceptions), and I'm pretty sure Houndour only has a Hyper Beam of Ghost energy. Also, because you posted "LOL" and your entire post was in all-caps I thought you knew that and simply decided to do nothing seeing as though the poisoning was going to KO Houndour anyway.

Hmmmm. I usually ref off-STAB energy as about 1.5-2 Hyperbeams (or about 3 Thunderbolts), so I'm just a little surprised. The second Shadow Ball was purely for the lulz.
