Take advantage of Spite's time consumption, and give it a Maximum concentration Confuse Ray. Then use everything left in your energy pool to create a fissure, aiming straight in his direction.

Round 7

Shade easily begins his concentration for a Spite... but Mizore is having none of it, releasing a powerfully concentrated Confuse Ray at him... and everything stops for Shade. his concentration vanishes, and a dull look pops onto his face. He continues this look as Mizore exhaustedly slams the ground, too tired to move, but able to stay awake long enough to watch Shade fall into her Fissure. She then collapses, the last thing heard being Shade's grunt of pain...

Results:

Mizore is unable to battle! Final Pokemon+attacks Alto

Shade- is more than tripping balls confused, he's in the area of partially retarded stage of confusion. Anyway, the Fissure isn't too deep, but he did take some damage from falling in it.

Field: Fissure is about 15-20 feet deep.

Great job Mizore. You've done what I wanted.

Hikari-chaaaaaaan. Looks like you have to battle. (Dragonair, Female)

Hikari, Thunder Wave to begin, let the paralysis set in and keep the hold as long as possible. Then quickly set up a Light Screen to defend yourself in the future.

Round 8

To finish up the battle for Alto is Hikari the Dragonair. Hikari stares at Shade in his fissure, then launches a Thunder Wave at him, holding it for as long as possible. Through the shock and pain, Shade actually remembers something and he simply Waits. After a while, the Thunder Wave stops, but the paralysis lingers. In the time it takes for Shade to recover enough from the paralysis and confusion, Hikari creates a Light Screen. Eventually, while afflicted, Shade manages to climb out of the fissure...but is still very much confused and paralyzed, and doesn't even bother to use Ice Punch.

Results:

Hikari took no damage, used a large chunk of energy, plenty of electric and psychic energy remains however.

Shade took a little bit of damage from Thunderwave, but energy use was very small, if only from climbing out of the pit. the problem is that he's still paralyzed and confused, even though the effects are not as strong as they were before. Paralysis allows him to move somewhat, confusion is weakened to a point where simple orders are understandable.

Hikari, levitate about an inch off the ground so his shadow cannot touch you. The confuse ray won't get through your light screen, so after he's done attacking and shit, FC Hyper Beam it, followed by a Zap Cannon.

Round 9

Hikari slowly floats off of the ground slightly, as Shade gets the idea to launch a Confuse Ray... problem is that it doesn't pierce the shield, or at least while the energy is seen and blinding, the problem is that it didn't work, and if allows Hikari to move her shield, and Fully Charge a Hyper Beam. The attack slams headon, dealing a heavy hit, and knocks Shade for a loop, causing him to struggle to his feet. Fully functional after that blow, Shade prepares his signature attack Kuroton Kage Nui. The problem lies in the fact that Hikari's actual body is off the ground, and so the attack misses cleanly. Shade grimaces as Hikari prepares a Zap Cannon, and leaps out of the way as she fires it. With his heightened speed, he manages to dodge clearly, due to the distance between them. Regardless he pants a bit, feeling the pain from that hyper beam...

Results:

Hikari still took no damage, but her energy levels took a massive shot, and she's miles below Shade in energy. Electric energy took a huge hit but is still around.

Shade took a hell of a hit this round, and is nearing the midpoint between perfect and midway. Energy use was decent, but far lower than Hikari's, he has a very healthy lead in that regard.

Round 10

Shade notices that Hikari was trying to do something else, and he begins to Swagger around, which simply irratates Hikari to the point of she ignores the orders of her trainer and simply glares at Shade. The problem was that when she remembers the rest of her orders, she launches a Dragonbreath at Shade, who quickly launches a Signal Beam at the Dragonbreath. However, the two blasts collide and explode together, dealing damage to both Hikari and Shade. Both wince, but they both feel some damage from the explosion, evened out by Shade being closer to the explosion, and Hikari's weakness to her own attack...

Results:

Shade used little energy this turn, but took a decent amount of damage from the explosion and is at the 3/4ths level in health. Bug energy still remains.

Hikari took a solid hit, but is still well ahead of Shade in health. She's pretty much pissed at Shade, but energy use is still somewhat messed up, she's far below shade in energy

Use twister to block out Water Pulse and slam him for heavy damage. Let your Light screen absorb the shadow ball, then I want you to Rush at him with Agility. When you're right up in his face, pierce him with Horn Drill.

Round 11

Shade simply charges and fires a Pulse of Water, however effective the move, it moves pretty quickly, just not quick enough to stop Hikari from forming a Twister. the wind sucks up the sand and stuff on the beach, and slams into the Water Pulse, obliterating it, and carrying on to slam into Shade, carrying him up and dealing heavy damage before he slams into the sand painfully. Hikari prepares as Shade Quickly Charges a Shadow Ball in return... which slams into the Light Screen, which weather's the blow quite well, has some cracks but not much damage overall. Hikari then bursts forward with an Agility, as the Horn on her head begins to spin like a Drill. Regardless of everything, the move surprised Shade to the end of time, and he simply groans in pain as he takes a heavy blow from the attack. Had this been Realistic, this battle would be over, but as of now, Shade is simply looking pretty beaten up at this point.

Results:

Hikari took no damage yet again, and the forgotten, then rememebered Light Screen took its first damage, and still can keep kicking. However, Hikari's issue is in her energy, at this point, while she's still above the Midpoint in energy, she's closer to that than perfect, and she's miles behind Shade in energy, namely 2 FC Hyper Beams...

Shade took a massive amount of damage, he's at the midpoint in health. Energywise he's doing much better than Hikari. Water energy still remains.

Really simple, kind of sad actually.

Hikari forms a Beam of Ice, launches it at Shade, who dodges. Shade then charges in return, Fully Charging a Focus Punch, then launches it...only to miss as Hikari dodges it in return... both pant a little, but are still good.

Results:

Hikari- no damage, used some energy, Ice enregy is still plentyful

Shade- no damage, energy was used, Fighting energy took a large hit, but still owns a huge lead over Hikari in energy.

Round 13

Shade gets in close, Clawing at Hikari with some ghostly Shadows, dealing a solid blow, and smashes her Light Screen. However, in the time he rears his head to use Zen Headbutt, he was simply too slow, even with his increased speed, as Hikari dodges the attack easily. She then prepares a hellish area of ice and wind, and releases a Blizzard, dealing another heavy blow and chilling Shade to the bone. Hikari begins to pant heavily, feeling the use of so many damaging attacks...

Results:

Shade took another massive blow in health and he's well below the midpoint in health. He's reaching critical, but needs a couple more blows to get him to that point. energywise he's looking pretty good, still is closer to the midway point than perfect

Hikari took a decent blow, nothing serious, but the fact is that energy's getting low. While she has plenty of ice energy, her energy levels overall are at the midpoint, if not slightly below it. she's still able to fight somewhat however.

Round 14

Well, as Shade and Hikari release two different types of wind, an Icy cold Wind from Shade, and a Dragonbreath from Hikari, it seems to be a mismatch, but while the Icy Wind is weaker, it has the effect of slowing and cutting the Dragonbreath down, causing it to deal much less damage than it would have otherwise. Shade then easily Dodges out of the way of Hikari's retaliatory Thunder Wave.

Results:

Shade took a decent hit, weakened by his Icy Wind. He's not at critical but another hit gets him there. Energy use was light.

Hikari is starting to tire, took no damage, and energy is still closer to the midpoint than critical but the energy level is no joke, she used a decent amount. She has more than enough to finish off Shade however.
