How can your penis be "like huge".

It either is huge, or isn't huge.

Jamil's Zangoose came off of using a Shadow Ball and a Focus Punch in the same round, and now he's been ordered to use two Razor Winds.

The "WAIT UNTIL IT'S DONE WITH ITS ATTACKS THEN LOL!" tactic is why I force myself to try to end every round with something that inflicts a special condition.
[00:09:00] [5.66.95.80 - ZoraJolteon]
I tend to fail at doing that.

All attacks ordered to be done "After the opponent has finished doing everything" have a much greater chance to be dodged.
[00:10:34] [5.66.95.80 - ZoraJolteon]
Since if the opponent has finished doing everything, it's whole mind is free to think about how to dodge.

Yes, ur right... They do have a much greater chance, and RNG can sometimes hurt. I hate using RNG frequently for everything, so i try to make I use it only for when its necessary. And I have reffed quite a number of situations that follow the generic patten "He does his shit, then I do mine" and I've even been guilty of attacking like that as well. In any case, with a raised chance of dodging due to ur argument, it still happened.

Makes some sense, I wouldn't give it too much of a boost though, particularly since the attacking 'mon would likely be winded from performing their actions.

I agree that it doesn't make sense that anyone would just take a huge attack that requires a 10 second charge time. Actualy making a rule though might not work though since it's highly situational. If the "wait then" attack is something quick then the opponent would be surprised and then hit.
I would say this is one of the "unofficial" rules that refs need to consider ( and which I always get nailed with...)

But considering forcing a rule like this also means that you effectively render any attack that takes more than a couple seconds to charge useless.

In this case, I'm much more about fairness than realism. Not being able to trust an outcome make strategy impossible.

I'm more talking about the fact that when you are using an attack that could easily change the course of the battle a simple unlucky RNG roll shouldn't always change the course of the battle. Making the ASB a game of luck totally eliminates the strategy element of it.

You're posting as if there is a high chance of dodge, when Muyo said there would be a slight increase. Since "normal dodge" is basically not there, a slight increase might mean maybe 3%?

The way Mozz seems to treat it, it's like any hit that takes longer than a few seconds to charge will be an auto-miss. With Sleep the way it is and Paralysis no longer reliable, it's not exactly easy to find an opportunity to use said attacks.

There should be some sort of energy relation for stuff like this. A beat up Pokemon should have difficulty going "Ok wait till its done and full hyperbeam" against a Pokemon fresh out.

I'm just pointing to whatever Muyo posted before, the Pokemon who attacked first will be a bit tired after all their attacks, so dodging won't be the easiest thing to do.

And charging attacks, maybe another increase in chance, but I would agree, Mozz is treating it like an auto-miss.

Some refs definitely treat this dodging rule as an exorbitant percentage, I would certainly say its nothing more than 5% if not lower.

I'll wait until this thread is done with everything, then make a rule.

We'll see how effective that is. And make a rule based on it ;o
