Can I have my cottonee, Cerno's stem-thing colored a like a rainbow (like a subtle, nice rainbow. not neon rainbow.) when he evolves the rainbow spreads to his horns as well.

me again ^.^
I was hoping to get:
~my parachisu recolored as a pink base with a purple top stripe and the cheek spots be a flower pattern (inspired by this video) I avoided a pink top stripe because of it's shiny form. But if the main color and the stripe color could be swapped that would be awesome.
~ my plusle to have a cherry red body and dark red markings (everywhere its red normally)
Finally:
these last two may not be possible because the are close to the shiny form but,
~my ledyba to be colored bright yelow with entirlely black legs and red antenna
~my axew to be colored like the movie version of smaug refrence maybe? pictures don't show up in my phone
hope that's not too much!
(if you can't do sprites that's fine I can find someone else to do them.)

Confirming the following coloring for kawaiiconcept:

• Pachirisu (Hmmmm, I think it was a good idea to have the pink base and the purple stripe to not go in shiny territory. I think it'll look great tho! =3=)
• Plusle

Unfortunately (and I am very sorry for that) I have to not accept ledyba's yellow wings coloring as I believe it's a bit too close to comfort to shiny ledyba.

As for your Axew... since the Internet is bad at showing me the colors of the movie version of Smaug (I believe they're mixing the book Smaug and fan art into it), so I can't tell if his recolor could be legit or not. You want a brown/black Axew or a fully red one? If it's the former, I'll have to turn down the recoloring as Axew (and later on Haxorus) as it follows close to the shiny colors. If it's the latter however, I'll give it a thumbs up!



And now for a little announcement: Although my computer is still technically working, I'm having some pretty bad issues with it at the moment. (Long story short, one of my hard drives died and even though I had my stuff backed up and I installed a new drive, Windows decided to throw a lot of basic functions out of the win... itself? Itself. :P) So, for an undetermined time, sprite-making will be on hold. I am very sorry for the inconvenience

That said, I'll be still be able to confirm stuff though, so don't be afraid to post! ^^ And if you're eager to get some sprites, I'm sure if you ask in the main Time Out thread for sprites, someone will gladly make them for you Just put them in your request post so I can see them and approve them!

I'd like to purchase a Mega Brooch to set my Key Stone in.
As for looks, I'd like the brooch to be shaped like the front view of a Roggenrola (without the feet), with the Key Stone set in the center of it in place of the black center a Roggenrola normally has. A sprite would be very much appreciated for my profile
Something like a simplified Roggenrola, 2D blue octagon with yellow hexagon inside and with a brown hexagon on top.

However, after some talk with the store manager (aka Tess), although we do have on call highly-qualified Pokémon dentists that can safely put that Steelixite in your Steelix's tooth, a payment of 50$ will be needed, like a typical accessory. Same goes for any type of similar surgeries to install a Mega Stone into a part of a Pokémon's body (we got surgeons too!) It isn't a rule that is currently mentioned in the... well, rules, but it will be added soon for clarification!
