It's the right place to ask
What's your username on Showdown? Cause that's where I play and I'd be happy to help you test. My name there is Escalion btw.

Blaze. Please stop whitelisting NFEs. If you aren't going to go all the way and list EVERY SINGLE POKEMON FROM CHESPIN TO NOIBAT who is allowed, just say "NFEs are kosher except for Inkay." because you've listed every NFE in GenVI in your post (or its evolution) bar one.
The list I'd prefer: Diggersby, Vivillon, Gogoat, Furfrou, Meowstic, Aromatisse, Slurpuff, Dedenne, Carbink, Klefki, and Gourgeist are all kosher as of now. All Generation 6 NFEs except for Inkay are allowed. No Mega-Evolutions are allowed. Thank you.

To be fair, I really could do that but I was going through every line at the time and couldn't be arsed to consolidate it into a neat thing like that. Also Inkay is allowed. Blame laziness.
Also stop being wrong. Doublade isn't on there. [/nitpick] |

Also, you might want to look into Klefki too. I've been playing with Lanturn for quite some time yesterday and ended up having so much problems with the thing that in the end we've been testing Klefki for an hour, see what works against it. And well, in this meta, it has very few reliable counters/checks. And with it's bulk, access to recovery in Draining Kiss and plenty of support moves, it's a bitch to deal with if you don't have any of the counters to it.
So yeah, I'd nominate it for suspect XD

GenVI is all about Fairy types. Steel/Fairy is a strong combination that can't do anything against Fire types. Ground works, too. If you don't carry Earthquake on anything, even in FF where there are 'mon who don't get it, I say that you should deserve to lose to Klefki :P
Diggersby is pretty good vs. Klefki, and it's such a pimp. Gourgheist can be useful, too. I have some cool ideas on what my next FF team will be though ;)

Diggersby works yes, but it's only one of the few. Most mons that have SE (and even SE STAB) move here in FF just aren't strong enough to OHKO or even 2 HKO Klefki. Mind you I had a Diggersy on my team, 3 other mon with SE coverage moves. But once Diggersby was killed I had nothing against Klefki (especially since Lanturn started counter teaming after I sweeped him the first game). Just having coverage doesn't cut it, most mons in this meta aren't strong enough.

Piloswine isn't any good against it? Draining Kiss is kinda pants.

Pilo could work (it's one of the few). And I know Draining Kiss isn't all that, but after a CM it does more than enough AND heals more than enough as it heals 75% of damage done... Give Klefki a leftovers and it recovers a lot each turn.
And there really are only a hand full of Pokémon that can switch in and reliably take it down. Lanturn and I tested with quite some powerful Ground and Fire types.

I'll have to take a look at it. One of the reason I allowed it was because it didn't have a +1 Recover or anything like that.

I'll have to actually playtest Klefki in order to see if it is suspect-worthy. One thing to note is that, according to Veekun and Showdown, Klefki does not get Taunt. Which means beating it might just simple come down to...
oh no I'm don't want the three-lead meta again. Well, anyways, Emolga and Liepard are pretty solid answers for it. Also I'm on right now.

No Esca I did not start counter-teaming. I just had to overhaul some Pokemon and im using your team as a 'standard threat'. Besides, you used a completely different mon in our fourth match and Klefki still managed to do a chunk of damage.
And Blaze, Parafusion Klefki. :3 I used CM though |

Now see the reason I said Liepard and Emolga is Liepard is faster and has Taunt and Emolga is immune to T-Wave.
Also, again, Klefki has much better things to with its time then Swagger abuse. Sub is pretty nice all things said.

Besides, CM + 3 attacks is a nice alternative. And nor does Liepard has reliable recovery. Besides, Draining Kiss works too. |

Did I miss the point where it stopped being I was justifying their use as a counter/check and started saying they were better?

No problem Lanturn.
Also physical wall Piloswine is proving itself to be a potential counter for Diggersby. That's awesome.

Gotta love them double posts.
Like to put a little thing here saying if you read an analysis and think you have something to add, don't feel odd posting here and giving a suggestion. Do keep in mind though that any sets you want to suggest should be tested to make sure that they work.

Well, I've read it, but I don't have much to add.
I have pretty much the same set. Difference is that I don't have substitute but run Energy Ball and Will-O-Wisp. The thing is way too frail so subs are likely broken immediately anyway so it won't give you more than 1 free move if you switch it in right (+ my sun team has Aromatherapy support so I'm not too worried about status). I also have a balloon for an item to overcome the ground weakness (temporarily). Might want to put those things in as a / option. And I have a slightly more offensive EV spread with the HP EV's you have in SpA. With the weather nerf and all you can better make the best of it for the turns you have

So blaze and I just had a massive stall-off that made the match last 182 rounds. My Klefki vs. his Klefki and Sliggoo. I won. GO DUAL SCREENERS!

The best was that match proved how GREAT of a special wall Sliggoo is. +2 Klefki's Draining Kiss did ~27% to my Sliggoo.

Double-posting is the most insidious kind of drug.
I "redid" the Vulpix analysis, and it now includes a better team options and checks and counters section! Also, I will be picking up the Glaceon analysis if any of you are wondering. Remember, you can write up analysis..s too!
