Feeding the Ghoulish Gobstopper to my Level 14 Spinda. Her level rises to Level 16; she learns MT Drain Punch and MT Fire Punch; and her IQ increases from 1 to 3.

Thanks a bunch for going out on a limb and testing out an all new 'game' for Halloween. Even though I didn't have the time to keep on top of it entirely, I'm still coming out of this event having thoroughly enjoyed myself. Not to mention I've acquired a few tasty goodies for my pogies old and new ^^;
