Exams are overrated, FB should always be your top priority and you should feel bad if it isn't! *unplugs PC, back to Harrison's*

What about Talon, then? Tau's already paranoid about every single medical person in the state of Indiana.

2. I've said before I had three choices for my starter: Cyndaquil, Treecko, or Oshawott. It would still be a choice of those three. 3. In the games, I use Dusk Balls the most followed by any of the Water balls (Lure, Dive, Net). When I get married, my whole registry will consist of a Kitchenaid Mixer. If my fiance wants anything he can ask for that too. haha |

What are your thoughts on talking Pokémon?
I don't make any of my 'mon use human speech. The only one my character can communicate with in English with is Alice, and only through telepathy since she and Jess share a strong Psychic bond. (Incidentally, she's tried to make mental contact with Bobble before but to no avail. He will forever remain an enigma.)

>Talking Pokemon: If it makes sense, then yes, like Takeo said. I see no issue with most Ghost-types being able to speak human language, like Peeves or Myrtle. My future Meowth will also be able to talk. My Weezing and Woobat are also able to communicate with humans telepathically (though I've yet to have Luna actually display this talent just yet). |

What are your thoughts on talking Pokemon?
As I have said in the CG, my character has invented a device that allows Pokespeech to be translated to human language. I personally like it, it is much easier to figure out what a Pokemon is thinking and makes it easier to develop the Pokemon's character.

2. I don't think my character would make sense if she started with any Pokemon other than Minerva. If I were to choose a different starter, I would have to invent an entirely different RP character around her, and I'm rather fond of Marion, personally. 3. Dusk Balls. I'm a night owl, and I love their design. As for having my Pokemon talk... Part of Marion's character is that she can communicate with ghost-type Pokemon in their language, and she has trained some of them to talk like humans do. Some speak human naturally, like Minerva and Bedivere, because they were human when they were alive. My other Pokemon do not have the ability to speak in any other language but their own, and Marion only understands them through their body language or when one of her ghost-types decides to translate.

I don't want any of my Pokemon to speak aside from the psychic ones, which they do through a psychic bond ala Mewtwo in the manga. Other people can make theirs talk but mine will be all expressions and assumptions. I'm not even comfortable having my Pokemon Pokespeak, hence why I pulled out of the bar. |

I don't make my Pokémon talk, at least no "human" speak. Even Omenya, my Shuppet, doesn't say a single word (although it's probably to creep people out more XP) But if ever I get a psychic or ghost pokémon that feels like it should speak though, I'll see how it goes ^^;

How much has your FB team differed from what you originally intended it to be? I never really had a planned team from the start since I have so many favorites. I thought about being a Normal-type specialist before I joined but I didn't went through with it obviously. I definitely did not expect to net myself two shinies so soon though. *hugs Humphrey* *gets squeezed by Marco* If you had to start FB all over again, would you pick the same starter? If not, why, and what would you take as a starter instead? Nope, because Aipom/Ambipom has become a signature Pokemon of mine, even way before I joined FB. It'd feel weird for me if I started with anything else. In the games, what kind of Poke Ball do you find yourself using most often? Dusk Balls. I always play at night. What did you last purchase? I think a picture would better explain this one: Spoiler: show What are your thoughts on talking pokemon? Well, I already have my Shuppet talking to me, so... as long as it makes sense. My Beldum will talk (telepathically) when it becomes a Metang, but only short sentences. After becoming a Metagross, and with enough Gummies, it should be able to maintain a normal conversation (as normal as a telepathic chat can be, anyway :P).

My Munna and I will probably hold telepathic conversations occasionally, but only once he's levelled up a bit. *huggles Steven again*

Option 2: Congo. Humans use technology to decode Pokespeak and have it translated back into human speech which a voice emitter speaks. Option 3: TR Meowth. The Pokemon learns how to talk in humanspeak himself. Personal ranking? 2 > 1 > 3. So good job coming up with a clever and (imo) adorable way to deal with this. The Lassie approach (which is what I and many others do) can be frustrating at times or make you feel stupid, especially since Pokemon are supposed to be as intelligent as (and sometimes more intelligent than ¬¬; ) human beings. But I'm not really a fan of Option 3. (Sorry, TR Meowth fans.) But the Congo option ... very cute.

To go more in-depth on my Pokemon that can communicate with humans- specifically, how they came to be able to do so:
Gemini: Developed telepathic powers, making more use of its mild psychic powers (Weezing can learn Psywave and Psybeam, so don't dare tell me they don't have any psychic powers, damn it!). Peeves: Taught the English language by yours truly. Has a good grasp of it, if not entirely grammatically correct. Myrtle: Learned by herself. As she was not human in her past life, it's still a mystery how she managed to do so. Luna: Communicates telepathically. Second nature to most Psychic-types, so yeah. My future Meowth: Not telling just yet. |

As for my team, only Foster can speak human because he was previously human. Gaspard will also be able to communicate with Connor some time soon though I'm not saying how just yet. =X
