Glad we're getting it on the same day as Japan which suggests that we haven't regressed to the days of a year or half-year delay between regional releases. Disappointed however to see that friends in Europe are arbitrarily being asked to wait a week. Like, c'mon, Nintendo. At least if it were a month, I could buy that it has something to do with legal red tape, production issues, something quasi-legitimate. But when it's only a week late, it's impossible to believe that you guys couldn't have just released it on the same day for all regions.

Thanksgiving is November 27 this year making Black Friday the 28th. I doubt the games will be discounted as part of any Black Friday sales, but they might come bundled with Black Friday deals for 3DSes. Something for fans who do not yet own a 3DS-compatible device to consider, particularly those in Europe who are going to have to wait until the 28th anyway.

Well, if it is just an extra week waiting, I don't mind. I'm just glad we don't have to wait for another six months. It is a good timing for Sinterklaas in the Netherlands. And otherwise good as a Christmas gift.

Yeah but the trend has been to have less pokémon on boss fights for a while now. Just look at the Elite Four. So I'd not put money on them getting extra pokémon any time soon.
