The Move Tutor

Ever feel like your Pokémon is a bit lacking in battle? Do your precious partners possess plenty of potential power, but pack a pitiful punch with Pound, Peck, or Powder Snow? Worry no more! Our services can get your Pokémon breathing fire, belching lightning, and puking up sludge in no time. And not in a medically concerning way, either!

Rules:

Once a week, you may drop off a Pokémon to learn a Move Tutor, Egg or Advanced Move. (Event and Purification moves are restricted to zone Move Tutors and the Shadow Pokémon thread respectively.) Dropoffs can be done on Monday 12:00 AM GMT through Friday 11:59 PM GMT. If you're like me and timezones confuse you, the FB Calendar spreadsheet most helpfully always displays the current time in the relevant timezone for your convenience.
If a Pokémon only gets an Egg move in an older generation, or was programmed to have Egg moves that it was unable to actually get in the games for whatever reason, it is still able to learn it through this service.
Pokemon with a Bond level of 10 or above may use the Move Relearner. This allows Pokémon to learn moves that they would normally only get at a higher level. Because all Move Relearner moves are natural, the cost for this service is 500.
Once the Shop Owner has confirmed your dropoff, your Pokémon will have gained the indicated moves at the end of the week (Sunday, 11:59 PM GMT), and can be picked up at any point past that time.
There is a fee of 500 for each move taught to a Pokémon.
In addition to a normal dropoff, you may also drop off a Pokémon to learn five Move Tutor and/or Egg moves of your choosing in exchange for a Heart Scale. You may not use Heart Scales to pay for any non-standard Move Tutor moves or for any Advanced Moves, and you may only use one Heart Scale in this shop per week.
A Pokémon may be taught a Move Tutor move that’s not part of its standard movepool. The cost for this will be 800. This does not apply to Advanced Moves, or to Move Tutor moves that can only be taught to legendary or Mythical Pokémon (such as Dragon Ascent, Secret Sword, or Relic Song). Unlike non-standard TM or TR moves, there is no minimum Bond requirement to learn non-standard Move Tutor moves.
You may drop off a Pokémon to learn multiple moves in one week.
You must post a link to your Pokébank withdrawal for these services. If you are paying with a Heart Scale, you must link to where you received it.
If your dropoff refers to your Pokémon by its nickname, be sure to also specify its species.
Before dropping off a Pokémon to learn a move, I ask you to please double check its learned moves to ensure you're not accidentally trying to teach it a move it's already learned before. I will be happy to give you a heads-up if I notice something like this, but I sadly don't catch every instance.
If a Pokémon learns a move that is considered an MT Move in FB, but doesn't actually get it from a Move Tutor in the games (for example, Cramorant and Liquidation), it may be taught here for the price of a natural MT move, since it is still a move the Pokémon is able to learn in the games.

Advanced Moves:

Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon, Volt Tackle, Draco Meteor, Steel Beam, Grass Pledge, Fire Pledge, Water Pledge, Zippy Zap, Splishy Splash, Floaty Fall, Pika Papow, Bouncy Bubble, Buzzy Buzz, Sizzly Slide, Glitzy Glow, Baddy Bad, Sappy Seed, Freezy Frost, Sparkly Swirl, and Veevee Volley are all considered Advanced Moves. Each of these moves can only be taught to certain specific Pokémon, and cannot be taught unnaturally through this service. The cost to teach an Advanced Move is

500.

The following Advanced Moves require that the Pokémon in question has 40 Bond before learning it. In the case of moves that use the Pokémon's type to determine compatibility, they cannot be taught to a Pokémon that only gains the relevant type as a result of Mega Evolution; for example, Draco Meteor cannot be taught to Sceptile or Charizard through this service.

Frenzy Plant may be taught to Venusaur, Meganium, Sceptile, Torterra, Serperior, Chesnaught, Decidueye, and Rillaboom.
Blast Burn may be taught to Charizard, Typhlosion, Blaziken, Infernape, Emboar, Delphox, Incineroar, and Cinderace.
Hydro Cannon may be taught to Blastoise, Feraligatr, Swampert, Empoleon, Samurott, Greninja, Primarina, and Inteleon.
Volt Tackle* may be taught to Pichu, Pikachu, and either form of Raichu.
Draco Meteor may be taught to any Dragon-type.
Steel Beam can be taught to any Steel-type.

*Volt Tackle may also be taught to the Pichu evolution line as an Egg Move, and therefore would require no minimum Bond in that case, but for the purposes of teaching it unnaturally via gaining Bond, it is still counted among the list of Advanced Moves as well.

The following Advanced Moves do not require any minimum Bond level to be taught.

Grass Pledge may be taught to Bulbasaur, Chikorita, Treecko, Turtwig, Snivy, Pansage, Rowlet, Grookey, and any of their evolutionary relatives.
Fire Pledge may be taught to Charmander, Cyndaquil, Torchic, Chimchar, Tepig, Pansear, Fennekin, Litten, Scorbunny, and any of their evolutionary relatives.
Water Pledge may be taught to Squirtle, Totodile, Mudkip, Piplup, Oshawott, Panpour, Froakie, Popplio, Sobble, and any of their evolutionary relatives.
Zippy Zap, Splishy Splash, Floaty Fall, and Pika Papow may be taught to Pikachu; if the Pikachu evolves, it must forget any of these moves that it has learned.
Bouncy Bubble, Buzzy Buzz, Sizzly Slide, Glitzy Glow, Baddy Bad, Sappy Seed, Freezy Frost, Sparkly Swirl, and Veevee Volley may be taught to Eevee; if the Eevee evolves, it must forget any of these moves that it has learned.

WARNING: Zippy Zap, Splishy Splash, Floaty Fall, Pika Papow, Bouncy Bubble, Buzzy Buzz, Sizzly Slide, Glitzy Glow, Baddy Bad, Sappy Seed, Freezy Frost, Sparkly Swirl, and Veevee Volley CANNOT be taught unnaturally even through gaining Bond. These moves can ONLY be learned by Pikachu and Eevee respectively.
