The Secret Time Out Files Part 1: The Slowpoke years

Monday stuff :O

Besides all the obvious stuff which I'll skip, my Rhyhorn and Aron are still in the Daycare. I'll leave them both there till they're at evolution level. And Honedge is still in the Salon.

And I also picked up a Fairy Egg. With Gen 7 making its appearance, which will undoubtedly also come to FB at some point, there's a certain Gen 6 Pokémon I'd like to get. And right now the chances in the Fairy Egg group of getting it are as high as they'll ever be so I thought I'd better gun for it at these odds while I still can.

Butternut is such an adorable name.

I picked up Blaze, my Torchic from the Tutor and popped him into the Daycare with Bagon. Abra's at the tutor now instead. As for Farren/Pineco who was in the Daycare, I just powerleveled him to 100 with candies! So I have like, four or five candies left now, but it's cool. Maasa/Swinub finally has a buddy he can role play with at his level. xP

Can't believe I forgot to do one this week. Claimed and deposited my usual Rare Candy, then promptly withdrew the entire stash to bring Neville to level 99. Then, when I picked Neville and Chromium up from the Daycare, Neville hit level 100, and I now have two open PC slots! Dropped Chromium back off, along with Pisces. Meanwhile, Ginny learned Iron Head at the Move Tutor's, and went right back in to learn Low Kick.

I've only just started nicknaming my Fizzby team. Way back when, I just didn't bother. I normally follow the convention of the first letter matching the first letter of the final evo, but with Atsumu the Whismur that's broken. And I don't mind! But it's making it harder to choose names, bc I feel like I have more to choose from this way.

Nope. I need (mostly) completed adventures for the transition.
But yeah, PI is still open for new visitors so you can still post an intro if you want and I'll pick you up in the next batch (which hopefully will still be in this same month).

do I have to be done with the begginer zone to participate?

Nope. Completing an Arcane Realm adventure used to be mandatory before being able to venture into other zones, but that rule's been done away with.

Oh, wow. There's only one fairy type that you want? I'm lucky. I would have been happy with a fair few of the choices, but I've always love Snubbies.

It's more that I only want 1 specific Fairy-type that I can only get from Fairy Eggs.
I already have a Kirlia and Whimsicott, and I wouldn't mind a Carbink, but that's not what I'm after. I'd be hatching Rock Eggs if I was gunning for Carbink :P
Though technically that's 2/15 odds yes.

Anything else I'm not interested in, and will probably end up in someone else's hands quickly too. Or the Adoption Centre :x

I wouldn't have minded a Carbink. It would've filled the need for a rock type, too! But this is better. <3 Good luck doe. Given how many new members we have, I'm sure you'll be able to trade any Pokemon off that you don't want.

Not gonna lie, when I saw Escalion go for a Fairy Egg, my first thought was Carbink. I myself once hatched a Snubbull from a Fairy Egg when I was after a Swirlix, but decided to keep it... until I was offered a Swirlix. Basically the only thing that could've made me give up the Snubbull- Swirlix had been kind of a big want of mine for a while, and I'm very happy with Cotton here.

Well, Monday again...

Not every eventful in terms of stuff done; the usual "get the candy - drop the candy" and "pick up and drop off Pokémon X + Y (Rhyhorn and Aron still), which is basically it.

But when I wanted to update my profile post the proverbial shit hit the proverbial fan, I had surpassed the character limit of 50K characters for a post. I changed something, and still I had too much characters in my post, so had to change more which now makes my profile look ugly as far as I'm concerned

So now I really have to get working on my profile soon...
