I drink flavored Seltzer water, and it is pretty good. I am 17, so...

But Tonic water is not good for you.

Never actually tried seltzer water. Seems like it would be weird? Every blue moon I accidentally get that carbonated water from a soda fountain drink dispenser, and it's always really weird. That could be because I'm expecting water though?

Club Soda is one of the nastiest things I've ever had in my life. This coming from me back when I drank soda morning, noon, and night. This also coming from a guy who's had spirits that tasted like paint thinners.

Club Soda is disgusting. It needs to be used as an ingredient, it's terrible on it's own.

A bit of Tonic Water is nice. I enjoy the taste of Tonic, so...

Also not too bad with Vodka.

I can't stand the taste of sugar substitutes. For me, it has to be the real thing. That said, I realize that the real thing can be dangerous to one's health if overindulged in, so I keep it to a minimum. Soda isn't worth the weight gain/tooth decay for me. I do like Jones/Izze brand stuff on occasion, though.

That said, last Christmas, my boyfriend and I went crazy ordering all sorts of weird stuff from the online soda pop stop and I was introduced to Chai-flavored Cola... Oh, Lord. If I wasn't a poor grad student, I would be ordering cases of it frequently. My boyfriend wasn't a fan of it, though, so I guess it depends on your taste.

I'm all for diet sodas. Actually, today I bought regular Pepsi by accident and...it tastes like trying to drink syrup straight from the bottle. x.x Never making this mistake again.

My family doesn't drink soda often, so I was raised with "soda is luxury" mentality and eating disorder behavior dictated diet/light sodas. I also caught wind of "lost X kilos by changing sweets and fatty stuff to Diet Pepsi"...it works to a point but diet sodas eat away your bones if you're underweight.
