One Winged Angel, Final Fantasy 7's Sephiroth theme. But you already knew that.

iHeartRadio just sent me through some strange link of songs that began with Reptile's Theme by Skrillex and ended with Crazy Train by Ozzy. I heavily approve of this.

I normally listen to pop/rock music. Train, Ke$ha, Maroon 5, Katy Perry, etc. Yeah, mostly those four. A little Gaga and Nicki Minaj too. : P

I think I last listened to Drive By by Train.

Oh my, what's this?

BORKED

1. Lost In Echo 0:01
2. In My Remians 3:24
3. Burn It Down 6:42
4. Lies Greed Misery 10:33
5. I'll Be Gone 13:00
6. Castle Of Glass 16:32
7. Victimized 19:54
8. Roads Untraveled 21:46
9. Skin To Bone 25:30
10. Until It Breaks 28:18
11. Tinfoil 32:06
12. Powerless 33:02

Roads Untraveled is probably my favorite, and those lyrics...yeah... other favorites are Lost in the Echo, I'll Be Gone, Castle of Glass, Victimized, Skin to Bone, and Powerless...

The album leaked 10 days early, and basically sounds like a combination of all of their previous albums, mostly their last one A Thousand Suns + Meteora, which are the best two IMO... so yeah... this is may be my new favorite album by them? Dunno.

Anyway... yeah...

I wasn't sure whether I should have posted this in the Touhou thread or here. Anyway, here's a pretty kickass song from a band I recently discovered.

Just picked up the new Linkin Park album. Will post later with opinion, but I'm sorely looking forward to it.

I honestly think their quality kept decreasing after the first 2 albums... so not sure about this one yet.. will see when I get it.

In my opinion, so far, it goes: Meteora > Hybrid Theory >> A Thousand Suns >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Minutes to Midnight. That felt like a real sellout album and they were hopping on the whole MCR / generic 'emo' bandwagon compared to the first two, but A Thousand Suns was a nice return to form.

You should check Deo's post a few up since I reckon you can get Youtube, unlike myself.

Good man. Meteora was easily the best album.

iDOLM@STER - "Moony"

Felt like listening to this for the first time in a few months. Love it.

Agree? Disagree? Probably disagree if you don't listen to or care for an iota of J-pop. ^^; But to me, this feels so, so inexplicably like "Contemporary J-Motown," if such a thing were to exist. And I really love it for that. Wish more music had this merger of contemporary Japanese pop music and the Motown classics of the '60s and '70s.

All of this. Also the YT link was taken down. And I honestly liked ATS more than Hybrid Theory, but would place Meteora in the top. I just really did not care for MTM.

The new album is fantastic, I don't know where to rank it, but it would very possibly place second.

Tom Lehrer. Satirist. Pianist. Mathmatician. I think of him like a Tim Minchin of an older generation. He did the elements song.

You should listen to 'Tom Lehrer - Poisoning Pigeons in the Park'. Am at work and can't access youtube to post link.

About halfway through Amon Amarth's Twilight of the Thunder God. iTunes reccommended it to me (probably because of my recent Stormwarrior purchase) and it's pretty fucking boss. Looking forward to Live for the Kill as it features Apocalyptica who're pretty cool as well.

I'd give it a listen if you're into the Viking metal/Nordic black metal musical scene.

Masaaki Endoh's performance of the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers theme song

I love what the top commenter says :
Quote:
I was eating bread when this song started....

Now I'm eating toast
Hahahahaha. Song's / Arrangement's okay, but this comment totally made the video for me.

You may know Masaaki Endoh from such songs as "Clear Mind" from YGO 5Ds (it was the song that played on Duelist Network when Tuner first introduced us to the site months ago) and "Fellows" from Carnival Phantasm. But now you know him here too. Singing Power Rangers. And turning your bread to toast.

I've been listening to quite a bit of The Megas recently. "History Repeating (Blue)" is ridiculously good, their song for Top Man is... one of the best things I've heard in years, not even joking. Between them, and the Protomen, I feel like I've wasted my life not being in a Megaman themed band.

Pretty awesome piece of music, though rather long.
