Your bristles look thick enough to scrub my bathtub!
... It rained here, so there wasn't much Halloween action. I live in a 'gated' community as well, so I was never going to get visitors. There are a high number of graveyards in this area. There's at least two huge lots not far from where I live. When I moved here, I was fearing Halloween as a real zombie night, but the actual Halloween 2015 was so wet and winter-like the zombies stayed cosy in their coffins. No Terror Time for me. I could have used a good run/work-out.

I'm waiting for the group picture from the Halloween party I went to, which has a picture of me in my costume-a black and white outfit version of Sans (I had a plain black pullover but not blue). When I get the pic I'll put it up.

I am bumping the fuck out of this thread because Halloween is basically my favorite time of year and I'm hoping we can get more action in this thread this year than last year... of which there was basically none. I know you people dress up and shit, or whatever, so you have zero excuses!
Instead of pseudo-cosplaying this year, like I have for the last several years, I'm going back to Halloween's spoopy roots. Here's my costume. Where the hell is yours? Let's see it already, dammit! Spoiler: show |

I'm actually gonna paint the last part of my costume later tonight, so hopefully I'll be able to get some actual photos this year! It seems like I'll be one of the only two people who will actually dress up for the party I'm going to, though, so I'm not quite sure how that will work out. Guess I'll just have to wait and see!

Last year Halloween was a Saturday and I worked a fifteen hour day in a not particularly comfortable costume whilst putting up with more obnoxious than usual drunk people.
This year I'm staying home.

>Halloween
Eh, the 31st has been a pretty good day and I won't lie about that. Only Halloween related stuff that I'm likely to do is keep my current Halloween avi because 'Straya.

Thursday: I had to schedule classes for next semester at midnight, so I brought my laptop to the party I went to. I just wore jeans, a collared shirt, and my glasses so I looked like me. But with the laptop I became Edward Snowden.
Friday: Wore socks and sandals, cargo shorts, a Hawaiian shirt, and a lei, so I was a tropical tourist kind of person. Best part was one of my roommates had bought a pineapple this week and it was just sitting in the kitchen going to waste so I carried it around all night. Saturday: The most low effort day of all. I wore a polo shirt tucked into khaki shorts. I said my costume was "dad in the streets, daddy in the sheets." Went over pretty well. Didn't dress up yesterday and won't today because I have actual "responsibilities" yuck.

For Hallowwen I'm using the same guise as I use every day: I'm dressing as a guy.

Ok....the weirdest and most awkward thing happened while I was trick or treating.
My little sister and I were walking down someone's lawn back to the street when random teenagers passed us in a truck and screamed out the windows, "EAT MY D*CK!!" .....and I like covered my sisters ears oml But you know that's normal for Halloween night i guess ş__ş
