Nintendo drops its E3 conference

Following today's news that Microsoft was going to reveal the next Xbox on May 21t, Nintendo announced they're not doing their traditional E3 conference this year, instead opting for smaller Nintendo Direct type streams to reveal their games throughout the year. it's all ogre now |

I think this is the right thing to do. Instead of cramming a lot of bullshit into a 2 hour presentation once a year, they can just hold Nintendo Directs (which I am a big fan of) to get relevant information to fans.
