Sleepy time!
Yes! =D I'm going to make a topic and take a giant nap at my computer while this page is open! It's my new way of protest >=D It'll show everyone that I mean business.
Okay, not really. I just couldn't think of a better title. Anyway, off to what I'm really making this for. I find something really odd. It seems that the more sleep I get, the more difficult it is to wake up. Like today, I stayed up at my usual 3:00. Since I don't have school, I woke up at 10:30, but someone had to wake me up ._. I still feel sleepy as hell. Then yesterday, stayed up till my usual 3:00. I decided to wake up at 4:30 because I needed to do something before school starts, and I wanted to actually eat breakfast that morning. Well, I woke up no problem and felt awesome all day! Feeling awesome all day on one hour and thirty minutes of sleep just seems weird (I know it's unhealthy so I won't make it a habit.) Just something I wanted to mention. |

Re: Sleepy time!
Dami has the right answer, I've learned all that in my general psych class a bit ago and it all sounds about right. And as for personal experience, I find myself tired more when I sleep 12hr+ then if I get 4-6hrs of sleep. However sleeping for 4-6hours means I get sleepy faster but I think we all know why that is. <.<
