Short Stories/Poetry

I recently remembered and reread Kate Chopin's Story of an Hour and had a neat idea. We have a "Books we've read" thread, but that doesn't really offer much in the way of discussion or questioning - books aren't immediately available online, they often take a long time to read, and the thread really doesn't always seem worth reading except to comment on someone making a good or bad selection.

Short stories, on the other hand, like Story of an Hour or The Very Gentle Murders, are usually available in full online. They can be read, shared, and discussed in-thread. Fun stuff! Many are literary classics, as well, and authors like E. A. Poe and Stephen King are pretty legendary with the quality of their stories.

Special mention goes out to /r/WritingPrompts which often has some really high-quality and accessible user-written material.
