I love the Meganium picture, especially the little Celebii. I love all the little touches he does on his pictures, and I swear he always envisions the Pokémon in an interesting real life way. He is definitely a step above the rest when it comes to realistic Pokémon.
I think the only one of his I don't really like is his Vanilluxe, but I guess to fit in with his style of realistic Pokémon he had to make some kind of artistic deciscion xd; |

I didn't like Arvalis until I saw the more in-depth single portraits like the Eeveelutions and the starters.
I think my favorite thing about Arvalis is how he starts off with a scientific, objective tone, and then throws in something jarringly silly like "Glaceon is dumb."

I really like artists who draw semi-realistic pokemon in natural habitats! Here's one I found today that was a riverbed environment and gosh, I love it so much~

Interesting. I found it hard to keep track of which character was which and who owned what monster in some scenes.
Also that Hitmonlee is freaky. |

So, I never really realized how similar the trios for Gen 3 and 6 are. Both have Red, Green, and Blue, with Green being the serpentine mediator. Blue type wise has the advantage over the other two. And this is just some picture I found. Aaaaand here's another "conspiracy theory" sort of thing. Another picture I saw but didn't grab was a picture showing that on Kyogre's fin there's sort of an alpha symbol, and on Groudon's hand an Omega symbol. |

Red those images don't show up for me.
Also for those unfamiliar, in ASB Scolipede is regarded as being pretty destructive, due to a combination of size, bulk and physical movepool, leading to it being regarded as the rape train, or Scolitrain, along with allusions to the Choo Choo Motherfucker meme. So my friend started doing commissions lately and I asked her to do an image in that vein, resulting in this, which has since been macro'd into my current avatar. Just thought I'd share. Don't be surprised if I post more of her work here in future. |

Turns out I should have given the Gardevoir fan artist's portfolio a closer look before posting earlier. More pictures to share. Spoiler tagging these ones for size.
Spoiler: show This next one is too big even for a spoiler box, so click it for the full size version: Aside: ZeroChan disallows hotlinking.

I've actually already seen the one with the Wingull in it.
I've also seen a version of it that's covered in copypastes of the Wingull.

In honor of VGC 2014 world champion Se Jun Park's Pachirisu, Namie drew up this picture of Dawn and Pachirisu. Not really sure what's going with Pachirisu's mouth (is he chewing on confetti? does he have an oddly-shaped grin?) but it's an otherwise cute piece, especially when you consider the short amount of time spent on it. (She has it tagged as one of her 60-minute projects.)

Clearly it's eating the confetti that rained from the sky during the awards ceremony :P

From Pixiv user Mau comes this fanart of Se Jun Park's Pachirisu surviving Jeudy Azzarelli's Salamence's Draco Meteor:
The three pictures feel like cels taken straight out of a manga.
