General Scott placed his great, thick snake in Farragut's ready hands and said, in a tender voice, "Now David -- not too quickly. Nice and slow. That's the surest way to make her great southern maw open wide before us."
What?

My government teacher is one insane fuck cunt who hates people and wishes he taught euro history.
Hence this paper.

It's just so weird. In history we speculate and make stuff up about the past, not alternate pasts.
Good luck I guess? I mean, how do you even grade an assignment like that? You pretty much just have to say what he wants to hear because one of the primary lessons of history is that we are HORRIBLE at predicting what will happen. |

Yeah I thought it was a weird assignment to be given roughly 2-3,000 words on. It's something I'd expect to do two pages on and have fun doing, not get graded on in a governmental studies class. Social science isn't generally about that kind of speculation either, though we do do predictive models and stuff.

Because I apparently really like teaching people...I would like to hijack this two-year-old thread to say that for anyone who has any problems, conceptual or otherwise, in maths, physics, chemistry up to a high school level...feel free to PM me at absolutely any time with any questions. I'll do my best to help you out whenever I can. I can also do biology, come to think of it, but only up to a grade ~10 level to be honest.
Now I can't promise I'll help you out with particular problems, because to be frank many of them can be really difficult. But when it comes to almost all concepts, I'll do my best to help you out or at least recommend some videos that I can personally vouch for. Ta.

Geet pointed me here. If anyone needs help in Math, send me a PM. I can probably do it, regardless of what level. (Although please avoid anything really deep into numerical analysis/stochastics)
