Maybe apple should have thought about that before going for these ridiculous law suits.

I like the iPhone 4s a lot, I get the best of both worlds with my tablet and phone. In January I am probably going Android though because I really dislike Apple as a company especially after the law suits. I'm tired of supporting them, even if my choice of changing isn't going to affect thier wallet.

Ah yes, I do miss the awesomeness of my old phone. I've had to get my iPhone replaced 2 times in 5 months. I need to get it replaced again but I'm tired of driving all the way over to the Apple store so I say screw it.

I'm sufficiently jealous. I have a Galaxy S1.5, also known as the Infuse. Still stuck on Froyo because I'm afraid to root. I want Jelly Bean so bad, Google Voice beats the hell out of Siri...

Jelly Bean (4.1) basically looks like the definitive Android OS. I watched a review on it comparing to iOS 6 and the comparisons between Google Voice and Siri and it just looks so great.

Suggest to me a new phone? My upgrade time has come and this iPhone 4 is to be replaced.

I'm not really looking for anything spectacular. Good Orange (EE?) contract with lots of texts and minutes, ideally has fantastic email access with multiple types of account. Doesn't really matter about music as I think I'm also going to buy an MP3 player (I hate iTunes so much).

It doesn't seem to want to work with any level of consistency.

I dislike how iTunes handles transferring files onto the device. (Knock it off with all that file cloning and Apple encryption bullshit you do. It just winds up taking up as much space on my computer as files I want to put on, and I don't like that! You're meant to be off-computer storage, not additional on-computer baggage! And yes, I know you can turn this off. I have. But that comes with its own share of problems.)

I dislike even more how iTunes handles the exporting of data from the Apple device to the computer.

I dislike how iTunes, as the main program which interfaces between the computer and the Apple device, won't even let me drag photos onto the phone (at least not so far as I've figured out) yet I can easily do the opposite -- and not thru iTunes, either! XD

I dislike that iTunes, when you modify file metatag data in it, will tamper with the metatag data in the actual files. This means that I can't make good use of iTunes' various sorting columns (like Title, Genre, etc.) because I like to leave the factory settings intact on all of my media.
