007 and Perfect Dark are both terrible. No, I don't have a thing against shooters, and most of Rare's stuff is good. But those two, ugh. Maybe you had to be there.
Bastion wasn't even slightly good, and it certainly wasn't anything new. Point-and-Click is the best genre. Objectively.

Bastion's story sucks.
Final Fantasy XII sucks. Mario Kart Double Dash is better than Mario Kart 64. |

Going to second this.
Also, I thought that FFX was supposedly the last good one?

Unova has been the best Pokémon region, even better than Jhoto.
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance is the overall best Final Fantasy, with the original being a close second. The games that came with the original Xbox (Jet Set Radio Future and Sega GT 2002) were far better than anything else that came out on the same system. Age of Empires is the best Real Time Strategy game to ever be created. Shadow Dragon is just as good as Blazing Sword. Neopets really isn't all that bad. |

Wait other people think that too?
I must admit I was caught off guard when I saw that you had "Melee > Brawl" was more popular than "Brawl > Melee". Melee is awesome. Maybe I just don't know the internet that well? |

Final Fantasy VII was awful
N64 is the most overrated system ever. I hated Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald Mario stopped being relevant or fun post SNES. I don't understand the appeal of FPS. Especially Halo. |

Super Mario 64 was the worst game in the franchise at the time of its release and swerved Mario into terrible territory, a.k.a. Mario should have remained like SMB3 and SMW from Day One.
Mega Man games are easy and fun, not impossibly difficult and frustrating. Hoenn is the second best region. (Kanto's still #1.) Hoenn starters on the whole are better than Johto, Sinnoh, or Unova starters in terms of appeal (design, concept, everything). Shenmue II is the greatest game ever made. (Popular with the fans, yes, but clearly unpopular with gamerdom at large given abysmal sales. -_-; ) Xenogears was meh. (I dropped it after 8 or so hours. ^^; )

I actually enjoy the Star Ocean games.
Final Fantasy Tactics has seriously horrible gameplay and it should be remade with the newer games gameplay. Chrono Trigger wasn't anything special. Final Fantasy IX's speed makes the game incredibly horrible to play. Persona works better with a VN format. Gold and Silver, while introducing new and good mechanics, were absolutely horrible to play through and are still nothing more than a horrible slog.

They're stating unpopular opinions, not necessarily their own opinions.

I think OoT has a really good storyline/music, but I find it too boring to play through.
I liked the GameCube. The only generations of Pokémon that have given me three starters I love are II and VI. |

I'm playing Oblivion and Fallout 3 at the moment. They're good games if you have a PC and can get a mod to get rid of all the glitches in the game.

JRPGs are the worst genre of games, having no good titles bar Pokémon and the Mario and Luigi series.
Diddy Kong Racing is the best driving game ever. |

JRPGs have always been pretty bad except the obvious Pokemon and Mario and Luigi series. They have always been repetitive, and have nothing in them that really shines. Diddy Kong racing was absolutely horrible, Mario Kart 64 all the way! |
