I can't really say much, given that I don't have the game, but I will say this: Photon Geyser is a better idea than Prismatic Laser. It runs off of your higher Attack stat (usually), ignores Sturdy, and doesn't leave you sitting around as an easy revenge kill or setup opportunity for a round. Seriously, there's a reason Hyper Beam and its iterations aren't used very often!
Since Necrozma is a bit of a special snowflake, might I ask what you plan on using as its hold item? |

Weight shenanigans, probably. I'm not sure if DM Necrozma's heavy enough to actually mitigate celesteela's Heavy Slam in the slightest, but even if it is, gaining a single power tier on an attack you already resist coming from a pokemon who's more oriented toward taking hits than giving them is a bit of a non-issue. On the other hand, you do not resist Low Kick and sit on that move's highest power tier by default, so halving you weight will get you some mileage on the off chance that the opponent's packing that particular move on top of having the effects of Rock Polish. It's a niche, but potentially game-changing difference.

Also, why no psychic type moves in the set that was posted above?

Psychic STAB makes it easier to wall for several Pokemon - use Photon Geyser if you want to have Psychic STAB, alternatively use Knock Off so Skarmory doesn't outright wall you.

Psychic only hits two Types for Super Effective Damage (Fighting and Poison) and is completely ignored my Dark Types, which necrozma have to be somewhat wary of.
In comparison, Ground strikes at five Types (Steel, Rock, Fire, Electric, and Poison; notably, you're weak to Fire moves, this is the only Type that can hit Electrics Super Effectively, and you still get the advantage over Poisons anyway)) and keeps it from being completely walled off by a fellow Steel Type. It also has more PP that Photon Geyser does, meaning you can get off more attacks before becoming useless in the event that you get stuck with an extremely stall-heavy opponent, making it so that EQ has more overall utility in general. Besides, Sunsteel Strike already ruins the ever-living daylights out of mimikyu's day, so you don't need another move with built-in Mold Breaker anyway~! I taught Solgaleo Photon Geyser recently, and, it's been working pretty well for the most part.
