A future Tablet
Hello Fanart & Fanfiction~
I'm not exactly sure where to put this question but I think it would go here? This Christmas I plan to invest in a tablet. I'm been an on-again-off-again artist for years. So I was wondering what y'all thought on tablets for a beginner(of using tablets). I kinda want to make a comic. Of a Nuzlocke run I've done. Inspired by Nuzlocke comics I've recently read on the interwebs and DeviantArt. and I do need to practice to get the certain comic style. Mostly I'm a realistic sketch artist with pencil and/or charcoal which is not really a medium you use on digital art. So I plan on investing in a tablet. Or scanner, never really got into the whole scanner thing. So with enough pontificating, what are your suggestions for a newb like me getting into the world of digital art/getting a tablet? Thank you, Vye |

A scanner is probably better if you plan to stay on pencil/charcoal, BUT, investing into a tablet is still good IMO. Even after scanning, people usually still feel the need to make touch ups.
They can be relatively cheap while performing well. |
