27's the highest I've made against Christopher Robin. The margin of error is just too small and the pitches he throws are random. If he aims for the inside or outside corner, you'll foul off the pitch and waste a swing.
The mouse control is the key but it's hard with a touchpad.

I am stuck consistently getting between 25 and 31 home runs, with a high of 34. This game has broken me.

The game simply teaches Japanese children early in life that no matter how hard you try, there are just some things you can't accomplish.

I'm stuck on Tigger. Can't get more than a consistent 24/28 with maxed out stats in the first two brackets.

This game is SO much easier with a mouse. Was using my shitty touchpad before.
Also I dunno why some sources say the English version is easier. They're exactly the same. Last edited by Char; 01-07-2013 at 03:58 PM. |

I don't think it's a weird spin, it's just that he has all the pitches and they're upgraded versions of them too. At least it seems that way to me. Still can't get higher than 34, though that's just an outlier. I'm getting between 25 and 3- every time, and I may have just given up for good now.

This music comes recommended to us as something to put on in the background whilst you challenge Christopher Robin.

Using Talon's epic music, I made progress to 38. I mean it this time:
I. GIVE. UP.

The English version gives you more pitches per character, iirc, when I played it a few days ago, so more chances to hit the ball.

(Supposing you're right,) I wonder what would happen if it were a glitch that the Japanese game's total number of thrown pitches (per each character) were low, and if Disney got word of this courtesy of the game turning into an Internet meme, and if they had their Japanese branch get on the ball and correct the problem. Would people have saved the Flash file of the unaltered game to their own computers and distribute it amongst friends? Not sure that'd work optimally: you need the cookie too or else the game'd simply be too brutal. Is there a way to couple cookies with Flash apps offline?

*stuck at 23-24/28 on Tigger*
This game isn't about teaching Japanese schoolchildren about futility, it's like a Buddhist allegory If you focus on the temporal (OMG GOTTA GET THEM HOME RUNS) you will fail and be brought to ruin You must clear your mind of all earthly distractions until there is only you, your bat, and Tigger's goddamn stealth ball Only then will your vision pierce the mundane and you will achieve enlightenment (and sweet sweet home run streaks)

That's exactly what I did to beat Tigger.
The problem with the Dark Lord is that there's no pattern. I can't foresee what will happen like I did with all the others. He is truly an agent of chaos.

I have saved Hundred Acre Wood, and all of UPN.
Thought I was done with this game, but I couldn't resist. Couldn't get to my phone fast enough to catch the winning screen, but there are the stats. 40 home runs (top number), and a streak of 12 (second from top) to show that I didn't get a perfect on Tigger. DONE
