Not a big fan of the Album.
I liked Eternity Served Cold (obviously) and Lordling was ok. The rest is bleh. This is an album Talon will probably like since he has completely different tastes from me. |

First song, "Reverie", is already good, and well, well above most of the Homestuck music you've shown me. This is actually, y'know, pleasant to listen to. And I could see it fitting your RPG quite easily. You could so, so easily use this first song for some faerie realm forest or something. Some glen. Some grotto. Totally, totally works. I can't listen to the entire album right now, but sure, I'll bookmark it so we can experiment and see what all I think of the songs. But the first song is already probably the best Homestuck song I've ever heard. (Which isn't saying much ... But it's genuinely pleasant to listen to.)

I like Carne Vale and Red Sucker so far the most. Only halfway through. Not an exceptional album so far by Homestuck terms, but still pretty good.

God DAMN I forgot how incredible Eternity Served Cold was. It sounds like it's been remastered, but maybe that's just me.
Constant Conquest, The Lyrist, and The Lording were also good. 7.5/10 album I seriously hope they play the second half of Eternity Served Cold in a flash at some point. It feels perfect for a final battle, perhaps even Spoiler: show Last edited by deoxys; 03-15-2013 at 05:06 PM. |

I'm assuming Talon didn't hear the rest of the album since he went quiet. My favorite thing about the album is the pairing of the art. Example:
And of course the finale doesn't need to be posted. |

I've been depressingly wrong abut a lot of things lately but still, I've got a new idea that Gamzee is controlling Terezi the same way or close to the same way that Kurloz is controlling Meulin. Makes me feel better about Terezi acting so, admittedly, out of character.
I also don't know if I really want to trust Aranea anymore. Or anyone with that much connection to Kurloz.

Pretty sure Aranea doesn't like Kurloz. Pretty sure most of the alpha crew doesn't like Kurloz. Aranea and Meenah spent a bit in one of the exposition booths making fun of him.
I'm starting to think Talon never listened to the rest of the album. Some of it is starting to grow on me, though. |

I mean it's one thing if you didn't like it like I did but you seemed to really like that first song so I thought you'd give it a try.

I feel like Talon has potential to be the perfect Homestuck fan, but he refuses to give it a chance. Oh well.

It's still bookmarked. I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I still gave things like Twilight and 50 Shades a chance because despite their innate awfulness I can argue the fuck out of anyone that tries to tell me they are any good. Even stuff like MLP which I don't hate, but rather, it's not really for me, I gave it a full season. Then again I like to try everything before determining if I like it or not. But apparently that's just me. |

I'm at Act 4. What are this little grey thingies ahhhhh
Does anything important occur in the chats between the grey thingies and the main four? Because I've been sorta kinda skipping them because Leetspeak / other grammar failures are burning my eye sockets. |
