I was never fond of the stupidity of Crash games.
Gran Turismo 5 is the best racing simulator at the moment, all arguments are invalid. |

-I really liked Sonic R and felt it was a fun game with strong replay value.
-I hated Quake from the day it came out, feeling it had awful graphics, derivative/generic game-play and super obnoxious fans. -I feel consoles are relics of a dumber/primitive age and people should all become PC gamers. -Blizzard jumped the shark with Diablo II. -MTG hasn't been good since 1998, when Hasbro bought out Wizards of the Coast. -MTG Battlemage was a good game, although very different from the TCG. -The Oracle games Capcom developed for GBC are the best Zelda games. -FF1 was the best FF game, FF7 is grossly over-rated. -LucasArts hasn't made anything good that's SW-related since Rogue Squadron.

-Final Fantasy II easily had the best growth system
-The materia system in FFVII was a disaster and a feeble imitation of FFVI's Esper system, far superior That is all I got. I have other opinions but I don't travel the internet.

Sorry, meant to say that nothing Star Wars related, even the movies, are that good, not just the video games.
> -Final Fantasy II easily had the best growth system Funny enough, I actually agree with this. Oh yeah, and Call of Duty sucks. So does Halo. The SNES Megaman games' music has been the best video game music to ever exist, even compared to modern consoles. Killer Instinct for the SNES is the best fighter |

Katawa Shoujo has some of the best character development I've seen in a video game in a long time.

Though if you swapped out "Katawa Shoujo" for "Shizune's path", then that I could see. ;p

I didn't enjoy any Zelda, Metroid, Final Fantasy or BioShock games.
Final Fight was better than Streets of Rage. Aside from the graphics L.A Noire was a terrible game. Tomb Raider games are amazing. I hate playing with keyboard and mouse. Rainbow Six games are better than any CoD past Modern Warfare. Racing Games need something more/niche (like Burnout: Takedown and Need for Speed: Carbon) otherwise they're boring (looking at you Forza) I only enjoy playing sports games / working out on the Wii Red Faction should have stopped after II, Guerrilla, B.E.A.S.T and Armageddon ruin the franchise. |

Bioshock's main narrative about the fall of a Randian libertarian society is undermined by the fact that you play a Randian superman who mows down an army of dudes, shoots up like a million genetics-altering drugs with no ill effects even though you're surrounded by people who have mutated themselves into utter insanity and whose overriding motive in just about everything is personal interest with even the "will you spare or harvest, uguu~" little sister moments being mostly a question of whether you prioritize short-term gains or larger long-term ones

I'm still not sure if this is mostly intended as a "unpopular gaming opinions in general" or "unpopular gaming opinions you have". Well I'll assume it's choice number 2. Though admittedly, I don't have many opinions that are considered unpopular.
Batman Arkham City is just a watered down Assassin's Creed After playing stuff like Elder Scrolls, JRPGs just seem cheaply made and shallow. |

WRPGs are annoying and prioritize shiny graphics over intelligent design.
JRPGs don't innovate enough. Realistic is overrated. |

Handheld consoles are better than static consoles because the latter tend to think marginally better graphics make up for less engaging story and/or lack of plot.

I should have specified, opinions you have, not in general.
I'm gonna ride this JRPG wave too. Japan really needs to get its shit together. |

They really do. I love turnbased games and I'm having a hard time finding any good ones recently.
