"Off" days.
How does one correct an "off" day? Since I woke up I've been pretty dysfunctional - can't think, can't eat, poorly coordinated, can't write. Head's foggy, too.

I usually take a nap. Of course, my off days are usually because of super late night anime watching when I have to get up at like 6:00, so yea....
Well, even if it isn't sleep deprivation, a nap usually works anyway. If not that, I just eat sweets or drink coffee. Of course, I have like no resistance to caffeine and sweets, so it usually ends up making me hyper, but I'm no longer having an off day =D |

I usually can't correct them. And I don't like sleeping either because then I wake hours later and feel like most of the day is gone. I'll usually try to find something to do, like go somewhere, like to a store or a restaurant or a friends. However, I find that these often do not help off days, and sometimes, nothing can.
It's quite depressing. I hate them so much...as I look back now most of my off days are blurry and everything was messed up...and I couldn't function properly.

I find I usually can't, so I try to get home, eat an early dinner, go to bed at like 8pm, and figure I'll wake up earlier the next day (e.g. 5am) but no longer in an "Off Day" mode, and therefore tons more able to do the tasks I was going to do in the evening of said Off Day anyway.
