Xenosaga Episodes 1-3

Anyone here played it? A friend just lent it to me, and I don't know if it's worth playing or not, and I kinda have to budget my gaming time. HELP PLZ

I played one. I kind of liked it. 2 was kind of painful to play. Never did 3.

A lot of people didn't like the first one though.

My results were similar!

I own 1 and it was so painfully bad (and oddly difficult for a rpg) it took me over a year to force myself through it. Later on I rented 2 and didn't get far and didn't care to! Never bothered touching 3 either.

I can't recommend this series at all!

With your gaming time on a budget I would suggest you not play many RPG's.

Morg is right on point here. RPGs are great when you can get immersed and sink in for a good few hours at a time. With budgeted gaming time, you want something that you can enjoy for just a little bit with no real loss in having segmented play. Like a Mario game or some such.

Or you can always find fun games online.

ROM check FAIL is quite a fun little distraction and it's always something different.

Achievement Unlocked is another great and fun little game.

Also there was another game that was like "60 Seconds" or something but I can't find it right this second.

Other than that, I'd suggest sticking to more arcade-y console games if your time is limited. I've tried to play RPGs like during weekdays when I don't have all the time in the world and it's frustrating if you can only play a few hours at a time.
