A Dog of Flanders - Request

Does anyone know where I can find a fansub of A Dog of Flanders? I managed to find Pioneer's release The Dog of Flanders, but it's the English dub which comes with the changes to the plot -- they cut out the final 10 minutes, I'm told, as well as changed other scenes to make the movie "befitting a Western audience" (i.e. happy endings and no tears). I can't seem to find Pioneer's VHS release (which is subbed and uncut) nor can I find a fansub of either the 1997 movie (which is what Pioneer released) OR the original 1970-something anime miniseries.
