Is it possible to have Meganium and Serperior being TL3?

The argument is that they suck, but from what I understand some level of consistency is appreciated when it comes to level acquisitions so the answer is probably no.

Consistency be damned.

Meganium and Serperior are slightly better than your average Grass; if you're creative, you can get away with them at new TL4.

Shuckle is actually really trollish in ASB if you use it right, whereas out of the 'mon you just listed, only Dunsparce carries any real use into the middle levels.

Question on the new announcement, if a match has been waiting for like a month or so and we start reffing it fast now we get the bonus correct?

Basically, yes.

If the match is waiting on you and has been waiting a month, ref it within 48 hours of the announcement and you get the bonus. Or a week to get the lesser bonus. If the match is waiting on someone else, you get the bonus if you post within 48 hours/a week of their orders.

So, if Explosion cannot be used whilst gaseous, ethereal, or invisible, how does Gastly, who cannot become solid, do so?

Why are we ridding Gastly of two moves it legitimately learns, again?

Couldn't you just do exploding ball of energy?

Because it's cleaner than the alternatives. We're not ridding it of them. It just can't use them by default.

Shall we just say that the influx of energy involved in charging the Explosion forcibly condenses Gastly into a smaller, solid form before it unleashes the energy?

Yes? Good, go with that.

Or we could not because that is wildly exploitable! I would rip people apart with that power.

It's really not exploitable, Kush. Just make it so that they can't telefrag and it's fine. If it phases into a Pokémon and tries to explode, it's forced outside.

Any reason why Boffalant is TL2? I know he isn't as good as Tauros, but the thing is gigantic now that Gyarados is gone and he still has a pretty smexy movepool for TL1. I mean he gets a lot of shit like Swords Dance, Superpower, Megahorn, Zen Headbutt, Wild Charge, Earthquake, Iron Head and Stone Edge.

And he 200 lbs and over 5 feet tall. >_>

Yeah I can't remember why we left it down. I know we had the conversation. It'll likely go up in the next review we do but I don't think doing them ad hoc is a great idea.

Was going to bring it up when the time was right but since you just made an announcement and all.

Have you considered lowering the "rounds required for points" depending on the number of pokemon? 5 rounds is somewhat excessive for a 1v1 or a 2v2 doubles, say. Perhaps upto 2v2 singles or 3v3 doubles would have a requirement of only 3 rounds? Just a suggestion.

Can you give us some sort of reasoning as to why you've taken away points below five rounds? The previous ruling was that only refs got points and that it was .5 SP for 2-4 rounds, which really they should get something for their effort provided the match ended in such a manner that wasn't their fault.

Also the bit that 'geet has pointed out makes a good bit of sense. If my opponent bails after round 3 and I've done enough damage that I would be able to KO via a freeround, I really should get points for that.
