Smoke Bomb: A handheld item that creates a cloud of dense, lingering smoke.

Barb Barrage: The user launches countless toxic barbs to inflict damage. This may also poison the target. This move's power is doubled if the target has a status condition. (Poison, Physical, 60/100, 30% Poison)

Bitter Malice: The user attacks its target with spine-chilling resentment. This may also leave the target with frostbite. This move's power is doubled if the target has a status condition. (Ghost, Special, 60/100, 30% Frostbite)

Bleakwind Storm: The user attacks with savagely cold winds that cause both body and spirit to tremble. This may also leave the target with frostbite. (Flying, Special, 90/85, 30% Frostbite)

Ceaseless Edge: The user slashes its shell blade at the target, aiming to land a critical hit. Shell splinters left behind by this attack will continue to damage the target for several turns. (Dark, Physical, 65/90, +Crit, DoT)

Chloroblast: The user launches its amassed chlorophyll to inflict damage on the target. This also damages the user. (Grass, Special, 140/90, Recoil [50% of HP])

Dire Claw: The user lashes out at the target with ruinous claws, aiming to land a critical hit. This may also leave the target poisoned, paralyzed, or drowsy. (Poison, Physical, 60/100, 30% Poison/Paralyse/Drowsy)

Esper Wing: The user slashes the target with aura-enriched wings. This has a chance to raise the user’s speed. This move has a heightened chance of landing a critical hit. (Psychic, Special, 75/90, +Crit, 10% +1 Spd)

Headlong Rush: The user smashes into the target in a full-body tackle. This also lowers the user's defensive stats. (Ground, Physical, 120/100, -1 Def/SpDef)

Infernal Parade: The user attacks with myriad fireballs. This may also leave the target with a burn. This move's power is doubled if the target has a status condition. (Ghost, Special, 60/100, 30% Burn)

Lunar Blessing: The user heals its own status conditions and restores its HP. Incoming moves also become more likely to miss. (Psychic, Status, Clear Status, Restore 50% of max HP, +1 Evasion)

Mountain Gale: The user hurls giant chunks of ice at the target to inflict damage. This may cause the target to flinch. (Ice, Physical, 110/85, 30% chance of Flinch)

Mystical Power: The user strengthens itself with a mysterious power. If it excels in offense, its offensive stats are raised. If it excels in defense, its defensive stats are raised. (Psychic, Special, 70/90, either +1 Atk/SpAtk or +1 Def/SpDef)

Power Shift: The user swaps its offensive and defensive stats. (Normal, Status, swaps Atk and Def buffs, swaps SpAtk and SpDef buffs)

Psyshield Bash: Cloaking itself in psychic energy, the user slams into the target. This may also raise the user's defensive stats. (Psychic, Physical, 70/90, +1 Def)

Raging Fury: The user rampages and spews vicious flames to inflict damage on the target, then becomes fixated on using this move for two to three turns. The user then becomes confused. (Fire, Physical, 120/100, Locks move for 2-3 turns before confusing user)

Sandsear Storm: The user attacks by wrapping the target in fierce winds and searingly hot sand. This also leaves the target with a burn. (Ground, Special, 90/85, 30% Burn)

Shelter: The user makes its skin as hard as an iron shield, raising its defensive stats. Incoming moves also become more likely to miss. (Steel, Status, +1 Def, +1 SpDef, +1 Evasion)

Springtide Storm: The user attacks by wrapping the target in fierce winds brimming with love and hate. This move's additional effects depend on the user's form. (Fairy, Special, 90/85, 30% +Atk/Def/SpAtk/SpDef/Spd [for Incarnate] OR 30% -1 Def/SpDef [If Therian])

Stone Axe: The user swings its stone axes at the target, aiming to land a critical hit. Stone splinters left behind by this attack continue to damage the target for several turns. (Rock, Physical, 65/90, +Crit, DoT)

Take Heart: The user lifts its spirits, healing its own status conditions and raising its offensive and defensive stats. (Psychic, Status, Clear Status, +1 Atk/Def/SpAtk/SpDef)

Triple Arrows: The user delivers an axe kick, then fires three arrows. This raises the chance of its future attacks landing critical hits and also lowers the target's defensive stats. (Fighting, Physical, 50/100, +Crit, -1 Def)

Victory Dance: The user performs a dance to usher in victory. This raises the user's offensive and defensive stats and increases the damage dealt by the user's moves by 50 percent. (Fighting, Status, +1 Atk/Def/Spd)

Wave Crash: The user shrouds itself in water and slams into the target with its whole body to inflict damage. This also damages the user and raises the user's action speed. (Water, Physical, 75/100, Recoil [1/3rd inflicted], +1 Spd)

Wildbolt Storm: The user summons a thunderous tempest and savagely attacks with lightning and wind. This may also leave the target with paralysis. (Electric, Special, 90/85, 30% Paralysis)

Additionally, all trade evolution items now can be used directly for evolving your Pokemon, same as any stone based evolution.

…but in all seriousness we do have some actual changes that will be occurring going forward. We as the moderation team recognize that we are in no way perfect, and this has become very clear over the past couple of months. So in order to help balance things a bit and take a bit off of our plates so that the game can get a bit caught up and projects sitting on the back burners can be addressed, here are a few quick changes.

• Missingno. Master has been appointed the role of Head Shop Owner - his duties will include making sure shops are properly updated in a timely manner, as well as tracking down any rule changes or clarifications that need to be made in shops to help things run more smoothly.
• Raves has been appointed the role of Head Gym Leader - his duties will include making sure all raids are properly updated in a timely manner, as well as tracking down any rule changes or clarifications that need to be made in gyms to help things run more smoothly.
• We will be looking for a Head Zone Admin as well, the current manner of said election is currently up for debate but will be held soon.
• We are accepting the help of generous members of the community that have offered to assist with current events in order to get said events completed in a timely manner. Please feel free to reach out to the mods if you wish to assist with any ongoing events to help with this.

Also, as a general blanket statement. We would like to reiterate that if anyone has any questions or concerns with how the game is run or with any individual member of the community or moderation team, we are always open to communication in private in order to resolve these issues in an efficient and empathetic manner.

Adoption Center News!

Hey guys! We're going to implement some changes for the Adoption Center next month (August). Starting then, twice a year we will be releasing Pokemon from the Adoption Center back into the wild, them having gone through rehabilitation. Pokemon who had been in there for one year or over during those points will be released, and we will replace them one to one. For reference, here will be the list of Pokemon in the AC going in August:

For the entirety of this month, adopting one of these Pokemon will be free! That's right, you can post to adopt one of these Pokemon for free until August Drop Offs. Going forwards, we will be doing this at the end of January and end of July. Pokemon released will be posted a month prior, and will be free during that month period.

A few quick updates on things from recent discussion.

Watt Shop

• Wishing Pieces are being replaced with Max Soup - This will apply for all existing Wishing Pieces currently in the game.

Battle Bond

• Greninja will be allowed to select Battle Bond as it's ability upon evolution. A grace period to change the ability of existing Greninja to Battle Bond is being extended until the end of the year.
• Battle Bond will not be allowed on any Fizzytopian Forms, and Battle Bond Greninja will not be allowed to have extensive customization for trainer look. General color change in the Boutique is up for discussion at the moment.

Free RP

• As it has seen basically no use and doesn't really feel in theme with the other Free RP areas, MaiDragonite will be closing. We will close this at approximately the start of October, so get in any last-minute RP you may have been planning here while you still can.

Gyms

• Obviously, with no more raids, the Gym system is being reworked. We currently are playing around with a couple of systems in the back-end and hope to have further updates on this soon.
• In accordance with the above, additional Gym Leaders may be needed in the future, so those who have expressed interest in the past may want to put some thought into if they would want to run a Gym with a bit more RP theme and less... number intensive than the previous Gym format.

Fizzytopian Forms

• We regret to inform the community that we will not be hosting a Fizzytopian Form contest this year. We had originally planned to have one in the coming months, but with Scarlet and Violet on the horizon, we are postponing this until after we lift the ban on spoiler discussion, to prevent any potential issues with an overlap of potential new Pokemon, forms, additional bullshit that I may not be currently aware of as I am remaining spoiler free.

Legendary Pokemon

• On a more positive note, we have discussed Legendary Pokemon at length and now require community input! Please read through the discussion and give us your thoughts in this thread!

Fizzy Bubbles Pokémon News!

Hello! Trainers of Fizzytopia, I come today to bring you news on the discussion of the Legendary Pokemon. I am happy to announce that later on November 1st, 12:00 AM GMT Legendary Pokemon will be LIVE, and will soon be obtainable!

Here's the scoop on the Legends and how people will be able to obtain them;

• All trainers can earn up to one legendary adventure slot at a time. Updaters will earn 2 points per update cataloged in bi-monthlies, and Updatees will earn 1 point per adventure reply. Both must meet the standard word count minimum per post to earn these points. You must earn 30 points total to be able to qualify for a legendary adventure slot. The moderation team will tally everyone's point totals in the bi-monthlies, and post them with them.
• Legendary Adventure slots count towards your maximum of three adventure slots, and you need an open slot in order to claim yours. You must link to the post you hit the qualification when you start the new adventure.
  ~ You may specify a specific legendary/mythical/ultra beast when starting a post (I.e Lugia, Manaphy, or Pheromosa). For lines with evolutions, please state the base form (i.e Cosmog, Kubfu, and Poipole). You can also choose to not state it and leave the encounter up to your updater.
• As of this time you may own one Legendary, Mythical, and UB Pokemon per account. Once you hit your limit, you will no longer accrue legendary slots. This limit is subject to change in the future, as we see the impact these Pokemon have within the game.
• All caught/partnered (however you wish to flavor) will not have access to their in-lore powers and will function as standard Pokemon.
• Forme changes tied to items will require the said item. Mega Stones and Z-Crystals will be available from standard means for these items. Fusion/Forme Items/Zygarde Cube will be available from the Department Store for $1000, and only available to those who have obtained related Pokemon.
• Fusion/Forme Items/Zygarde Cube will function as a swapping item, and will not require the secondary Pokemon in order to access the form. (I.e not needing Reshiram to get Kyurem-White).
• Kubfu will be a friendship evolution. ( With you choosing the form )
• Phione is not considered a Legendary or Mythical in Fizzy Bubbles. Can be obtained by breeding a Manaphy or Phione, through Adventures, or through Enigma Eggs.
• Meltan will be evolvable into Melmetal with the use of the Mystery Box (used as a Stone, with the Mystery Box being added into the Department Store for $1000 as well, and will only be available to those who have obtained Meltan)

As soon as the rollover happens, Lil'twick will be posting the so far tallied-up points within the Bi-Monthly, Points are being retroactively Tallied from last Bi-Monthly and Current, from there Trainers may either keep the tallied points there or track them themselves.

Major News

• Head Z/A election will be held in December. More news on this will come when we reached it.
• You can now exchange as many breed slots as you want for eggs at a time and can have multiple active breeds going at a time (as long as any given Pokemon is not participating in more than one breed at a time). This still keeps the week to hatch but removes the nonexistent/nonenforced week cooldown rule.
• We are removing the rule where items/candies/evolutions need to be recorded in the record-keeping thread when used in a Visionary Glade post.
• We will be more strict on things from now on. Not cruel, but strict, applies to both Discord as well as in Forum. Examples such as rulings within shops, rules of the community in general, such as breaking rules of respect..

Minor News

• Deerling now will have its form based on your preference rather than locked to when you got it / declared it.
• Pokemon that aren't given to a trainer when obtained can be put in a separate post and leveled and treated as the like. Simply clarifying upon specific trainer owning pokemon. They can be "Reserved" until given to the trainer either new or old.

Hiya folks! First, I want to kick off the official warm welcome to ShadowDRGN to become our Head Zone Admin!

Next up, I am here today to give out an end-of-year review as to what we have accomplished this year compared to the list we created back in February.

-We will be addressing the simplification of Arcane Realm, Unreal Archipelago, and New Fizz City. This is planned to make the zones more approachable, and be clear which parts of zones are more beginner-friendly for both new updatees and updaters. Additionally, we will be addressing adventuring speeds and expectations. We will be going more in-depth on this in about a week's time.

* We did simplify the Arcane Realm, and had it rebranded to the new Mystical Realm: Zone of Magic. New Fizz City is still getting polished but will be done before the end of this year. We also tackled the adventure speeds and expectations.

-Phasing out raids for additional gym content.

* While Raids themselves are still getting wrapped up and the shadowy remnants of Arceus still remain, More Gym Content is on the horizon and is getting extensively tested! I would also like to welcome Raves for stepping up to become the Head Gym Leader! They are helping us tremendously by finishing up late/nearly forgotten raids as well as helping us test out the new content which you all will hear more about.

-Finalizing the custom move and item changes and compiling it into the thread that was move to the general forum.

* On this subject, we have hammered out 90% of almost all the progress we wanted to see on the custom items and moves. Compiling them into the thread as we go. Shout out to MissingNo. Master along with Blushift, PippiTallsocks, SpinyShell, and ShadowDRGN for helping me attempt to take on the colossal task of animating and making humpy sprites for both items and pokemon old and new throughout this year!!

-The shop owner system. Addressing who can approve transactions and for which shops in order to allow faster updates without sacrificing the confirmation quality we expect from SOs.

* I would like to thank and welcome MissingNo. Master personally to Head Shop Owner! His work with keeping shops running smoothly in conjunction with the moderator team is greatly appreciated. We will be still working on shops overall as a whole. Keep your eyes out for some news on that!

-Addressing adventure rewards for updatees and updaters.

* This has been addressed and applied, for the most part aside from a minor bit of tweaking I would call this finished

-Reworking the Cram Shop. We will be reworking the recipes as well as the gacha.

* Mostly finished, minor bits of tweaking to be expected but should be close to going live soon!

-Discussing how breeding slots can be spent. These changes will most likely go live in 2023.

* For breeding slots as a whole, We have been talking about this extensively, more information will also be brought up once we tackle the shop reworkings coming up soon.

-New Pokemon added to the AC having extra bonuses.

* This overall can actually happen, thanks to Fizzypedia our bot that Sniz has been working on for quite some time with the aid and opinions of the community. I do believe the overall implementation of said AC Mons with bonuses will start to be more commonly seen as we move forward within the following year.

-Rediscussing the core mechanics of Shadow Pokemon. Clarity is fine, but Fever and Shadow Moves need readdressing.

* Completed, May still receive fix-ups and rewrites as time goes on but such is the nature of life.

- Possibility of custom abilities for Fizzytopian Regional Variants in addition to Custom Moves.

* This has been touched upon briefly within the Moderator Voice chat discussions but as of this moment, it hasn't taken full fledge action.

- Hosting contests to add in Custom Moves/Items/Pokeballs throughout the year.

* Whilst we did hold a Contest this year, More fine-tuning has to be worked upon before this goes live. Expect more news to come in hand with the Gym News

- We will be attempting to implement Legendaries/Ultra Beasts/Mythicals by the end of this year. More information to come on that.

* Discussion on legendaries as well as the implementation has gone live, along with requisitions to obtain! Remember to write folks!

- We will discuss UPC due to a largely positive response from the community, but it will not be until 2023 at minimum.

* This, while talked about, has vastly not changed in progress as of this moment in time.

Overall, I would say while our year has been filled with hardships and lots of incidents that have affected us all in our lives in numerous ways, I am glad we have made it thus far with the community. I want to add that I am deeply grateful for those who have stepped up and helped out, it means a lot more than I can take the time to verbally express.

A Paldean New Year!!!

Hola Fizzytopians! As of this posting, Gen 9 is now officially live in Fizzy Bubbles! We have a ton of exciting things to share with you, so here is a rundown of everything that we will be implementing. Don’t forget, if you wish for a new friend from Paldea, or who might’ve gained a new evolution in Paldea, help track down eggs over at Springtide Isle! With this, the spoiler ban has officially been listed!

-Movesets are now legal for Gen 9. Our every helpful community wife, Fizzypedia, is still working to compile this information. For now, please use Serebii for updating your movesets until she is fully online with all the new information.

-The Calendar has been updated! Some Pokemon have been moved around, so make sure you keep track of where your new birthdays may now land. In addition, Drop-offs for the Calander will now be a week long!

-We are introducing a new currency: League Points. Now, before you cry about more currency, this will be replacing Watts. All Watts will be converting one-to-one into League Points. In addition, you can now convert Pokedollars into LP in a one-to-one, one-way conversion. We are additionally working on more ways to earn LP. Head on over (or download the app on your Rotom Phone) to our new LP Champion Reserve to manage your points, or head to the LP Emporium to spend these points on exclusively elusive wares!

-New items have been added to the department store (including the Paldean Incense for all of your Pooper needs)! Please see the shop for the price of wares.

-Bisharp and GImmighoul will evolve using a LEader’s Crest and Gimmighoul Coin Bag, respectively. Both are available at the Department Store

-Primeape will be able to evolve as soon as it learns the move Rage Fist

-Finizen will evolve via Linking Cable or Trade once it hits Level 38.

-Pawmo, Rellor, and Bramblin are considered friendship evolutions for FB, and will evolve once they hit the Bond requisite.

-All Paradox Pokemon will be only obtainable through Zones or Enigma Eggs as of this time. They will unable to breed, as followed through with the main series games. Happy Hunting!

-Every Pokemon has now gained a Tera-Typing! You may select a Tera-Typing for your current Pokemon, and unless decided by your updater as part of your adventures, you make pick your Tera-type on obtaining your Pokemon. These are locked in stone for now, and can’t be changed.

-You will obtain a Tera Orb, and other game mechanic items you may have missed, at the end of the event from Pyukumuku. Once the event ends, all Starter Packs will contain Tera Orbs and be available at the boutique. Terastallizing will follow in-game mechanics.

Please be aware we are still working on things in terms of Gen 9 implementation, so please be patient! If you see a mechanic or something we may have missed, please let us know! Sandwiches are not happening though, we have discussed that. Sorry.

To reiterate what Engiam summarized in the post above, here is a quick summary of our plans going forward:
-Shops Discussion will begin this month. We plan on going through all shops sans Calendar/LP Emporium, with the MT being the first.
-Custom Items we are working towards getting fully updated soon!

Hey everyone! As you are surely aware by now, we have reacquired the Serebii forums into the game! So, with the re-opening Fizzy Bubbles branch, we’ll be hosting a little bit of a giveaway and giving a rundown on what’ll be happening with Fizzy Bubbles as a whole. We hope that the reacquisition will help bolster the health of the game.

Of course, UPN will always be our home. We will still strive to continue operations on UPN, and are grateful Kuno has let us stay on UPN when no one else will. We plan on making sure there are plenty of things on UPN that you won’t find over on our Serebii branch, and we hope members can enjoy what we have to offer on both forums.

Moreover, we have curated a list of their Custom Items that we will be incorporating into Fizzy. And thus, we have an ongoing promotion that you can access here! Additionally, for returning members, a lot has changed over the past six years. Our current rules thread has everything important going on, and we hope you enjoy things that we have introduced such as Fizzy Formes and Legendary Pokemon! Please look at the development forum on UPN for the currently ongoing development of the game, and feel free to reach out to a moderator or any member of the staff if you have questions. We have a Head Zone Admin, Head Shop Owner, and Head Gym Leader that are all willing to help. Gyms are currently WIP, but everyone please look forward to it. Additionally, we do ask everyone to give a warm welcome back to anyone rejoining. The past is the past, and we are looking to build a better future.

Hey everyone! The new version of the Cram-o-Shop is now live, and you can start depositing your items over rollover! This also means that the brand-new crafting material items are live as well. For now, you can obtain them via the gacha itself as well as through zone adventurers! We will be gaging how this effects the game before introducing additional means to obtain these items! Hey everyone! The Adoption Center changes are now going live. Here's a list of bullet points describing the changes! These will be reflected within the OP of the AC shortly.

-Advanced Care no longer is a thing. All Pokemon that enter the Adoption Center will be $200.
-New Pokemon can enter the Adoption Center at any level at or between 1 and 10.
-New Pokemon that enter the Adoption Center can have up to two Egg Moves.
-Pokemon will be discounted to $100 after being in the Adoption Center for three months. This change will go live at the start of their third month being there.
-Pokemon will be free for the last month they are in the Adoption Center before being Adopted by a NPC Trainer.
-Pokemon will be in the adoption center for a minimum of six months before they are adopted by NPC Trainers and removed from the AC. NPC Trainer adoptions will occur in January and July every year. Any Pokemon from December or earlier will be released in July, and any Pokemon from June or earlier will be released in January.
-Twice a calendar year, we will host BoGo Promotions. These will be around times when the AC is getting close to full up. As we already had one in March of this year, we will have one at some point later this year.
-New Adoptions will be posted in the Serebii news thread, in addition to being pinged in the Discord Announcement channels.

Hello, Fizzytopians! We've been talking about adventures recently, and the ZAs have decided to re-implement a feature into Fizzy Bubbles: Iceboxing. Simply, this means freezing an adventure to free up an adventure slot. You can use this slot in the same zone, or a different one. Here's a quick rundown of the process:

• An Adventure must not have been updated in six months
• Both updatee and updater must consent to the adventure being iceboxed
• You must have a free slot of the appropriate type to resume your adventure
• Iceboxed Adventures will be kept track of in the second post (or OP in DA's Case) of a zone

We know that people often get busy in their lives and are unable to update. Sometimes that can take a long time before they are able to update again. Of course, this process does not apply to specific scenarios.

My updater disappeared/quit, can I still Icebox in the hope they come back?
Since this requires both updater and updatee consent, No. If your updater has disappeared and you have no way to contact them, please contact the appropriate ZA for the Zone, or our Head ZA. One of them will work with you to either find a replacement or cancel the adventure.

My updatee disappeared, can I request an Icebox for them?
No. As an updater, you have an unlimited amount of updater slots. We just ask you to take on what you feel you are able to handle.

Hey everyone, we have some game updates! First is with the bi-month tiers, but a few additions as well that came up when we talked over it. This applies to this current bi-month period as well.

Tier 1: x5 Rare Candies and one from each of the following options:
A) x2 Mysterious Gummis /or/ x1 Shadow Gummi /or/ x1 Nugget
B) x1 Enigma Egg /or/ x1 Silver Umbra Coin /or/ x1 Heart Scale
Tier 2: x5 Rare Candies and one from each of the following options:
A) x3 Mysterious Gummis /or/ x2 Shadow Gummis /or/ x1 Amulet Coin /or/ x1 Lucky Egg /or/ x1 Soothe Bell
B) x1 Type Egg /or/ x1 Zone Egg /or/ x1 Ability Capsule
Tier 3: x5 Rare Candies and one from each of the following options:
A) x5 Mysterious Gummis /or/ x2 Shadow Gummis /or/ 1 Shiny Spray
B) x1 Heart Scale /or/ x1 Baby Egg /or/ x1 Fossil Egg /or/ x1 Starter Egg

You may only claim ONE Egg reward per Bi-Month. Every tier you hit will be able to be claimed at the end of the bi-month period.

Additionally, as per proposed by Sniz, we will also be implementing the following feature:

If an updater hits Tier 3 five out of the six bi-monthly periods within a year, they will be rewarded an additional Birthday Egg at the start of the new year.

Additionally, we have small gameplay updates for the Amulet Coin, Lucky Egg, and the Soothe Bell. Each item, when equipped, will double the amount of appropriate reward if that Pokemon is used in that adventure reply. So you'll earn double the money if a Pokemon used holds an Amulet Coin. A Pokemon holding a Lucky Egg will gain double the amount of levels it normally would've gotten. And a Pokemon will gain double the amount of bond with the Soothe Bell. Any Pokeball modifiers will be added after the doubling from the held item.

Hello everyone!

We are announcing some quick changes and clarifications regarding Trainer Characters and Adventures. We will be ripping off the bandage now instead of slowly letting the worms out of the can. So, here are the changes that you can expect:

First, You can use a Pokemon you own as a Trainer Character. Whether they have obtained a human form through some means or whatever. If they have statistics of a Pokemon, they can still have that. In a scenario such as this, they will count towards your total of six Pokemon. You may only use a Pokemon you own. You may start Fizzy Bubbles as a Trainer Pokemon starter, with all rules and restrictions applied.

Second, You can have Trainer Characters that aren't human, as long as they fit into the laws of the world. Psychics, Aura Channelers, etc. We just trust that you make sure your trainer characters fit within the setting. Any special powers they may have must have a minuscule effect in adventures. Minor telepathy, etc. A trainer character should not be as strong or stronger than a Pokemon.

Third, You may now adventure with just your Pokemon. All Pokemon are still required to be registered to a Trainer Character.

Fourth, You are able to bring multiple trainer characters on an adventure. You may not exceed the total of six Pokemon between them. We do ask that if you do this, you choose a focal character for us to update. This is primarily due to how our updating system works.

We hope this expands a person's capability to participate in the world of Fizzy Bubbles! We want to player base to be able to express their creativity as much as possible. Please let us know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns over these changes.

So the mods have discussed Synergy. We have decided against holding a vote on axing Synergy, since it will cause other systems that need to be discussed to be immediately voted on. The mod team will not be any axing systems unless there is unanimous consent amongst the moderation team. This is a hard rule we will be implementing from here on out.

-Name is Synergy
-When hitting max Synergy you can change your Greninja's ability to Battle Bond. *
-We will be swapping the Luxury and Friend Ball effects to match their in-game counterpart. You may choose which of the two Balls your Pokemon is housed in as of this moment. Any Synergy that has previously been gained via ball choice will not be lost regardless of your choice.
-All non-consumable bond items have the same function for Synergy.

Additionally, here is how the rest of Synergy works:

-A numerical system between 0 and 30 earned via RP. All previous Bond will be converted, if you wish to, into Synergy.
-You may learn up to 2 total Advanced Moves/Shadow Moves through this. One at 15, and one at 30.
-Frustration will be at Max Power at 0 Synergy, and Return will be at Max Power at 30. If you do not partake in Synergy, these moves will be up to updater discretion.
-Synergy can be tracked in either your Member's Post or in the Record Keeping Thread.

Furthermore, there are other system changes coming with this change:
-Contest Stats will be axed. You will gain 1 level for Pokemon per 10 of each contest stat it has.
-If your Pokemon is at, or will hit, Lv. 100 as part of the changes, they will gain one move instead of one level per conversation rate. We will follow the rules from the Calendar for move gain.
-If you do not have contest stats in multiples of ten, round up if five or up. Down if four or below.
-Gummis and other consumable Bond Items-giving items will be removed from the game. These items can be converted into 1 Rare Candy.
-Happiness Evos are no longer tied to this system. Evolve them whenever you like. THis applies to any Pokemon that was tied bond (Like Galarian Yamask)

*We are as of this time implementing Greninja's Battle Bond.
