It was yet another day in downtown Fizzytopia. The streets were bustling with activity. People were rushing to go to all sorts of shops that lined the streets. In the midst of the crowd was Jake. The young electric specialist seemed to be in quite the hurry, running down the sidewalk towards the Cable Club. Behind him was an Axew and Magnemite, trying to keep up with their trainer. ''We're finally here'' Jake sighed as he reached the front doors of the building. Inside he could already see Kieth waiting next to one of the trading machines. ''Looks like we're late! Error doesn't like being late!'' The Magnemite droned. ''I can't wait to see my new teammate!'' Bagel the Axew exclaimed. Jake chuckled at the two Pokemon before pushing open the Cable Club doors. As usual the Cable Club was rather busy. As Jake approached the trading machine Keith was at, he spotted all kinds of trades. Pokemon for other Pokemon, candies for items, there was a lot going on today. Soon, Jake approached the trading machine. He quickly shuffled through his bag before pulling out 300 Jake placed the money on his side of the machine before pulling the switch. In a flash of light, the money was gone. In it's place rested a classic red and white Pokeball. Jake slowly grabbed the ball, before chucking it into the air. ''Alright Hannah, come on out!'' From the ball, the Qwilfish once again materialized. Bagel wasted no time running over to the Qwilfish. ''Hi! I'm Bagel, nice to meet you!'' The Axew said before giving a big smile. ''It's nice to meet you too!'' Hannah beamed. Suddenly, without warning, a Qwilfish appeared right next to Jake. Startled, Jake must have jumped a few inches. ''Oh, you're Keiths other Qwilfish!'' Jake said astounded. He remembered seeing the Qwilfish, back when he had first met Keith. He also remembered that the Qwilfish knew some strange moves, but Teleport? That was a new one. "Jake... Take care of my little sister, OK?" Hebenon addressed him. "Train her to be as strong as Keith trained me to be. And if she wants a hug, hug her. It's easier to avoid the spikes than you might think, and she loves to be hugged. And finally... don't underestimate her. Believe me, she's no weakling," he finished, managing a proud smile as he mentioned his little sister's battling skill. Jake smiled after hearing the Qwilfishs words. ''Don't worry, I will.'' Keith then scooped the Qwilfish into his arms. Keith then asked Jake to take care of Hannah, before exiting the Cable Club. ''I will'' Jake repeated to no one in particular. He then glanced down at the three Pokemon. Wait, make that four. Sprout the Weepinbell had somehow came out with him realizing it. Jake scratched his head in confusion. It didn't really matter though, the four seemed to be getting along great. ''Alright lets go home!'' Jake said with a smile before starting to walk away. ''Umm, Hannah can't walk...'' Bagel trailed off. ''I almost forgot! Sorry Hannah!'' Jake apologized before taking out her Pokeball. ''Can you carry me?'' Hannah asked, ''Umm, I guess so'' Jake said before walking around the Qwilfish, looking for where his arms could go. Finally, Jake found a way to carry her, though slightly akwardly. With that, Jake and the others left the building. Trading $300 to Missingno. Master in return for his level 5 female Qwilfish, *Trade closed* |

- I'd never given it much thought; never in my life have I ever needed someone like you. But it's not about what I need anymore. The Frillish hovered around him with unsettling curiosity. His proximity was punctuated by a shiver down Levin's spine, as if the air temperature lowered by the Ghost's mere presence. The Saffron-native was no stranger to raising Ghost-Types, having traveled with both Faust and Nyx in times past... but as he'd quickly realize, he never raised someone quite like this Frillish. Most splendid. Thank you milord. With reverence, the Pokemon he'd just met bowed to the young man, symbolizing his fealty and servitude. Not even Faust had been this cordial; not only that, he never expected the Water spirit to have the kind of mental prowess as to speak to him. Your ways were once my own, sire. At one point, I lived. Levin smiled apologetically, struggling to come to terms with the creature he was about to welcome in his family. This one seemed as much of a complete enigma as a faithful servant - a display of absolute loyalty Levin felt he was yet to earn. Who was this one before? And what could he learn from this spirit? - Did you... have a name? What did they use to call you? Loffley, milord. - Loffley it is. I look forward to traveling with you! The Frillish said nothing, but bowed again. As he did, the room grew even colder. --- Trading $10 to Shadowshocker for his Lv 1 Male Frillish. *Trade closed* |

"Espurr..." "Dribur..." The Pokemon that were in hyper hibernation, due to being stored in the PC box for so long had finally been woken up and let out to roam around in the world again. Dropping down to one knee, as to see the two Pokemon eye to eye, Ethan apologized for his negligence. "There was something important that I needed to do, but that doesn't mean it was right for me to have you both wait so long for me...I'm not going to ask for forgiveness, but maybe a level of understanding?" Both Pokemon looked blankly at their new trainer, Espurr seemed to be the one showing the least emotion, with a blank stare that seemed to pierce the soul. While the Dribur, was cowering, shy and possibly a little frightened... As Ethan reached his hand to pet the ground mole, the Dribur stepped back a few paces, This...this is going to take a long time to mend... Ethan told himself. Standing up, he still welcomed them to the team, but already there was a small disconnect between them and him. "Let's go Santoryu, and Mysteux, out of respect for your pervious trainer I figure you'd enjoy keeping the name he took the time to come up with, for you." ‘He wouldn't want it any other way...’ a voice, monotone but yet sounding a lot like a child's would, soft and innocent like, seemed to echo in Ethan's mind... "Espurr...did you just-" No, you'd need to be able to trust me, hell you'd need to at least like me to be able to communicate with me telepathically like that... Ethan shook his head, "Forget it, never mind." The trainer mumbled as he began to walk out of the gigantic complex. He had gained two new companions, one seemingly resentful and the other scared at of her mind and him? He was just there, suffering from a heavy heart of guilt. -- OoC: Trading to Izatrap 10 Pokedollars for his Lv.1 (f) Drilbur, thank you and sorry for the wait. Trade Closed. Trading to Quilavaflare 1 candy and a Heartlax Plush for his Lv.5 (m) Espurr with all those stats, thank you and sorry for the wait. Trade Closed. |

Walking down the path towards the Cable Club, there was a little spring in the young women's step as the anticipation of meeting a Pokemon many Contests goers only dreamt of owning, was soon going to become a reality for the Lass named Liza.
Evolved from what many considered the ugliest Pokemon of existence, the Feebas line was still an incredibly difficult Pokemon to come by (unless you decided to purchase it). So when she had heard a Milotic was up for grabs, you could imagine the trainer's joy in wanting to snatch it right up! She remembered as a young little girl that she had once spotted a Milotic's beautiful, multi colored tail, when she had swam too far from the coast, losing sight of the shore and not knowing where she was or how to get back. An eerie mist surrounded her then, causing her to grow frightened, she cried as she knew from what her family had told her, to never go so far out that they wouldn't be able to spot her, which meant no one was going to be saving her this time...but as she heard a creature cry out, a soothing and calm feeling swept over her, she wiped away her tears as she noticed that the fog wasn't a cause for alarm, but rather there to help her. The fog showed the little girl a clear path in which to swim through. Eventually arriving back on the shore, Liza turned around to thank the creature that had helped her but the fog was too thick to see anything, the only thing she could remember seeing was the slender silhouette of the creature and the shine of the beautiful colors on it's tail as it dove back into the sea. Ever since then, Liza had wanted to own a Milotic. Catching sight of Levin amongst the crowd of people coming and going inside the Cable Club, Liza made her way to meet up with him, “Levin, thank you so much for giving me this opportunity to raise your Milotic. She'll be in the most capable hands possible.” The lass assured, but still got the impression Levin was at least a little hesitant in saying goodbye to his dear partner... With the formalities taken care of, Liza got straight to the point and traded to him what she had offered for the mystical creature along with a promise, “The next time you see her, she'll be a star!” ~*~*~ Outside, the sun was still shining and Liza thought it would be a good idea to walk towards the large lake on a downward slope nearby the building in which she had received her new Pokemon. Liza ran, almost losing her footing as she cheerfully released the Water Type from it's capsule. Throwing the sphere into the air, it popped up before a red and white light shot out to reveal a large water serpent that had materialized onto the water's surface. “Miiiilooooootic!” The Pokemon cried, bringing a sense of peace in Liza's heart as she closed her eyes and placed one hand over her chest, getting the nostalgic feeling of when she was little and she had first heard that voice. She had been so enchanted by the Pokemon's soothing sound and beauty she forgot to introduce herself. “Hi!” The lass giggled, her cheeks turning rosy from embarrassment, “My name is Liza Marin and I'm your new trainer! I have big plans for you, but first.” The trainer paused, reaching for 5 other Pokeballs around her belt, “I'd like you to meet, some of your new teammates!” Throwing the spheres up in the air, the capsules opened up to reveal, a mighty Cool Charizard, a jolly Cute Piplup, a mysterious Beauty Litwick, a grumpy Tough looking Snubbull and finally a mischievous but Smart Meowth. “These are my main five for contests, each representing a category and even though I already have someone for Beauty, they aren't the only ones that are going to participate in them, whoever wants is more then welcomed to. And if we work hard enough, one day I hope to achieve the dream of Top Coordinator, and when I do I want you all to be there, all my Pokemon will have a chance to shine, including you. That is if you want...” Liza paused, unsure if her new Pokemon was even interested in participating in Contests... The Milotic waited in the water for a moment, silent not knowing what to do or how to react, and then looking at her new trainer and then at the group of Pokemon next to her new trainer, the Milotic smiled before nodding in assuredly. Turning and diving into the water one second and swimming towards the middle of the lake before shooting right from under it in another. The Milotic cried out, letting everyone know she was ready. The Water Type looking at Liza in a ‘please watch me’ sort of way before beginning it's performance. Closing her eyes to concentrate the Milotic began to use it's tail to swirl the water around her, little by little mixing the water, causing it to create a ripple before becoming a small Whirlpool and finally, achieving a mighty swirling mass surrounding it from all sides! What power... Liza thought as she and her other Pokemon looked on mesmerized. Of course this was just the start. Then using a mighty Ice Beam the Milotic froze the swirling mass, creating a large piece of ice in the middle of the lake, blocking the water from entering in the middle of an icy ring... And when you thought it was completely over, the Milotic, gathered five small spinning orbs of energy around her body, and using her Hidden Power launched them simultaneously to shatter the ice, allowing for the water flowing around to break through and splash, covering the Milotic in a sparkle of ice fragments and water droplets, taking a modest bow. Liza clapped like she had never clapped before. To find a Pokemon that loved contests as much as she did was a dream come true. The other Pokemon were amazed as well, cheering and giving praise to their new companion. “That was something, I would have never been able to come up with myself, you my dear have a talent!” Liza told the Milotic as it swam back to shore, being met with her new adoring fans. “You're going to fit right in, I just know it, Melody.” “Miiiiloootic!” OoC: Trading to MZ 5 candies, 50 Pokedollars, a Plusle Elf Plushie and a Heartlax Base Item for his Mioltic. Thank you!!! Trade Started |

"I can't believe yer tradin' it," Meowth stated flatly, as he entered the Cable Club by way of being on the shoulder of someone who was walking into the Cable Club- namely, his Trainer, Keith Masters. "I'd figured ya'd put dat ting on display in da Base or sometin'."
"I get what you're saying," Keith nodded, eyeing the heavy chunk of metal he held in his hand. That seemingly ordinary Iron Ball, after all, was anything but- it was, in fact, a fragment of the iron helmet of the legendary Heatran, and Keith had kept it as a trophy of sorts- every time he looked at it, he remembered how he and his Pokémon were able to put an end to the Lava Dome Pokémon, and by extension, his reign of terror over Mt. Aduro. "But I got Kyle to consider," he added with a sigh. "Besides, Dave believes this may be the key to evolving a new species of Pokémon he discovered, so he'll no doubt have more use for this than me." Meowth nodded understandingly- Kyle was Keith's Heatmor, formerly the leader of the last pack of Heatmor in Mt. Aduro. After Heatran was dealt with, Keith took the opportunity to ask the Heatmor leader to join his team- he and that Heatmor had been helping each other out in many ways throughout the adventure, the latter even allowing the former to command him in battle against Heatran. That said, however, Kyle didn't necessarily feel the same way about that Iron Ball that Keith did- whenever the Heatmor looked at the Iron Ball, it served as a terrible reminder of Heatran's cruelty, and he had developed a tendency to excuse himself from the room whenever Keith had brought out the Iron Ball. Once Keith had noticed this, he realized that he couldn't hope to have both the Iron Ball and a happy Heatmor, so from there it was easy for him to decide to trade the heavy lump of metal to someone else. "Thanks," Keith said to Dave once the trade was made and Keith was stowing a number of Rare Candies into his backpack. "Hope you can get some use out of that Iron Ball." OOC: Trading my Iron Ball to Dave for 5 Rare Candies. Thanks! And looking forward to seeing Guillobyss! *Trade Commenced* EDIT: Trading my Flame Orb to sweetbbydoll for 5 Rare Candies. *Trade Commenced* Last edited by Missingno. - She deserves to be with someone who can bring out her full potential. Besides, she doesn't have to fear for her life every single day as long as she's with Liza. Reina's in capable hands Min, I assure you. And you can always go visit her when you want, right? The Cinccino sobbed once but quickly nodded in agreement, struggling to smile. She shouldn't interfere - her dear friend deserved to lead a happy and carefree life like she did. Levin did her a favor by letting her go, too... And he was right, they could always meet up in the future! I look forward to seeing what you and Liza accomplish together. See you later dear... Without a word, fearful he'd falter at the last minute, Levin left the Cable Club and headed straight home. He had a beast to tame. --- Trading my Milotic with the stats below to sweetbbydoll for 5 Candies, $50, 1x Plusle Elf Plushie and 1x Heartlax Base Item. Reina Spoiler: show *Trade closed* |
